Abstract
The invention discloses a dendrobium infant skin cream which comprises a skin conditioner, an emollient, a humectant, an absorbent, an emulsifier, an antioxidant, a thickener and deionized water, wherein the skin conditioner comprises dendrobium officinale extract, a liquorice extract, bisabolol, betaine, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, panthenol, squalane and the like, and the emollient comprises polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6, cetearyl alcohol (and) cocoyl glucoside, isononyl isononanoate, cetearyl alcohol, lubral oil and the like. The skin cream disclosed by the invention is reasonable in component compounding, has the nourishing and moisturizing effects of the existing skin cream, adopts various pure natural plant extracts, can form a protective film on the surface of skin, reduces skin friction, effectively prevents the occurrence of infant erythra, has the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, can relieve the skin, and achieves the purposes of improving and treating the erythra. The skin cream provided by the invention is stable in performance, safe and non-irritant, and is an ideal healthy infant skin care product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to dendrobium nobile anti-allergy skin moistening cream for infants and a preparation method thereof.
Background
It is known that the skin of infants is very tender and has several different characteristics compared with the skin of adults: 1. the skin of the infant is thin, the epidermis of the skin of the infant is a single-pass cell, and the thickness of the skin of the infant is one tenth of that of the skin of an adult; 2. the ratio of the skin area to the body weight of the baby is larger than that of the adult, the ratio of the skin area to the body weight of the baby is 1: 500, and the ratio of the skin area to the body weight of the adult is 1: 270; 3. the skin temperature regulating ability of the infant is weak, the skin sweat gland and blood vessel of the infant are not completely developed, and the temperature regulating ability is low; 4. poor acid-base control ability of infant skin; 5. the resistance of the skin of the infant is poor, and the resistance of the infant is weak due to the incomplete immune system. The skin of the infant is not developed completely, when a baby mother cleans the baby, the skin of the baby has few collagen fibers and lacks elasticity, and the rough towel is easy to damage the skin through friction; the washing and protecting article selected for the baby is low in irritation, safe and soft so as to protect the skin and eyes; the clothes of the baby can also influence the skin of the baby, and the baby is required to be frequently washed and changed so as to avoid damaging the skin.
Aims at the problems of the skin characteristics of infants and the skin characteristics of infants which are easy to cause dryness, red rash, allergy damage and the like due to the outside and the inside. Comprehensively considered, the safe and effective extraction of natural plant essence dendrobium officinale extract, liquorice extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, bisabolol, tocopherol, betaine, panthenol and the like as main active ingredients can achieve long-acting skin moistening and drying effects. Can deeply nourish the skin, is not oily and greasy, quickly soothes and moistens the dry facial skin of the baby and helps the skin to recover the healthy state. The natural way helps the baby to keep the skin delicate for a long time. Meanwhile, a protective film can be formed on the surface of the skin by various antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiallergic components, so that direct stimulation of the skin by urine is avoided, and the prevention of red wind is facilitated. 0.3-0.6% of phenoxyethanol is also added into the dendrobium baby anti-allergy skin-moistening cream as a preservative.
In order to achieve the second object, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for preparing the dendrobium anti-allergy skin-moistening cream for infants comprises the following steps:
1) adding deionized water, 1, 3-butanediol, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6, and oleum Bombacis Cannabis into emulsifying pot, stirring, heating to 80-85 deg.C, homogenizing at high speed for 3-5 min to disperse and dissolve the materials uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 15-20 min.
2) Adding cetearyl alcohol (and) coco-stearyl glucoside, cetearyl alcohol, tocopherol, and squalane into oil phase pan, stirring, heating to 80-85 deg.C, and holding for 5 min.
3) After the materials in the emulsifying pot and the oil phase pot are insulated, pumping the oil phase materials into the emulsifying pot, stirring and homogenizing at a high speed for 3-5 minutes, then continuously insulating for 10 minutes at 80-85 ℃, and then starting cooling circulating water to cool.
4) When the temperature is reduced to 75 ℃, isononyl isononanoate, polyacrylamide (and) C13-14 isoparaffin (and) laureth-7 polymer, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer (and) isohexadecane (and) polysorbate-80 polymer (the three components need to be uniformly premixed in a clean container before being added into an emulsifying pot) are added, then the mixture is homogenized at high speed for 3-5 minutes, and the temperature is continuously reduced and the stirring is maintained.
5) Cooling to 65 deg.C, adding bisabolol and amino acid humectant, homogenizing at high speed for 1-2 min, and continuously cooling while stirring.
6) Cooling to 40 deg.C, adding herba Dendrobii extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (part of herba Dendrobii extract can be dissolved before adding into emulsifying pot), phenoxyethanol, and panthenol, homogenizing at medium speed for 2 min, stirring for 15-20 min, sampling, detecting, and discharging.
The main active component of the dendrobium officinale extract is dendrobium officinale polysaccharide which has the effects of activating macrophages, resisting oxidation, enhancing immunity and the like. Has the effects of resisting inflammation, repairing, relieving itching, relieving allergy, resisting aging, resisting radiation, resisting inflammation and virus, activating skin cells, and improving immunity.
The dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is glycyrrhizic acid derivative, and has antiinflammatory, antiallergic, antiulcer, and epithelial cell tissue regeneration promoting effects.
The Glycyrrhrizae radix extract is prepared by decocting and concentrating Glycyrrhrizae radix root, and has glycyrrhizic acid as main effective component with antiinflammatory, antibacterial, and soothing and calming effects.
Bisabolol is a component existing in chamomile, has anti-inflammatory property, can reduce release of leukotriene LTB4 and interleukin IL-1 alpha caused by PMA, and relieve skin irritation of sodium hydroxide and SDS to human body, thereby preventing and inhibiting inflammation, and has antibacterial activity.
The betaine is a natural amino acid humectant, has excellent unique moisturizing effect, can still achieve a lasting moisturizing effect at a lower concentration, and has a cell performance protecting effect; and has low irritation, antiallergic and neutralizing effects.
Squalane is a refreshing oil, and has the advantages of moisture retention, water retention, skin moistening, good air permeability, no greasiness, and no heaviness.
Panthenol is a moisturizing agent with deep penetration, stimulates the growth of epithelial cells, promotes wound healing, and has anti-inflammatory effects.
Tocopherol is a natural skin conditioner and antioxidant, preventing aging, and making the skin bright and elastic.
Detailed Description
The dendrobium anti-allergy skin cream for infants is prepared by taking dendrobium officinale extract, liquorice extract, bisabolol, betaine, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, panthenol, squalane and the like as main functional components and assisting with a humectant, a preservative, a pH regulator and water which are commonly used in cosmetics. The present invention will be described below by way of examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1

5) Cooling to 65 deg.C, adding bisabolol and amino acid humectant, homogenizing at high speed for 1-2 min, and continuously cooling while stirring.
6) Cooling to 40 deg.C, adding herba Dendrobii extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (part of herba Dendrobii extract can be dissolved before adding into emulsifying pot), phenoxyethanol, and panthenol, homogenizing at medium speed for 2 min, stirring for 15-20 min, sampling, detecting, and discharging.

10. A method for preparing the dendrobium nobile anti-allergy skin cream for infants according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) adding deionized water, 1, 3-butanediol, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6, and oleum Bombacis Cannabis into emulsifying pot, stirring, heating to 80-85 deg.C, homogenizing at high speed for 3-5 min to disperse and dissolve the materials uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 15-20 min.
