Description

Multi-effect repair oil for infants and children and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin care product, in particular to multi-effect repair oil for infants and children and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin thickness of the baby is only 0.1 times of that of the adult skin, and the baby is easily abraded due to the roughness of the diaper and towel contacted with the baby during the growth process; or excessive washing or washing modes are not suitable for the infant with large activity, which causes diaper rash and red buttocks/facial eggs. In severe cases, external bacteria invasion causes skin inflammation, aggravates skin rash and chap of infants in a vicious circle, and even causes ulcer and bedsore. And spread to the inner sides of thighs, groin and neck, thus seriously affecting the health of the baby.
The main skin care oil products for babies and children in the market mainly take olive oil, camellia seed oil and synthetic oil as main body oil, the products mainly play a role in moisturizing and nourishing skin, and mainly play a role in physically isolating urine by an oil film on the skin care buttocks, the products take vegetable oil as an effective component, the effect is single, the action mechanism is simple, the products are more preventive, and the soothing effect corresponding to the red buttocks or red face eggs is general.
Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a special skin care product for preventing skin rash and chap of infants.
Disclosure of Invention

Those who do not specify the conditions are performed according to the conventional conditions or the conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
The component details are as follows:
phytosterol canola glycerides: is prepared by the esterification reaction of phytosterol and rapeseed oil fat. Phytosterol esters have a melting point close to that of the replacement, enhance skin hydration, improve skin barrier, and are excellent emollients, having good skin care properties and pleasant skin feel for the user.
The bisabolol is a main active ingredient of the traditional herbal medicine of the chamomile, has good and effective protection and relieving effects on the skin, and particularly has the anti-inflammatory characteristic and is widely applied to sensitive skin repair and care products for adults.
Baihuayupingyou (Baihuayupingyou): according to the principle of 'monarch, minister, assistant and guide' formula, the skin-care product is prepared by combining safflower, gardenia, Hangzhou white chrysanthemum and flos Pruni mume , and has the effects of remarkably promoting peroxidase proliferation and activating receptor expression, promoting epidermal differentiation, enhancing the vitality of an active epidermal layer and accelerating skin barrier repair.
Beneficial and stored oil: the skin care cream is a raw material compounded by sunflower seed oil, peony seed oil, grape seed oil and perilla seed oil, can balance skin nutrition, and can supplement essential fatty acid, vitamins and minerals for skin, thereby effectively improving skin metabolism, promoting skin repair, reducing skin roughness, locking water, moisturizing and moistening skin.

The animal room conditions are kept stable all the time to ensure the reliability of the test results. The granulated feed is provided by cooperative medical bioengineering, llc of Jiangsu province (quality certification number: 20191206).
6. And (3) quarantine: and (3) carrying out quarantine on the purchased common-grade New Zealand rabbits for 3 d. During the period, the animals are checked once a day, unhealthy animals are not found, and healthy New Zealand rabbits are selected for experiments.
Example 1 sample dosage: according to the skin irritation/corrosivity test method of the technical Specification for cosmetic safety 2015 edition, the general-grade New Zealand rabbits qualified in quarantine are directly used for multiple skin irritation tests.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: 4 common-grade New Zealand rabbits, each half of the female rabbit and the male rabbit. Before the test, the hair on both sides of the spine of the back of the experimental animal is cut off, and the hair removing range is about 3cm multiplied by 3cm respectively on the left side and the right side. Applying about 0.5ml of the test substance on the left skin of the animal, applying the test substance on the left skin of the animal for 1 time per day (about 2.5cm × 2.5 cm), and continuously applying the test substance for 14 days while using the other side as a blank control. Shearing hair before each smearing from the next day, removing residual test substance with purified water, and treating the control area. The results were observed after one hour.
And (3) observation operation: the skin reactions were observed under natural light and skin erythema and edema were scored according to the scoring criteria given in table 1 for 14 consecutive days.
And (4) judging a result: the average integral for each experimental animal was calculated according to the following company and is shown in the table.
Average per animal per day ═ Σ integration of erythema and edema/number of animals tested)/14

The experimental results are as follows:
the skin irritation response of the skin of the tested new zealand rabbits appeared erythematous and edematous during the observation period, and the mean value of the integration of the sample groups per animal per day was 0.09 points. The multiple skin irritation intensity of the sample of example 1 was non-irritating as judged by the skin irritation/corrosion test standards in the technical cosmetic safety Specification (2015 edition). The results are shown in Table 3.

As shown in the attached drawings 1-6, the dry skin symptom accounts for 82.86% in the trial; the skin improvement rate of the test person is 57 percent in three days, 14 percent in 5 days and 20 percent in 7 days; when the facial basic skin care oil is used, 60% of the test persons feel appropriate, fresh and non-greasy, 31% of the test persons feel appropriate but slightly greasy, 80% of the test persons feel light and appropriate in smell, and all the test persons do not have allergy. Generally, the soothing oil has obvious effects on dryness, skin cracking, redness and the like, can make the skin smooth and fine after long-term use, and can relieve the skin redness in winter and the like.
Examples and comparative examples 2 to 6 effectiveness evaluation experiments:
the skin irritation test method and the effectiveness test method of the samples of the embodiments are adopted to respectively test the irritation of the samples of the embodiments 1 to 6, and the results are shown in the table

From the above experimental data it can be derived:
(1) example 1 comparative examples 2-4, the phytosterols canola oil glycerides, the lily jade screen oil and the benefit oil have good synergistic effect and reduce skin irritation. The Baihuayupingyou and Yibao oil are especially obvious in irritation reduction.
(2) Example 1 comparison of example 5, example 5 substituting camellia oil and olive oil for Baihuayupingan oil and beneficial oil, again demonstrates that Baihuayupingan oil and beneficial oil have good irritation reducing effects
(3) Example 1 comparison of example 6, with a volatile oil instead of a film-forming oil, resulted in a rapid effect of the active on the skin, resulting in irritation. Thus, the effect of the film-forming grease in the formula contributing to the reduction of irritation was verified.
