Examples
Example 1: a seven-weight soothing composition for relieving and treating eczematous dermatitis in skin sensitive people is shown in Table 1, and is prepared by the following steps:
s1, adding the active component, the skin repairing component, the skin moistening and conditioning component and the humectant into deionized water, mixing, heating to 80 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 20min to obtain a mixed solution A;
s2, adding an emulsifier into the mixed solution A, stirring for 5min at the rotating speed of 4000r/min, and cooling to 50 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution B;
s3, adding the preservative into the mixed solution B, stirring at the rotating speed of 200r/min for 30min at the temperature of 50 ℃, cooling to 36 +/-2 ℃ after stirring uniformly, and discharging.

Example 19: a seven-weight relieving composition for relieving and treating eczematous dermatitis of skin sensitive people, which is different from the embodiment 17 in that in the preparation process of the seven-weight relieving composition for relieving and treating eczematous dermatitis of the skin sensitive people, the temperature is heated to 90 ℃ in S1 and kept for 25 min; the rotation speed in S2 is set to 4400r/min, the stirring time is set to 7min, and the mixture is cooled to 55 ℃ after being stirred; in S3, the temperature is set to 55 ℃, the rotation speed is set to 350r/min, and the stirring time is set to 37 min.
Example 20: a seven-weight relieving composition for relieving and treating the eczematous dermatitis of the skin sensitive people, which is different from the embodiment 17 in that in the preparation process of the seven-weight relieving composition for relieving and treating the eczematous dermatitis of the skin sensitive people, the temperature is heated to 100 ℃ in S1 and is kept for 30 min; in S2, setting the rotating speed to 4800r/min, setting the stirring time to 10min, and cooling to 60 ℃ after stirring; in S3, the temperature is set to 60 ℃, the rotation speed is set to 500r/min, and the stirring time is set to 45 min.
Comparative example
Comparative example 1 is different from example 1 in that it is a commercially available skin care product having a therapeutic effect on dermatitis.
Comparative example 2, which is different from example 1, in that chamomile oil and purslane were not added to the active components.
Comparative example 3 differs from example 9 in that the active ingredient also comprises 5kg of onion skin.
Comparative example 4 differs from example 9 in that the active ingredient also comprises 30kg of onion skin.
Comparative example 5 differs from example 14 in that the skin conditioning component also included 0.5kg of royal jelly.
Comparative example 6 differs from example 14 in that the emollient conditioning component also included 3kg of royal jelly.
Comparative example 7 is different from example 14 in that in the preparation process of the skin care product, the skin care product is heated to 50 ℃ in S1 and is kept for 10 min; setting the rotating speed at 3000r/min and the stirring time at 2min in S2, and cooling to 30 ℃ after stirring; in S3, the temperature is set to 30 ℃, the rotation speed is set to 100r/min, and the stirring time is set to 20 min.
Comparative example 8 is different from example 14 in that in the preparation process of the skin care product, the skin care product is heated to 100 ℃ in S1 and is kept for 50 min; setting the rotation speed to 5000r/min and the stirring time to 20min in S2, and cooling to 80 ℃ after stirring; in S3, the temperature is set to 80 ℃, the rotation speed is set to 600r/min, and the stirring time is set to 50 min.
Performance test
In the test, a patient who is clinically diagnosed as suffering from acute eczema is taken as a test object, and the efficacy of the skin care products prepared in examples 1-20 and comparative examples 1-8 on eczema is tested, so that the effects of the skin care products on relieving and treating eczema, repairing skin and improving skin barrier capability are reflected.
Test object(s): 560 patients with clinical diagnosis of acute eczema were selected as test subjects, and the ratio of pregnant women to infants in the test subjects was 1:1, and the test subjects were divided into 28 groups of 20 persons, and the test subjects in each group had the same age composition and similar disease conditions.
The skin care products prepared in the same examples or comparative examples were applied to the test subjects in each group, and the skin care products prepared in examples 1 to 20 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were applied to the test subjects in different groups, respectively. The product is applied 3 times per day, and is applied to affected part uniformly, and the application time and application amount of all test subjects are the same, and the application lasts for 30 days.
Tracking and recording the disease feedback condition of the test object, recording the number of effective persons and the number of ineffective persons, wherein the number of effective persons comprises the number of remissions and the number of healings, and calculating the remissions and the healing rate. Wherein the cure population is the population who has gradually relieved clinical symptoms during the use period and has not relapsed within 30 days after the use is stopped; the remitting people are people who have remitted clinical symptoms during the use period and have relapsed conditions within 30 days after the use; the number of the patients with no improvement in clinical symptoms was found during the period of use and 30 days after the cessation of use. The test results are shown in table 9 below.
As can be seen from the test data in table 9: after the test subject uses the seven-piece soothing composition for relieving eczematous dermatitis of the skin sensitive people prepared in the examples 1 to 20, the relieving and curing rate of acute eczema is higher than 60 percent, which shows that the seven-piece soothing composition for relieving eczematous dermatitis of the skin sensitive people can be suitable for pregnant women, infants and other skin sensitive people and can achieve better effects of relieving and curing dermatitis.
By combining example 1 and comparative example 1, and table 9, it can be seen that the skin care product has better treatment effect and fewer relapses after treatment, and is suitable for pregnant women, infants and other skin sensitive people.
By combining the example 1 and the comparative example 2 and combining the table 9, the relieving and curing rate of the prepared seven-weight relieving composition for relieving and treating eczematous dermatitis of skin sensitive people is improved by 10% when the active components comprise the chamomile oil and the purslane, and the addition of the chamomile oil and the purslane can further improve the distribution of the raw material components, so that the effects of relieving and treating eczema are better.
In combination with examples 9, 13, 14 and 15 and comparative examples 3 and 4, and in combination with table 9, it can be seen that the addition of onion skin to the active ingredient can promote skin repair, and improve the repair ability of the prepared seven-fold soothing composition for alleviating eczematous dermatitis in skin sensitive people and the healing ability of the composition for dermatitis. The optimal part of the onion skin is 15-20 parts, the addition of a small amount of the onion skin cannot obviously improve the effect, and the addition of a large amount of the onion skin can obviously reduce the content of other components, so that the cure effect is reduced.
By combining examples 14, 16, 17 and 18 and comparative examples 5 and 6, and combining table 9, it can be seen that the incorporation of royal jelly in the moisturizing conditioning component can improve the relieving and healing capabilities of the prepared seven-weight relieving composition for relieving eczematous dermatitis of skin sensitive people, and nutrient substances and active substances contained in the royal jelly have a removing effect on bacteria on wounds and can relieve inflammation. The preferable adding amount of the royal jelly is 1 to 2 parts, and excessive or little is beneficial to improving the healing capacity of the seven-weight relieving composition for relieving and treating the eczematous dermatitis of the skin sensitive people.
In combination with examples 14, 19, 20 and comparative examples 7, 8, and in combination with Table 9, it can be seen that in the preparation of a seven-fold soothing composition for the relief treatment of eczematous dermatitis in skin sensitive people, the preferred temperature range for heating in S1 is 80-100 deg.C, and the preferred duration for holding is 20-30 min; the preferred setting range of the rotating speed in S2 is 4000-4800r/min, the preferred setting range of the stirring time is 5-10min, and the preferred temperature range of cooling after stirring is 50-60 ℃; in S3, the temperature is preferably set to 50-60 ℃, the rotation speed is preferably set to 200-500r/min, and the stirring time is preferably set to 30-45 min.
