Description

Chinese herbal medicine system infant hip-protecting cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care, in particular to a Chinese herbal medicine system infant hip-protecting cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Diaper rash, also known as diaper rash, refers to redness of the skin at the diaper site of a newborn, such as around the anus, buttocks, thighs, perineum, etc., with scattered maculopapules or herpes. The main inducement is that the baby diaper is not changed frequently or washed cleanly, and the skin of the baby is contacted and irritated for a long time; or the diaper is hard and is caused by local friction; and exacerbation following a secondary bacterial or candida infection.
However, the protective layer of the infant's skin has not yet developed completely and thus the external stimuli are more easily penetrated. In particular, the infant skin has not developed a defense against certain bacteria, is more susceptible to infection, and has not developed an immune system that is sufficiently effective against infection. Infants also have a weaker ability to sweat, which reduces their ability to regulate body temperature through sweating, which may lead to diaper rash. The fat content of the skin of infants is higher, which makes fat-soluble substances (which may be irritants) more likely to penetrate the skin. Therefore, the autoimmune function of the newborn is not perfect, the skin is easy to be stimulated by the outside to generate a series of skin inflammatory reactions, and diaper dermatitis eczema belongs to common skin inflammatory pathological changes of the infants. Causes of occurrence generally include: when wet diapers are used, diapers which are not cleaned by washing products such as soap and the like are not replaced timely, and the like, the skin of the baby is very delicate and is easy to be stimulated by external stimulation to generate irritation reaction, and symptoms such as pruritus, redness and the like appear.
Most of the products on the market today use cosmetic preservative systems, which achieve preservative function by using quasi-industrial preservatives, such as imidazolidinyl urea, bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea, benzalkonium chloride, phenoxyethanol, etc. Although the skin-care preservative belongs to the approved preservatives in the technical Specification for cosmetic safety, the skin-care preservative still has harm to the skin, and particularly the skin of infants is more fragile and seriously even aggravates the symptoms of skin inflammation, red rash, pruritus and the like.
The Chinese herbal medicine generally has the characteristics of mild effect, small irritation and high safety, is ideal when being used as a preservative, and has the advantages of lasting and stable effect, mild effect, wide application range, no side effect or small side effect, so the research and development of the Chinese herbal medicine become the latest trend of complying with the concept of returning to nature, scientific cosmetology and scientific nursing. In the application practice of external application and oral administration for thousands of years, a lot of drug effect records and experiences are accumulated in the traditional Chinese herbal medicine in China, and the dosage, safety and side effects of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine are verified. In particular, when these cosmetics are used for infants, various problems occur, such as high irritation, unsatisfactory use effect, and the like.
Besides the need of avoiding some adverse effects, the actual using effect of the infant hip-care cream needs to be further improved, for example, the infant hip-care cream has strong antibacterial effect, stable effect, no stimulation to the skin of infants, no toxic or side effect and radically avoids the problem of skin inflammation.

And (3) evaluating the product effect:
experiment one: heavy metal and microorganism detection assay
Detecting items: lead, mercury, arsenic, total number of colonies, total number of molds and yeasts, faecal coliform, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa.
The detection basis is as follows: QB/T1857-
The results are shown in table 1: the detected items conform to the specification of QB/T1857-2013 standard.
Table 1: test results of hip-pads in examples 1 to 3

Figure BDA0002733986140000141
Experiment two: skin irritation/Corrosion test (multiple skin irritation test)
Skin-friendly stimulation experiments were performed on the hip-pads of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2, and 4 rabbits were selected for each experimental example. Laboratory temperature: 20-24 ℃, relative humidity: 60 to 70 percent. Approximately 24h prior to the trial, animals were clipped to remove hair from both sides of the spine in the back to a range of 2 x 3 cm. The application area was 2.5 x 2.5 cm. Applying about 0.5ml of hip-protecting ointment on one side of skin, and applying solvent on the other side of the skin as control when the test object is prepared with non-irritant solvent for 1 time per day for 14 days. From the next day, the hair should be cut and the residual test substance removed with water or a non-irritating solvent before each application. The results were observed after one hour and were scored for irritation response as specified in the cosmetic hygiene code (2007 edition), and the results of the skin acute irritation test are shown in table 2:
Figure BDA0002733986140000142
the test result shows that the hip-protecting cream has mild property, and the skin irritation test result shows that the hip-protecting cream has no acute skin irritation.
Experiment three, efficacy experiment:
test objects: in order to meet the diagnosis standard of diaper dermatitis of infants, the skin of a mild infant patient is not damaged, flaky erythema can be seen on the covered parts of the diaper, such as perineum, scrotum, inner thigh, buttocks and the like, the flaky erythema is matched with the covered area of the diaper, and the edge is clear. Infants between 0 and 3 years of age, male and female are not limited, no moisturizers, antihistamines, and topical glucocorticoids were used in the lesion area one month prior to the study, and the subject's guardian must ensure that various other products, hip pads, glucocorticoid ointments, etc., must not be used in the lesion area during the 24 hour period prior to assessment.
The experimental steps are as follows: the number of completed cases was 28, and example 1 containing the antibacterial preservative ingredient of the Chinese herbal medicines and comparative examples 1 and 2 not contained were compared.
Before the hip protection cream is coated, the part needing to be coated is washed clean by warm water and is lightly wiped dry by soft cloth, the hip protection cream is coated on an affected part, the thickness of the hip protection cream is about 0.5-1mm, the hip protection cream is coated twice every day, and the hip protection cream is observed on the first day, the second day, the third day, the fourth day, the fifth day, the sixth day and the seventh day respectively, the red hip disappears as the cure time during the observation period, the time is recorded as the red hip disappearance days, and the corresponding accumulated cure case number and the corresponding time are recorded by analogy.
The experimental results are as follows: cumulative number of red hip loss cases-time statistics are given in table 3 below:
Figure BDA0002733986140000151
and (4) experimental conclusion: the hip-protecting cream product can promote the recovery of mild red hips and has better effect on the mild red hips. In addition, the herbal system infant hip cream of example 1 (examples 2 to 3 have similar effects to example 1) can be absorbed and repaired more quickly. In addition, the gossypium herbaceum seed extract in the formula of the invention is compatible with other components, especially the peony extract and the scutellaria baicalensis extract, so that the effect of healing red buttocks can be synergistically increased.
In addition, according to the cosmetic stability test which is commonly used in the industry, the long-term stability of the product of the invention, such as a high and low temperature storage stability test, a viscosity regulation test, a packaging stability test, a color stability test and the like, is tested, and the detection result of the product of the invention is qualified.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the claims appended hereto, as well as the appended claims.
