Description

Anti-allergy repair emulsion without preservative and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention discloses an emulsion, in particular to an emulsion with an anti-allergy repairing function, and also discloses a preparation method of the emulsion, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
Skin constitution is the defense and adaptability of skin to external stimuli (small particles in the air, such as pollen, dust, and the like, environment, skin care products, climate change, and the like). Generally, good skin constitution can protect the skin from external stimuli and maintain the healthy state of the skin. In the case of sensitive skin, when external stimuli attack the skin, keratinocytes and mast cells release various inflammatory mediators, causing burning, stinging and tightening of the skin, etc., and accompanying itching, thereby causing redness, erythema, and sensitivity of the skin. Proper defense can inhibit the release of various inflammation mediums and weaken the discomfort of burning, stabbing pain and the like of the skin.
Sensitive muscle is a newly developed term for skin symptoms, is the most common skin discomfort symptom at present, and seriously influences the life quality of people. The term is used to describe the skin of an individual who is thought to have symptoms of facial hyperreactivity, which is believed to be more responsive to the external environment or to facial products than normal. Sensitive muscle is a physiological symptom, not a disease.
The skin symptoms of the sensitive muscle population are generally manifested by facial tightness, prickling, tingling and itching, burning sensation, pain, persistent itching and the like in the sense of sensation. The visual symptoms of the skin are erythema and skin flushing symptoms.
According to incomplete statistics, the current global sensitive skin population is close to 50 percent, and the population which thinks that the skin allergy symptoms of different degrees appear per se reaches more than 80 percent. The factors causing skin sensitivity are various and are roughly expressed as follows: environmental changes, exposure to chemosensitizers, daily over-cleaning, excessive stress on life and work, and irregular life. Stay up all night, irregular diet, etc. Due to the fact that factors causing skin sensitivity are various, and sensitive symptoms are different from person to person, the problem of skin sensitivity is solved, the comfort level of skin is improved, the market demands need to be closely combined, the reasons causing skin sensitivity are known from the source, the solution for sensitive skin is comprehensively considered, allergy prevention is needed on one hand, and the repair of damaged skin accompanied with sensitive skin symptoms is needed on the other hand.
In recent years, products sensitive to skin only stay at the concept declaration level, the sensitive symptoms of the skin cannot be really solved from the source, and the used anti-sensitive functional raw materials are only the accumulation of various raw materials and do not have corresponding data support data. Data in the aspects of in vitro and crowd test and the like cannot be found, so that the corresponding effect cannot be achieved aiming at the problem of skin sensitivity. On the contrary, in the screening process of raw materials, part of cosmetics with anti-allergy repair efficacy do not start from the skin constitution of sensitive skin, excessively pursue the effects of 'instant' and 'high efficiency', and a large amount of chemical preparations and hormone substances are selectively added, so that the raw materials do not generate skin dependence much, the sensitive and uncomfortable symptoms of the skin can be aggravated, the phenomena of skin pores, pimples, red spots, skin darkness, acne and the like are aggravated, the skin damage condition is more and more serious, and the skin tolerance can be damaged to a great extent; however, drugs for sensitive skin generally have various side effects and certain drug dependence, so that skin defense of people with sensitive skin is increasingly poor, and barrier damage is increasingly serious.

1. Results of corrosion challenge test:
the preservative is not added in the formula, and the humectant is adopted to ensure the stability of the shelf life of the formula, so that the discomfort of allergy and the like caused by the introduction of the preservative to the skin is reduced, and the formula is ensured not to be excessively invaded by microorganisms in the shelf life. The humectant is added in an amount that passes the preservative challenge test and demonstrates a level of bacteria and mold within the cosmetic hygiene safety approved range over the relevant shelf life. Specific test results are shown in tables 1 and 2:
table 1 corrosion challenge test data results (bacteria)
Figure 653836DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
TABLE 2 Corrosion protection challenge test data results (mold)
Figure 264945DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
The result of preservative challenge shows that the addition of p-hydroxyacetophenone and caprylyl hydroxamic acid in example 2 can inhibit the generation of bacteria and mold in the anti-allergy repair emulsion to a certain extent, prevent the excessive amount of microorganisms in the product, and ensure the stability of the product in a long-term shelf life. In contrast, in comparative experiment 1, hydroxyacetophenone and caprylyl hydroximic acid are not added, so that the excess of bacteria and mold is shown, and a relevant corrosion prevention challenge experiment is not passed;
2 trial for people-skin feeling experience
The application of the invention carries out crowd trial aiming at the skin feeling experience of the product and collects related trial feedback results. Experiments examples 1,2,3 were carried out and comparative experiments 2,3,4 were carried out. In comparison experiments 2,3 and 4, on the premise of ensuring that the stability of the product passes, the used grease, emulsifier and the like are correspondingly adjusted. The experiment mainly screens indexes from the aspects of overall spreadability, absorptivity, moistening degree, greasy feeling and the like of the formula.
TABLE 3 sensory evaluation results of the anti-allergy repair emulsions of examples 1,2,3 and comparative experiments 2 to 4
Figure 618566DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
The oil mainly used in the embodiment of the application is squalane, jojoba oil, shea butter oil and isononyl isononanoate, the emulsion stabilizer is a mixture of hydrogenated lecithin, sorbitan olivate and cetearyl glucoside, and the emulsifier and the oil are matched according to a certain proportion, so that the stability of the formula can be ensured, and meanwhile, the skin-feel experience of moistening, softness, easy absorption and smearing can be provided; in comparative experiments 2 to 4, compared to example 2, the unpleasant experiences such as slow absorption and poor spreadability were exhibited by replacing the oil or fat in the formulation or the emulsion stabilizer. The embodiment has good compatibility and can bring good skin-feel experience.
And an emulsion stabilizer is added into the anti-allergy repair emulsion to achieve the effect of long-term stability of the formula, and meanwhile, the sorbitan olivate and the cetearyl glucoside are used as combined emulsifiers and are plant sources, so that the anti-allergy repair emulsion is mild in property and high in safety. Simultaneously has good emulsification effect. In addition, the prepared anti-allergy repair emulsion has excellent stability, can well disperse oil used in the emulsion in a water phase, can keep long-term stability, has good texture and excellent spreadability in skin feel, and is quick to absorb. Hydrogenated lecithin is a natural emulsifier derived from soybean with anti-inflammatory activity, and is effective in reducing irritation and reducing potential irritation of other surfactants. The experimental result also shows that the anti-allergy repair emulsion prepared by adopting the hydrogenated lecithin as the emulsifier has excellent skin-sticking property and does not bring sticky and uncomfortable feeling;
3. efficacy verification test
The soothing anti-allergy factor, the irritation inhibiting factor and the barrier repair factor are added into the formula, so that the skin discomfort symptom is improved from the dimensionalities of improving skin sensitivity, reducing formula/environmental irritation, repairing damaged skin barrier and the like; the following experiments show the superiority of the present invention in terms of the amounts of inhibiting histamine release, reducing skin irritation, and reducing skin transdermal moisture loss value (TWEL), respectively;
(1) Experimental verification of relieving and anti-allergy efficacy
Mixing radix astragali, aloe Barbadensis, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, herba Sidae Rhombifoliae extract, radix Saposhnikoviae, rhizoma Gastrodiae, scutellariae radix extract, and herba Albiziae to obtain cosmetic with anti-allergy effect. Experiment the ability to inhibit histamine release was judged by determining the ability to alleviate and resist allergy in the examples and comparative experiments;
the ability to inhibit histamine release can be determined by inhibiting hyaluronidase. The higher the inhibition rate of hyaluronidase, the stronger its ability to inhibit histamine release. I.e., the stronger the soothing and anti-allergy effects. The experiment proves that the example has stronger capability of inhibiting the activity of the hyaluronidase compared with the comparative experiment, the effect is shown in figure 1, according to figure 1, the hyaluronidase inhibition rate in the example 2 reaches 70.7%, compared with the example 2, the comparative experiment 5 has the same components, and the hyaluronidase inhibition rate is only 6.56% after the soothing anti-sensitivity factor composition is removed, compared with the example 2. Namely, the examples have a good ability to inhibit histamine release, while the comparative experiment does not contain the bradykinin, which is very weak in its ability to inhibit histamine release. The experimental result shows that the soothing anti-allergic factor can obviously inhibit sensitive symptoms such as pruritus and the like caused by the release of histamine;
(2) Experimental verification of irritation inhibition efficacy
The irritation inhibiting factor comprises kava extract, cactus extract and tapioca starch. The stimulation factor can effectively inhibit the stimulation reaction caused by common sensitization sources (preservatives, essences, surfactants and the like). Comprehensively prevent and reduce the irritation and sensitivity caused by common irritants in cosmetic formulations.
In order to prove the inhibition effect of the inhibition stimulating factor on common stimulators, sodium Dodecyl Sulfate (SDS) is adopted as the stimulator of the surfactant in the experiment to stimulate the hemolysis of red blood cells, the hemolysis rate of the red blood cells is increased along with the increase of the addition amount of the surfactant, and the obvious hemolysis phenomenon of the red blood cells can occur when the addition amount of 0.4 percent of SDS is added;
experiment case 2 and comparative experiment 6 were carried out to treat the hemolyzed red blood cells, respectively, and the experimental results are shown in fig. 2, and it can be seen from fig. 2 that the hemolysis rate of the red blood cells treated with SDS reaches 100%, and the experiment was carried out using experiment case 2 and comparative experiment in order to demonstrate the inhibitory effect of the inhibitory stimulus factor on the stimulation caused by the surfactant. According to the experimental data, the hemolysis rate of the red blood cells of the inhibitory stimulating factor added in the embodiment is only 5.3 percent, and the inhibition rate reaches 94.7 percent; while comparative experiment 6, which is the comparative experiment of example 2 without addition of the inhibitory stimulating factor, has a hemolysis rate of 83.7% and an inhibitory rate of only 16.3% for erythrocytes. From the experimental results, it is found that the stimulation-inhibiting factor added in the present invention can significantly inhibit the stimulation caused by the surfactant.
(3) Experimental verification of barrier repair efficacy
The skin barrier repairing composition achieves the effect of repairing skin barriers by adding the composition of ceramide 1, ceramide 3, ceramide 6, natural VE, bisabolol, phytosterol, fatty acid, selaginella tamariscina extract and the like. The data show that topical lipid concentrates (ceramide 1, ceramide 3, ceramide 6, phytosterols, free fatty acids) can increase the natural lipid barrier of dry, sensitive and aged skin, relieving the skin's discomfort symptoms at the source. It can be used for preventing skin injury caused by water dispersion and external adverse factors. The lipid concentrate mimics the natural composition of a lipid barrier and is effective in remodeling the lipid barrier.
1. To verify the effect of the barrier repair factor on the skin barrier repair function, the results of the repair of the integrity of the skin barrier on the fifth day after SDS treatment were judged experimentally (based on the transdermal water loss value TWEL). The untreated and damaged skin has a good skin barrier function, the water content of the skin is recorded to be 100 at the moment, the moisture content of the damaged skin is 40, namely after the SDS treatment, the skin barrier damage is serious, and the skin moisture loss through skin is serious;
the formulation of example 2 with the barrier repair factor composition and the formulation of comparative experiment 7 without the barrier repair factor composition were obtained by treating the skin treated with SDS with the formulations of example 2 and comparative experiment 7, respectively, and observing the transdermal water loss value (TWEL), the results of which are shown in table 3:
table 4 skin barrier repair results are shown in the table below
Figure 620020DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
As can be seen from the above table, the SDS-treated skin showed a significant percutaneous moisture loss value (TWEL). By adding the emulsion of the invention containing the barrier repair factor composition in example 2, the transdermal moisture loss value (TWEL) of the skin is obviously improved, and the moisture content of the skin is increased to 83 percent. In contrast, in comparative experiment 7, compared to example 2, the skin moisture content was not substantially improved by removing the barrier repair factor composition, i.e., comparative experiment 7 did not have the function of repairing the skin barrier. Namely, the barrier repair factor composition has a good value for reducing the skin moisture loss through skin. The barrier repair factor can well repair the barrier of the damaged skin.
