3.3 preparation of Hibiscus sabdariffa extract:

weighing a proper amount of dry roselle coarse powder, soaking for 2h, heating and decocting at 100 ℃ for 3 times, adding 25 times of water for 1 time, extracting for 2.5h, adding 20 times of water for 2 times, extracting for 1.5h, adding 12 times of water for 3 times, extracting for 1h, filtering with three layers of gauze each time, combining filtrates, concentrating the volume of the filtrate to 10 mL/g of the weight of the dry roselle coarse powder, and filtering with two layers of gauze to obtain a roselle extract for later use.

3.4 preparation of lemon extract:

weighing a proper amount of dry lemon slice coarse powder, adding water, soaking for 0.75h, heating, decocting and extracting for 3 times, adding 15 times of water for the 1 st time, extracting for 2h, adding 12 times of water for the 2 nd time, extracting for 1.5h, adding 10 times of water for the 3 rd time, extracting for 1.5h, filtering each time, combining the filtrates, concentrating the volume of the filtrate to 8 times mL/g of the weight of the dry lemon slice coarse powder, and filtering to obtain the lemon slice coarse powder.

3.5A preparation method of the body lotion for tightening, moistening and smoothing skin comprises the following steps:

a) weighing 1.5g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, dissolving in 80mL of distilled water, standing for 24h, and obtaining a uniform and transparent sodium carboxymethylcellulose solution for later use after the sodium carboxymethylcellulose is naturally swelled and dissolved;

b) weighing 1.0g of sodium alginate, adding 30mL of distilled water, stirring with a clean glass rod, transferring to 80 ℃ water, continuously stirring for 8min, taking out, standing for 5h at normal temperature to obtain a uniform sodium alginate solution with moderate viscosity for later use;

e) measuring 20mL of distilled water, and heating in a 90 ℃ constant-temperature water bath kettle to be used as a water phase for later use;

f) slowly adding the water phase into the oil phase along the wall of the beaker when the oil phase and the water phase reach the same temperature, heating and stirring uniformly along the same side, and completing emulsification after 30min to obtain an O/W type emulsion matrix;

g) weighing 0.5g of ethylparaben, adding 3mL of 1, 2-propylene glycol, and stirring to dissolve to obtain a preservative solution;

h) weighing 20mL of jasmine extract, 15mL of lemon extract, 20mL of rosemary extract, 15mL of roselle extract and 10mL of honey; weighing 3.0g of saralalin and 2.0g of Liponicic EG-1, mixing, stirring for dissolving, and uniformly mixing to obtain a solution 1;

i) adding sodium carboxymethylcellulose solution, sodium alginate solution, ice crystal forming agent AVC solution, solution 1, antiseptic solution, and flos Osmanthi Fragrantis essence 0.3ml into emulsion matrix, stirring, and mixing to obtain body lotion for tightening and moistening skin.

4.1 Properties

The invention is semitransparent creamy yellow, has proper viscosity, is fine, smooth and even, is light and moist, is bright and fair, has good spreading performance, is quickly absorbed and has fragrant smell.

4.2pH check

Taking the product, and measuring with pH meter to obtain pH value of 6-7.

4.3 Cold-Heat test

The body milk is packaged in a transparent cosmetic bottle and refrigerated in a refrigerator at 4 ℃ for one month for observation without layering phenomenon. The emulsion is placed in a constant temperature box at 55 ℃ for 24 hours, and the phenomena of layering, emulsification and odor change of the emulsion are avoided.

4.4 centrifugal test

The back of the white mouse was cut to remove hairs, and body lotions prepared according to examples 1,2, and 3 were applied to the cut-out parts, respectively, to compare with the non-coated parts, resulting in no irritation or allergic reaction.

A proper amount of the body lotion prepared in examples 1,2 and 3 was applied to the hands of volunteers (15-70 years old, 100 persons), and no redness, rash or blister appeared after 30 minutes.

4.7 comprehensive Effect examination of body milk

The efficacy of the body milks produced in examples 1,2 and 3 was evaluated by the following trial feeling. A civil investigation and grading method is adopted, 120 volunteers in the age range of 15-70 years are selected as trial objects, the trial objects are divided into three groups at will, the body milk prepared in the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 3 is respectively smeared on all parts of the body, and the using time is two months. The using effects of the ingredients are divided into 5 points: the fifth is the highest score, which shows good and very satisfactory; 4, the division is better; 3 is acceptable; when the amount is less than 3 points, the results are not acceptable.
