Description

Traceless repairing composition containing mineral hot spring
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to a preparation method and application of a traceless repairing composition containing a mineral hot spring.
Background
With the development of society, people pay more attention to beauty, and the aesthetic feeling of appearance is improved by various beauty products for many people, but for neutral and oily acne skin, the skin grease secretion is vigorous, grease accumulation is easy to cause at the forehead and the nasal wing, and the skin is thick, hard and unsmooth due to thick and thick pores. At present, a plurality of acne removing products use components such as hormone, antibiotic, retinoic acid, tartaric acid and the like, have large irritation, are easy to cause drug resistance of the skin to acne bacilli, and have continuously questioned safety. For example, salicylic acid, which is often used for removing acne, relieving itching, sterilizing and softening skin cuticle, cannot exceed 0.5%, and the skin is dry after use and can generate a tight feeling, while the existing natural combined acne-removing products are usually only prepared from natural extracts for diminishing inflammation and sterilizing, and the problem is not solved by aiming at the bacteria of the caused acne, so the effect taking speed is not very fast.
At present, products which have small irritation to skin, are mild and can quickly and effectively remove acnes become the primary choice for treating acnes on skin, and particularly, the requirements on health and environmental protection are higher and higher along with the continuous improvement of the living standard of people. At present, the limitation of the formula of the commercially available skin care product can only achieve the effect of relieving symptoms to a certain extent, the acne removing effect is not ideal, the period is long, and the oil-controlling acne removing effect and the acne removing effect which are ideal and have no trace cannot be achieved for severe acnes (acnes).

the inventor finds that the repair cream has better circulation stability and proper emulsified particle size by using the combined action of the M68, the glycerol glucoside and the hydrogenated lecithin, and speculates that the possible reason is that on one hand, the M68 and the hydrogenated lecithin can form proper emulsified particle size in a proper proportion range, so that the use feeling is improved, and in general, when the concentration of an emulsifying agent is high, the emulsified particle size is small, but the use feeling is reduced due to too much concentration, so that the interaction between the M68 and the hydrogenated lecithin is adopted, and the carbomer 20, the xanthan gum and the like in the invention are used for overcoming the defect of insufficient emulsifying effect, so that the hydrophile and lipophile are improved, and the use feeling and the emulsified particle size are optimal in a certain proportion range. On the other hand, as M68 and glycerol glucoside are combined together, the structure is partially similar, the emulsifying capacity is further improved by increasing the thickness of the emulsifying film through intermolecular force, and then the glycerol glucoside and hydrogenated lecithin with strong hydrophilicity can promote the infiltration of moisturizing components, so that the osmotic pressure of cells is maintained to be stable, the diffusion path of water molecules is enlarged, the cell gap is enlarged, and the absorption of conditioner components is further promoted, so that the cells have activity, and the acne is thoroughly repaired.

2. Emulsion particle size: the prepared test object was immediately evaluated for the emulsified particle size by microscopic observation, and the evaluation results are shown in table 3;
a: within 1 μm.
B: a part of 2 to 3 μm emulsified particles were observed, but the particle size was approximately 1 μm or less.
C: the number of particles having a particle size of 1 μm or more is large, but is approximately within 3 μm.
D: many emulsified particle sizes of 3 μm or more were observed.
3. Moisture content of skin stratum corneum:
270 subjects with sensitive skin (screened according to lactic acid stinging) and simultaneously meeting TEWL >15g/h/m 2 and stratum corneum moisture content were selected and randomly divided into 9 groups of 30 persons each, with the age range of 25-55 years. The moisture content of the skin cuticle of a subject is respectively measured before the face uses the test product, after the face uses the test product for 2 weeks and after the face uses the test product for 4 weeks, and the moisture content of the skin cuticle of the face before the face uses the test product is a basic value; the difference from the base value after 2 weeks and 4 weeks was calculated as the increase in the water content of the stratum corneum, and the results are shown in Table 3; detection of the site: the detection indexes on the left side of the cheek are shown in table 2;
the test environment of the test has the temperature of 20.0-21.5 ℃ and the relative humidity of 48.0-56.0 percent, and meets the requirement of scheme design. The statistical method comprises the following steps: wilcoxon signed rank analysis was used with test level α of 0.05. Significance labeling method: "n.s." means no statistical difference, p > 0.05; "x", p < 0.05.

4. The acne treatment effect is as follows: the test object is continuously used for 30 days by 100 persons of 18-35 years old respectively, and the acne prevention and treatment effect is evaluated through comparative analysis, wherein the acne prevention and treatment effect is the improvement condition of inflammatory papules and pustules.
