Abstract

本发明涉及圆盘锯床技术领域,尤其涉及一种大型圆盘锯床用变速箱,解决现有技术中存在的齿轮配合故障难以及时发现的缺点,包括外壳和驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端连接有驱动轴,外壳内部转动连接有一级传动轴、二级传动轴和三级传动轴,驱动轴上安装有驱动齿轮,一级传动轴上安装有与驱动齿轮啮合的一级从动齿轮,一级传动轴上还安装有一级主动齿轮,二级传动轴上安装有与一级主动齿轮啮合的二级从动齿轮,二级传动轴还安装有二级主动齿轮,三级传动轴上安装有与二级主动齿轮啮合的三级从动齿轮。本发明在驱动轴和三级传动轴上安装了转速传感器,可监测出三级传动轴和驱动轴转速的比例异常,从而监测齿轮配合异常。

技术领域
本发明涉及圆盘锯床技术领域,尤其涉及一种大型圆盘锯床用变速箱。
背景技术
锯床是一种切割加工设备,主要分为三类:弓锯床、圆盘锯床及带锯床,圆盘锯床主要采用圆形锯片作旋转的切削运动,圆盘锯床进刀稳定,刀具寿命长,锯切精度高,精度稳定。圆盘锯床按圆锯片的进给方向分为卧式(水平进给)、立式(垂直进给)和摆式(绕一支点摆动进给)三种类型。
由于电机本身转速较快,电机在驱动圆盘锯床时,需要先经过变速箱进行变速,在变速箱中,通过不同齿数的齿轮进行传动,从而实现对输出轴转速的减速。
在圆盘锯床加工工件的过程中,如果齿轮间配合不严密或齿轮损坏,变速机构就不能按照指定的倍数减速,影响工件的加工,输出轴的转速无法通过肉眼判断,难以及时发现故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的齿轮配合故障难以及时发现的缺点,而提出的一种大型圆盘锯床用变速箱。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种大型圆盘锯床用变速箱,包括外壳和驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出端连接有驱动轴,所述外壳内部转动连接有一级传动轴、二级传动轴和三级传动轴,所述驱动轴上安装有驱动齿轮,所述一级传动轴上安装有与驱动齿轮啮合的一级从动齿轮,所述一级传动轴上还安装有一级主动齿轮,所述二级传动轴上安装有与一级主动齿轮啮合的二级从动齿轮,所述二级传动轴还安装有二级主动齿轮,所述三级传动轴上安装有与二级主动齿轮啮合的三级从动齿轮,所述三级传动轴的前端伸出外壳之外并连接有圆盘锯,所述三级传动轴上安装有三级轴转速传感器,所述驱动轴上安装有驱动轴转速传感器,所述外壳的外侧安装有单片机,且三级轴转速传感器和驱动轴转速传感器分别与单片机电性连接。
优选的,所述驱动轴和一级传动轴垂直,所述驱动齿轮和一级从动齿轮均为锥齿轮。
优选的,所述一级传动轴、二级传动轴和三级传动轴平行。
优选的,所述圆盘锯的前侧固定有圆盘锯前盖,且圆盘锯的后侧固定有圆盘锯后盖。
优选的,所述一级从动齿轮和驱动齿轮的齿数比为2∶1。
优选的,所述二级从动齿轮和一级主动齿轮的齿数比为3∶1。
优选的,所述三级从动齿轮和二级主动齿轮的齿数比为2∶1。
优选的,所述一级传动轴上安装有一级轴转速传感器,且一级轴转速传感器与单片机电性连接。
优选的,所述二级传动轴上安装有二级轴转速传感器,且二级轴转速传感器与单片机电性连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明在驱动轴和三级传动轴上安装了转速传感器,以驱动轴的转速为基准,可监测出三级传动轴和驱动轴转速的比例异常,从而监测齿轮配合异常。
2、在一级驱动轴和二级驱动轴上分别安装了转速传感器,可用于锁定异常的位置。

实施例一:参照图1-2,一种大型圆盘锯床用变速箱,包括外壳1和驱动电机2,驱动电机2的输出端连接有驱动轴3,外壳1内部转动连接有一级传动轴、二级传动轴8和三级传动轴11,驱动轴3上安装有驱动齿轮4,一级传动轴5上安装有与驱动齿轮4啮合的一级从动齿轮6,一级传动轴5上还安装有一级主动齿轮7,二级传动轴8上安装有与一级主动齿轮7啮合的二级从动齿轮9,二级传动轴8还安装有二级主动齿轮10,三级传动轴11上安装有与二级主动齿轮10啮合的三级从动齿轮12,三级传动轴11的前端伸出外壳1之外并连接有圆盘锯15,三级传动轴11上安装有三级轴转速传感器13,驱动轴3上安装有驱动轴转速传感器17,外壳1的外侧安装有单片机18,且三级轴转速传感器13和驱动轴转速传感器17分别与单片机18电性连接,单片机18连接一个显示屏或一个指示灯,用于指示异常。
具体的,驱动轴3和一级传动轴5垂直,驱动齿轮4和一级从动齿轮6均为锥齿轮,一级传动轴5、二级传动轴8和三级传动轴11平行,可提高外壳1内部的空间利用率,从而减少变速箱所占用的空间。
其中,圆盘锯15的前侧通过螺栓固定有圆盘锯前盖16,且圆盘锯15的后侧通过螺栓固定有圆盘锯后盖14,用于保护圆盘锯15。
作为优选的,一级从动齿轮6和驱动齿轮4的齿数比为2∶1,二级从动齿轮9和一级主动齿轮7的齿数比为3∶1,三级从动齿轮12和二级主动齿轮10的齿数比为2∶1,使得变速后,三级传动轴11的转速是驱动轴3的转速的

三级传动轴11驱动圆盘锯15转动,三级轴转速传感器13监测三级传动轴11的转速,驱动轴转速传感器17监测驱动轴3的转速,三级轴转速传感器13和驱动轴转速传感器17将转速的数据传送至单片机18,经过单片机18的运算,如果三级传动轴11和驱动轴3的转速比例异常,则经显示屏或指示灯显示出来。
实施例二:参照图1和图3,一种大型圆盘锯床用变速箱,与实施例一不同的是,一级传动轴5上安装有一级轴转速传感器19,且一级轴转速传感器19与单片机18电性连接,二级传动轴8上安装有二级轴转速传感器20,且二级轴转速传感器20与单片机18电性连接,单片机18连接一个显示屏或三个指示灯,三个指示灯分别对应一级传动轴5、二级传动轴8和三级传动轴11,用于指示异常位置。
当单片机连接指示灯时,当驱动齿轮4和一级从动齿轮6的配合异常时,一级传动轴5的转速异常,则一级传动轴5对应的指示灯亮,当一级主动齿轮7和二级从动齿轮9的配合异常时,二级传动轴8的转速异常,二级传动轴8对应的指示灯亮,当二级主动齿轮10和三级从动齿轮12的配合异常时,三级传动轴11的转速异常,三级传动轴11对应的指示灯亮,可指示异常位置。

本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。

1.一种大型圆盘锯床用变速箱,包括外壳(1)和驱动电机(2),其特征在于,所述驱动电机(2)的输出端连接有驱动轴(3),所述外壳(1)内部转动连接有一级传动轴、二级传动轴(8)和三级传动轴(11),所述驱动轴(3)上安装有驱动齿轮(4),所述一级传动轴(5)上安装有与驱动齿轮(4)啮合的一级从动齿轮(6),所述一级传动轴(5)上还安装有一级主动齿轮(7),所述二级传动轴(8)上安装有与一级主动齿轮(7)啮合的二级从动齿轮(9),所述二级传动轴(8)还安装有二级主动齿轮(10),所述三级传动轴(11)上安装有与二级主动齿轮(10)啮合的三级从动齿轮(12),所述三级传动轴(11)的前端伸出外壳(1)之外并连接有圆盘锯(15),所述三级传动轴(11)上安装有三级轴转速传感器(13),所述驱动轴(3)上安装有驱动轴转速传感器(17),所述外壳(1)的外侧安装有单片机(18),且三级轴转速传感器(13)和驱动轴转速传感器(17)分别与单片机(18)电性连接。
