Abstract
本发明公开了含有2″-O-葡糖基异牡荆葡基黄酮作为有效成分的植物保鲜剂。该保鲜剂对剪切的花卉和盆栽植物有优异的保鲜效果,且安全和不具有污染环境的问题。
Description
本发明涉及一种植物保鲜剂,具体地说,涉及一种特别有效地保持剪切下的花卉新鲜的植物保鲜剂。
迄今曾采用的植物保鲜剂中多数含有银离子、糖类、杀菌剂、表面活性剂等,但存在安全性、污染环境等问题,因此,最近提出没有这类问题的各种植物保鲜剂(日本专利公开号:312541/1990,204802/1991,124901/1993,124902/1993,139901/1993等)。但有缺陷,例如,保鲜效果不充分。
因此,本发明者对具有优异的植物保鲜效果且安全和不具有污染环境问题的植物保鲜剂已作了深入研究,结果他们发现下式的2″-O-葡糖基异牡荆葡基黄酮:其对盆载植物和剪切下的花卉具有优异的保鲜效果。而且,几乎对哺乳动物无毒性,对植物无药害,安全且不造成环境污染,因此,非常利于作为植物保鲜剂;从而完成了本发明。于是本发明提供一种含有2″-O-葡糖基牡荆葡基黄酮作为有效成分的植物保鲜剂。
下文中对本发明的植物保鲜剂进一步作详尽的描述。
作为本发明植物保鲜剂有效成分的2″-O-葡糖基异牡荆葡基黄酮为各种绿色植物中含有的抗氧化活性优异的天然衍生物,且可以获得,例如根据U.S.P.5,346,890(EP-A-471584和日本专利公开号65840/1993)中描述的方法,例如,用含水量为0至80%(特别优选15至50%)的含水乙醇提取大麦嫩叶的水不溶成分或正己烷不溶成分,如果需要,进一步用含水量0至80%(特别优选30至60%)的含水甲醇提取其成分,且如果需要,进行如色谱和/或重结晶的操作。
本发明中采用的2″-O-葡糖基异牡荆葡基黄酮并非必须总是纯体形式,它可以是粗提物。
本发明的植物保鲜剂可以是粉或溶液形式,但通常优选水溶液形式。水溶液中的2″-O-葡基异牡荆葡基黄酮的浓度没有严格限制,可以依据被处理物(剪切下的花卉或盆载植物等)、施用方法(喷雾或浸入等)等的不同而变化,但通常可以在0.001ppm至100ppm的范围内。适合的是,根据制剂的形式,就喷雾剂而言,该浓度优选0.01ppm至2ppm,具有上述浓度的水溶液可将其灌入到喷雾容器中制成产品。该化学品也可制成1至10ppm范围的浓溶液,且将该溶液灌入到适合的容器中制成产品。
本发明的植物保鲜剂,如果需要,可进一步含有表面活性剂如聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯和脱水山梨醇单月桂酸酯,各种展开剂,有机溶剂如丙酮和醇类,且可进一步掺入极小量的植物养分,杀菌剂,植物生长调节剂,植物激素等。
本发明植物保鲜剂的使用方法依据作为被处理物的植物的种类或形式等的不同而变化,但是,通常,就水溶液而言,2″-O-葡糖基异牡荆葡基黄酮的施用浓度可以在0.001ppm至2ppm范围内,优选0.01ppm至1ppm。此外,处理方法包括,例如,下列几种方法:一种包括往部分或整个植物如剪切下的花卉,小花枝(剪切下的小花枝),树叶(剪切下的树叶)和盆栽的植物喷施本发明植物保鲜剂的方法;一种包括将植物如剪切下的花卉、小花枝和树叶的剪切末端浸入含有本发明保鲜剂的溶液中,或将溶液盛于装有这些植物的花瓶中的方法;一种包括在花卉蓓蕾期进行喷雾或浸入的方法等。
能够用本发明的植物保鲜剂处理的植物包括,例如,玫瑰花、石竹属、菊属、茼蒿菊、杜鹃花属、矮型杜鹃花属等。
采用本发明的植物保鲜剂可获得如下效果,例如,可以保持剪切下的花卉具有长的开花期,加速剪切下的花卉的花蕾开放,叶片的新鲜保持时间长,且可以保持盆栽植物花朵长时间新鲜,除此之外,如上所述,作为本发明植物保鲜剂的有效成分2″-O-葡糖基异牡荆葡基黄酮为天然衍生物,且有许多优异优点,例如,对动植物安全和不污染环境。
以下根据试验实施例对本发明植物保鲜剂的效果作进一步的具体描述。试验实施例1
将根据U.S.P.5,346,890(=日本专利公开65480/1993)实施例1中描述的方法从大麦嫩叶提取的纯度为80%的2″-O-葡糖异牡荆葡基黄酮(下文缩写为GIV)用水稀释,分别给出GIV浓度为0.1ppm和1ppm的水溶液。
准备好三个各为800ml容积的花瓶,将其中一瓶盛上500ml(GIV浓度为0.1ppm的水溶液(样品A),另二瓶盛上500ml的自来水。分别将直接从玫瑰种植的花农购买的未经化学品处理的剪切下的玫瑰花(约30cm)插入花瓶中。每天往含有自来水的一个花瓶喷施GIV浓度为1ppm的水溶液约1.5ml(样品B),剩下的一瓶作为对照。
每天观察剪切下的玫瑰花的状态变化,根据下列标准进行评价。

Claims (7)
1.一种用於保持剪切下的花卉、剪切下的小花枝、剪切下的树叶或盆栽植物的鲜度的保鲜剂,其为水溶液形式的含有浓度在0.01ppm至10ppm范围内的2”-O-葡糖基异牡荆黄素。
2.根据权利要求1的保鲜剂,它是以装於喷雾器的形式存在。
3.一种保持剪切下的花卉、剪切下的小花枝、剪切下的树叶或盆栽植物的鲜度的方法,其包括施用有效量的2”-O-葡糖基异牡荆黄素於植物上。
4.根据权利要求1的方法,其包括以水溶液施用2”-O-葡糖基异牡荆黄素。
5.根据权利要求4的方法,其中水溶液含有0.001ppm至100ppm浓度范围的2”-O-葡糖基异牡荆黄素。
6. 2”-O-葡糖基异牡荆黄素在保持剪切下的花卉、剪切下的小花枝、剪切下的树叶或盆栽植物的鲜度中的应用。
7.作为根据权利要求1的保鲜剂的施用对象的剪切下的花卉、剪切下的小花枝或剪切下的树叶。
