The pre-cutting mechanism 82 is used for roughly pre-cutting the carrier tape, so that the cam box carrier tape processing mechanism can conveniently perform precise cutting on the carrier tape; the material receiving mechanism 83 is used for receiving material for the two carrier tapes which are subjected to material receiving, and comprises a material receiving motor; the bar code comparison system is used for comparing bar codes of two rolls of carrier bands for receiving materials, and preventing the carrier bands of different specifications from receiving materials; the battery power supply system 85 is installed inside the frame outer cover 81 and used for providing energy for the cam box carrier tape processing mechanism and the material receiving film feeding and film pasting mechanism, so that the whole SMD carrier tape universal material receiving machine has an independent power supply, does not need an external power supply, can be independently used in a walking mode, and is high in application flexibility and convenient to use. The battery power supply system 85 includes a rechargeable battery that can be recharged for reuse when depleted.

Claims (3)

the carrier band feeding motor is fixed on the vertical mounting plate, a carrier band ratchet wheel is arranged at the output end of the carrier band feeding motor, and the upper edge of the carrier band ratchet wheel penetrates through the carrier band runner plate and can drive the carrier band to convey forwards;
the upper cutter is connected with an upper cutter sliding block;
the lower cutter is connected with a lower cutter sliding block;
the cutter sliding groove block is fixed on the vertical mounting plate, and the upper cutter sliding block and the lower cutter sliding block slide in the cutter sliding groove block;
the upper cutter slider and the lower cutter slider can be driven by a cam spindle mechanism and move synchronously.

The feeding and cutting mechanism of the SMD carrier tape general collector as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a carrier tape sliding cover assembly, wherein the carrier tape sliding cover assembly comprises a sliding cover guide post and a carrier tape sliding cover which is arranged on the sliding cover guide post and can slide on the sliding cover guide post, the carrier tape sliding cover is provided with a sliding cover connection block for movably connecting with the cam spindle mechanism, the cam spindle mechanism can drive the carrier tape sliding cover to slide on the carrier tape sliding cover guide post through the sliding cover connection block, the carrier tape sliding cover assembly further comprises a carrier tape sliding cover limiting plate, a sliding cover compression spring is arranged between the sliding cover connection block and the sliding cover limiting plate, and the carrier tape sliding cover is provided with a carrier tape pressing wheel.
3. The feeding and cutting mechanism of the SMD carrier tape general-purpose receiving machine as set forth in claim 1 or 2, further comprising an optical fiber detecting component, wherein the optical fiber detecting component includes a grating wheel, a grating detecting optical fiber, a feeding detecting optical fiber, an empty material emitting optical fiber, and an empty material receiving optical fiber.
