step one, cutting and preparing gummed paper: the piston rod of the jacking cylinder 14 is contracted, so that a gap for allowing the gummed paper 31 to pass through is formed between the lower cutter 15 and the upper cutter 16, a sponge strip which is soaked with the gumming agent is added into a gumming groove 16-1 on the upper cutter 16, a gumming wheel 26 with the gummed paper 31 is rotatably arranged between the tops of the two L-shaped inclined supporting frames 27, and one end of the gummed paper 31 is placed between the lower cutter 15 and the upper cutter 16 after passing through the gap between the upper feeding roller 28 and the lower feeding roller 29;
in actual use, the sponge strip soaked with the adhesive removing agent is clamped in the adhesive removing groove 16-1, so that the sponge strip soaked with the adhesive removing agent cannot come out of the adhesive removing groove 16-1 in the adhesive paper cutting process.
