Abstract

一种管状鱼杆及其制造方法,该鱼杆包括与许多 多重缠绕的螺线圈相缠结的许多反向多重缠绕的螺 线圈,该成品管状鱼杆具有高弹性、良好的柔韧性与 优越的力度控制性能。

Description

本发明是关于一种管状鱼杆及其制造方法,特别是关于一种有高弹性、良好柔韧性及优越的力度控制性能的包括许多重复缠绕的螺旋形线圈并与许多反向重复缠绕的螺旋形线束或线绳圈相缠结的管状鱼杆及其制造方法。
现有技术中已公知有多种形式的鱼杆,这种通用的鱼杆是用下述工艺制造的。先把合适尺寸的诸如含有玻璃纤维预浸渍材料的碳预浸片材缠在作为模具的钢制鱼杆上,再把聚乙烯或聚丙烯带材缠在模杆上。然后对模杆进行模铸与处理,将钢制模杆分离,再将带材部分自片材部分移开就形成了通常的鱼杆。
然而,这些通常的鱼杆遇到一系列问题,例如鱼杆受到冲击时容易开裂。此外,通常的鱼杆不具有高弹性、良好柔韧性与优越的力度控制性能,由于需要复杂的制造工序制造成本也高。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种高性能的管状鱼杆,以及提供一种制造管状鱼杆的方法。
为此,本发明提供了一种改进的管状鱼杆,它包括许多线束或线绳多重缠绕的螺线圈,它们与许多反向缠绕的螺线圈相缠结,此管状鱼杆具有高弹性、良好柔韧性及优越的力度控制性能。
本发明还提供了一种管状鱼杆的制造方法,它包括下述步骤:把线束或线绳螺旋形地缠绕在钢制鱼杆模上;再把线束或线绳螺旋形地反向缠绕在钢制鱼杆上使之与上述螺线圈相缠结;然后重复上述正向与反向缠绕过程直至各螺线圈紧密排列为止;最后从管状螺线圈中脱出钢制鱼杆模。
本发明的管状鱼杆的优点是结构简单、制造便宜、经久耐用而且外观精美。
从后面详细描述中将能清楚地看出本发明的其它目的与适用范围。但是应该理解到,其详细描述和作为本发明最佳实施例的各特例仅是一种供说明的方式,因此从这一详细描述中,对于本领域熟练技术人员而言在本发明的精神与范畴之内作出某些更改与变型将是显而易见的。
简单地说,本发明是指包括与许多反向多重缠绕的螺线圈相缠结的许多多重缠绕的螺线圈的管状鱼杆及其制造方法,它使得管状鱼杆具有高弹性、良好柔韧性及优越的力度控制性能。
从下面的详细描述和仅用于说明而不限制本发明的附图中将会对本发明有充分的理解,其中:
图1是本发明管状鱼杆的透视图;
图2A是表示把线束或线绳沿第一方向螺线状缠绕在鱼杆模上的制造中的本发明管状鱼杆的视图;
图2B是表示把线束或线绳沿相反方向呈螺线状地缠绕在鱼杆模上的制造中的本发明管状鱼杆的视图;
图2C是表示在鱼杆模上把线束或线绳缠出第二螺线圈的用本发明方法制造的管状鱼杆的视图。
现在参照附图详细地说明本发明的最佳实施例,图1、2A、2B和2C中所示的管状鱼杆及其制造方法包括把线束或线绳2缠成螺线圈3、3a、3b与3c并与许多反向多重缠绕的螺线圈4、4a、4b与4c相缠结,该过程一直重复到管状鱼杆制造完成。
线束或线绳2是由含有天然或合成树脂材料的碳或玻璃纤维制成的。线束或线绳2可以是细绳、编织物或线束。树脂最好是环氧树脂。
本发明的管状鱼杆(图1)的制造方法如下所述:首先,如图2A中所示,把线束或线绳2螺旋状地从钢制鱼杆模1的一端(A)向另一端(B)缠绕在钢制鱼杆模1上,以形成许多重复缠绕的螺线圈3、3a、3b和3c。
第二,如图2B中所示,沿反方向把线束或线绳2从钢制鱼杆模1的一端(B)向其另一端(A)螺旋状地缠绕在钢制鱼杆模1上。此时,反向螺线圈4、4a、4b和4c与上述许多多重缠绕的螺线圈3、3a、3b和3c分别缠结在一起而形成线绳的十字交叉缠绕结构。
第三,如图2C中所示,把线束或线绳2从钢制鱼杆模1的(A)端朝向另一端(B)呈螺线状地缠绕在鱼杆模1上。此时,螺线圈3、3a、3b和3c分别与许多反向多重缠绕的螺线圈4、4a、4b和4c相缠结而成为十字交叉的缠绕结构。
此后,沿正向与反向把线束或线绳2缠绕成螺线形,直至交叉缠绕的线束或线绳2成为紧密排列状态以形成本发明的管状鱼杆。最好将复合材料加热以便于树脂与螺线圈结合。
最后,从管状鱼杆中抽出钢制鱼杆模1就制成了如图1所示的本发明的管状鱼杆。
相应地,如图1中所示的本发明的管状鱼杆具有高弹性、良好的柔韧性与优越的力度控制性能,它使得这种管状鱼杆不会破裂,寿命长并能大量制造,为了生产硬度增强的厚壁杆则可连续重复该缠绕工序。
此外,本发明的管状鱼杆还结构简单、生产便宜、经久耐用,也具有精美的外观。
显然,对于如上描述的本发明可以作出各种方式的改变,但这些改变被视作并未脱离本发明的精神与范畴,而且申请人意在把所有这些对于本领域熟练技术人员是显而易见的变更包容在诸权利要求范围之中。

Claims (7)

1、一种管状鱼杆,包括:
许多在一个方向上用线束或线绳多重缠成的螺线圈;和
许多在相反方向上的线束或线绳多重缠成的螺线圈,它们与在上述一个方向上的许多多重缠绕的螺线圈相缠结,所述螺线圈确定出一种既坚固又柔韧的十字交叉管状编织结构。
2、如权利要求1中所述的管状鱼杆,其中,方向相反的上述许多螺线圈交替配置以形成上述的管状结构。
3、如权利要求1中所述的管状鱼杆,其中,上述线束或线绳是由细绳、编织物或纤维束构成。
4、如权利要求2中所述的管状鱼杆,其中,上述线束或线绳是由含有环氧树脂的碳纤维或含树脂的玻璃纤维组成。
5、一种制造管状鱼杆的方法,包括下述步骤:把线束或线绳在钢制鱼杆模上缠绕成螺线形以在一个方向上形成许多多重缠绕的螺线圈;
在反方向上把线束或线绳螺旋状地缠在上述鱼杆模上以使上述许多多重缠绕的螺线圈缠结在一起;
在上述钢制鱼杆模上沿上述正方向与反方向多重地缠绕上述线束或线绳,直至上述螺线圈与反向螺线圈紧密排列为止;最后,
从上述管状鱼杆中抽出上述钢制鱼杆模。
6、如权利要求5中所述的方法,其中,上述线束或线绳是由细绳、编织物或其束状物制成。
7、如权利要求5中所述的方法,其中,上述线束或线绳是由含环氧树脂的碳纤维或含树脂的玻璃纤维制成的。
