本发明属于保健饮品技术领域,具体涉及一种保健型固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
固体饮料是指以糖、乳和乳制品、蛋或蛋制品、果汁或食用植物提取物等为主要原料,添加适量的辅料或食品添加剂制成的每100克成品水分不高于5克的固体制品,呈粉末状、颗粒状或块状,如豆晶粉、麦乳精,速溶咖啡、菊花晶等。
随着社会发展,人们的生活水平在逐步提高,在日常的餐饮中,鱼肉比例也在逐步提高,由于肉类、油脂类的大量摄入,引起胰岛素绝对或相对不足以及组织细胞对胰岛素敏感性降低而引发糖尿病,无论是发达国家还是其他国家糖尿病的发病率日超增加,已经成为威胁人类健康的主要杀手,而目前医学水平还没有达到根治糖尿病的药物,只能依靠控制饮食和各种降糖药来缓解糖尿病的病情。
但是降糖药具有毒副作用,为了解决上述问题,我们提出一种具有改善肠道、提高人体免疫力、降血糖等保健功效的固体饮料及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保健型固体饮料,该固体饮料具有改善肠道、提高人体免疫力、降血糖等保健的功效;同时,本发明的目的还在于提供一种上述保健型固体饮料的制备的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种保健型固体饮料采用的技术方案是:所述保健型固体饮料包括以下重量份数的组分:膳食纤维33份、益生菌33份、大豆分离蛋白10份、桑叶粉10份、沙棘粉5份、山药粉5份、桑葚粉3份、甜叶菊粉1份。
膳食纤维能助消化,防治便秘,防治痔疮;还能提高免疫力,平衡体内的荷尔蒙及降低与荷尔蒙相关的癌症;降低胆固醇和高血压,降低胰岛素和三酸甘油脂;有助于通便、利尿、清肠健胃。
益生菌是对人体健康有益的微生物,能维持肠道健康平衡,具有改善肠道、增强免疫等功能。
大豆分离蛋白的蛋白质含量高,含有8种氨基酸,且含量较为平衡,属于全价蛋白质,同时还含有人体必需脂肪酸、磷脂和丰富的钙、磷等矿物质。大豆分离蛋白消化利用率较高,氨基酸组成与牛奶蛋白质相近,在营养价值上可等同动物蛋白。在基因结构上也接近人体氨基酸,所以是高营养价值的植物蛋白质。
桑叶:为桑科桑属植物桑的叶;含有甾体及三萜类化合物如牛膝甾酮、蜕皮甾酮、豆甾酮等,黄酮及其苷类如芸香苷、槲皮素等,香豆素及其苷类如香柑内酯、伞形花内酯等,挥发油如乙酸、丙酸、丁酸等,氨基酸及肽类如谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、丙氨酸等,生物碱如腺嘌呤、胆碱等,有机酸及其化合物如绿原酸、棕榈酸等;桑叶性味苦、甘、寒,归肺、肝经;能疏散风热、清肺润燥、清肝明目;主治风热感冒、风温初起、发热头痛、汗出恶风、咳嗽胸痛,或肺燥干咳无痰、咽干口渴,风热及肝阳上扰、目赤肿痛等;现代药理学证明桑叶具有降血糖、抗炎、增加免疫功能、抗凝、抗菌等功效。
沙棘:有效调节胃肠功能;保肝护肝,防止肝硬化;心脑血管疾病防治;预防肿瘤、癌症;提高人体免疫力;止咳平喘 利肺化痰;打通微循环疏通血管;美容养颜 淡化黄褐斑。现代医学研究,沙棘可降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛发作,还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用。
山药:健脾益胃、助消化,山药含有淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,有利于脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品。不论脾阳亏或胃阴虚,皆可食用;临床上常与胃肠饮同用治脾胃虚弱、食少体倦、泄泻等病症;滋肾益精,山药含有多种营养素,有强健机体,滋肾益精的作用。山药含有大量的黏液蛋白、维生素及微量元素,能有效阻止血脂在血管壁的沉淀,预防心血疾病,取得益志安神、延年益寿的功效。
桑葚:味甘性寒,人心肝、肾经,有滋阴补血作用,并能治阴虚津少、失眠等。古典中医文献记载:利五脏关节,通血气,安魂镇神,降压消渴,令人聪目,变白不老,解中酒毒等功效。现代医学临床证明:桑葚有很好的滋补心、肝、肾,及养血祛风的功效。对降脂和减轻神经衰弱、动脉硬化、性功能衰弱、耳聋眼花、须发早白、内热消渴、血虚便秘、风湿关节疼痛均有显著疗效。美国约翰·佩珠托领导的研究小组的实验发现,桑树含有抗肿瘤物质白藜芦醇,有抗癌作用。药理研究表明:桑葚入胃能补充胃液的缺乏,促进胃液的消化,人肠能促进肠液分泌,增进胃肠蠕动,因而有补益强壮之功。

菊粉为天然的水溶性膳食纤维,几乎不能被胃酸水解和消化,但能够被有益微生物利用,从而改善肠道环境,此外,摄入菊粉后能增强胃肠道蠕动,提高肠胃功能,增加消化和食欲,提高机体免疫力。
在本发明中菊粉还能够作为载体与益生菌相结合,在益生菌经过胃肠道时,能够促进益生菌自身代谢以便不同程度的修复人体消化液对菌株造成的损坏,能够减少益生菌经过胃肠道时的损失,提高存活率;菊粉能够被益生菌在肠道中直接利用,促进益生菌的增值,建立利于益生菌生长的环境条件,能够促进益生菌迅速定植肠道,更好的维持或回复肠道健康,执行抗炎和调节机体免疫活性。

优选的,所述益生菌包括植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和乳双岐杆菌。
研究表明,通过上述特定益生菌的选择,能够避免菌种间产生拮抗作用,提高各菌种的协同作用,进而提高固体饮料中的活菌量;此外,通过植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌等分泌胞外多糖,能够提高肠道表皮细胞对益生菌产生亲和性,促进整体益生菌的肠道定植。
另外,各个菌种之间能够相互促进,更好的调节肠胃,促进肠道蠕动,缓解便秘腹泻,降低血清胆固醇,减轻乳糖耐受不良,积聚蛋白水解酶,调节营养吸收,调节机体免疫功能。
优选的,所述植物乳杆菌11份、嗜酸乳杆菌11份和乳双岐杆菌11份。
上述保健型固体饮料的制备方法:按照上述重量份数取各组分,然后过筛,即得。

本发明的降血糖的固体饮料的使用方法为:每天早上5克上述的保健型固体饮料,用250毫升温开水搅拌均匀后服用,一个月为一疗程。

黄某某,男,45岁,检测服用者的空腹血糖值。服用上述实施例1制备的保健型固体饮料,每天早上取5克上述的保健型固体饮料,用250毫升温开水搅拌均匀后服用,坚持一个月后,再次检测服用者的空腹血糖值,服用前后,服用者的空腹血糖值从16mmol/L降到8mmol/L,服用者的空腹血糖值明显降低,继续服用一疗程,服用者的空腹血糖值可以稳定在6mmol/L左右,且无明显波动。

1.一种保健型固体饮料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的组分:膳食纤维33份、益生菌33份、大豆分离蛋白10份、桑叶粉10份、沙棘粉5份、山药粉5份、桑葚粉3份、甜叶菊粉1份。
2.根据权要求1所述的保健型固体饮料,其特征在于:所述膳食纤维包括纤维素和菊粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保健型固体饮料,其特征在于:所述纤维素30份、菊粉3份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的保健型固体饮料,其特征在于:所述益生菌包括植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和乳双岐杆菌。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保健型固体饮料,其特征在于:所述植物乳杆菌11份、嗜酸乳杆菌11份和乳双岐杆菌11份。
6.一种如权利要求 1-5任一项所述的保健型固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:按照上述重量份数取各组分,混合均匀,然后过筛,即得。
