Abstract
本发明公开了一种辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于:包括混合益生菌和MCT,所述混合益生菌由格式乳杆菌LG08、两歧双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、植物乳杆菌Lp90、植物乳杆菌CW006、乳双歧杆菌组成,其质量百分比为10‑27%格式乳杆菌LG08、5‑22%两歧双歧杆菌、10‑27%鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、10‑27%植物乳杆菌Lp90、10‑27%植物乳杆菌CW006、10‑30%乳双歧杆菌。本发明筛选优质益生菌菌种进行组合配,加强物质分解、消化、吸收、利用、排泄。益生菌可以参与物质代谢,调节免疫力,效果明显,无毒副作用,促进身体对多种对身体有益的矿物质、微量元素等的吸收,修复身体受伤细胞,增强肝脏、肾脏及肠道等的代谢作用,从根本上调节身体内尿酸、血脂、血糖及胆固醇等有害成分的含量。

技术领域
本发明属于益生菌保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高、生活节奏和生活方式的改变,日常膳食不可 避免的趋向高盐、高糖,高脂,高蛋白,由盐、鱼、肉、海鲜、饮酒、少运动而带来的现代文明病富贵病“四高”症高血压、高血糖、高血脂、高尿酸(HUA)日趋严重,“四高”症导致心脑血管疾病具有“发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高、复发率高,并发症多”形成“四高一多”的特点。高血脂可以引起血管栓塞;高血压可以引起脑出血和脑血管破裂;高血糖可以引起糖尿病;高尿酸引起的痛风性急性关节炎反复发作、痛风石沉积痛风石性慢性关节炎和关节畸形,常累及肾脏引起慢性间质性肾炎和尿酸肾结石形成。
目前,中西医均有许多药物和方法对治疗“四高”有一定的效果,但是均存在不足之处。西医治疗的方法通常是服用西药,对身体副作用很大,且治表不治根,无法根治,长期饮用容易存在药物依赖性及抗药性。中医采用中药治疗,在应用中有一定的功效,见效慢的同时也对身体有副作用,长期饮用容易导致身体虚弱,身体内脏的代谢减慢等缺点,同时中药需要熬制才能服用,饮用麻烦,很少的患者能够长期坚持服用。目前市面上也涌现了一批辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,这些辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料虽然可以起到一定的降血脂、血压的作用,但是收效甚微,有些仅能在降血压或降血脂或降血糖等单方面具有较好的疗效,无法兼顾降高血压、高血糖、高血脂及高尿酸等四个方面,此外,这些辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料中的有效成分吸收不好,长期服用,对身体仍旧存在一定的副作用,治表不治本。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足之处,本发明提供一种辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,包括混合益生菌和MCT,所述混合益生菌由格式乳杆菌LG08、两歧双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、植物乳杆菌Lp90、植物乳杆菌CW006、乳双歧杆菌组成,其质量百分比为10-27%格式乳杆菌LG08、5-22%两歧双歧杆菌、10-27%鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、10-27%植物乳杆菌Lp90、10-27%植物乳杆菌CW006、10-30%乳双歧杆菌。
进一步的,所述混合益生菌中各组成菌群的质量百分比为17%格式乳杆菌LG08、12%两歧双歧杆菌、17%鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、17%植物乳杆菌Lp90、17%植物乳杆菌CW006、20%乳双歧杆菌。
进一步的,所述混合益生菌活菌量为(2~3)×1010 CFU/g。
进一步的,所述混合益生菌和MCT的质量比为(0.75 - 1):10。作为优选,质量比为0.8167:10。
进一步的,所述益生菌保健饮料每10mL中含有10gMCT。
本发明的原料:
(1)格式乳杆菌:能有效改变各类型过敏,包括:过敏性鼻炎、结膜炎、异位性皮肤炎、荨麻疹、食物、花粉等各种过敏症状;调整过敏体质,预防宝宝过敏。预防感冒,降低细菌及病毒(肠病毒、鼻病毒、呼吸道融合病毒)感染。长期补充能稳定肠道菌相,维持好菌多坏菌少之肠道生态,进而刺激粘膜强化免疫系统。健胃整肠,促进营养吸收提高造血功能;治疗急性腹泻、胀气、肠燥症;排出肠内毒素,延缓老化;
(2)两歧双歧杆菌:两岐双歧杆菌在人体肠内发酵后可产生乳酸和醋酸,能提高钙、磷、铁的利用率,促进铁和维生素D的吸收。双歧杆菌发酵乳糖产生半乳糖,是构成脑神经系统中脑苷脂的成分,与婴儿出生后脑的迅速生长有密切关系。双歧杆菌可以产生维生素B1、B2、B6、B12及丙氨酸、缬氨酸、天冬氨酸和苏氨酸等人体必需的营养物质;
(3)鼠李糖乳杆菌:具有高效降胆固醇,促进细胞分裂,可起到调节肠道菌群、预防和治疗腹泻、排除毒素、预防龋齿、提高机体免疫力及抗癌等重要的生理保健功能;
(4)植物乳杆菌:具有很多的保健作用,如:有一定的免疫调节作用;对致病菌有抑制作用;降低血清胆固醇含量和预防心血管疾病;维持肠道内菌群平衡;促进营养物质吸收;缓解乳糖不耐症;抑制肿瘤细胞的形成等;
(5)乳双歧杆菌:可以通过调整肠道菌群,并通过产生乙酸、乳酸等短链脂肪酸来抑制肠道腐败菌的生长和有毒代谢产物的形成,刺激肠蠕动,从而减少水分的过度吸收而缓解便秘症状;可通过调整肠道正常菌群,抑制肠道许多腐败菌生长,从而减少一些肠源性致癌物的产生;
(6)MCT:是中链甘油三酯(Medium Chain Triglycerides)的简称,是由碳链长度6-12的饱和中链脂肪酸组成的甘油三酯。医药行业中常用作溶剂、载体和乳化剂,也可以作为食品行业中香精、色素和维生素的溶剂,其具有不易被胃酸分解,易在肠道中水解的特性。天然存在于棕榈仁油、椰子油等食品和母乳中,是膳食脂肪的来源之一。作为食品添加剂,中链甘油三酯仅由饱和脂肪酸构成,凝固点低,室温下为液体,粘度小。与大豆油比较,完全是无臭、无色的透明液体。与普通的油脂和氢化油脂相比,中链甘油三酯不饱和脂肪酸的含量极低,氧化稳定性非常好,其碘值不超过0.5,MCT在高温和低温下特别稳定。
有益效果:本发明筛选优质益生菌菌种进行组合配,加强物质分解、消化、吸收、利用、排泄。益生菌可以参与物质代谢,调节免疫力,效果明显,无毒副作用,促进身体对多种对身体有益的矿物质、微量元素等的吸收,修复身体受伤细胞,增强肝脏、肾脏及肠道等的代谢作用,从根本上调节身体内尿酸、血脂、血糖及胆固醇等有害成分的含量。

以下参照具体的实施例来说明本发明。本领域技术人员能够理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,其不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,每10mL的益生菌保健饮料中含有10gMCT和0.8167g混合益生菌;混合益生菌由质量百分比为17%格式乳杆菌LG08、12%两歧双歧杆菌、17%鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、17%植物乳杆菌Lp90、17%植物乳杆菌CW006、20%乳双歧杆菌组成。混合益生菌活菌量为3×1010 CFU/g。
实施例2
一种辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,每10mL的益生菌保健饮料中含有10gMCT和0.8167g混合益生菌;混合益生菌由质量百分比为12%格式乳杆菌LG08、22%两歧双歧杆菌、12%鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、12%植物乳杆菌Lp90、12%植物乳杆菌CW006、30%乳双歧杆菌组成。混合益生菌活菌量为2×1010 CFU/g。
实施例3
一种辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,每10mL的益生菌保健饮料中含有10gMCT和0.8167g混合益生菌;混合益生菌由质量百分比为10%格式乳杆菌LG08、20%两歧双歧杆菌、10%鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、15%植物乳杆菌Lp90、15%植物乳杆菌CW006、30%乳双歧杆菌组成。混合益生菌活菌量为2.5×1010 CFU/g。
实施例4
一种辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,每10mL的益生菌保健饮料中含有10gMCT和0.8167g混合益生菌;混合益生菌由质量百分比为27%格式乳杆菌LG08、5%两歧双歧杆菌、27%鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、10%植物乳杆菌Lp90、10%植物乳杆菌CW006、21%乳双歧杆菌组成。混合益生菌活菌量为2.8×1010 CFU/g。
使用效果实验:
1. 动物试验:
选取SD大鼠,随机分成实验一组、实验二组、实验三组、实验四组、空白对照组,每组有10只大鼠;实验一组至四组使用实施例1至4中的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,空白对照组给予等体积的生理盐水。实验组的给药剂量为1g.kg-1.d-1。每组均喂养三个月,各组动物均于第0周和第12周的周日上午8:00取血,离心取上层血清并测定血清中的总甘油三酯、葡萄糖、总胆固醇、尿酸、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量。具体结果见下表1:

从上表1中,本发明的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料在降低四高(高血压、高血糖、 高血脂、高尿酸)方面具有显著的作用。
2. 药理实验
1)本发明的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料的降血糖作用
实验方法:以高糖高脂饲料诱导新西兰兔肥胖模型,然后将其随机分为四组:实施例1制备的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料分为3个给药组、空白对照组:低剂量即Ⅰ组0.3085g/kg、中剂量即Ⅱ组0.617g/kg、高剂量即Ⅲ组0.9255g/kg,连续喂养2个月后,空腹12h,各给药组按剂量口服后2h,分别口服蔗糖,在0h、1h、2h测新西兰兔耳缘静脉血糖值。具体结果见表2。

由表2可知,本发明的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料具有降血糖的作用。
2)本发明的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料的降血脂作用
实验方法:20只大鼠基础饲料喂养7天后,根据体重和空腹血清总胆固醇(TC)水平将动物随机分为四组;7天后改高脂饲料,其中低,中,高三个剂量组大鼠以灌胃方式每日给予1ml/(kg.bw)油溶液,相当于低、中、高植物胆固醇的摄入量,实验30天后抽取空腹血样,测定血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。
分组实验:实施例1制备的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料分为3个给药组:低剂量4.0mg/(kg.bw)、中剂量16.0mg/(kg.bw)、高剂量32.0mg/(kg.bw)三个剂量组和空白对照组,空白对照组给予基础饲料。具体结果见表3。

由表3可知,本发明制备的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料具有降血脂的作用。
3)本发明的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料的降血压作用
观察方法:选临床这段为高血压的病例100例。年龄26-70岁,性别不限,孕妇忌用。实施例1制备的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料分为3个给药组:分为低(25ml),中(50ml),高(75ml)三个剂量组和空白对照组(选取轻微高血压患者且实验期间不服用降压药物)。在0天、10天、20天和30天测血压值。具体结果见表4。

从表4中可知,空白对照组在不服用降压药物的情况下,其血压不稳定;而长时间服用本发明的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,其具有有效降压的作用,为见血压不稳定;而且,服用本发明制备的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料降压的作用与服用降压药组的效果基本一致,说明本发明制备的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料具有降压的作用。
Claims (6)
1.一种辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于:包括混合益生菌和MCT,所述混合益生菌由格式乳杆菌LG08、两歧双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、植物乳杆菌Lp90、植物乳杆菌CW006、乳双歧杆菌组成,其质量百分比为10-27%格式乳杆菌LG08、5-22%两歧双歧杆菌、10-27%鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、10-27%植物乳杆菌Lp90、10-27%植物乳杆菌CW006、10-30%乳双歧杆菌。
2.如权利要求1所述的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于,所述混合益生菌中各组成菌群的质量百分比为17%格式乳杆菌LG08、12%两歧双歧杆菌、17%鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、17%植物乳杆菌Lp90、17%植物乳杆菌CW006、20%乳双歧杆菌。
3. 如权利要求1所述的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于,所述混合益生菌活菌量为(2~3)×1010 CFU/g。
4. 如权利要求1所述的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于,所述混合益生菌和MCT的质量比为(0.75 - 1):10。
5.如权利要求4所述的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于,所述混合益生菌和MCT的质量比为0.8167:10。
6.如权利要求1所述的辅助降四高的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于,所述益生菌保健饮料每10mL中含有10gMCT。
