Abstract
本发明公开了血液病患者食用的特定全营养配方食品。该配方根据《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》的要求,结合血液病患者的体质特征,综合当今美国哈佛大学的先进生理学、医药、营养学及临床应用等研究成果,依据“消中寓补”、“均衡调养”的传统中医的精髓理论(肝、脾、肾三脏同调为主原则)研制而成。该产品采用多种药食两用的中药提取物精华、多种益生菌、短肽为主要原料,以益生元、碳水化合物、氨基酸、脂肪粉、多种维生素及矿物质为辅料混合而成。此外,本发明还提供了血液病患者食用的特定全营养配方食品的制备方法。不仅可作为单一营养来源满足血液病患者的营养需求,还有凉血止血、活血化瘀、滋阴补血、健脾补肾及提高免疫力的功效。

技术领域
本发明属于药食同源类配方与食品技术领域,具体是将“药食同源之中药”的传统中医精髓理论和“多重益生菌”有机结合起来,添加以短肽、益生元、氨基酸、碳水化合物、脂肪、复合维生素、复合矿物质为辅料制成的血液病全营养配方食品。
背景技术
血液病是原发于造血系统的疾病,或影响造血系统伴发血液异常改变,以贫血、出血、发热为特征的疾病。造血系统包括血液、骨髓单核一巨噬细胞系统和淋巴组织,凡涉及造血系统病理、生理,并以其为主要表现的疾病,都属于血液病范畴;
中医将血液病划分为气血两虚、心脾血气虚,日久伤及肝肾,造成肾阳虚、肾阴虚、或肾阴阳两虚。血液病仍以脾胃肝肾虚损为本。脾胃为生化之源,血液滋生于脾,而肾主骨生髓,精髓可化血,故其根在肾。另外,心主血,肝藏血,从而构成了较为完整的造血系统。其中脾肾最为重要,脾虚难以运化水谷,导致血液生成不足,肾虚精髓空虚,造成血液化源匮乏,都可引起血液病。心肝脾三脏关系密切,气与血互相依存。心血不足,出现贫血;脾气虚耗,难以统血,而且出血;肝失疏泄,往往引起气滞血瘀。临床上所见的血液病,也以心脾两虚,肝脾不调为常见。故贫血、出血、血瘀往往同时呈现。血液病变使正气虚弱易感外邪,所以常并发感染;
古代血液的概念指“血”与“营”、“卫”关系甚为密切。血存于骨,行于脉。血液病涉及心肝脾肾,错综夹杂,虚实互见,与气血障碍最为密切,故血液病的治疗最重通气活血,如王清任所云:“气通血活,何患不除”。《素问·至真要大论》曰:“谨守病机,各司其属,疏其血气,令其调达,而致和平。”应是治疗本病的纲领。活血化瘀对瘀血引起之出血有促进止血功用,如缪仲淳所说:“宜行血不宜止血”。又鉴于血液病多为虚实互见,错综夹杂,因证施用,常用治则包括益气化瘀、降气化瘀、清热化瘀三种;
血液病是一种现代病,发病率有逐年增高的趋势。现代医学对血液病的治疗多应用激素、化疗等方法,但副作用大,病人治愈率低、易复发。以往由于缺乏特效疗法,许多疾病被人们称为“不治之症”,近年来,随着医学研究的深入发展,特别是在中国,采用中西医结合的方法,血液病的治疗效果有了明显提高,许多疾病得以治愈,达到世界领先水平,显示出中医治疗本病的巨大优势。人们经临床研究,发现本病的致病因素多为“邪毒”所致,如放射线、化学药品、农药、病毒、细菌等均为中药“邪毒”范畴,在大量临床研究基础上,人们提出“邪毒伤肾”的理论,创立了“解毒透邪、泻实固本”,打破了以往治疗本病单纯从虚立论的传统观点,对不同疾病采取辩证辨病相结合,针对病因采取不同的治疗方案,为中医治疗血液病提供了系统的理论依据和治疗法则;
《黄帝内经》中早有贫血、出血及血液肿瘤等类似病症的记载,如“血脱”、“血枯”、“血证”、“马刀夹缨”、“急劳”、“虚劳”等等,在病因上,中医学认为“肾主骨,骨生髓,髓生血”,中医治疗本病以补肾法为主,常用药物当归、枸杞、人参、黄芪、龙眼肉,对兼脾虚症候(乏力气短,纳差便溏,舌淡胖苔白或腻)者,在补肾基础上酌用健脾药,重用黄芪,加茯苓、山药、白术、苍术、砂仁等,对一些无明显出血倾向,病程较长,有血瘀证象者在上述基础上加活血化瘀药,常用鸡血藤、丹参、赤芍、川芎、郁金、牛膝等;
“药食同源”是中华原创医学之中对人类最有价值的贡献之一;中医历来强调“药疗不如食疗”,食疗成为现代人追求返璞归真、健康饮食的最佳选择;让人们在享受美食的过程中祛除病痛,避免了打针、吃药,甚至手术之苦;对于特殊营养食品,在美国、欧盟等发达国家都有相应的规定和开发应用;而我国GB29922-2013《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》食品安全国家标准中全营养食品明确规定:2.1.1全营养配方食品:可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品;2.1.2特定全营养配方食品:可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群在特定疾病或医学状况下营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品;
研究证明中医脾与胃肠道正常菌群之间存在着十分密切的关系,血液病与肠道菌群的失调密切相关,脾虚证是反映机体脾胃生理机能不足的综合征,当机体肠胃功能异常时,肠道的微生态系统会受到严重的破坏,大肠杆菌等条件性病原菌大量增殖,双歧杆菌、乳杆菌等益生菌数量显著下降;同时菌群失调又反过来影响机体对营养物质的吸收,降低机体免疫力,削弱肠道的屏障功能,进一步加重疾病,中医传统医学认为:“脾(即消化系统)为后天之本”,肠胃健康是健康之本,人体营养的99%需要靠肠道吸收,肠内疾病也是万病之源;但随着年龄越大,肠道中有益菌群(益生菌)比例逐渐减少;如双岐杆菌在婴幼儿时期占98%,到中年时降至10%,65岁以后仅占5%;人越老,益生菌越少,肠道功能也随之逐渐下降,越来越多的研究显示,正常菌群在人体消化、免疫和抗病等方面有诸多不可替代的作用;肠道菌群组成的改变与多种疾病,特别是肠道疾病的发生发展密切相关,而从已有临床研究发现:益生菌能起到调节肠道菌群,控制肠道炎症作用,是一种安全有效的干预调节方法;
直接口服益生菌虽有一定效果,但是由于益生菌一在肠道内无法定植,且停留、占位很少,易流失,停服后有害菌易复发,相关患者需要长期服用,治疗周期长,往往使用后复发率非常高;为缩短相关患者的治疗周期,减少停药后复发率,本团队通过近叁年来对益生菌在肠道内定植机理的关健技术研究,努力寻求改进益生菌在肠道内定植的“药食同源之中药”复方,考虑到益生菌在肠道内定植的几个关键要素:益生元的存在能起到定植作用、肠道pH环境的降低和提高益生菌细胞的肠道粘附能力等,基于上述要素,本课题组从数十种“药食同源之中药”中筛选合适的食材,首次发现了添加当归、人参、芡实、茯苓、乌药叶和甘草等药食同源之中药成分的提取物及水苏糖,、低聚异麦芽糖、酵母、L-谷氨酰胺等后,对外源益生菌有很强的定植作用,为肠道微生态制剂中益生菌的组方选择提供实验依据;
目前市场上有利用以食源性短肽为主要原料,添加药食两用的当归、生姜、肉桂、芡实、茯苓、甘草等的提取物、复合维生素和矿物质组成复合配方,还有利用益生菌为主要原料的产品,但还没有发现结合血液病患者的体质特征,依据传统中医的精髓理论,因人而异,黄金配伍以多种药食两用的中药提取物精华、多种益生菌、短肽为主要原料,以益生元、碳水化合物、氨基酸、多种维生素、多种矿物质为辅料制成的特定全营养配方食品或类似产品。
发明目的
本发明的目的是在继承中医精髓理论治病方法上,开创性将多种提高血液病患者的免疫力的益生菌与“药食同源之中药”复方的提取物有机结合起来, 添加以短肽、氨基酸、碳水化合物、多种维生素、多种矿物质为辅料,不仅能够补充血液病患者所必需营养素,改善机体营养状况,还能利用药食两用中草药中的功能因子调节机体功能,益生菌能起到调节肠道菌群,毒副作用小、安全有效,且人们容易接受的适合血液病患者食用的特定全营养配方食品。
发明内容
本研发团队根据《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》的要求,结合血液病患者的体质特征,综合当今美国哈佛大学的先进生理学、医药、营养学及临床应用等研究成果,依据“消中寓补”、“均衡调养”的传统中医的精髓理论(肝、脾、肾三脏同调为主原则),采用2种以上药食两用的中药提取物精华、多种益生菌、短肽为主要原料,以益生元、碳水化合物、氨基酸、多种维生素及矿物质辅料,不仅可作为单一营养来源满足血液病患者的营养需求,还有凉血止血、活血化瘀、滋阴补血、健脾补肾及提高免疫力的全营养配方食品、特定全营养配方食品或非全营养配方食品(组合成的复合配方);
1、本发明配方的主要成分
中药提取物是根据血液病患者的体质特征从中医理论中的肝、脾、肾三脏同调为主原则,利用药食两用中草药中的功能因子调节机体功能增强抵抗力,并选取以下几大类药物进行配伍;其中:方中羚羊角粉平肝息风,清肝明目,散血解毒。党参健脾益肺,养血生津。黄芪补气升阳,利水消肿,生津养血,行滞通痹。沙参养阴清肺,益胃生津。生地清热滋阴,凉血止血,生津止渴。天冬养阴润燥,清肺生津。地骨皮凉血除蒸,清肺降火。半枝莲清热解毒,化瘀利尿。红花活血通经,散瘀止痛。川芎活血行气,祛风止痛。赤芍清热凉血。丹参活血祛瘀,通经止痛,凉血消痈。鳖甲滋阴潜阳,软坚散结。牡丹皮清热凉血,活血化瘀。玄参清热凉血,滋阴降火,解毒散结。太子参益气健脾,生津润肺。生大黄凉血解毒,逐瘀通经。浙贝母解毒,散结,消肿。白背三七清热凉血,活血止痛,止血。当归补血活血,调经止痛。阿胶补血滋阴,止血。桃仁活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘。杜仲雄花镇静、改善睡眠、减肥、调节雌激素、美容养颜的功效。马齿苋清热解毒,凉血止血,止痢。连衣花生补脾。龙眼肉补益心脾,养血安神。大枣养血安神。桑椹子滋阴补血。牡蛎潜阳补阴,软坚散结。甘草补脾益气,清热解毒,调和诸药。枸杞滋补肝肾,益精明目。栀子清热利湿,凉血解毒。白茅根凉血止血。桔梗宣肺,利咽,祛痰,排脓。山药补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。人参大补元气,补脾益肺,生津养血。茯苓利水渗湿,健脾。昆布利水消肿。夏枯草清肝泻火,散结消肿;
本发明所述的中药提取物是指羚羊角粉、党参、黄芪、沙参、生地、天冬、地骨皮、半枝莲、红花、川芎、赤芍、丹参、鳖甲、牡丹皮、玄参、太子参、生大黄、浙贝母、白背三七、当归、阿胶、荞麦花粉、桃仁、杜仲雄花、马齿苋、连衣花生、龙眼肉、大枣、桑椹、生牡蛎、甘草、枸杞子、栀子、白茅根、桔梗、山药、人参、茯苓、昆布、夏枯草其中的10种以上或全部,通过用水浸泡60min-100min后加入纤维素酶、果胶酶、木瓜蛋白酶以及淀粉酶,酶用量1 mg/g 底物,pH值为4.0-5.0,在 50 -80℃酶解1-3h,料液比1:15,运用生物酶解技术提取中药精华后,经喷雾干燥而制备成粉状物质的提取混合物;
2、多种益生菌
使益生菌能大部分通过胃的强酸环境到达肠道,以促进益生菌的增殖,调节肠内微生态平衡,促进对微量元素的吸收,增强脾胃运动功能,加速药效的吸收,改善黏膜表面的微生物群或酶的平衡,或刺激机体特异性或非特异性免疫机制,提高机体定植抗力或免疫力;Xing等用双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌预处理肝缺血再灌注大鼠,可以明显降低肠源性内毒素血症的水平并预防肝损伤的发生;选择性肠道脱污染也是调整肠道微生态的重要措施,有研究应用肠道不吸收抗生素利福昔明(rifaximin),通过抑制肠道中产尿素酶及产氨细菌的生长,来增强抵抗力;
本发明所述的多种益生菌全部采用微胶囊化后的益生菌,除嗜热链球菌外,其中双歧杆菌:是指青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌其中一种、几种或全部混合;乳杆菌是指:嗜酸乳杆菌粉、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌其中一种、几种或全部混合;

制作时先将羚羊角粉、党参、黄芪、沙参、生地、天冬、地骨皮、半枝莲、红花、川芎、赤芍、丹参、鳖甲、牡丹皮、玄参、太子参、生大黄、浙贝母、白背三七、当归、阿胶、荞麦花粉、桃仁、杜仲雄花、马齿苋、连衣花生、龙眼肉、大枣、桑椹、生牡蛎、甘草、枸杞子、栀子、白茅根、桔梗、山药、人参、茯苓、昆布、夏枯草通过用水浸泡60min-100min后加入纤维素酶、果胶酶、木瓜蛋白酶以及淀粉酶,酶用量1 mg/g 底物,pH 值为4.0-5.0,在 50 -80℃ 酶解1-3h,料液比1:15,提取中药精华后经喷雾干燥而制备成粉状混合物;再添加生物酶解提取的蛋白短肽、益生元、氨基酸、水溶性膳食纤维、脂肪粉进行第一次混合,混合时间为20-40min,混合速率为30-45r/min;再添加经过严格特定混合工艺:混合速率为12-15r/min,混合时间为20-40min的复合维生素及矿物质进行巴氏灭菌1小时后与多种益生菌进行混合,混合时间为20-40min,混合速率为30-45r/min,得到混合均匀的粉状的制剂工艺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的血液病全营养配方食品,还包括以重量计的下列组分:药食两用的提取物:白背三七、当归、阿胶、荞麦花粉、桃仁、杜仲雄花、马齿苋、连衣花生、龙眼肉、大枣、桑椹、生牡蛎、甘草、枸杞子、栀子、白茅根、桔梗、山药、昆布、山药、人参、茯苓、夏枯草全部混合;
所述的多种益生菌包括下列组分:嗜热链球菌,双歧杆菌,乳杆菌;其中,双歧杆菌是指青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌其中一种、几种或全部混合;乳杆菌是指嗜酸乳杆菌粉、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌其中一种、几种或全部混合;
所述的蛋白短肽是指海洋鱼低聚肽、海洋骨原肽、大豆蛋白、乳清蛋白肽、卵白蛋白肽其中一种、几种或全部混合;
所述的益生元是指低聚异麦芽糖、水苏糖、低聚果糖、大豆低聚糖、低聚木糖其中的一种、几种或全部混合;
所述的复合氨基酸是指L-谷氨酰胺、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、色氨酸、瓜氨酸、鸟氨酸、牛磺酸其中的一种、几种或全部混合;
所述的脂肪粉是指MCT粉、α-亚麻酸、亚油酸、共轭亚油酸、玉米油、大豆油、花生油、葵花籽油、橄榄油、亚麻籽油、胚芽油其中的一种、几种或全部混合。
