Abstract
本发明属于药食同源类配方与新资源食品技术领域,具体提供了一种糖尿病全营养支持食品;该配方根据《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》的要求,结合糖尿病患者的体质特征,根据传统中医精髓理论合理配伍多种“药食同源”之中药,采用多种经SBE技术提取药食两用的中药提取物精华、多种微胶囊化的益生菌以及生物酶解提取的短肽、益生元、氨基酸、碳水化合物、有保健功能的油脂、多种维生素及矿物质一起混合等工艺加工制成,不仅可作为单一营养来源满足糖尿病患者的营养需求,还起到了抗衰老、增强胰岛素活性、降血糖、降血脂、降脂减肥及增强免疫力的功效。

本发明属于药食同源类配方与新资源食品技术领域,具体是将“药食同源之中药”的传统中医精髓理论和“多重益生菌”有机结合起来,添加以短肽、益生元、氨基酸、水溶性膳食纤维、有保健功能的油脂、复合维生素、复合矿物质为辅料制成的防治糖尿病的一种糖尿病全营养支持食品、特定全营养配方食品或非全营养配方食品。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起,糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍,糖尿病可以引起多种并发症,如果糖尿病没有得到足够的控制,可以引起一些急性并发症,如低血糖症、酮症酸中毒、非酮高渗性昏迷,严重的长期并发症包括:心血管疾病、慢性肾衰竭(又称糖尿病肾病,是发展中国家成年人中血液透析的主要原因)、视网膜病变(又称糖尿病眼病,可致盲,是发展中国家非老龄成年人致盲的主要疾病)、神经病变及微血管病变,其中,微血管病变可能导致勃起功能障碍(阳痿)以及伤口难以愈合,而足部难以愈合的伤口则可能导致坏疽(俗称“糖尿病足”),进而导致患者截肢,如果糖尿病得到了足够的控制,并且对血压充分控制并结合良好的生活习惯(如不吸烟,保持健康的体重等),则可以在有效的降低罹患上述并发症的危险,世界卫生组织2011年的报告指出全世界有3.46亿人患有糖尿病,2004年估计有340万人死于高血糖引起的后果,超过80%的糖尿病死亡发生在低收入和中等收入国家,糖尿病的成因大致有以下两种:1.遗传因素,1型或2型糖尿病均存在明显的遗传异质性,糖尿病存在家族发病倾向,1/4~1/2患者有糖尿病家族史,临床上至少有60种以上的遗传综合征可伴有糖尿病,1型糖尿病有多个DNA位点参与发病,其中以HLA抗原基因中DQ位点多态性关系最为密切,在2型糖尿病已发现多种明确的基因突变,如胰岛素基因、胰岛素受体基因、葡萄糖激酶基因、线粒体基因等,2.环境因素,进食过多,体力活动减少导致的肥胖是2型糖尿病最主要的环境因素,使具有2型糖尿病遗传易感性的个体容易发病,1型糖尿病患者存在免疫系统异常,在某些病毒如柯萨奇病毒,风疹病毒,腮腺病毒等感染后导致自身免疫反应,破坏胰岛素β细胞,“药食同源”是中华原创医学之中对人类最有价值的贡献之一;中医历来强调“药疗不如食疗”,食疗成为现代人追求返璞归真、健康饮食的最佳选择;让人们在享受美食的过程中祛除病痛,避免了打针、吃药,甚至手术之苦;
对于特殊营养食品,在美国、欧盟等发达国家都有相应的规定和开发应用;而我国GB29922-2013《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》食品安全国家标准中全营养食品明确规定:2.1.1全营养配方食品:可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品;2.1.2特定全营养配方食品:可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群在特定疾病或医学状况下营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品;“劲膳美”公司参与了国家十二五科技支撑项目,项目编号:2012BAI35B00,组织单位:中国科学院,课题编号:2012BAI35B03,课题名称:针对不同疾病的临床营养治疗研究,课题牵头单位:中国医学科学院北京协和医院,中国医学科学院北京协和医院牵头北大人民医院、北京同仁医院、北京天坛医院、北京四季坛医院、北京朝阳医院负责糖尿病全营养配方食品的多中心临床评价研究;苏州大学第一附属医院牵头郑州大学第一附属医院、中大医院负责肿瘤全营养配方食品多中心的临床评价研究;重庆大学第一附属医院牵头湖南湘雅医院、四川华西医院、宁夏第一人民医院负责肝病全营养配方食品多中心的临床评价研究;
中医传统医学认为:“脾(即消化系统)为后天之本”,肠胃健康是健康之本,人体营养的99%需要靠肠道吸收,肠内疾病也是万病之源;但随着年龄越大,肠道中有益菌群(益生菌)比例逐渐减少;如双歧杆菌在婴幼儿时期占98%,到中年时降至10%,65岁以后仅占5%;人越老,益生菌越少,肠道功能也随之逐渐下降,越来越多的研究显示,正常菌群在人体消化、免疫和抗病等方面有诸多不可替代的作用;肠道菌群组成的改变与多种疾病,特别是肠道疾病的发生发展密切相关,而从已有临床研究发现:益生菌能起到调节肠道菌群,控制肠道炎症作用,是一种安全有效的干预调节方法;
肠道微生态系统与糖尿病的联系:Ⅱ型糖尿病(type2diabetes,T2D)是一种由遗传和环境因素共同引起的复杂内分泌疾病,久病可引起多个系统损害,病情严重或应激时可发生急性代谢紊乱,如酮症酸中毒等,其病因和发病机制较复杂,目前认为属多基因、多因素的异质性疾病,人体肠道微生物对维持人类健康发挥着重大作用,并在肠道中保持着动态的平衡,而这种平衡因某些因素被打破而致使肠道菌群发生紊乱时,人体可能就会患上各种疾病,研究揭示:Ⅱ型糖尿病患者仅出现了中度的肠道微生物菌群失调,进一步的功能分析表明,Ⅱ型糖尿病患者肠道中丢失了一些有益菌,反而一些有害菌有所增多,比如,产丁酸细菌在Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中有所减少,而丁酸主要可调节人体肠道微生态平衡,对肠道健康起着关键性的作用,同时,一些增加的条件致病菌在本研究中的中国人群体中具有很高的多样性,此外,微生物基因功能分析还间接表明肠道环境的氧化压力等可能与糖尿病存在一定关系;
直接口服益生菌虽有一定效果,但是由于益生菌在肠道内无法定植,且停留、占位很少,易流失,停服后有害菌易复发,相关患者需要长期服用,治疗周期长,往往使用后复发率非常高;为缩短相关患者的治疗周期,减少停药后复发率,本团队通过近叁年来对益生菌在肠道内定植机理的关键技术研究,努力寻求改进益生菌在肠道内定植的“药食同源之中药”复方,考虑到益生菌在肠道内定植的几个关键要素:益生元的存在能起到定植作用、肠道pH环境的降低和提高益生菌细胞的肠道粘附能力等,基于上述要素,本课题组从数十种“药食同源之中药”中筛选合适的食材,首次发现了添加山药、薏仁、鸡内金、芡实和菊芋等药食同源之中药成分的提取物及水苏糖,酵母、L-谷氨酰胺等后,对外源益生菌有很强的定植作用,为肠道微生态制剂中益生菌的组方选择提供实验依据;
目前市场上有利用以食源性短肽为主要原料,添加药食两用的玉米须、黄精、百合、葛根的提取物、复合维生素和矿物质,组成复合配方,还有利用益生菌为主要原料的产品,但还没有发现结合糖尿病患者的体质特征,依据传统中医的精髓理论,因人而异,黄金配伍以十种以上药食两用的中药提取物精华、多种益生菌、益生元为主要原料,以短肽、氨基酸、有保健功能的油脂、水溶性膳食纤维、复合维生素、复合矿物质辅料制成的医学配方食品、特定全营养配方食品或类似产品。
发明目的
本发明的目的是在继承中医精髓理论治病方法上,开创性将多种改善糖尿病患者的肠道微生态的益生菌与“药食同源之中药”复方的提取物有机结合起来,添加以短肽、氨基酸、碳水化合物、有保健功能的油脂、多种维生素、多种矿物质为辅料,不仅能够补充免疫力低下的高血脂患者所必需营养素,改善机体营养状况,还能并利用药食两用中草药中的功能因子调节机体功能,益生菌能起到调节肠道菌群,毒副作用小、安全有效,且人们容易接受的适合一种糖尿病全营养支持食品、特定医学配方食品或非特定医学配方食品。
发明内容:
本研发团队根据《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》的要求,结合糖尿病患者的体质特征,综合当今美国哈佛大学的先进生理学、医药、营养学及临床应用等研究成果,依据“消中寓补”、“均衡调养”的传统中医的精髓理论(肝、脾、肾三脏同调为主原则),采用一种或几种药食两用的中药提取物精华及新资源食品、多种益生菌、短肽为主要原料,以益生元、碳水化合物、有保健功能的油脂、氨基酸、多种维生素及矿物质辅料,不仅可作为单一营养来源满高血糖患者的营养需求,还有增强胰岛素活性,降血糖、降血脂、降脂减肥及增强免疫力的功效的一种糖尿病全营养支持食品、特定医学配方食品或非特定医学配方食品(组合成的复合配方);
本发明配方的主要成分为:
1.中药提取物是根据糖尿病患者的体质特征从中医理论中的肝、脾、肾三脏同调为主原则,利用药食两用中草药中的功能因子调节机体功能防治糖尿病,并选取以下几大类药物进行配伍;其中:富铬酵母增强胰岛素活性,控制血糖,能调节脂肪储存量,帮助减重。降低血中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,预防心血管病,甜菊糖的热值仅为蔗糖的1/300,摄入人体后不被吸收,不产生热量,是糖尿病和肥胖病患者适用的甜味剂,玉米须的发酵制剂有非常显著的降低血糖作用,黄精具有提高机体免疫力、降血糖、降血脂、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等作用,葛根素具有降血糖,扩张外周血管,特别是扩张冠状动脉血管、抑制血小板聚集等作用,从而具有了治疗糖尿病,并改善其微血管病变所致的周围神经损伤和视网膜病变和肾功能病变的效果,苦瓜种子中有和胰岛素相似的蛋白质,具有降低血糖的作用;
本发明所述的药食两用中药提取物及新资源食品是指:黄精、薏苡仁、葛根、山楂、山药、沙棘、桑叶、百合、枸杞子、大麦苗、显齿蛇葡萄叶、青钱柳叶、玉米须、白子菜(别名白背三七)、诺丽果浆其中的一种、几种或全部的混合物;
2.多种益生菌:使益生菌能大部分通过胃的强酸环境到达肠道,以促进益生菌的增殖,调节肠内微生态平衡,促进对微量元素的吸收,增强脾胃运动功能,加速药效的吸收,改善黏膜表面的微生物群或酶的平衡,或刺激机体特异性或非特异性免疫机制,提高机体定植抗力或免疫力;Xing等用双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌预处理肝缺血再灌注大鼠,可以明显降低肠源性内毒素血症的水平并预防肝损伤的发生;选择性肠道脱污染也是调整肠道微生态的重要措施,有研究应用肠道不吸收抗生素利福昔明(rifaximin),通过抑制肠道中产尿素酶及产氨细菌的生长,来防治糖尿病的发生;
本发明所述的多种益生菌全部采用微胶囊化后的益生菌,其所述的益生菌为:双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、清酒乳杆菌、产丙酸丙酸杆菌、乳酸片球菌其中一种、几种或全部混合;
a上面的双歧杆菌是指:青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌(乳双歧杆菌);
b上面的乳杆菌是指:嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、卷曲乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种、罗伊氏乳杆菌;
3.短肽:即为低聚肽,是指利用生物酶工程技术从动物或植物蛋白中分离提取的一类小分子蛋白质,其平均分子量在1000 Dalton以下,易溶于水,对酸、热稳定,可以不需经过消化而直接吸收,生物利用率高,在吸收和利用上优于游离的氨基酸和完整的蛋白质,可应用于蛋白质补充食品中,尤其对于消化吸收能力低下的人群,短肽是极佳的氮源,除营养功能外,短肽还具有一系列的生理活性功能:提高小肠的消化吸收功能,增强机体免疫力,抗氧化,辅助调节血糖,辅助调节血脂,辅助降血压,抗辐射,促进矿物质吸收,增强药食两用中草药中功能因子的作用效果;
本发明所述的短肽是指海洋胶原肽、海洋骨原肽、大豆蛋白肽、乳清蛋白肽、卵白蛋白肽其中一种、几种或全部混合;
2、益生元:用以促进益生菌肠道定植、肠道收敛、调节肠道pH环境,并促进人体内有益细菌——乳杆菌、双歧杆菌的生长繁殖,从而可以抑制腐败菌生长,有助于改善和维持肠道正常功能;长期食用可以延缓衰老、通便、提高免疫力、减轻肝脏负担、提高营养素的吸收率,特别是能够改善机体对钙、铁、锌等金属离子的吸收;可选择性地促进有益菌(双歧、乳酸)的生长繁殖外,还可代谢为酸性产物如乳酸等有机酸,使结肠内pH值降低,抑制肠道有害细菌的生长;使小肠内水电解质滞留在肠腔,产生高渗效果,刺激肠蠕动引起缓泻,从而促进肠道内毒素及其他毒性物质的排出,乳果糖还可直接灭活肠道中内毒素、降低肠道pH值,已广范应用于增强降血脂的抵抗力的治疗;

a.对外源益生菌有很强的定植作用益生元:山药、茯苓、薏仁、鸡内金、芡实、菊粉的提取物、;
b.普通益生元:低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、大豆低聚糖、低聚木糖、棉子低聚糖、水苏糖、酵母;

6.有保健功能的油酯是指对人身体有保健作用,并能增加终产品能量,使本发明的终产品每100 g所含有的能量应不低于295 kJ(70kcal);如鱼油是人体血管的清道夫,还能预防动脉硬化、中风和心脏病。鱼油是高血压、冠心病、脑中风、糖尿病、风湿性关节炎、癌症等疾病;亚麻籽油有减肥、降低胆固醇、改善肾功能等作用;牡丹籽油有降血脂和降血压,增强自身免疫,预防糖尿病,防治癌症的功效;翅果油有防止和治疗高血压,高血脂,血管硬化等病症的功效;
本发明所述的有保健功能的油脂是指亚麻籽油、牡丹籽油、翅果油、水飞蓟籽油、植物甾醇酯、御米油、茶叶籽油、鱼油、鱼油提取物、花生四烯酸油脂、蔗糖聚酯、DHA藻油、磷虾油、盐地碱蓬籽油、美藤果油、盐肤木果油、中链甘油三酯、黄明胶、光皮梾木果油、长柄扁桃油、中长链脂肪酸食用油、元宝枫籽油、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、甘油二酯油、叶黄素酯其中的一种、几种或全部混合;

本发明中维生素矿物质的添加量参照GB14880《食品营养强化剂使用卫生标准》、GB2760《食品添加剂使用标准》执行;
本发明以微胶囊,生物酶解,半仿生提取法,喷雾干燥及冷冻干燥集成创新,构成的产业化生产的关键技术;微囊化保护技术,有效解决了口服过程中高温以及强酸胃液对益生菌的灭活;采用三层蛋白质深埋微胶囊技术,再与经生物酶解半仿生提取法提取并微囊化处理后的中药提取物混合均匀,以解决“多重益生菌”与“药食同源之中药”组分的共存问题,具有一定的抗高温和强酸特性,有利于益生菌通过口服顺利通过胃液到达肠道内停留定植,使产品防治糖尿病功效与市场同类产品相比大幅提高;
9.采用上述集成创新工艺将各种配料混合均匀制成粉状的固体饮料、颗粒剂,并分装成10 g/包,用约150 ml温开水溶解后,直接饮用或经鼻饲摄入;或加入适量辅料制成胶囊、片剂或加入甜味剂和黑芝麻粉制成快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用,若做成饮料则省去经喷雾干燥、少添加黑芝麻粉,分装成10-65 ml/瓶,每日早、中、晚饭后0.5小时各饮1瓶,所有操作均在洁净干燥环境内进行;

4.本发明配方中采用各种药食两用中草药的提取物,含有多种功能活性成分,不仅提高了功能因子的浓度,减少各种杂质的摄入,有助于减轻肝肾负担,具有增强人体抵抗力的作用,还有养血益气、解毒凉血、除烦止渴、滋养肝阴、清肺及防治糖尿病的功效;
5.本发明配方中所含的益生菌,多种益生菌能够维护肠道正常细菌菌群平衡,抑制病原菌的生长,防止胃肠障碍等,在肠道内合成维生素、氨基酸和提高机体对钙离子的吸收,增强人体免疫机能,预防抗生素的副作用,提高宿主对放射线的耐受性,乳杆菌显著增加肠粘膜免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)含量,对机体肠粘膜局部免疫具有调节作用,调节胃、肠微生态,能提高钙、磷、铁的利用率,促进铁和维生素D的吸收,合成维生素K及B族维生素,还可以减少胆固醇的吸收;
6.本发明配方食品以多种来源的食源性生物活性短肽为氮源,因为短肽不需消化即可吸收,更有利于机体的利用,可以有效改善糖尿病患者负氮平衡,而且食源性短肽能够改善肠粘膜上皮细胞的结构和功能,提高肠粘膜的吸收能力;

10.本发明配方中所含的有保健功能的油脂不仅对人身体有保健作用,并为人体提供正常生活所需的能量,使本发明的终产品每100 g所含有的能量应不低于295 kJ(70kcal);
11.本发明配方中所含的氨基酸,是构成蛋白质的基本单位,赋予蛋白质特定的分子结构形态,使其具有生化活性,有助于人体内各种含硫化合物的代谢并且其所含的甲基对有毒物或药物进行甲基化而起到解毒的作用,能够修复肌肉,控制血糖,并给身体组织提供能量,还可提高食物蛋白质的吸收和利用,达到均衡营养,促进生长发育;

临床实验报告
“劲膳美”公司参与了国家十二五科技支撑项目,项目编号:2012BAI35B00,中国医学科学院北京协和医院牵头北大人民医院、北京同仁医院、北京天坛医院、北京四季坛医院、北京朝阳医院负责本发明: 一种糖尿病全营养支持食品(糖尿病全营养配方食品)的多中心临床评价研究;合作共完成53例志愿者的90天观察,所有志愿者在研究过程中肝肾功能均无异常;
本研究所用产品,含有白子菜、青钱柳叶、黄精、玉米须、百合、山楂等药食同源性食物,并富含膳食纤维。这些植物在动物试验中观察到了具有改善糖尿病及其并发症的作用,但将以上植物混合食用并应用于人群的报道较少;
在使用胰岛素的人群中,糖化血红蛋白下降的比例最大(50%),根据用药记录,这些志愿者三个月中胰岛素的用量未发生变化,这提示研究用食品对胰岛素的敏感性可能有改善作用;
总之,糖尿病发病率在我国呈增加的趋势。药食同源性植物、膳食纤维、肠道菌群的代谢调节作用正成为研究的热点,本研究的初步结果提示,由于糖尿病病程不一、用药多样,在研发医用食品时,要根据糖尿病患者的不同特点进行组方,才能取得较好的血糖控制效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过以下实施例对本发明作进一步说明,它将有助于理解本发明;
实施案例一
实现本发明目的一种糖尿病全营养支持食品,其特征在于由下列原料制备而成:黄精15.0 g、薏苡仁10.0 g、葛根10.0 g、山楂10.0 g、山药10.0 g、沙棘5.0 g、桑叶5.0 g、百合5.0 g、枸杞子5.0 g、大麦苗10.0 g、显齿蛇葡萄叶15.0 g、青钱柳叶15.0 g、玉米须15.0g、白子菜(别名白背三七)50.0 g、诺丽果浆20.0 g全部的的提取物混合物;再添加多种益生菌300 g、碳水化合物200 g、益生元100 g、多种氨基酸100 g、短肽100 g、海藻糖10-20g、维生素预混料1-10 g(维生素A 200-3000 μgRE、维生素D 50-100 μg、维生素 E 50-100mgα-TE、维生素K1200-450 μg、维生素B1 5-10 mg、维生素B2 5-10 mg、维生素B6 5-10 mg、维生素B12 5-10 μg、烟酸(烟酰胺)7-15 mg、叶酸1-5 mg、泛酸5-30 mg、维生素C 1-2 g、生物素50-200 μg、碘1-2 mg、牛磺酸1-2 g)、宏量矿物质预混料20-100 g(钙2-7 g、镁1-2 g、钠1-5 g、钾2-10 g、磷2-8 g、氯1-5 g)、微量矿物质预混料0.5-2 g(铜1-5 mg、铁20-60 mg、锌10-50 mg、锰0.5-5 mg、硒0.1-1 mg、铬50-300 μg);
制作时先将黄精、薏苡仁、葛根、山楂、山药、沙棘、桑叶、百合、枸杞子、大麦苗、显齿蛇葡萄叶、青钱柳叶、玉米须、白子菜(别名白背三七)、诺丽果浆上述三种以上或全部浸泡后加入β-环状糊精,用半仿生提取法提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的粉状物质,再添加生物酶解提取的短肽,益生元、氨基酸、富铬酵母粉、水溶性膳食纤维、多种维生素及矿物质经粉碎及混合后进行巴氏灭菌1小时,然后添加微胶囊化后的益生菌、有保健功能的油酯并混合均匀制成粉状的固体饮料、颗粒剂,并分装成10 g/包,用150 mL温开水溶解后,直接饮用或经鼻饲摄入;或加入适量辅料制成胶囊、片剂或加入甜味剂和辅料制成快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用,若做成饮料则省去经喷雾干燥、少添加辅料,分装成10-65mL/瓶,每日早、中、晚饭后0.5小时各饮1瓶,所有操作均在符合《特殊医学用途配方食品良好生产规范》要求的洁净干燥环境内进行;
本发明以微胶囊,生物酶解,半仿生提取法,喷雾干燥及冷冻干燥集成创新,构成的产业化生产的关键技术;微囊化保护技术,有效解决了口服过程中高温以及强酸胃液对益生菌的灭活;采用三层蛋白质深埋微胶囊技术,再与经生物酶解或半仿生提取法提取并微囊化处理后的中药提取物混合均匀,以解决“多重益生菌”与“药食同源之中药”组分的共存问题,具有一定的抗高温和强酸特性,有利于益生菌通过口服顺利通过胃液到达肠道内停留定植,使产品防治糖尿病的功效与市场同类产品相比大幅提高;

上述一种糖尿病全营养支持食品还包括以重量计的下列组分:
薏苡仁、葛根、山楂、山药、百合、枸杞子全部的药食两用的提取物混合物;诺丽果浆15-50 g、多种益生菌80-150 g、益生元100-500 g、短肽50-200 g、氨基酸50-200 g、有保健功能的油脂25-100 g、海藻糖10-20 g、维生素预混料1-10 g(维生素A 200-3000 μgRE、维生素D 50-100 μg、维生素 E 50-100mg α-TE、维生素K1 200-450 μg、维生素B1 5-10 mg、维生素B2 5-10 mg、维生素B6 5-10 mg、维生素B12 5-10μg、烟酸(烟酰胺)7-15 mg、叶酸1-5 mg、泛酸5-30 mg、维生素C 1-2 g、生物素50-200 μg、碘1-2 mg、牛磺酸1-2 g)、宏量矿物质预混料20-100 g(钙2-7 g、镁1-2 g、钠1-5 g、钾2-10 g、磷2-8 g、氯1-5 g)、微量矿物质预混料0.5-2 g(铜1-5 mg、铁20-60 mg、锌10-50 mg、锰0.5-5 mg、硒0.1-1 mg、铬50-300 μg)。
Claims (3)
1.一种糖尿病全营养支持食品,其特征在于由下列原料制备而成:黄精5-30 g、薏苡仁5-20 g、葛根5-20 g、山楂5-20 g、山药5-20 g、沙棘5-10 g、桑叶5-10 g、百合5-10 g、枸杞子5-10 g、大麦苗5-20 g、显齿蛇葡萄叶15-30 g、青钱柳叶10-30 g、玉米须5-30 g、白子菜(别名白背三七)30-100 g、诺丽果浆15-50 g全部药食两用及新资源食品的提取物混合物,多种益生菌80-150 g、益生元100-500 g、短肽50-200 g、氨基酸50-200 g、有保健功能的油脂25-100 g、海藻糖10-20 g、维生素预混料1-10 g(维生素A 200-3000 μgRE、维生素D 50-100 μg、维生素 E 50-100 mg α-TE、维生素K1 200-450 μg、维生素B1 5-10 mg、维生素B2 5-10 mg、维生素B6 5-10 mg、维生素B12 5-10 μg、烟酸(烟酰胺)7-15 mg、叶酸1-5 mg、泛酸5-30 mg、维生素C 1-2 g、生物素50-200 μg、碘1-2 mg、牛磺酸1-2 g)、宏量矿物质预混料20-100 g(钙2-7 g、镁1-2 g、钠1-5 g、钾2-10 g、磷2-8 g、氯1-5 g)、微量矿物质预混料0.5-2g(铜1-5 mg、铁20-60 mg、锌10-50 mg、锰0.5-5 mg、硒0.1-1 mg、铬50-300 μg); 其制备方法为先将黄精、薏苡仁、葛根、山楂、山药、沙棘、桑叶、百合、枸杞子、大麦苗、显齿蛇葡萄叶、青钱柳叶、玉米须浸泡后加入β-环状糊精,用预水解、SBE提取技术提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的粉状物质,再添加生物酶解提取的白子菜多糖(别名白背三七多糖)、诺丽果浆、益生元、短肽、氨基酸、多种维生素及矿物质经粉碎及混合后进行巴氏灭菌1小时,然后添加微胶囊化后的益生菌、有保健功能的油酯并混合均匀制成粉状的固体饮料、颗粒剂,并分装成10g/包,用150 mL温开水溶解后,直接饮用或经鼻饲摄入;或加入适量辅料制成胶囊、片剂或加入甜味剂和辅料制成快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用,若做成饮料则省去经喷雾干燥、少添加辅料,分装成10-65 mL/瓶,每日早、中、晚饭后0.5小时各饮1瓶,所有操作均在符合《特殊医学用途配方食品良好生产规范》要求的洁净干燥环境内进行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种糖尿病全营养支持食品,其特征是由下列原料制备而成:薏苡仁、葛根、山楂、山药、百合、枸杞子全部药食两用的混合物;诺丽果浆15-50 g、多种益生菌80-150 g、益生元100-500 g、短肽50-200 g、氨基酸50-200 g、有保健功能的油脂25-100 g、海藻糖10-20 g、维生素预混料1-10 g(维生素A 200-3000 μgRE、维生素D 50-100 μg、维生素 E 50-100 mg α-TE、维生素K1 200-450μg、维生素B1 5-10mg、维生素B2 5-10 mg、维生素B6 5-10 mg、维生素B12 5-10 μg、烟酸(烟酰胺)7-15 mg、叶酸1-5 mg、泛酸5-30 mg、维生素C 1-2 g、生物素50-200 μg、碘1-2 mg、牛磺酸1-2 g)、宏量矿物质预混料20-100 g(钙2-7 g、镁1-2 g、钠1-5 g、钾2-10 g、磷2-8 g、氯1-5 g)、微量矿物质预混料0.5-2 g(铜1-5 mg、铁20-60 mg、锌10-50 mg、锰0.5-5 mg、硒0.1-1 mg、铬50-300 μg)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种糖尿病全营养支持食品,特征在于按照所述配方混合可制备成粉状、胶囊状、片剂状、饮料类食品。
