Abstract
一种调理肠胃的功能性营养食品,具有显著提高人体免疫力、改善胃肠功能的积极效果。由中药粉剂和蔬菜水果粉剂经过充分混合制成;其特征在于,中药粉剂的原料和蔬菜水果粉剂的干品原料是经过复合生物蛋白酶催化剂催化处理的。利用复合生物蛋白酶催化剂与中药粉剂原料和蔬菜水果粉剂的干品原料进行浸泡、常温环境自然干燥处理后,不仅使药效平和、强化中药材原料的解毒消痈、润肠通便、健脾和胃功效,且容易被人体吸收,明显减少和消除药物中的毒副作用;使中药成分与蔬菜水果粉剂中的营养物质的充分融和,形成一种既具有相应治疗效果又具有补充营养物质,可以显著提高人体免疫力、改善胃肠功能的功能性营养食品。

中国专利申请公布号:CN104509864A公开了一种具有改善胃肠功能的营养保健食品及其制备方法,从增加益生菌种类和数量、增加益生菌营养物质、抑制有害菌生长及增加人体免疫力等多方面调整肠道菌群,改善胃肠功能。以植物乳杆菌等益生菌粉剂为主要原料,科学复配食用菌提取物、改性膳食纤维;可显著提高人体免疫力、抗炎镇痛、具有抗氧化、抗辐射和抗疲劳等功能的雪莲培养物提取物等,进而在增加肠道益生菌菌群种类的同时,显著增强了内源和外源益生菌在人体肠道内的定植能力及定植时间,有效抑制了肠道有害菌尤其是革兰氏阴性菌的生长及繁殖,充分调节了肠道益生菌菌群的组成,制备出一种益生性强、显著提高人体免疫力、具有改善胃肠功能的营养保健食品。

复合生物蛋白酶催化剂的制备方法在于以下步骤:步骤一、按照重量份拣选优质的苹果、香蕉、橘子、木瓜、芒果、菠萝、樱桃、葡萄、桃子、荔枝、梅子、石榴、草莓、梨、西瓜、龙眼,并将其破碎为浆料,充分混合,获得水果原料备用;步骤二、按照重量份把食用白糖和食用红糖或者其中一种,加饮用水,充分搅拌,获得糖水,备用;步骤三、把步骤一和步骤二获得的水果原料与糖水进行充分混合,置于密封容器内,常温环境下自然发酵;过滤后,获得水果原料发酵液体,备用;步骤四、按照重量份拣选优质的花生、核桃、松子、栗子、莲子、胡桃、腰果、榛子、开心果、葵花籽,用淡水将其浸泡处理,分别破碎,充分混合,获得干果原料,备用;步骤五、按照重量份把食用白糖和食用红糖或者其中一种,加饮用水,充分搅拌,获得糖水,备用;步骤六、把步骤四和步骤五获得的干果原料与糖水进行充分混合,置于密封容器内,常温环境下自然发酵;过滤后,获得干果原料发酵液体,备用;步骤七、把步骤三和步骤六获得的水果原料发酵液体与干果原料发酵液体进行充分混合,置于密封容器内,常温环境下自然发酵;过滤后,获得复合生物蛋白酶催化剂。

山药:【来源】该品为薯蓣科植物薯蓣的干燥根茎。【性味与归经】味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。【功能与主治】补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。
陈皮:理气开胃燥湿化痰治脾胃病。【主治功效】:理气健脾,调中,燥湿,化痰。主治脾胃气滞之脘腹胀满或疼痛、消化不良。
莱菔子:为十字花科植物萝卜的干燥成熟种子。性味:辛、甘,平。归经:归肺、脾、胃经。功效:消食除胀,降气化痰。主治:用于饮食停滞,脘腹胀痛,大便秘结,积滞泻痢,痰壅喘咳。
石斛:各类石斛制品。其性味:甘淡微咸。性属清润,清中有补,补中有清。功能主治:益胃生津,滋阴清热。用于阴伤津亏,口干烦渴,食少干呕,病后虚热,目暗不明。
干姜:姜科植物姜的干燥根茎。【性味、归经】味辛,性热。归脾、胃、心、肺经。【功效】温中散寒,回阳通脉,燥湿消痰,温肺化饮。【主治】脘腹冷痛;呕吐;泄泻,亡阳厥逆;寒饮喘咳;寒湿痹痛。
蒲公英:属菊科多年生草本植物。【性味功能】:甘,微苦,寒。清热解毒,消肿散结。【主治】:眼结膜炎,流行性腮腺炎,高血糖,乳痈肿痛,胃炎。在临床上也广泛的被使用于各种呼吸道疾病和肠胃炎中。
鸡内金:中药名。为雉科动物家鸡的干燥沙囊内壁干燥品。用于食积不消,呕吐泻痢,小儿疳积,遗尿,遗精,石淋涩痛,胆胀胁痛。
本发明中,中药粉剂的原料选择山茶果、山楂、山药、陈皮、莱菔子、石斛、干姜、蒲公英、鸡内金、薏米、黑米,共凑解毒消痈、润肠通便、健脾和胃功效。蔬菜水果粉剂的原料选择香菜、茼蒿、西红柿、胡萝卜、苹果、猕猴桃,其中的营养物质和维生素更加丰富。利用复合生物蛋白酶催化剂与中药粉剂原料和蔬菜水果粉剂的干品原料进行浸泡、常温环境自然干燥处理后,不仅使药效平和、强化中药材原料的解毒消痈、润肠通便、健脾和胃功效,且容易被人体吸收,明显减少和消除药物中的毒副作用;使中药成分与蔬菜水果粉剂中的营养物质的充分融和,形成一种既具有相应治疗效果又具有补充营养物质,可以显著提高人体免疫力、改善胃肠功能的功能性营养食品。
本发明经具体应用实例证实,对慢性、浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、胃十二指肠溃汤均有明显的抑制作用;登封市第一人民医院门诊收治并利用无痛胃镜对患者进行消化系统检测,依据检查结果诊断为:慢性、浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、胃十二指肠溃汤。利用本发明口服进行治疗,其使用方法:每次30-40克,凉开水冲泡后口服,每日3-4次。
1.慢性、浅表性胃炎患者36名,口服每次35克,每日4次,连服7日,明显有效31例。具体表现为:症状明显减轻或者消失。
2.萎缩性胃炎患者32名,口服每次40克,每日3次,连服9日。明显有效27例。具体表现为:症状明显减轻或者消失。
