Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于运行轧制或冶金设备中的热轧机或冷轧机的方法,其中,热轧机或冷轧机包括多个轧机机架,所述轧机机架具有支撑辊子,该支撑辊子通过至少一个滑动轴承来支承,其中,为滑动轴承供给润滑剂。
背景技术
在轧机机架中的被滑动支承的辊子例如在US 2 200 837 A中进行了描述。US 2575 830 A示出了相似的实现方案。US 4 043 925 A公开了一种具有特殊组分的润滑剂混合物。
例如通常在轧制和冶金技术中用在热轧和冷轧带材轧机中的滑动轴承将油用作润滑剂,其中,优选地使用矿物油。油的粘度提供足够的润滑膜,其将旋转部件与固定部件可靠分开。在滑动过程中,由于内部的粘性摩擦而产生热,其导致油温升高和润滑油的粘度下降。这又不可避免地不利地导致滑动轴承的承载能力降低。
润滑剂的另一任务是从轴承引出产生的热。
在已知的做法中,以下情况是不利的:
对于在滑动轴承中通常使用的矿物油,可出现不密封性,并且因此例如来自轧制工艺的冷却水进入到轴承的回路中。轴承可由此受损。为了避免这种情况,必须在复杂且昂贵的工艺中为用于滑动轴承的润滑油脱水,以避免未与油混合的水导致轴承损坏。此外,水分离过程使油的耐久性恶化。
另一方面,由于滑动轴承的不密封性,可出现来自滑动轴承回路的油进入到轧制工艺中。由于辊隙的不确定性和不希望有的润滑(在这种情况下,油例如通过支撑辊子流到工作辊子上),例如可出现工艺不稳定或产品质量的下降。
在冷轧机中,低粘度的辊子用油与高粘度的滑动轴承用油的混合导致损害在辊隙中的润滑,并导致不利的蒸发现象。另外,高粘度的滑动轴承用油在轧制产品上的残留物可在轧制产品的进一步加工中导致问题,例如在退火工艺中出现问题。
另一个问题是,来自滑动轴承的矿物油可在热的轧件表面上燃烧。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提出一种开头提及类型的方法,通过该方法可消除上述问题。尤其应可在轧制机构中实现改善的运行,其不受所示问题的干扰。
本发明目的的解决方案的特征在于,将水基的单相的流体用作用于滑动轴承的润滑剂,为该流体添加至少一种增粘添加剂,其中,作为添加剂将生物聚合材料添加到水中,其中,所述生物聚合材料尤其是纤维素、淀粉和/或细菌多糖,或将改性的纤维素的盐作为唯一的聚合物润滑剂添加到水中。
润滑剂中的水份额优选地至少为50体积百分比。
可为流体添加至少一种附加的功能添加剂。在此例如考虑防腐蚀改进剂或润滑改进剂,其可混入到流体中。
最后可规定,将润滑剂增稠剂添加到水中,其中,润滑剂增稠剂选自包括由一元羧酸和/或二羧酸构成的金属皂、尿素、层状硅酸盐、固体润滑剂和硅溶胶的组。
因此,代替在轧机中的滑动轴承中、尤其在支撑辊子轴承处常用的矿物油,使用单相的、水基的并且配有添加剂的润滑剂。通过添加剂可调节期望的粘度。
因为润滑介质现在是水基的,所以相比于迄今使用的矿物油,润滑介质具有更高的热容量以及更高的密度。这引起滑动轴承的润滑间隙的改善的散热。此外,水基的润滑剂提供了粘度的明显更低的温度依耐性。单相的介质可非常好地进行精细过滤,对此多相的乳化液是不合适的。
通过提出的做法得到各种优点,它们特别、但非排他地在用在轧制机构的支撑辊子支撑处时变得显而易见:
水基的单相的润滑剂与工艺用水(例如冷却水)的混合明显不那么要紧,因为滑动轴承的工作介质是水基的。仅须修正添加剂的浓度。
单相的水基的滑动轴承介质的泄露对冷轧工艺的影响较小,并且对热轧工艺没有影响
不同于矿物油,单相的水基的滑动轴承介质不可燃,这在热的轧件表面上特别有利地注意到。
由于更好的散热,轴承润滑的回路也可设计得更小。这尤其涉及到储罐尺寸和管道横截面以及安装的泵功率。
水基的润滑剂本身是已知的,并且可用于所提出的方法。尤其明确地参考DE102009039626A1、WO2009/106359A1、CN102010780B和CN101718297B,其中详细描述了相应的水基和合适的润滑剂。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于运行轧制或冶金设备中的热轧机或冷轧机的方法,其中,所述热轧机或冷轧机包括多个轧机机架,所述轧机机架具有支撑辊子,该支撑辊子通过至少一个滑动轴承来支承,其中,为所述滑动轴承供给润滑剂,其特征在于,水基的单相的流体用作用于所述滑动轴承的润滑剂,为该流体添加至少一种增粘添加剂,其中,作为添加剂将生物聚合材料添加到水中或将改性的纤维素的盐作为唯一的聚合物润滑剂添加到水中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生物聚合材料是纤维素和/或淀粉和/或细菌多糖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述润滑剂中的水份额至少为50体积百分比。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,为所述流体添加至少一种附加的功能添加剂。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将润滑剂增稠剂添加到水中,其中,该润滑剂增稠剂选自包括由一元羧酸和/或二羧酸构成的金属皂、尿素、层状硅酸盐、固体润滑剂和硅溶胶的组。
