本发明提供了一种合成型无渍液压油,包括以下重量百分比的组分:基础油和添加剂,添加剂为基础油重量的16.12%‑34.1%,所述添加剂包括八种组分:聚异丁烯15%‑30%,硫磷胺混合液0.1%‑1%,胺型抗氧剂0.2%‑1%,酚型抗氧剂0.2%‑1%、复合抗泡剂0.001‑0.002%;防锈剂0.02%‑0.1%,金属减活剂0.3‑0.4%,增溶剂0.3%‑0.6%。本发明具有优异的抗摩性能,极佳的低温性能,优异的抗氧化性能,极佳的防锈性能,油品中不含有任何硫元素,油品不会对有色金属产生任何的腐蚀及白斑,使用寿命长。

Description

一种合成型无渍液压油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体地说涉及一种合成型无渍液压油及其制备方法。
背景技术
轧制是将金属坯料通过一对旋转轧辊的间隙(各种形状),因受轧辊的压缩使材料截面减小,长度增加的压力加工方法。有色金属轧制过程中常常因为液压系统泄漏液压油混入轧制油中造成退火后金属表面斑渍。造成产品合格率大大降低,同时轧制油的成本高,数量大,进行一次更换往往需要花费成百上千万的费用。目前有的设备厂家使用无灰抗磨液压油来加入液压设备中使用,而无灰抗磨液压油的退火褐斑等级往往大于4级,而目前市面上的无渍液压油大部分为矿物油为基础油,产品的退火褐斑等级往往只能达到3级,因此,需要一种新型液压油,能够达到更小的退火褐斑等级,来解决液压油在轧制过程中对有色金属的污染,避免液压油渗漏加入工艺油中对退火后的有色金属表面光洁度产生不良的影响。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种合成型无渍液压油及其制备方法,解决了背景技术中来解决液压油在轧制过程中对有色金属的污染,避免液压油渗漏加入工艺油中对退火后的有色金属表面光洁度产生不良的影响。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种合成型无渍液压油,包括以下重量百分比的组分:基础油和添加剂,添加剂为基础油重量的16.12%- 34.1%,所述添加剂包括八种组分:聚异丁烯15%-30%,硫磷胺混合液0.1%-1%,胺型抗氧剂0.2%-1%,酚型抗氧剂0.2%-1%、复合抗泡剂0.001-0.002%;防锈剂0.02%-0.1%,金属减活剂0.3-0.4%,增溶剂0.3%-0.6%;
优选的,所述基础油为聚α烯烃;
优选的,所述聚异丁烯为PIB2400;
制备一种合成型无渍液压油的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、向反应釜中投入基础油、聚异丁烯、复合抗泡剂,升温至60-70℃,搅拌8-10分钟;
(2)、依次投入增溶剂、硫磷胺混合液、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、防锈剂、金属减活剂,恒温60℃-70℃,搅拌30分钟,经1μm滤袋过滤后变为成品。
增溶剂,具有良好的增容效果,使添加剂与基础油能够很好的溶解到一起。
硫磷胺混合液,具有突出的抗磨极压性能,不含硫,不腐蚀有色金属。
胺型抗氧剂,具有优异的高温抗氧化性能。
酚型抗氧剂,具有优异的低温抗氧化性能。
金属减活剂,具有优良的油溶性,铜腐蚀抑制性,抗氧化性能。
防锈剂:具有优秀的防锈性能。
复合抗泡剂:改善产品的抗泡性能。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有优异的抗摩性能,极佳的低温性能,优异的抗氧化性能,极佳的防锈性能,油品中不含有任何硫元素,油品不会对有色金属产生任何的腐蚀及白斑,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解与实施,下面详细说明一种合成型无渍液压油及其制备方法:
一种合成型无渍液压油,准备聚α烯烃(PAO2)1000kg,聚异丁烯(2400)155 kg,硫磷胺混合液(Irgalube349)2 kg,胺型抗氧剂(Irganox L57)3 kg,酚型抗氧剂(T501)3 kg、复合抗泡剂0.01kg,防锈剂0.2 kg,金属减活剂3 kg,增溶剂(十二醇)5 kg。
制作方法:向反应釜中投入聚α烯烃(PAO2)、聚异丁烯(2400)、复合抗泡剂,升温至65℃,搅拌9分钟, 然后依次投入十二醇、硫磷胺混合液(Irgalube349)、胺型抗氧剂(Irganox L57)、酚型抗氧剂(T501)、防锈剂,金属减活剂,恒温65℃,搅拌30分钟,经1μm滤袋过滤后变为成品。
质量指标
本发明使用清净型合成基础油,清净型黏度指数改进剂PIB,添加剂选用无硫剂生产,具有低渍及清洁退火性能的特性,同时具有优异的抗磨损性能、优异的分水性、优异的低温型、氧化安定性能以及防锈防腐性能,有效地延长了轧机液压系统部件的使用寿命,有效避免由于液压油渗漏进入轧制油中对退火后的有色金属表面光洁度产生不良的影响。

Claims (4)

1.一种合成型无渍液压油,包括以下重量百分比的组分:基础油和添加剂,添加剂为基础油重量的16.12%- 34.1%,所述添加剂包括八种组分:聚异丁烯15%-30%,硫磷胺混合液0.1%-1%,胺型抗氧剂0.2%-1%,酚型抗氧剂0.2%-1%、复合抗泡剂0.001-0.002%;防锈剂0.02%-0.1%,金属减活剂0.3-0.4%,增溶剂0.3%-0.6%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种合成型无渍液压油,其特征在于所述基础油为聚α烯烃。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种合成型无渍液压油,其特征在于所述聚异丁烯为PIB2400。
4.制备如权利要求1-4任意所述的一种合成型无渍液压油的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、向反应釜中投入基础油、聚异丁烯、复合抗泡剂,升温至60-70℃,搅拌8-10分钟;
(2)、依次投入增溶剂、硫磷胺混合液、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、防锈剂、金属减活剂,恒温60℃-70℃,搅拌30分钟,经1μm滤袋过滤后变为成品。
