技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成型无渍液压润滑剂,具体涉及一种用于铝板带箔轧机上使用的合成型无渍液压润滑剂。
背景技术
铝板带箔是工业与民用领域里非常重要的产品种类,绝大部分铝板带箔是通过冷轧轧制工艺完成,涉及到的主要是铝轧机,包括四辊轧机或六辊轧机等,铝冷轧机在工作过程中涉及到的油品主要有轧制油,液压油,轴承油等。其中轧制油为低硫低芳烃加氢精制溶剂油(轻质白油),再添加一定比例添加剂组成,通常溶剂油牌号为100#-110#之间,添加剂主要为醇和酯;轴承油主要用于轧机工作辊和支撑辊轴承润滑,而液压油则提供轧辊轴承的压下力。
铝板带箔轧制后经常涉及到退火工艺,如板面带油过多,则易引起退火油斑,造成产品缺陷。在超薄铝箔的生产时,表面带油过多还易引起成品铝箔的粘连现象。因此控制铝板带箔的表面带油非常重要,而这跟轧制油的油斑倾向和胶质含量具有关联性。清洁的轧制油基础油和添加剂通常不会产生油斑和胶质,而液压油和轴承油不可避免的泄露容易引起轧制油产生油斑倾向和胶质增加。
目前市场上为了解决这一问题,有不少油品厂家推出了无渍液压油和无渍轴承油,通常无渍轴承油会有聚醚和合成烷烃型两种,而无渍液压油市场上主要还是以合成烷烃为主,这种无渍液压油的泄露依然会带来轧制油胶质的增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其具有卓越的热氧化安定性、优异的抗磨特性、以及非常高的粘度指数,尤其适用于铝板带箔轧机液压系统的润滑,即便泄露也不会造成轧制油胶质增加;并且,本发明的合成型无渍液压润滑剂具有使用寿命长的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种合成型无渍液压润滑剂,包括以下组分:组分A、组分B、抗氧剂、含硫或含磷极压抗磨剂、防锈剂和金属钝化剂,按重量份计,所述组分B为5-30重量份,所述抗氧剂为0.5-8重量份,所述含硫或含磷极压抗磨剂为0.01-1重量份,所述防锈剂为0.01-1重量份,所述金属钝化剂为0.001-0.5重量份;
所述组分A的主要成分为聚烷基二醇,其中环氧乙烷的比例为50%或40%;
所述组分B为双酯、季戊四醇酯、三羟甲基丙烯酸酯、偏苯三酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述组分B具有120或更大的粘度指数。
优选的,所述组分B,其40℃运动粘度为15-220cSt。
优选的,所述抗氧剂包括酚类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂。

本发明还提供上述合成型无渍液压润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将组分B加入带搅拌器的调和釜内,加热至60-70℃;然后加入抗氧剂、含硫或含磷极压抗磨剂、防锈剂和金属钝化剂,在80-90℃下调和2~4小时,至混合物均匀透明,最后加入组分A,调和0.5~1小时至均匀。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其具有卓越的热氧化安定性、优异的抗磨特性、以及非常高的粘度指数,尤其适用于铝板带箔轧机液压系统的润滑,即便泄露也不会造成轧制油胶质增加;并且,本发明的合成型无渍液压润滑剂具有使用寿命长的优点。
并且,本发明通过选用高粘度指数的组分B,使制得的润滑剂在高温条件下依然具有优异的油膜厚度,保持良好的润滑性能。

优选的,所述防锈剂选自氨基酸衍生物、有机酸、二壬基萘磺酸盐、磷酸壬基胺盐中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述金属钝化剂选自苯并三氮唑、苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物、专有杂环衍生物中的一种或几种。
本发明还提供上述合成型无渍液压润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将组分B加入带搅拌器的调和釜内,加热至60-70℃;然后加入抗氧剂、含硫或含磷极压抗磨剂、防锈剂和金属钝化剂,在80-90℃下调和2~4小时,至混合物均匀透明,最后加入组分A,调和0.5~1小时至均匀。
本发明具体实施的技术方案包括:
实施例1
一种合成型无渍液压润滑剂,按重量份计包括以下组分:
组分A:60重量份、组分B:5重量份、抗氧剂:0.5重量份、含硫或含磷极压抗磨剂:0.01重量份、防锈剂:0.01重量份、金属钝化剂:0.001重量份;组分A的主要成分为聚烷基二醇,其中环氧乙烷的比例为50%或40%;组分B为双酯、季戊四醇酯、三羟甲基丙烯酸酯、偏苯三酸酯中的一种或几种。实施例1所得合成型无渍液压润滑剂的主要测试性能见表1。
实施例2
一种合成型无渍液压润滑剂,按重量份计包括以下组分:
组分A:80重量份、组分B:20重量份、抗氧剂:3重量份、含硫或含磷极压抗磨剂:0.5重量份、防锈剂:0.5重量份、金属钝化剂:0.25重量份;组分A的主要成分为聚烷基二醇,其中环氧乙烷的比例为50%或40%;组分B为双酯、季戊四醇酯、三羟甲基丙烯酸酯、偏苯三酸酯中的一种或几种。实施例2所得合成型无渍液压润滑剂的主要测试性能见表1。
实施例3
一种合成型无渍液压润滑剂,按重量份计包括以下组分:
组分A:100重量份、组分B:30重量份、抗氧剂:8重量份、含硫或含磷极压抗磨剂:1重量份、防锈剂:1重量份、金属钝化剂:0.5重量份;组分A的主要成分为聚烷基二醇,其中环氧乙烷的比例为50%或40%;组分B为双酯、季戊四醇酯、三羟甲基丙烯酸酯、偏苯三酸酯中的一种或几种。实施例3所得合成型无渍液压润滑剂的主要测试性能见表1。

Claims (9)

1.一种合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:组分A、组分B、抗氧剂、含硫或含磷极压抗磨剂、防锈剂和金属钝化剂,按重量份计,所述组分B为5-30重量份,所述抗氧剂为0.5-8重量份,所述含硫或含磷极压抗磨剂为0.01-1重量份,所述防锈剂为0.01-1重量份,所述金属钝化剂为0.001-0.5重量份;
所述组分A的主要成分为聚烷基二醇,其中环氧乙烷的比例为50%或40%;
所述组分B为双酯、季戊四醇酯、三羟甲基丙烯酸酯、偏苯三酸酯中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其特征在于,所述组分B具有120或更大的粘度指数。
3.根据权利要求2所述的合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其特征在于,所述组分B,其40℃运动粘度为15-220cSt。
4.根据权利要求3所述的合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂包括酚类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其特征在于,所述酚类抗氧剂选自2-叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、硫醚酚中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其特征在于,所述胺类抗氧剂选自苯基-α-萘胺、二苯胺、烷基二苯胺中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其特征在于,所述含硫或含磷极压抗磨剂选自硫代氨基甲酸酯、二烷基二硫代磷酸胺、磷酸酯铵盐、三苯硫代磷酸酯、二硫化磷酸盐、磷酸壬基胺盐中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自氨基酸衍生物、有机酸、二壬基萘磺酸盐、磷酸壬基胺盐中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的合成型无渍液压润滑剂,其特征在于,所述金属钝化剂选自苯并三氮唑、苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物、专有杂环衍生物中的一种或几种。
