技术领域
本发明涉及高性能冷却润滑剂。
背景技术
压缩机油主要用于润滑压缩机的气缸、活塞环、轴承、增速齿轮、曲柄连杆及曲轴箱润滑系统。对于回转式压缩机油,除了对机件润滑、冷却、密封外,由于油雾经过机械碰撞和吸附介质后与气体分离,反复循环,所以还突出地起到冷却压缩气体的作用。
压缩机油是由基础油、极压剂、抗氧剂、防腐剂、抗乳化剂、抗泡剂等调配而成,使其具有黏温性、好的积碳倾向性、氧化安定性和防腐防锈性等。
抗泡剂的作用主要是抑制泡沫产生,并使泡沫破裂。气泡会破坏润滑油均匀地沿输油管道送至整个润滑表面,破坏润滑油正常工作。目前最常用的抗泡剂之一是甲基硅油抗泡剂,其具有良好的黏温性能、防水、防潮及消除油品中产生气泡的性能,对金属无腐蚀。
然而在实际应用中发现,甲基硅油抗泡剂在基础油中的分散效果较差,影响了含甲基硅油抗泡剂在润滑剂中的抗泡效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高性能冷却润滑剂,具有提高抗泡性的优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种高性能冷却润滑剂,按质量份数计,包括基础油100份、极压抗磨剂0.1~2.0份、抗氧剂0.05~1.00份、防锈剂0.05~1.00份、抗乳化剂0.02~0.50份、抗泡剂0.005~0.050份和辅助剂0.05~0.50份;
所述基础油包括多元醇酯和聚醚型合成基础油,所述多元醇酯和聚醚型合成基础油的质量比为1:0.2~5.0;
所述抗泡剂选用甲基硅油抗泡剂;
所述辅助剂包括4~6wt%的聚甲基丙烯酸铵、2~3wt%的二甲基亚砜和91~94wt%的丙三醇。
进一步的,在一种高性能冷却润滑剂中,所述极压抗磨剂的用量为0.1~0.5质量份数,所述极压抗磨剂选用异辛基酸性磷酸酯胺盐。
进一步的,在一种高性能冷却润滑剂中,所述抗氧剂的用量为0.10~0.30质量份数,所述抗氧剂包括质量比为1:1的对,对-二异辛基二苯胺和三甲基二羟基喹啉低聚物。
进一步的,在一种高性能冷却润滑剂中,所述防锈剂的用量为0.08~0.20质量份数,所述防锈剂包括质量比为3:1的碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡和2-巯基苯并噻唑。

进一步的,所述一种高性能冷却润滑剂通过以下方法制备:向反应釜中加入配方量的基础油、抗乳化剂和热致型形状记忆高分子子,加热至45~55℃使其熔化;向其中加入预分散均匀的抗泡剂和辅助剂,搅拌分散均匀;加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂,搅拌分散均匀,即得。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:
通过甲基硅油抗泡剂与聚甲基丙烯酸铵、二甲基亚砜和丙三醇预分散,大大提高甲基硅油抗泡剂在润滑剂中的分散性,从而提高抗泡效果;
利用本申请的异辛基酸性磷酸酯胺盐、对,对-二异辛基二苯胺、三甲基二羟基喹啉低聚物、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡和2-巯基苯并噻唑,结合基础油,提高防腐防锈性,从而提高使用寿命;
利用热致型形状记忆高分子子常温复形的特点,在使用过程中可利用析出的热致型形状记忆高分子子对润滑剂中的杂质进行吸附,而在过滤后除去杂质,从而减少杂质对后续工艺影响,进一步提高使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1-3:一种高性能冷却润滑剂,其通过以下方法制备:向反应釜中加入配方量的基础油和抗乳化剂,加热至50℃使其熔化;向其中加入预分散均匀的抗泡剂和辅助剂,搅拌分散均匀;加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂,搅拌分散均匀,即得。
实施例1-3的配方信息如表1所示。

实施例4:一种高性能冷却润滑剂,与实施例2的区别在于,还包括5质量份数的热致型形状记忆高分子子(简称SMP,购自日本旭化公司的苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物)。
性能测试
对比例1:一种冷却润滑剂,包括三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯25质量份数和聚醚型合成基础油(牌号为SDM-01A)75质量份数。
对比例2:一种冷却润滑剂,包括三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯25质量份数、聚醚型合成基础油(牌号为SDM-01A)75质量份数和甲基硅油抗泡剂(简称T901)0.018质量份数。
对比例3:一种冷却润滑剂,与实施例2的区别在于,未含辅助剂。
测试内容:参照ASTM-D943-TOST测试润滑剂的使用寿命,测试结果如表2所示。

针对实施例4,在参照ASTM-D943-TOST的基础上,每使用100hr则将润滑剂降至室温(25±5℃)后过滤除固体再加入与初始值同等量的热致型形状记忆高分子子,测试其使用寿命,标记为实施例4’,结果如表2所示。
表2显示,与对比例相比,实施例1-4的使用寿命得到较大提高;与实施例2相比,实施例4的使用寿命提高,而经处理的实施例4’的使用寿命进一步提高。

所述基础油包括多元醇酯和聚醚型合成基础油,所述多元醇酯和聚醚型合成基础油的质量比为1:0.2~5.0;
所述抗泡剂选用甲基硅油抗泡剂;
所述辅助剂包括4~6wt%的聚甲基丙烯酸铵、2~3wt%的二甲基亚砜和91~94wt%的丙三醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能冷却润滑剂,其特征是,在一种高性能冷却润滑剂中,所述极压抗磨剂的用量为0.1~0.5质量份数,所述极压抗磨剂选用异辛基酸性磷酸酯胺盐。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高性能冷却润滑剂,其特征是,在一种高性能冷却润滑剂中,所述防锈剂的用量为0.08~0.20质量份数,所述防锈剂包括质量比为3:1的碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡和2-巯基苯并噻唑。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高性能冷却润滑剂,其特征是,在一种高性能冷却润滑剂中,所述抗乳化剂的用量为0.05~0.10质量份数,所述抗乳化剂选用胺与环氧化物缩合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高性能冷却润滑剂,其特征是,在一种高性能冷却润滑剂中,所述抗泡剂的的用量为0.010~0.025质量份数,所述抗泡剂选用甲基硅油抗泡剂;所述辅助剂的用量为0.05~0.10质量份数,所述辅助剂包括5wt%的聚甲基丙烯酸铵、2.5wt%的二甲基亚砜和92.5wt%的丙三醇;
所述基础油包括多元醇酯和聚醚型合成基础油,所述多元醇酯和聚醚型合成基础油的质量比为1:3。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高性能冷却润滑剂,其特征是,所述一种高性能冷却润滑剂还包括热致型形状记忆高分子子4~6质量份数。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种高性能冷却润滑剂,其特征是,所述一种高性能冷却润滑剂通过以下方法制备:向反应釜中加入配方量的基础油和抗乳化剂,加热至45~55℃使其熔化;向其中加入预分散均匀的抗泡剂和辅助剂,搅拌分散均匀;加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂,搅拌分散均匀,即得。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种高性能冷却润滑剂,其特征是,所述一种高性能冷却润滑剂通过以下方法制备:向反应釜中加入配方量的基础油、抗乳化剂和热致型形状记忆高分子子,加热至45~55℃使其熔化;向其中加入预分散均匀的抗泡剂和辅助剂,搅拌分散均匀;加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂,搅拌分散均匀,即得。
