本发明中,螺杆式压缩机润滑油包括式1的结构。一方面,该螺杆式压缩机润滑油的主要组分为式1所示的离子液体,其不仅溶解性能好,而且与其他组分搭配时能够表现出优良的配伍性能。另一方面,该螺杆式压缩机润滑油兼具较为优异的抗氧化性(旋转氧弹高)、抗磨性(FZG齿轮机失效级为8级及以上)、防锈性(液相锈蚀合格)、抗腐蚀性(100℃,3h铜片的腐蚀等级为1b及以上)、抗乳化性(油水分离时间小于等于10min)和抗泡性能(泡沫倾向性/泡沫稳定性小于等于10/0mL/mL),尤其是具有较为优异的抗氧化性和抗磨性。本发明的螺杆式压缩机润滑油用于螺杆式压缩机的转子、轴封、齿轮和轴承等处,能够起到优异的润滑作用,延长螺杆式压缩机的使用寿命,拓宽螺杆式压缩机的使用范围。
值得一提的是,该离子液体中不含有硫元素和磷元素,使用该离子液体制备螺杆式压缩机润滑油时,能够尽可能的降低螺杆式压缩机润滑油中磷元素和硫元素的含量,所以该螺杆式压缩机润滑油还具有较为优异的环境友好性,方便工业应用。
进一步地,当螺杆式压缩机润滑油按照质量百分含量包括:

余量为基础时,该螺杆式压缩机润滑油具有更为优异的综合性能(抗氧化性、抗磨性、防锈性、抗腐蚀性、抗乳化性和抗泡性)。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,为了进一步改善螺杆式压缩机润滑油的综合性能,抗氧剂与离子液体的质量比为1:(0.5-1)。
本发明中,可以对抗氧剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂和基础油的原料进行进一步的选择,以期进一步提高各原料的配伍性,改善螺杆式压缩机润滑油的综合性能和环保性能。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,金属减活剂选自N,N’-二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑、甲苯并三唑和N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,抗氧剂选自二辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、辛基丁基二苯胺、壬基丁基二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺、辛基化苯基-α-萘胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,防锈剂选自异壬基苯氧基乙酸、山梨糖醇单油酸酯和烯基丁二酸中的至少一种。当防锈剂为烯基丁二酸时,烯基中碳原子的个数为8-16。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,破乳剂选自油溶性聚醚和胺与环氧乙烷缩合物中的至少一种。
本发明对油溶性聚醚不做特别限定,可以选用本领域常用的油溶性聚醚。
本发明中,胺与环氧乙烷缩合物指的是氨基化合物中的氨基与环氧乙烷中的环氧基发生缩合反应后形成的化合物。本发明对参加缩合反应的化合物的物质的量不做限定,对缩合反应的具体条件也不做特别限定,只要能够发生上述的缩合反应即可。
本发明中,缩合物也可以通过商业购买得到。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,抗泡剂选自二甲基硅油、聚甲基硅油和聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
本发明对上述聚合物的分子量不做特别限定。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,基础油为季戊四醇酯。
本发明一些实施方式中的螺杆式压缩机润滑油可以通过将各原料按照上述的组成混合均匀得到。本发明对各原料的添加顺序、搅拌速率、混合温度不做特别限定。
本发明的螺杆式压缩机润滑油,不仅兼具较为优良的综合性能(抗氧化性、抗磨性、防锈性、抗腐蚀性、抗乳化性和抗泡性)和环境友好性,而且制备工艺简单,易于操作,应用范围广。
本发明的第二方面提供一种螺杆式压缩机,包括上述的螺杆式压缩机润滑油。
本发明中,由于螺杆式压缩机的转子、轴封、齿轮和轴承等处含有上述的螺杆式压缩机润滑油,因此具有较长的使用寿命,工业应用广泛。
以下,结合具体的实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的螺杆式压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,所述金属减活剂选自N,N’-二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑、甲苯并三唑和N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的螺杆式压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自二辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、辛基丁基二苯胺、壬基丁基二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺、辛基化苯基-α-萘胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的螺杆式压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自异壬基苯氧基乙酸、山梨糖醇单油酸酯和烯基丁二酸中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的螺杆式压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,所述破乳剂选自油溶性聚醚和胺与环氧乙烷缩合物中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的螺杆式压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂选自二甲基硅油、聚甲基硅油和聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的螺杆式压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,所述基础油为季戊四醇酯。
10.一种螺杆式压缩机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的螺杆式压缩机润滑油。
