Abstract
本发明提供一种离心式压缩机油添加剂、离心式压缩机油以及离心式压缩机。本发明的润滑油添加剂按照质量百分含量包括:离子液体5%‑30%;抗氧剂5%‑50%;防锈剂1%‑30%;金属钝化剂1%‑30%;破乳剂1%‑20%;抗泡剂1%‑20%;稀释油余量;其中,所述离子液体包括式1的结构。本发明的润滑油添加剂具有较为优异的抗氧化、防腐蚀、抗乳化、抗泡和环境友好性。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,特别涉及一种离心式压缩机油添加剂、离心式压缩机油以及离心式压缩机。
背景技术
离心式压缩机由动力机通过齿轮箱驱动空气端中的蜗轮高速旋转,利用离心力将吸入的空气压缩后输出,具有排气量大且均匀、调节性能好、运行可靠等优点,一般应用于中、低压工况。由于涡轮高速旋转及空气、水分等影响,离心式压缩机油在使用过程中极易氧化、乳化或产生泡沫,进而会造成设备锈蚀等。
因此亟需提供一种兼具较为优异的抗氧化、防锈、抗乳化、抗泡和环境友好性的离心式压缩机油添加剂。
发明内容
本发明提供一种离心式压缩机油添加剂,该离心式压缩机油添加剂能够兼具较为优良的抗氧化、防腐蚀、抗乳化、抗泡和环境友好性。
本发明提供一种离心式压缩机油,该离心式压缩机油由于包括上述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,所以兼具较为优异的抗氧化、防腐蚀、抗乳化、抗泡和环境友好性。
本发明提供一种离心式压缩机,该离心式压缩机由于包括上述的离心式压缩机油,所以其齿轮、主轴承的机械密封性好,使用寿命长,具有广泛的应用范围。

如上所述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,其中,所述金属钝化剂选自烷基噻二唑、甲基苯三唑和N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺中的至少一种。
如上所述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,其中,所述破乳剂选自油溶性聚醚、胺与环氧乙烷缩合物、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物中的至少一种。
如上所述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,其中,所述抗泡剂选自复合抗泡剂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯和聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
如上所述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,其中,所述稀释油为惰性中性油。

本发明还提供一种离心式压缩机,其中,包括如上所述的离心式压缩机油。
本发明提供一种离心式压缩机油添加剂,该离心式压缩机油添加剂包括特定含量的离子液体、抗氧剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂和稀释油,离子液体包括式1的结构。由于组成离心式压缩机油添加剂的离子液体包括式1的结构,所以该离心式压缩机油添加剂具有较为优异的抗氧化、防腐蚀、抗乳化和抗泡性;并且该离子液体还具有溶解性能优良的优点,能够与其它组分进行较为优良的配伍,进一步提高离心式压缩机油添加剂的抗乳化、抗泡、抗氧化和防腐蚀性能。值得一提的是,该离子液体中并不含有硫元素和磷元素,使用该离子液体能够尽可能降低离心式压缩机油添加剂中硫元素和磷元素的含量,所以能够提高离心式压缩机油添加剂的环保性能。
本发明的离心式压缩机油,由于包括上述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,所以不仅具有较为优异的抗乳化、抗泡、抗氧化和防腐蚀性能,而且环保性好,具有较为广泛的应用前景。
本发明的离心式压缩机,由于包括上述的离心式压缩机油,所以其齿轮、主轴承的机械密封性好,并且该离心式压缩机的使用寿命长,具有广泛的应用范围。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

本发明不限定离子液体的具体来源,可以采用本领域常用的制备方法制备离子液体,也可以通过商业购买得到离子液体。
本发明对抗氧剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂和稀释油不做特别限定,可以选自本领域常用的抗氧剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂和稀释油。
本发明中,该离心式压缩机油添加剂的主要组分为式1所示的离子液体。一方面,该离心式压缩机油添加剂与其他组分搭配时能够表现出优良的配伍性能。另一方面,该离心式压缩机添加剂用于制备离心式压缩机油时,能够明显改善离心式压缩机油的防腐蚀性能、抗氧化性能、抗泡性和抗乳化性。
而且本发明的离子液体中不含有硫元素和磷元素,使用该离子液体能够尽可能的降低离心式压缩机油添加剂中硫元素和磷元素的含量,使得离心式压缩机油添加剂不仅具有优异的抗氧化、防腐蚀、抗泡和抗乳化性,还具有优异的环保性能。
进一步地,当离心式压缩机油添加剂按照质量百分含量包括:
在本发明的一些实施方式中,为了进一步改善离心式压缩机油添加剂的抗氧化、抗泡、抗乳化和防腐蚀性能,抗氧剂与离子液体的质量比为1:(0.1-2)。
本发明中,可以对离子液体、抗氧剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂和稀释油的原料进行进一步的选择,以期进一步提高各原料的配伍性,改善离心式压缩机油添加剂的抗氧化、防腐蚀、抗泡、抗乳化和环保性能。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、二辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、辛基丁基二苯胺、壬基丁基二苯胺、苯乙烯基辛基二苯胺和α-甲基苯乙烯基二苯胺中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,防锈剂选自异壬基苯氧基乙酸、山梨糖醇单油酸酯、烯基丁二酸和二壬基萘磺酸钡中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,金属钝化剂选自烷基噻二唑、甲基苯三唑和N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,破乳剂选自油溶性聚醚、胺与环氧乙烷缩合物、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物中的至少一种。
本发明对油溶性聚醚不做特别限定,可以选用本领域常用的油溶性聚醚。
本发明中,胺与环氧乙烷缩合物指的是氨基化合物中的氨基与环氧乙烷中的环氧基发生缩合反应后形成的化合物。脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物指的是脂肪醇中的羟基与环氧乙烷中的环氧基发生缩合反应后形成的化合物。本发明对参加缩合反应的化合物的物质的量不做限定,对缩合反应的具体条件也不做特别限定,只要能够发生上述的缩合反应即可。
本发明中,各缩合物也可以通过商业购买得到。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,抗泡剂选自复合抗泡剂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
本发明对复合抗泡剂不做特别限定,可以选用本领域常用的复合抗泡剂。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,稀释油为惰性中性油。本发明对惰性中性油不做特别限定,可以选自本领域常用的惰性中性油,例如,惰性中性油可以为HVI 150。
本发明对上述聚合物的分子量不做特别限定。
本发明一些实施方式中的离心式压缩机油添加剂可以通过将各原料按照上述的组成混合均匀得到。本发明对各原料的添加顺序、搅拌速率、混合温度不做特别限定。
本发明的离心式压缩机油添加剂,不仅兼具较为优良的抗氧化、抗泡、抗乳化、防腐蚀和环境友好性,而且制备工艺简单,易于操作,应用范围广。
本发明的第二方面提供一种离心式压缩机油,包括上述的离心式压缩机油添加剂。
本发明中,将一定含量的离心式压缩机油添加剂与本领域常用的基础油进行混合,能够得到离心式压缩机油。由于离心式压缩机油包括上述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,所以该离心式压缩机油兼具较为优异的抗氧化、防腐蚀、抗泡、抗乳化以及环境友好性。
本发明的第三方面提供一种离心式压缩机,离心式压缩机包括上述的离心式压缩机油。
本发明的离心式压缩机,由于其包括上述的离心式压缩机油,所以在实际应用过程中,齿轮、主轴承的机械密封性好,使用寿命长,应用范围广泛。

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、二辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、辛基丁基二苯胺、壬基丁基二苯胺、苯乙烯基辛基二苯胺和α-甲基苯乙烯基二苯胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自异壬基苯氧基乙酸、山梨糖醇单油酸酯、烯基丁二酸和二壬基萘磺酸钡中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,其特征在于,所述金属钝化剂选自烷基噻二唑、甲基苯三唑和N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,其特征在于,所述破乳剂选自油溶性聚醚、胺与环氧乙烷缩合物、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的离心式压缩机油添加剂,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂选自复合抗泡剂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯和聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种;和/或,
所述稀释油为惰性中性油。
9.一种离心式压缩机油,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的离心式压缩机油添加剂。
10.一种离心式压缩机,其特征在于,包括权利要求9所述的离心式压缩机油。
