Because the ionic liquid which forms the centrifugal compressor oil additive comprises the structure of the formula 1, the centrifugal compressor oil additive has relatively excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, emulsification resistance and foam resistance; the ionic liquid also has the advantage of excellent dissolution performance, and can be compatible with other components, so that the anti-emulsifying, anti-foaming, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion performances of the centrifugal compressor oil additive are further improved. It is worth mentioning that the ionic liquid does not contain sulfur and phosphorus, and the ionic liquid can reduce the contents of sulfur and phosphorus in the centrifugal compressor oil additive as much as possible, so that the environmental protection performance of the centrifugal compressor oil additive can be improved.
The centrifugal compressor oil disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent anti-emulsifying, anti-foaming, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion performances, good environmental friendliness and wide application prospects due to the inclusion of the centrifugal compressor oil additive.
The centrifugal compressor of the invention has good mechanical sealing performance of the gear and the main bearing due to the inclusion of the centrifugal compressor oil, and has long service life and wide application range.
Detailed Description
The following description of the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clear and complete, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The first aspect of the invention provides a centrifugal compressor oil additive, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

The invention is not limited to the specific source of the ionic liquid, and the ionic liquid can be prepared by adopting a preparation method commonly used in the field, and can also be obtained by commercial purchase.
The present invention is not particularly limited to the antioxidant, the rust inhibitor, the metal deactivator, the demulsifier, the anti-foaming agent and the diluent oil, and may be selected from the antioxidant, the rust inhibitor, the metal deactivator, the demulsifier, the anti-foaming agent and the diluent oil which are commonly used in the art.
In the invention, the main component of the centrifugal compressor oil additive is ionic liquid shown in formula 1. On the one hand, the centrifugal compressor oil additive can show excellent compatibility when being matched with other components. On the other hand, when the additive for the centrifugal compressor is used for preparing the centrifugal compressor oil, the anti-corrosion performance, the oxidation resistance, the anti-foaming performance and the anti-emulsifying performance of the centrifugal compressor oil can be obviously improved.
The ionic liquid does not contain sulfur and phosphorus, and the content of the sulfur and the phosphorus in the centrifugal compressor oil additive can be reduced as much as possible by using the ionic liquid, so that the centrifugal compressor oil additive has excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, bubble resistance and emulsification resistance and also has excellent environmental protection performance.
Further, when the centrifugal compressor oil additive comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

in some embodiments of the invention, to further improve the antioxidant, anti-foaming, anti-emulsifying and anti-corrosion properties of the centrifugal compressor oil additive, the mass ratio of antioxidant to ionic liquid is 1: (0.1-2).
In the invention, the raw materials of the ionic liquid, the antioxidant, the antirust agent, the metal deactivator, the demulsifier, the anti-foaming agent and the diluent oil can be further selected so as to further improve the compatibility of the raw materials and improve the antioxidant, anti-corrosion, anti-foaming, anti-emulsifying and environment-friendly performances of the centrifugal compressor oil additive.
In some embodiments of the invention, the antioxidant is selected from at least one of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, dioctyl diphenylamine, dinonyl diphenylamine, octyl butyl diphenylamine, nonyl butyl diphenylamine, styryl octyl diphenylamine, and alpha-methyl styryl diphenylamine.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rust inhibitor is selected from at least one of isononyl phenoxyacetic acid, sorbitol monooleate, alkenyl succinic acid, and barium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate.
In some embodiments of the invention, the metal deactivator is selected from at least one of an alkyl thiadiazole, a methyl benzotriazole, and an N, N' -bis-salicylidenediamine.
In some embodiments of the invention, the demulsifier is selected from at least one of an oil-soluble polyether, an amine-ethylene oxide condensate, a fatty alcohol-ethylene oxide condensate.
The oil-soluble polyether is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be selected from those commonly used in the art.
In the present invention, the amine-ethylene oxide condensate refers to a compound formed by a condensation reaction of an amino group in an amino compound and an epoxy group in ethylene oxide. The condensate of fatty alcohol and epoxy ethane refers to a compound formed by condensation reaction of hydroxyl groups in fatty alcohol and epoxy groups in epoxy ethane. The amount of the compound involved in the condensation reaction is not limited, and the specific conditions of the condensation reaction are not particularly limited, as long as the condensation reaction described above can occur.
In the present invention, each condensate may also be obtained commercially.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the anti-foaming agent is selected from at least one of a complex anti-foaming agent, a polymethacrylate, a polyacrylate.
The present invention does not particularly limit the composite anti-foaming agent, and can select the composite anti-foaming agent commonly used in the field.
In some embodiments of the invention, the diluent oil is an inert neutral oil. The inert neutral oil is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be selected from inert neutral oils commonly used in the art, for example, the inert neutral oil may be HVI 150.
The molecular weight of the polymer is not particularly limited in the present invention.
The centrifugal compressor oil additive in some embodiments of the invention can be obtained by uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the above-described composition. The order of addition, stirring rate, and mixing temperature of the raw materials are not particularly limited in the present invention.
The centrifugal compressor oil additive disclosed by the invention has the advantages of relatively excellent antioxidation, anti-foaming, anti-emulsification, corrosion resistance and environmental friendliness, and is simple in preparation process, easy to operate and wide in application range.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a centrifugal compressor oil comprising the above-described centrifugal compressor oil additive.
In the invention, a certain content of centrifugal compressor oil additive is mixed with base oil commonly used in the field to obtain the centrifugal compressor oil. Because the centrifugal compressor oil comprises the centrifugal compressor oil additive, the centrifugal compressor oil has excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, bubble resistance, emulsification resistance and environmental friendliness.
A third aspect of the invention provides a centrifugal compressor comprising a centrifugal compressor oil as described above.
The centrifugal compressor provided by the invention comprises the centrifugal compressor oil, so that the mechanical tightness of the gear and the main bearing is good, the service life is long, and the application range is wide in the practical application process.
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below by combining specific embodiments.

the polyacrylates in each of the examples and comparative examples were purchased from winning companies;
the # 1 composite antifoam in each of the examples and comparative examples was purchased from luda, inc;
the fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide condensates of the examples and comparative examples were purchased from a recreational chemical plant;
the 2# composite antifoam agent in each of the examples and comparative examples was purchased from luda, inc;
the group II base oil in each example and comparative example is China Petroleum HVI P6;
the alkylthiadiazoles of each of the examples and comparative examples were purchased from basf corporation;
alkenyl succinic acid in each of examples and comparative examples was T746, commercially available.
Example 1
The centrifugal compressor oil of this example was obtained by mixing the centrifugal compressor oil additive shown in table 1 with a group II base oil;
wherein the mass percent of the centrifugal compressor oil additive is 1% based on the total mass of the centrifugal compressor oil.

2. The centrifugal compressor oils of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were subjected to performance tests, and the test results are shown in Table 12.

As can be seen from Table 12, the centrifugal compressor oil prepared in the examples of the present invention has relatively excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-foaming and anti-emulsifying properties.

2. The centrifugal compressor oil additive according to claim 1, comprising, in mass percent:

3. the centrifugal compressor oil additive according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mass ratio of the antioxidant to the ionic liquid is 1: (0.1-2).
4. The centrifugal compressor oil additive according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said antioxidant is selected from at least one of 2, 6-di-t-butyl-p-cresol, dioctyl diphenylamine, dinonyl diphenylamine, octyl butyl diphenylamine, nonyl butyl diphenylamine, styryl octyl diphenylamine and α -methyl styryl diphenylamine.
5. The centrifugal compressor oil additive according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said rust inhibitor is at least one selected from the group consisting of isononyl phenoxyacetic acid, sorbitol monooleate, alkenyl succinic acid and barium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate.
6. The centrifugal compressor oil additive according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said metal deactivator is at least one selected from the group consisting of alkylthiadiazoles, methylbenzotriazoles, and N, N' -salicylidenediamines.
7. The centrifugal compressor oil additive according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said demulsifier is selected from at least one of oil-soluble polyethers, amine-ethylene oxide condensates, fatty alcohol-ethylene oxide condensates.
8. The centrifugal compressor oil additive according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the anti-foaming agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of a composite anti-foaming agent, a polymethacrylate and a polyacrylate; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the diluent oil is an inert neutral oil.
9. A centrifugal compressor oil comprising the centrifugal compressor oil additive of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A centrifugal compressor comprising the centrifugal compressor oil of claim 9.
