本发明还提供一种旋片式真空泵,其中,包括如上所述的旋片式真空泵油。
本发明提供一种旋片式真空泵油,该旋片式真空泵油包括特定含量的离子液体、抗氧剂、防锈剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂和基础油,离子液体包括式1所示的结构。由于组成旋片式真空泵油的离子液体包括式1所示的结构,所以该旋片式真空泵油具有较为优异的综合性能。值得一提的是,使用该离子液体制备的旋片式真空泵油还具有较为优异的环境友好性,具有较为广泛的应用前景。
本发明的旋片式真空泵,由于包括上述的旋片式真空泵油,所以其齿轮、轴承等位置的抗腐蚀、抗氧化等性能较好,该旋片式真空泵具有较长的使用寿命以及较广泛的使用范围。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的第一方面提供一种旋片式真空泵油,按照质量百分含量包括:
余量为基础油;
其中,离子液体包括以下结构:
其中,n选自6-14中的正整数。
本发明不限定离子液体的具体来源,可以采用本领域常用的制备方法制备离子液体,也可以通过商业购买得到离子液体。
本发明对抗氧剂、防锈剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂和基础油不做特别限定,可以选自本领域常用的抗氧剂、防锈剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂和基础油。
本发明中,旋片式真空泵油包括式1的结构。一方面,该旋片式真空泵油的主要组分为式1所示的离子液体,其不仅溶解性能好,而且与其他组分搭配时能够表现出优良的配伍性能。另一方面,该旋片式真空泵油兼具较为优异的抗氧化(旋转氧弹高)、防锈(液相锈蚀合格)、防腐蚀(100℃,3h铜片的腐蚀等级大于等于1b)、抗磨性(齿轮机承载能力失效级大于等于8)、抗乳化性(油水分离时间小于等于10min)和抗泡性能(泡沫倾向性/泡沫稳定性小于等于10/0mL/mL),尤其是具有较为优异的抗氧化性和抗磨性。本发明的旋片式真空泵油用于旋片式真空泵腔体内的定子以及转子、轴封、齿轮和轴承等处,能够起到优异的润滑作用,延长旋片式真空泵的使用寿命,拓宽旋片式真空泵的使用范围。
值得一提的是,使用该离子液体制备的旋片式真空泵油,还具有较为优异的环境友好性,方便工业应用。
进一步地,当旋片式真空泵油按照质量百分含量包括:
余量为基础油时,该旋片式真空泵油具有更为优异的综合性能(抗氧化性、防锈性、防腐蚀性、抗磨性、抗乳化性和抗泡性)。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,为了进一步改善旋片式真空泵油的综合性能,抗氧剂与离子液体的质量比为1:(0.5-1)。
本发明中,可以对抗氧剂、防锈剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂和稀释油的原料进行进一步的选择,以期进一步提高各原料的配伍性,改善旋片式真空泵油的综合性能和环保性能。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,离子液体的结构式为:
在本发明的一些实施方式中,抗氧剂选自二辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、辛基丁基二苯胺、壬基丁基二苯胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,防锈剂选自异壬基苯氧基乙酸和十二烯基丁二酸中的至少一种。在本发明的一些实施方式中,破乳剂选自油溶性聚醚和胺与环氧乙烷缩合物中的至少一种。
本发明对油溶性聚醚不做特别限定,可以选用本领域常用的油溶性聚醚。
本发明中,胺与环氧乙烷缩合物指的是氨基化合物中的氨基与环氧乙烷中的环氧基发生缩合反应后形成的化合物。本发明对参加缩合反应的化合物的物质的量不做限定,对缩合反应的具体条件也不做特别限定,只要能够发生上述的缩合反应即可。
本发明中,缩合物也可以通过商业购买得到。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,抗泡剂选自二甲基硅油、聚甲基硅油和聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
本发明对上述聚合物的分子量不做特别限定。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,基础油选自Ⅰ类基础油、Ⅱ类基础油和Ⅲ类基础油中的至少一种。
本发明中,对Ⅰ类基础油、Ⅱ类基础油和Ⅲ类基础油不做特别限定,可以选用本领域常用的Ⅰ类基础油、Ⅱ类基础油和Ⅲ类基础油。
本发明一些实施方式中的旋片式真空泵油可以通过将各原料按照上述的组成混合均匀得到。本发明对各原料的添加顺序、搅拌速率、混合温度不做特别限定。
本发明的旋片式真空泵油,不仅兼具较为优良的综合性能(抗氧化性、防锈性、防腐蚀性、抗磨性、抗乳化性和抗泡性)和环境友好性,而且制备工艺简单,易于操作,应用范围广。
本发明的第二方面提供一种旋片式真空泵,包括上述的旋片式真空泵油。
本发明中,由于旋片式真空泵腔体内的定子以及转子、轴封、齿轮和轴承等处含有上述的旋片式真空泵油,因此具有较长的使用寿命,工业应用广泛。
以下,结合具体的实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
各实施例和对比例中的离子液体的结构式为式1,通过商业购买获得;
其中n选自6-14中的正整数;
各实施例和对比例中的油溶性聚醚为DL32;
各实施例和对比例中的胺与环氧乙烷缩合物为T1001;

从表11可以看出,本发明实施例中制备的旋片式真空泵油具有较为优异的抗氧化、防锈、防腐蚀、抗磨性、抗乳化性和抗泡性能,尤其是具有较为优异的抗氧化性和抗磨性。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的旋片式真空泵油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂与所述离子液体的质量比为1:(0.5-1)。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的旋片式真空泵油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自二辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、辛基丁基二苯胺、壬基丁基二苯胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的旋片式真空泵油,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自异壬基苯氧基乙酸和十二烯基丁二酸中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的旋片式真空泵油,其特征在于,所述破乳剂选自油溶性聚醚和胺与环氧乙烷缩合物中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的旋片式真空泵油,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂选自二甲基硅油、聚甲基硅油和聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的旋片式真空泵油,其特征在于,所述基础油选自Ⅰ类基础油、Ⅱ类基础油和Ⅲ类基础油中的至少一种。
10.一种旋片式真空泵,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的旋片式真空泵油。
