Abstract

本发明公开了一种超高真空泵油组合物,该超高真空泵油组合物的组分和含量按质量百分比为:二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.30‑0.50wt%、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯0.20‑0.50wt%、三(2,4‑二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯0.30‑0.60wt%、烷基化苯基‑β‑萘胺0.1‑0.2wt%、防锈剂0.02‑0.04wt%、抗泡剂0.02‑0.05wt%、破乳剂0.01‑0.03wt%、酯类基础油40‑60wt%、离子液体余量。本发明采用离子液体和酯类油为基础油,复配双抗磨体系、双抗氧体系等,形成适用于超高速真空泵的润滑油品,该超高真空泵油组合物具有极低的饱和蒸气压,较大的抽气速率,良好的高低温性能,良好的热安定性和抗磨性,能满足分子泵等超高真空泵设备的苛刻工况要求。

超高真空泵油组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油组合物,特别涉及一种超高真空泵油组合物。
背景技术
真空泵是从真空室中抽除气体分子,降低真空室内的气体压力,实质达到要求的真空度。真空泵油是真空泵最重要的原料之一,其油品质量直接影响设备达到的极限压力,抽气速率,背压和返油率等。按照泵的性能特点和用途,泵分为以下几类:

中真空泵 0.33--0.01 双级旋片泵、油增压泵、水蒸汽喷射泵等
高真空泵 0.01--10-6 低温泵、溅射离子泵等
超高真空泵 >10-6 分子泵、扩散泵等
分子泵就是利用泵体内高速旋转的转子,给予被撞击的气体以动能,将其驱使到高压端,由前级泵抽走;其转速越高,泵的极限真空就越高;其转子转速可高达10000-60000r/min。因此分子泵通常选用超高真空泵油,要求油品更低的饱和蒸气压、更油泥的分水性能,良好的热氧化安定性等。
专利CN106753721B公开了一种抗氧抗磨型真空泵油组合物及其制备方法,采用矿物基础油、低挥发磷酸酯和低挥发酚类抗氧剂及腐蚀抑制剂组成,具有较好的热稳定性、高真空度和抗磨性。
专利CN109666529A公开了一种合成油为主的食品级真空泵组合物,采用食品级添加剂和食品级基础油复配,满足使用要求,适用于食品加工等领域的真空泵设备。
上述专利文献中均未涉及真空泵油中离子液体类添加剂组合物中的应用,未涉及满足超高真空泵设备的油品,也未见相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超高真空泵油组合物,该超高真空泵油组合物具有极低的饱和蒸气压,较大的抽气速率,良好的高低温性能,良好的热安定性和抗磨性,能满足分子泵等超高真空泵设备的苛刻工况要求。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种超高真空泵油组合物,该超高真空泵油组合物的组分和含量按质量百分比为:二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.30-0.50wt%、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯0.20-0.50wt%、、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯0.30-0.60wt%、烷基化苯基-β-萘胺0.1-0.2wt%、防锈剂0.02-0.04wt%、抗泡剂0.02-0.05wt%、破乳剂0.01-0.03wt%、酯类基础油40-60wt%、离子液体余量;该离子液体具有如下结构:

R1为C4-C8的直链或支链烷烃,R2为C1-C4的直链或支链烷烃。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,抗磨剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌为T203或T204。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,无灰型高温抗氧剂抗磨剂为硫化二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,离子液体为烷基咪唑硫辛酸离子液体,其结构优选:

从烷基咪唑硫辛酸离子液体的分子结构式可以看出,所述离子液体为含氮、硫的化合物以及杂环化合物,稳定性高,难挥发及绿色环保,溶解性好,具有较好导电性,非常适用为真空泵基础油。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,胺类抗氧剂为烷基化苯基-β-萘胺。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,辅助抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯,为食品级抗氧剂。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,食品级抗氧剂:胺类抗氧剂:=3:1。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,防锈剂为山梨糖醇单甘油酯。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,抗泡剂优选为抗泡剂为高分子聚醚。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,破乳剂优选为聚乙烯亚胺烷氧基化物。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,酯类基础油为偏苯三酸酯,其脂肪醇支链碳数为n=10-15。
本发明的抗磨剂优选为T202,T202的烷基链的碳数能较好的平衡抗氧、抗磨、极压等性能,在设备表面形成有效的保护膜,同时抑制油品的氧化,延长油品使用周期及保护设备。
本发明所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其中,酯类基础油优选为偏苯三酸酯,其脂肪醇支链碳数为n=10-15。酯类基础油具有较好的低温性能,耐高温性能好,同时含有极性的酯基,更易吸附在金属表面形成高强度的油膜。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下优点
本发明采用离子液体和酯类油为基础油,复配双抗磨体系、双抗氧体系等,形成适用于超高速真空泵的润滑油品,该超高真空泵油组合物具有极低的饱和蒸气压,较大的抽气速率,良好的高低温性能,良好的热安定性和抗磨性,能满足分子泵等超高真空泵设备的苛刻工况要求。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例作详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例,下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件。
抗磨剂:
在本发明中,超高真空泵油组合物为双抗磨复配体系,T202/T 204为主抗磨剂,二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯为辅助无灰抗磨剂,在高温高压下,能在金属表面形成更好的保护硫化铁膜,减少超高真空泵油组合物分子之间、油品和泵、及真空泵部件之间的磨损。
抗氧剂:
在本发明中,三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯纯度95%以上即可满足要求。胺类抗氧剂为烷基化苯基-α-萘胺,纯度95%以上即可满足要求。三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯:烷基化苯基-β-萘胺=3:1。
离子液体:
在本发明中,离子液体为烷基咪唑硫辛酸离子液体,稳定性高,难挥发及绿色环保,溶解性好,具有较好导电性,非常适用为真空泵基础油。
防锈剂:
在本发明中,对防锈剂并无特别限定,通常防锈剂为山梨糖醇单甘油酯,具有防锈性能、光亮性能等,纯度95%以上即可满足要求。
抗泡剂:
在本发明中,对抗泡剂并无特别限定,通常抗泡剂为聚乙烯亚胺烷氧基化物。
破乳剂:
在本发明中,对破乳剂优并无特别限定,通常破乳剂为聚乙烯亚胺烷氧基化物,有效保证抗乳化性能小于15min。
酯类基础油:
在本发明中,对偏苯三酸酯并无特别限定,其脂肪醇支链碳数为n=10-15。

由上表结果可以看出,本发明的超高真空泵油组合物采用离子液体和酯类油为基础油,复配双抗磨体系、双抗氧体系等,具有优异抗氧化性能、抗磨性能,油泥生成量少,快速的分水能力,极低的饱和蒸汽压力等性能,适用于超高真空泵系统。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求书所界定的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种超高真空泵油组合物,其特征在于,包含以下组分及含量:
以质量百分比计,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.30-0.50wt%、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯0.20-0.50wt%、、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯0.30-0.60wt%、烷基化苯基-β-萘胺0.1-0.2wt%、防锈剂0.02-0.04wt%、抗泡剂0.02-0.05wt%、破乳剂0.01-0.03wt%、酯类基础油40-60wt%、离子液体余量;所述离子液体具有以下结构:

其中,R1为C4-C8的直链或支链烷烃,R2为C1-C4的直链或支链烷烃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其特征在于,所述二烷基二硫代磷酸锌为T203或T204。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其特征在于,所述三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯:烷基化苯基-β-萘胺=3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为山梨糖醇单甘油酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂为高分子聚醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其特征在于,所述破乳剂为聚乙烯亚胺烷氧基化物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超高真空泵油组合物,其特征在于,所述酯类基础油为偏苯三酸酯,其脂肪醇支链碳数为10-15。
