压缩机油主要用于润滑压缩机的气缸、活塞环、轴承、增速齿轮、曲柄连杆及曲轴箱润滑系统。对于回转式压缩机油,除了对机件润滑、冷却、密封外,由于油雾经过机械碰撞和吸附介质后与气体分离,反复循环,所以还突出地起到冷却压缩气体的作用。
压缩机油是由基础油、极压剂、抗氧剂、防腐剂、抗乳化剂、抗泡剂等调配而成,使其具有黏温性、好的积碳倾向性、氧化安定性和防腐防锈性等。
压缩机油由于长时间处于冷热交替环境中,对其使用寿命造成一定影响,因此提高压缩机油的使用寿命具有一定的生产应用价值。

所述抗氧剂包括质量比为1:1的对,对-二异辛基二苯胺和三甲基二羟基喹啉低聚物;
所述防锈剂包括质量比为3:1的碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡和2-巯基苯并噻唑;
所述抗乳化剂选用胺与环氧化物缩合物;
所述抗泡剂选用甲基硅油抗泡剂。
进一步的,所述极压抗磨剂包括质量比为1:0.5的异辛基酸性磷酸酯胺盐和硼酸三正丁酯;
所述抗泡剂包括质量比为1:0.2的甲基硅油抗泡剂和PEO-PPO-PEO三嵌段共聚物。
进一步的,所述的一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂还包括0.05~0.10质量份数的辅助剂,所述辅助剂包括5wt%的聚甲基丙烯酸铵、2.5wt%的二甲基亚砜和92.5wt%的丙三醇。
进一步的,所述的一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂还包括0.02~0.04质量份数的碳化硅晶须、0.05~0.08质量份数的二甲基甲酰氨和2~5份乙二醇。
进一步的,所述一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂还包括热致型形状记忆高分子子4~6质量份数。
进一步的,所述一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂通过以下方法制备:向反应釜中加入配方量的多元醇酯基础油、聚醚型合成基础油、二硫化钼、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物和抗乳化剂,加热至45~55℃使其熔化;向其中加入预分散均匀的抗泡剂,搅拌分散均匀;加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂,搅拌分散均匀,即得。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:
通过在本申请基础配方上添加二硫化钼和乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物,降低本申请系统摩擦系数,增加高温稳定性,从而减少磨损,提高使用寿命;将其与聚甲基丙烯酸铵、二甲基亚砜和丙三醇联用可进一步增加其使用寿命,联用碳化硅晶须的二甲基甲酰氨和乙二醇可达最佳效果;
将甲基硅油抗泡剂与聚甲基丙烯酸铵、二甲基亚砜和丙三醇预分散,大大提高甲基硅油抗泡剂在润滑剂中的分散性,从而提高抗泡效果,使用少量抗泡剂即可实现抗泡作用,将甲基硅油抗泡剂和PEO-PPO-PEO三嵌段共聚物联用可提高使用寿命;
利用本申请的异辛基酸性磷酸酯胺盐、对,对-二异辛基二苯胺、三甲基二羟基喹啉低聚物、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡和2-巯基苯并噻唑,结合基础油,提高防腐防锈性,从而提高使用寿命;将异辛基酸性磷酸酯胺盐和硼酸三正丁酯联用可提高使用寿命;
利用热致型形状记忆高分子子常温复形的特点,在使用过程中可利用析出的热致型形状记忆高分子子对润滑剂中的杂质进行吸附,而在过滤后除去杂质,从而减少杂质对后续工艺影响,进一步提高使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1-4:一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂,其通过以下方法制备:向反应釜中加入配方量的多元醇酯基础油、聚醚型合成基础油、二硫化钼、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物和抗乳化剂,加热至50℃使其熔化;向其中加入预分散均匀的抗泡剂,搅拌分散均匀;加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂等其他助剂,搅拌分散均匀,即得。
多元醇酯,选用三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯,购自上海千为油脂科技有限公司。聚醚型合成基础油选用牌号为SDM-01A,购自南京威尔化工有限公司。
乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物购自美国杜邦,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物的乙酸乙烯含量低于5%。
异辛基酸性磷酸酯胺盐选用异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐T307,购自南京润友化工添加剂有限公司。
对,对-二异辛基二苯胺,T516,购自锦州康泰润滑油添加剂有限公司。三甲基二羟基喹啉低聚物,RD,购自美国范德比尔特公司。
碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡,购自南京润友化工添加剂有限公司。2-巯基苯并噻唑,购自鹤壁华夏助剂有限公司。
胺与环氧化物缩合物,T1001,购自南京润友化工添加剂有限公司。
甲基硅油抗泡剂,T901,购自辽宁天合精细化工股份有限公司。PEO-PPO-PEO三嵌段共聚物选用P123型,购自sigma-aldrich。
聚甲基丙烯酸铵,简称APMAA,购自sigma-aldrich。
实施例1-4的配方信息如表1所示。

实施例5:一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂,与实施例4的区别在于,在实施例4的基础上添加0.02、0.05、0.08、0.10和0.20质量份数的辅助剂,分别标记为实施例5-1、5-2、5-3、5-4、5-5,所述辅助剂包括5wt%的聚甲基丙烯酸铵、2.5wt%的二甲基亚砜和92.5wt%的丙三醇。
实施例6:一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂,与实施例5-3的区别在于,在实施例5-3的基础上添加0.03质量份数的碳化硅晶须、0.06质量份数的二甲基甲酰氨和4质量份数的乙二醇。
实施例7:一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂,与实施例5-3的区别在于,在实施例5-3的基础上添加热致型形状记忆高分子子(简称SMP,购自日本旭化公司的苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物)。
性能测试
对比例1:一种冷却润滑剂,包括三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯25质量份数和聚醚型合成基础油(牌号为SDM-01A)75质量份数。
对比例2:一种冷却润滑剂,与实施例2的区别在于,不含二硫化钼或乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物。
针对实施例5-3,在参照ASTM-D943-TOST的基础上,每使用100hr则将润滑剂降至室温(25±5℃)后过滤除固体再加入与初始值同等量的热致型形状记忆高分子子,测试其使用寿命,标记为实施例8。
测试内容:参照ASTM-D943-TOST测试润滑剂的使用寿命,测试结果如表2-3所示。

表2和表3显示,与对比例相比,实施例1-7的使用寿命得到较大提高,这说明在本申请基础配方上添加二硫化钼和乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物可有效提高其使用寿命,辅助剂的联用可进一步增加其使用寿命,联用碳化硅晶须、的二甲基甲酰氨和乙二醇可达最佳效果。
将样品放于40℃/75%RH下放置7d进行加速试验,测试放置前后的使用寿命,测试结果如表4所示。

表4显示,与对比例2相比,样品2、4、5-3和6在40℃/75%RH下放置7d后的使用寿命减少量变小,其中实施例6为最佳。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂, 其特征是,按质量份数计,包括 多元醇酯基础油 25份、聚醚型合成基础油 75 份、 二硫化钼 2~3 份、 乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物 0.4~0.6 份、极压抗磨剂 0.1~2.0 份、抗氧剂 0.05~1.00 份、防锈剂 0.05~1.00 份、抗乳化剂 0.02~0.50 份和抗泡 剂 0.005~0.050 份;按质量份数计, 包括多元醇酯基础油 25 份、聚 醚型合成基础油 75 份、 二硫化钼 2~3 份、 乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物 0.4~0.6 份、极压抗磨剂 0.1~0.3 份、抗氧剂 0.1~0.3 份、防锈剂
0.08~0.16 份、抗乳化剂 0.07~0.09 份和抗泡剂 0.015~0.020 份,
乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物的乙酸乙烯含量低于 5%;
所述极压抗磨剂选用异辛基酸性磷酸酯胺盐;
所述抗氧剂包括质量比为 1:1 的对,对-二异辛基二苯胺和三甲基二羟基喹啉低聚物;
所述防锈剂包括质量比为 3:1 的碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡和 2-巯基苯并噻唑;

所述抗泡剂包括质量比为 1:0.2 的甲基硅油抗泡剂和 PEO-PPO-PEO 三嵌段共聚物;所述的一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂还包括 0.05~0.10 质量份数的辅助剂,所述辅助剂包括5wt%的聚甲基丙烯酸铵、2.5wt%的二甲基亚砜和 92.5wt%的丙三醇;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂,其特征是, 所述一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂还包括热致型形状记忆高分子子 4~6质量份数。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂, 其特征是,所述一种压缩机用冷却润滑剂通过以下方法制备:向反应 釜中加入配方量的多元醇酯基础油、聚醚型合成基础油、二硫化钼、 乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物和抗乳化剂, 加热至 45~55℃使其熔化;向其 中加入预分散均匀的抗泡剂, 搅拌分散均匀;加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂, 搅拌分散均匀,即得。
