本发明提供不锈钢轧制组合物,涉及润滑剂技术领域,所述组合物按重量百分比包括下列组分:油性润滑添加剂组合物8‑20%,油雾拟制剂0.1‑1%,极压抗磨剂组合物0.5‑5.0%,其他添加剂组合物0.5‑1.0%,基础油50‑80%,消泡剂0.1‑0.3%,金属减活剂0.5‑0.7%。本发明中的组合物具有优良的极压抗磨润滑性能和油雾拟制性能,不仅降低了油品挥发而造成的损耗,避免了白线条和色差,以及烧辊现象的发生,提升板面光泽度,更重要是避免了油雾对环境和人体造成的伤害,同时本发明中还加入了金属减活剂、复合防锈剂,其中金属减活剂能够有效抑制油品中腐蚀性物质对金属表面的腐蚀,而且兼有抗氧化功能,而复合防锈剂则可以降低锈蚀的速度,综上,本发明实用性较高,具有突出的创造性。

在金属板材轧制过程中,一般是采用复合多组辊连续轧制工艺属于当今较为先进的生产工艺,而为了保证组合式轧机的正常工作,适应精密机械工艺过程对润滑性,冷却性等的严格要求,不锈钢压延油便应运而生。
但是面对愈来愈苛刻的加工条件和工艺质量要求,不锈钢压延油的耐高温性和极压抗磨性要求愈来愈高,而目前所有油品普遍存在挥发性高,油烟大,板面光泽度不佳,容易出现白线条和色差,以及烧辊现象,不能很好地满足现在加工要求,因此,需要进行改进。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的不锈钢轧制组合物。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:不锈钢轧制组合物,所述组合物按重量百分比包括下列组分:
油性润滑添加剂组合物8-20%,油雾拟制剂0.1-1%,极压抗磨剂组合物0.5-5.0%,其他添加剂组合物0.5-1.0%,基础油50-80%,消泡剂0.1-0.3%,金属减活剂0.5-0.7%,复合防锈剂0.1-0.2%。

为了提高产品质量,本发明改进有,所述组合物为无色或者浅黄色透明油状物质,所述组合物的40℃运动粘度为5-20mm2/s,闪点(开口)≥160℃,油膜强度Pb值≥52斤,烧结负荷Pd值≥126公斤。
为了避免防止泡沫形成,本发明改进有,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸酯、聚醚型消泡剂和PESO消泡剂的任意一种或两种。
为了保护金属不被腐蚀,本发明改进有,所述金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物、二硫代磷酸酯和噻二唑复配而成,其复配比例为2:0.5:1。
为了防锈蚀,本发明改进有,所述复合防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸及其半酯、苯并三氮唑及其酯化物、烷基苯磺酸钡、烷基苯磺酸和氧化钙复配而成,其复配比例为10:1:2:1:0.5。
相比于现有技术,本发明中的组合物具有优良的极压抗磨润滑性能和油雾拟制性能,不仅降低了油品挥发而造成的损耗,避免了白线条和色差,以及烧辊现象的发生,提升板面光泽度,更重要是避免了油雾对环境和人体造成的伤害,同时本发明中还加入了金属减活剂、复合防锈剂,其中金属减活剂能够有效抑制油品中腐蚀性物质对金属表面的腐蚀,而且兼有抗氧化功能,而复合防锈剂则可以降低锈蚀的速度,综上,本发明实用性较高,具有突出的创造性。

实施例一,参阅图1,不锈钢轧制组合物,所述组合物按重量百分比包括下列组分:
油性润滑添加剂组合物20%,油雾拟制剂1%,极压抗磨剂组合物0.5-5.0%,其他添加剂组合物0.7%,基础油77%,消泡剂0.2%,金属减活剂0.6%,复合防锈剂0.2%。
本实施例中,所述油性润滑添加剂组合物含有三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷棕榈油酸酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、油酸丁酯、油酸异辛酯、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、己二酸二异辛酯和葵二酸二异辛酯的一种或多种组合。
本实施例中,所述极压抗磨剂组合物包括亚磷酸正丁酯、亚磷酸异辛酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、C12-16磷酸酯、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化植物油、硫化猪油、硫化烯烃和硫磷极压抗磨剂的任意一种。
本实施例中,所述其他添加剂组合物包括酚型抗氧剂、胺类抗氧剂、聚α-烯烃和聚异丁烯的一种或多种,所述基础油包括60N、100N、100SN、150N、150SN、500N、500SN和150BS中的一种或多种。
本实施例中,所述组合物为无色透明油状物质,所述组合物的40℃运动粘度为5-20mm2/s,闪点(开口)≥160℃,油膜强度Pb值≥56公斤,烧结负荷Pd值≥160公斤。
本实施例中,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸酯、聚醚型消泡剂和PESO消泡剂的任意一种或两种。
本实施例中,所述金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物、二硫代磷酸酯和噻二唑复配而成,其复配比例为2:0.5:1,金属减活剂能够有效抑制油品中腐蚀性物质对金属表面的腐蚀,而且兼有抗氧化功能。

油性润滑添加剂组合物15%,油雾拟制剂0.5%,极压抗磨剂组合物3%,其他添加剂组合物0.7%,基础油75%,消泡剂0.2%,金属减活剂0.6%,复合防锈剂0.2%。
本实施例中,所述油性润滑添加剂组合物含有三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷棕榈油酸酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、油酸丁酯、油酸异辛酯、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、己二酸二异辛酯和葵二酸二异辛酯的一种或多种组合。

油性润滑添加剂组合物19%,油雾拟制剂0.5%,极压抗磨剂组合物5.0%,其他添加剂组合物1.0%,基础油80%,消泡剂0.3%,金属减活剂0.7%,复合防锈剂0.2%。
本实施例中,所述油性润滑添加剂组合物含有三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷棕榈油酸酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、油酸丁酯、油酸异辛酯、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、己二酸二异辛酯和葵二酸二异辛酯的一种或多种组合。

将上述实施例一中的原料在40-50℃温度下,混合均匀,制成样品1,将上述实施例二中的原料在40-50℃温度下,混合均匀,制成样品2,再取市面销售使用的不锈钢轧制油为样品3,最后进行性能测试,结果如图1所示。
从上述实施例可以看出,本发明中的组合物具有优良的极压抗磨润滑性能和油雾拟制性能,不仅降低了油品挥发而造成的损耗,避免了白线条和色差,以及烧辊现象的发生,提升板面光泽度,更重要是避免了油雾对环境和人体造成的伤害,同时本发明中还加入了金属减活剂、复合防锈剂,其中金属减活剂能够有效抑制油品中腐蚀性物质对金属表面的腐蚀,而且兼有抗氧化功能,而复合防锈剂则可以降低锈蚀的速度,综上,本发明实用性较高,具有突出的创造性。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (8)

1.不锈钢轧制组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物按重量百分比包括下列组分:
油性润滑添加剂组合物8-20%,油雾拟制剂0.1-1%,极压抗磨剂组合物0.5-5.0%,其他添加剂组合物0.5-1.0%,基础油50-80%,消泡剂0.1-0.3%,金属减活剂0.5-0.7%,复合防锈剂0.1-0.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢轧制组合物,其特征在于:所述油性润滑添加剂组合物含有三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷椰子油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷棕榈油酸酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、油酸丁酯、油酸异辛酯、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、己二酸二异辛酯和葵二酸二异辛酯的一种或多种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢轧制组合物,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂组合物包括亚磷酸正丁酯、亚磷酸异辛酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、C12-16磷酸酯、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化植物油、硫化猪油、硫化烯烃和硫磷极压抗磨剂的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢轧制组合物,其特征在于:所述其他添加剂组合物包括酚型抗氧剂、胺类抗氧剂、聚α-烯烃和聚异丁烯的一种或多种,所述基础油包括60N、100N、100SN、150N、150SN、500N、500SN和150BS中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢轧制组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物为无色或者浅黄色透明油状物质,所述组合物的40℃运动粘度为5-20mm2/s,闪点(开口)≥160℃,油膜强度Pb值≥52斤,烧结负荷Pd值≥126公斤。
6.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢轧制组合物,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸酯、聚醚型消泡剂和PESO消泡剂的任意一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢轧制组合物,其特征在于:所述金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物、二硫代磷酸酯和噻二唑复配而成,其复配比例为2:0.5:1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢轧制组合物,其特征在于:所述复合防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸及其半酯、苯并三氮唑及其酯化物、烷基苯磺酸钡、烷基苯磺酸和氧化钙复配而成,其复配比例为10:1:2:1:0.5。
