本发明涉及清洁润滑油的技术领域,具体是一种清洁润滑油。
背景技术
汽车的核心零部件之一是发动机,发动机的性能发挥决定了汽车短周期驾驶体验和长周期的使用寿命。因此,发动机润滑油的添加成为提高发动机性能的重要手段。
发动机润滑油工作环境极为恶劣,表现为温度高、温差大、负荷重、运动速度快,易受环境因素影响等。
因此,发动机润滑油需要兼具满足耐磨性、耐高温性、抗氧化性和防腐性能等性能要求。
润滑油添加剂的引入为改善基础油性能提供了有利增益,但现有的润滑油在满足抗氧化性和抗磨性能的同时,存在高温性能差、油泥多等缺点。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种清洁润滑油,包括如下质量百分含量的组分:纳米氧化锌:1% ~4%;有机钼:2% ~ 5%;抗泡剂:0.5 % ~ 3%;复合抗氧化剂:3% ~ 5%;硼酸盐添加剂:1% ~3%;金属清净剂:0.5% ~ 5%;复合分散剂:0.5% ~ 5%;滑石粉:0.5 % ~ 3%;防锈剂:0.1 ~0.5%;基础油:余量。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述复合抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸异辛酯、丁辛基二苯胺、噻二唑衍生物复配而成。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述复合分散剂为硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、仲烷基二硫代磷酸锌、酚类无灰分散剂复配而成。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述金属清净剂为高碱值烷基水杨酸镁、硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基水杨酸钙中的一种或多种。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述有机钼为硫化二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、二烷基二硫代磷酸钼中的一种或多种。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述基础油为全加氢工艺生产的III类基础油。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述防腐剂为磺酸钡。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述抗泡剂为甲基硅油。
本发明的有益技术效果为:
本发明的清洁润滑油具有优异的耐磨性、抗氧化性、高温稳定性,能够一定程度上修复磨损,兼具环保优点。
具体实施方式
下面来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明提出了一种清洁润滑油,包括如下质量百分含量的组分:纳米氧化锌:1% ~4%;有机钼:2% ~ 5%;抗泡剂:0.5 % ~ 3%;复合抗氧化剂:3% ~ 5%;硼酸盐添加剂:1% ~3%;金属清净剂:0.5% ~ 5%;复合分散剂:0.5% ~ 5%;滑石粉:0.5 % ~ 3%;防锈剂:0.1 ~0.5%;基础油:余量。
复合抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸异辛酯、丁辛基二苯胺、噻二唑衍生物复配而成。复合抗氧剂具有如下效果:
(1)受阻酚类抗氧剂:能有效控制因氧化而引起的油品黏度增长与酸值增大;
(2)3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸异辛酯:高温条件抗氧化性突出,与胺型抗氧化剂(丁辛基二苯胺)复合使用效果有叠加。
(3)丁辛基二苯胺:热安定性好、高温条件下抗氧化性能突出;
(4)噻二唑衍生物:良好的抑制铜片腐蚀性能和抗氧化性,对于有机钼对铜片腐蚀作用优良。
复合分散剂为硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、仲烷基二硫代磷酸锌、酚类无灰分散剂复配而成。复合分散剂具有如下效果:
(1)硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺:具有良好清净性和低温油泥分散性、极好耐高温性,一定程度的抗氧化性和抗磨性,不含氯;
(2)仲烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP):良好抗氧抗腐蚀性能、极压抗磨性能,与金属清净剂、无灰分散剂复合使用效果显著;
(3)酚类无灰分散剂:具有良好的高温稳定性和高温分散性,但低温油泥分散性不佳,需与丁二酰亚胺复配提升性能。
金属清净剂为高碱值烷基水杨酸镁、硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基水杨酸钙中的一种或多种。
有机钼为硫化二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、二烷基二硫代磷酸钼中的一种或多种。
基础油为全加氢工艺生产的III类基础油。
防腐剂为磺酸钡。
抗泡剂为甲基硅油。
实施例1
本实施例提供的清洁润滑油,包括如下组分,以质量百分数表示如下:基础油90.9%,纳米氧化锌1 %,有机钼2%,抗泡剂0.5%,复合抗氧剂3%,纳米硼酸盐1 %,金属清净剂0.5%,复合分散剂0.5%,滑石粉0.5%,防锈剂0.1%。此种组成下汽车发动机润滑油耐磨性、抗氧化性较差。
实施例2
本实施例提供的清洁润滑油包括如下组分,以质量百分数表示如下:基础油64.5%,纳米氧化锌4%,有机钼5%,抗泡剂4%,复合抗氧剂5%,纳米硼酸盐4 %,金属清净剂5%,复合分散剂5%,滑石粉3%,防锈剂0.5%。此种组成下汽车发动机润滑油耐磨性、抗氧化性、高温稳定性较优,能够一定程度上修复磨损。
实施例3
本实施例提供的清洁润滑油包括如下组分,以质量百分数表示如下:基础油78.45%,纳米氧化锌2.5%,有机钼3.5%,抗泡剂1.75%,复合抗氧剂4%,纳米硼酸盐2%,金属清净剂2.75%,复合分散剂2.75%,滑石粉2%,防锈剂0.3%。此种组成下汽车发动机润滑油耐磨性、抗氧化性、高温稳定性良好,能够一定程度上修复磨损。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件,尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

1.一种清洁润滑油,其特征在于:包括如下质量百分含量的组分:纳米氧化锌:1% ~4%;有机钼:2% ~ 5%;抗泡剂:0.5 % ~ 3%;复合抗氧化剂:3% ~ 5%;硼酸盐添加剂:1% ~3%;金属清净剂:0.5% ~ 5%;复合分散剂:0.5% ~ 5%;滑石粉:0.5 % ~ 3%;防锈剂:0.1 ~0.5%;基础油:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁润滑油,其特征在于:所述复合抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸异辛酯、丁辛基二苯胺、噻二唑衍生物复配而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清洁润滑油,其特征在于:所述复合分散剂为硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、仲烷基二硫代磷酸锌、酚类无灰分散剂复配而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洁润滑油,其特征在于:所述金属清净剂为高碱值烷基水杨酸镁、硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基水杨酸钙中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的清洁润滑油,其特征在于:所述有机钼为硫化二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、二烷基二硫代磷酸钼中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的清洁润滑油,其特征在于:所述基础油为全加氢工艺生产的III类基础油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的清洁润滑油,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为磺酸钡。
