本发明公开了一种超高温防紧蚀膏及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)加入基础油29~66.3重量份与稠化剂10~20重量份,加热搅拌至均匀,得到基础脂;(2)将固体润滑剂20~35重量份、极压抗磨剂1~4重量份、抗氧剂1~4重量份、防锈剂0.5~3重量份、金属缓蚀剂0.2~1重量份、增粘剂1~4重量份加入基础脂,以公转搅拌速度30rpm、分散搅拌速度1600rpm,搅拌分散30min;(3)过两次三辊机后,抽真空至‑0.4Mpa,设置公转搅拌速度15rpm,脱气15min,制得超高温防紧蚀膏。本发明的超高温防紧蚀膏,成本低,具有优良的高低温性能、机械安定性、氧化安定性、抗腐蚀性、胶体安定性、极压抗磨性和防锈防腐性能,使用温度范围‑40~1200℃,能满足宽温范围乃至超高温的防紧蚀要求。

优选地,所述固体润滑剂为胶体石墨、二硫化钼、氮化硼和聚四氟乙烯,所述胶体石墨、二硫化钼、氮化硼和聚四氟乙烯重量比例为3:3:2:2,所述胶体石墨的粒径0.5~1μm,二硫化钼的粒径0.5~2μm,氮化硼的粒径为1~5μm,聚四氟乙烯的粒径0.22~5μm。
优选地,所述极压抗磨剂为硫代磷酸酯、磷酸酯胺盐、硫代磷酸酯胺盐、硼酸盐、硼酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为屏蔽酚类抗氧剂、芳胺类抗氧剂、酚酯类抗氧剂中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述防锈剂为烯基丁二酸、石油磺酸钡、二壬基萘磺酸钡、山梨糖醇单油酸酯、羊毛脂镁皂中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述金属缓蚀剂为苯三唑类衍生物、噻二唑类衍生物中的一种或两种。
优选地,所述增粘剂为聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯中的一种或两种。
上述的超高温防紧蚀膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)加入基础油与稠化剂,加热搅拌至均匀,得到基础脂;
(2)将固体润滑剂、极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、金属缓蚀剂、增粘剂加入基础脂,以公转搅拌速度30rpm、分散搅拌速度1600rpm,搅拌分散30min;
(3)过两次三辊机后,抽真空至-0.4Mpa,设置公转搅拌速度15rpm,脱气15min,制得超高温防紧蚀膏。
与现有技术相比,本发明配方中创造性地使用了大量性能优异且价格较低的煤制液体石蜡油,与复合酯复配使用发挥了良好的协同作用,在确保优良综合性能的同时,能大幅降低成本,创造良好的经济效益。而所使用的胶体石墨、二硫化钼、氮化硼、PTFE粉末经复配后起润滑防蚀作用,润滑膜连续均匀,具有长久耐磨性。由上述基础油、稠化剂、固体润滑剂、极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、腐蚀抑制剂、增粘剂以特定配比组合,最终制备得到的超高温防紧蚀膏,兼具优良的高低温性能、机械安定性、氧化安定性、抗腐蚀性、胶体安定性、极压抗磨性和防锈防腐性能,使用温度范围-40~1200℃,能满足超高温及宽温范围内重负荷中低速防烧结和大气、潮湿等环境缓蚀要求,适合在烘炉/熔炉及窑中的螺丝、管道内的螺母和螺栓、锅炉设备、挖掘设备、造船/起重和船坞设施、运输工具上的刹车调整器/轨道调整器或导向工具等的螺母和螺栓的抗紧蚀保护。
具体实施方式
为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明优选实施方案进行描述,但是应当理解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
本发明所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1
超高温防紧蚀膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)加入26重量份的潞安重质液体石蜡2#、25.5重量份的饱和多元醇酯与15重量份的改性膨润土,边搅拌边加热至65℃,搅拌均匀后,得到基础脂;
(2)将7.5重量份的胶体石墨、7.5重量份的二硫化钼、5重量份的氮化硼、5重量份的聚四氟乙烯、1重量份的硫代磷酸酯、1重量份的磷酸酯胺盐、1重量份的屏蔽酚类抗氧剂、1重量份的芳胺类抗氧剂、1重量份的二壬基萘磺酸钡、1重量份的羊毛脂镁皂、0.5重量份的噻二唑衍生物、2重量份的聚异丁烯加入基础脂,升温65℃以公转搅拌速度30rpm、分散搅拌速度1600rpm,搅拌分散30min;
(3)过两次三辊机后,抽真空至-0.4Mpa,设置公转搅拌速度15rpm,脱气15min,制得超高温防紧蚀膏。
实施例2
(1)加入35.3重量份的潞安重质液体石蜡2#、5重量份的复合锂皂和5重量份的改性膨润土,边搅拌边加热至150℃,搅拌均匀后,降至65℃得到基础脂;
(2)将31重量份的饱和多元醇酯、6重量份的胶体石墨、6重量份的二硫化钼、4重量份的氮化硼、4重量份的聚四氟乙烯、0.5重量份的磷酸酯胺盐、0.5重量份的硫代磷酸酯铵盐、0.5重量份的屏蔽酚类抗氧剂、0.5重量份的芳胺类抗氧剂、0.5重量份的烯基丁二酸、0.2重量份的苯三唑衍生物、1重量份的聚异丁烯加入基础脂,升温至65℃以公转搅拌速度30rpm、分散搅拌速度1600rpm,搅拌分散30min;
(3)过两次三辊机后,抽真空至-0.4Mpa,设置公转搅拌速度15rpm,脱气15min,制得超高温防紧蚀膏。
实施例3
(1)加入19重量份的潞安重质液体石蜡2#、10重量份的复合酯、10重量份的改性膨润土、5重量份的复合锂皂、5重量份的改性硅胶,边搅拌边加热至65℃,搅拌均匀后,得到基础脂;
(2)将10.5重量份的胶体石墨、10.5重量份的二硫化钼、7重量份的氮化硼、7重量份的聚四氟乙烯、1重量份的硫代磷酸酯、1重量份的磷酸酯胺盐、1重量的硼酸酯、1重量份的硼酸盐、1重量份的屏蔽酚类抗氧剂、2重量份的芳胺类抗氧剂、1重量份酚酯类抗氧剂、1重量份的二壬基萘磺酸钡、1重量份的羊毛脂镁皂、0.5重量的石油磺酸钡、0.5重量份的山梨糖醇单油酸酯、0.5重量份的苯三唑衍生物、0.5重量份的噻二唑衍生物、2重量份的聚异丁烯、2重量份的聚甲基丙烯酸酯加入基础脂,升温至65℃以公转搅拌速度30rpm、分散搅拌速度1600rpm,搅拌分散30min;
(3)过两次三辊机后,抽真空至-0.4Mpa,设置公转搅拌速度15rpm,脱气15min,制得超高温防紧蚀膏。
实施例4
(1)加入30重量份的潞安重质液体石蜡2#、6.3重量份饱和多元醇酯、10重量份的复合酯、14.5重量份的聚脲稠化剂,边搅拌边加热至150℃,搅拌均匀后,降至65℃得到基础脂;
(2)将9重量份的胶体石墨、9重量份的二硫化钼、6重量份的氮化硼、6重量份的聚四氟乙烯、0.5重量份的硫代磷酸酯、0.5重量份的磷酸酯胺盐、0.5重量份的硫代磷酸酯胺盐、1重量份的屏蔽酚类抗氧剂、1重量份的芳胺类抗氧剂、0.5重量份的酚酯类抗氧剂、1重量份的羊毛脂镁皂、0.5重量份的烯基丁二酸、0.7重量份的苯三唑衍生物、3重量份的聚异丁烯加入基础脂,升温至65℃以公转搅拌速度30rpm、分散搅拌速度1600rpm,搅拌分散30min;
(3)过两次三辊机后,抽真空至-0.4Mpa,设置公转搅拌速度15rpm,脱气15min,制得超高温防紧蚀膏。
对比例1
(1)加入27重量份的复合酯、31.5重量份PAO40与18重量份的改性膨润土,边搅拌边加热至65℃,搅拌均匀后,得到基础脂;
(2)将7.5重量份的胶体石墨、7.5重量份的二硫化钼、1重量份的硫代磷酸酯、1重量份的磷酸酯胺盐、1重量份的屏蔽酚类抗氧剂、1重量份的芳胺类抗氧剂、1重量份的二壬基萘磺酸钡、1重量份的羊毛脂镁皂、0.5重量份的噻二唑衍生物、2重量份的聚异丁烯加入基础脂,升温65℃以公转搅拌速度30rpm、分散搅拌速度1600rpm,搅拌分散30min;
(3)过两次三辊机后,抽真空至-0.4Mpa,设置公转搅拌速度15rpm,脱气15min,制得超高温防紧蚀膏。
对比例2
(1)加入26.5重量份的饱和多元醇、10重量份的PAO40与40重量份的预制复合磺酸钙基础脂,边搅拌边加热至65℃,搅拌均匀后,得到基础脂;
(2)将7.5重量份的胶体石墨、7.5重量份的二硫化钼、1重量份的硫代磷酸酯、1重量份的磷酸酯胺盐、1重量份的屏蔽酚类抗氧剂、1重量份的芳胺类抗氧剂、1重量份的二壬基萘磺酸钡、1重量份的羊毛脂镁皂、0.5重量份的噻二唑衍生物、2重量份的聚异丁烯加入基础脂,升温65℃以公转搅拌速度30rpm、分散搅拌速度1600rpm,搅拌分散30min;
(3)过两次三辊机后,抽真空至-0.4Mpa,设置公转搅拌速度15rpm,脱气15min,制得超高温防紧蚀膏。
实施例1-4及对比例1-2的制备方法中各组分(重量份)如表1所示:

对上述实施例1-4及对比例1-2所制得的超高温防紧蚀膏进行以下测试分析,测试分析结果如表2所示:

注:1200℃高温样品烘烤后,样品粉末搅拌至均匀状态后试验。
以上测试结果表明,实施例制备的防紧蚀膏具有优良的高低温性能、机械安定性、氧化安定性、胶体安定性、极压抗磨性和防锈防腐性能,满足超高温及宽温范围内的防紧蚀要求。
煤制液体石蜡油具有和聚α-烯烃(PAO)接近的高低温性能、粘温性能和氧化安定性,但价格远低于PAO,成本优势明显,且其原料为煤,丰富易得。实施例配方中创造性地使用了大量性能优异且价格较低的煤制液体石蜡油,与使用PAO的对比例配方相比,在高低温性能、机械安定性、氧化安定性、胶体安定性、极压抗磨性和防锈防腐性能等各方面均相当。在确保优良综合性能的同时,能大幅降低成本,创造良好的经济效益。同时,实施例配方中特定复配组合的固体润滑剂——胶体石墨、二硫化钼、氮化硼和PTFE粉末,使润滑膜连续均匀,具有长久耐磨性,经过1200℃高温试验后,烧结负荷仍能达到至少250kgf以上的优良水平(远优于对比例的160kgf),高温防烧结性能优异,能在超高温工况下发挥极佳的防紧蚀作用。
本发明区别于市场上高温润滑脂,能满足设备在-40℃~1200℃超宽温防紧蚀的要求,在重负荷中低速通用性上更能应用于各种苛刻场合,且防锈、润滑性能稳定,高温气味不刺激,使用周期长,具有广阔的发展前景。
根据上述说明书的揭示,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行适当的变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。

Claims (10)

1.一种超高温防紧蚀膏,其特征在于:按照重量份计算,包括以下组分:

2.根据权利要求1所述的超高温防紧蚀膏,其特征在于:所述基础油包括煤制液体石蜡油和合成酯的混合物,所述煤制液体石蜡油为潞安异构重质液体石蜡2#,所述合成脂为饱和多元醇酯、复合酯中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超高温防紧蚀膏,其特征在于:所述稠化剂为复合锂皂、改性膨润土、聚脲稠化剂、改性硅胶中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超高温防紧蚀膏,其特征在于:所述固体润滑剂为胶体石墨、二硫化钼、氮化硼和聚四氟乙烯,所述胶体石墨、二硫化钼、氮化硼和聚四氟乙烯重量比例为3:3:2:2,所述胶体石墨的粒径0.5~1μm,二硫化钼的粒径0.5~2μm,氮化硼的粒径为1~5μm,聚四氟乙烯的粒径0.22~5μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超高温防紧蚀膏,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂为硫代磷酸酯、磷酸酯胺盐、硫代磷酸酯胺盐、硼酸盐、硼酸酯中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超高温防紧蚀膏,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为屏蔽酚类抗氧剂、芳胺类抗氧剂、酚酯类抗氧剂中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超高温防紧蚀膏,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为烯基丁二酸、石油磺酸钡、二壬基萘磺酸钡、山梨糖醇单油酸酯、羊毛脂镁皂中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的超高温防紧蚀膏,其特征在于:所述金属缓蚀剂为苯三唑类衍生物、噻二唑类衍生物中的一种或两种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的超高温防紧蚀膏,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯中的一种或两种。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的超高温防紧蚀膏的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)加入基础油与稠化剂,加热搅拌至均匀,得到基础脂;
(2)将固体润滑剂、极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、金属缓蚀剂、增粘剂加入基础脂,以公转搅拌速度30rpm、分散搅拌速度1600rpm,搅拌分散30min;
(3)过两次三辊机后,抽真空至-0.4Mpa,设置公转搅拌速度15rpm,脱气15min,制得超高温防紧蚀膏。
