本发明提供了一种高温链条油组合物,包括:聚烷基乙二醇91~100重量份;抗氧剂0.05~3.5重量份;腐蚀抑制剂0.05~2.5重量份;金属钝化剂0.05~1重量份;极压抗磨剂0.05~2重量份。与现有技术相比,本发明基于聚烷基乙二醇的摩擦性能、表面张力等方面采用特定结构的聚烷基乙二醇与其他组分协同作用,使该高温链条油具有优异高温抗结焦性能、良好的润滑性能、优良的低温流动性、低挥发性、良好的防锈防腐保护,同时与水性油漆具有良好的相容性,可避免出现与润滑剂相关的鱼眼和缩孔缺陷,为烤漆链条传动设备提供良好润滑、保护、冷却等作用,减少链条部件磨损,延长链条的使用寿命,换油周期长,降低运行成本。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑油技术领域,尤其涉及一种高温链条油组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
烤漆线链条传动设备由于受长时间高温烘烤、水汽及化学腐蚀环境的影响,工况条件极端恶劣。链条是绕性传动件,主要依靠链节与链轮齿的啮合和脱开来传递运动和动力。链条的润滑关键点为链毂与链轴之间,这也是最易发生磨损的部位,合理润滑是保证传输设备长时间正常运行的关键。
烤漆线链条传动设备的工况条件,决定了所使用的链条油需要具备如下主要性能:(1)良好的结焦性能,结焦量大小是评定链条油好坏最重要的指标,结焦是不可避免的,好的链条油化学结构稳定,产生的结焦量少,能延长链条的保养、清焦周期;(2)低挥发性能,链条油的过量挥发,会导致油耗量增大,污染环境;(3)良好的润滑性能,在高温时具备较好的油膜保持能力;(4)良好的低温性能,避免在气温过低时,设备启动困难;(5)具有较高的闪点,以保证设备安全运行;(6)良好的油漆相容性,不会造成烤漆表面形成鱼眼、缩孔,也不会在烤漆面产生色差,对烤漆附着力无不良影响。

有鉴于此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种高温链条油组合物及其制备方法,该高温链条油组合物具有优异高温抗结焦性能、良好的润滑性能、优良的低温流动性、低挥发性、良好的防锈防腐保护及良好的油漆相容性。

本发明基于聚烷基乙二醇的摩擦性能、表面张力等方面采用特定结构的聚烷基乙二醇与其他组分协同作用,使该高温链条油具有优异高温抗结焦性能、良好的润滑性能、优良的低温流动性、低挥发性、良好的防锈防腐保护,同时与水性油漆具有良好的相容性,可避免出现与润滑剂相关的鱼眼和缩孔缺陷,为烤漆链条传动设备提供良好润滑、保护、冷却等作用,减少链条部件磨损,延长链条的使用寿命,换油周期长,降低运行成本。
本发明还提供了一种上述高温链条油组合物的制备方法,包括:将抗氧剂、腐蚀抑制剂、金属钝化剂、极压抗磨剂与聚烷基乙二醇混合,在真空的条件下加热搅拌,得到高温链条油组合物。
其中,本发明对所有原料的来源并没有特殊的限制,为市售即可;所述将抗氧剂、腐蚀抑制剂、金属钝化剂、极压抗磨剂与聚烷基乙二醇的种类及含量均同上所述,在此不再赘述。
在本发明中,优选将抗氧剂、腐蚀抑制剂、金属钝化剂与极压抗磨剂依次加入聚烷基乙二醇中,在真空的条件下加热搅拌;所述加热搅拌的温度优选为80℃~120℃;所述加热搅拌的真空度优选小于-0.80MPa;所述加热搅拌的时间并没有特殊的限制,搅拌均匀即可得到高温链条油组合物。
本发明还提供了一种上述高温链条油组合物作为烤漆链条传动设备润滑油的应用。
本发明提供的高温链条油组合物特别适用于烤漆链条传动设备的润滑,为烤漆链条传动设备提供良好润滑、保护、冷却等作用,减少链条部件磨损,延长链条的使用寿命,换油周期长,降低运行成本,具有广阔的应用前景。
为了进一步说明本发明,以下结合实施例对本发明提供的一种高温链条油组合物及其制备方法进行详细描述。
以下实施例中所用的试剂均为市售。
实施例及对比例
按照表1的组分将抗氧剂、腐蚀抑制剂金属钝化剂、极压抗磨剂依次加入聚烷基乙二醇中,在100℃和真空(<-0.80MPa)下搅拌均匀,得到高温链条油组合物。
对得到的高温链条油组合物的性能进行检测,得到结果见表1。

其中,表1中表面张力测试标准为GB/T 22237;摩擦系数测试标准ASTM D8227-18;倾点测试标准GB/T 3535;闪点测试标准GB/T 3536;结焦量测试标准SH/T 0300;蒸发量测试标准SH/T 0337;与水性油漆相容性测试为现场试验。

Claims (8)

1.一种高温链条油组合物,其特征在于,由以下组分组成:
所述聚烷基乙二醇如式(I)所示:
其中,n与m均为不为0的整数,n:m为(6~9):(1~4);
所述R1为正丁基;R2为甲基;R3与R4为H;
所述聚烷基乙二醇在40℃的运动黏度为458~468mm2/s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温链条油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自有机酚类抗氧剂和/或有机胺类抗氧剂;
所述腐蚀抑制剂选自磺酸盐类腐蚀抑制剂、脂肪酸类腐蚀抑制剂、脂肪酸衍生物类腐蚀抑制剂与复合磷酸酯类化合物中的一种或多种;
所述金属钝化剂选自苯三唑衍生物类金属钝化剂、噻二唑衍生物类金属钝化剂与有机胺类金属钝化剂中的一种或多种;
所述极压抗磨剂选自磷酸酯型极压抗磨剂、硫磷氮复合型极压抗磨剂与三苯基连偶磷硫酸盐中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高温链条油组合物,其特征在于,所述有机酚类抗氧剂选自烷基取代受阻酚;所述有机胺类抗氧剂选自酮胺类防老剂;
所述磺酸盐类腐蚀抑制剂选自二壬基萘磺酸钡和/或石油磺酸钠;所述脂肪酸类腐蚀抑制剂选自十二烯基丁二酸和/或壬基苯氧基乙酸:所述脂肪酸衍生物类腐蚀抑制剂选自十二烯基丁二酸半酯和/或癸二酸二钠;所述复合磷酸酯类腐蚀抑制剂选自烷基磷酸盐和/或咪唑啉磷酸盐;
所述苯三唑衍生物类金属钝化剂选自苯骈三氮唑、苯三唑脂肪胺盐和甲基苯骈三氮唑中的一种或多种;所述噻二唑衍生物类金属钝化剂选自二(叔-十二烷基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑和/或2,5-双(叔壬基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑;所述有机胺类金属钝化剂选自磷酸酯胺和/或三异丙醇胺;
所述磷酸酯型极压抗磨剂选自亚磷酸二正丁酯和/或三甲苯磷酸酯;所述硫磷氮复合型极压抗磨剂选自硫代磷酸酯胺盐和/或硼化硫代磷酸酯胺盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高温链条油组合物,其特征在于,由以下组分组成:

7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述加热搅拌的温度为80℃~120℃;所述加热搅拌的真空度小于-0.80MPa。
8.权利要求1~5任意一项所述的高温链条油组合物作为烤漆链条传动设备润滑油的应用。
