背景技术
随着燃气轮机技术的发展与进步,燃气初温不断提高,轴承工作温度随之升高,从而使润滑油受到强烈的热氧化作用,生成油泥和酸性物质,减少轴承的使用寿命,影响燃机的正常运行,这就要求涡轮机油在高温条件下具有优异的抗氧化性能,同时,油品还需具有优秀的防锈、分水、抗泡性能,只有兼备以上的性能才能满足轴承温度较高的新型燃汽轮机的润滑要求。
文献CN105733762A公开了一种低油泥汽轮机润滑油组合物,含有烷基二苯胺抗氧剂0.03%~1.5%、由羧酸衍生物与咪唑啉衍生物复配的防锈剂0.03%~0.2%、抗泡剂0.001%~0.1%、聚醚1%~20%、余量为基础油。本发明的优点:具有优秀的耐高温抗氧化性能,在120℃的Dry-Tost测试中,剩余旋转氧弹25%的氧化寿命至少500小时,旋转氧弹大于900分钟,TOST氧化寿命大于10000小时;极小的油泥生成趋势,在120℃的Dry-Tost测试中,剩余旋转氧弹率25%时油泥生成小于60mg/kg,TOST试验1000h后油泥生成小于200mg;该组合物可以很好的满足有低油泥要求的蒸汽轮机、燃气轮机的润滑需求。

所述抗氧剂为烷基化二苯胺和烷基苯基-α-萘胺和亚甲基双(二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯)的复配混合物;
所述金属钝化剂为吲哚类衍生物、苯并三氮唑类衍生物或噻二唑类衍生物中的至少一种;
所述防锈剂为烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡中的至少一种;

本发明组合物中,所述防锈剂为烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡,或以上组分的混合物,如T705、T746、T747。防锈分子在金属表面形成吸附性保护膜,对水和极性物质有一定的增溶作用,并且能置换金属表面的水,起到脱水的作用。
本发明组合物中,所述分散剂为单丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺,或以上组分的混合物,如T151、T154A,能够显著提高油泥的分散和增容。其加入量控制在0.03~0.05份,加入量过大和过小都会造成其与其它添加剂的复配效果下降。
本发明组合物中,所述破乳剂为胺与环氧化物缩合物、油溶性聚醚、聚氧丙烷型衍生物中,或以上组分的混合物,如T-1001,、PE6100、X15861、LZ5957,DL32。加入量控制在0.01~0.05份;加入量过小,无法起到抗乳化效果;加入量过大,会对油品抗乳化效果起反作用。
本发明组合物中,所述抗泡剂为非硅复合抗炮剂、丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物,或以上组分的混合物,如T921、T922。其加入量控制在0.003~0.005份;加入量过小,无法起到应有的抗泡作用;如加入量过大,有可能会影响油品外观。
本发明组合物中,所述基础油为API II类或III类石蜡基基础油。
本发明所述组合物的制备方法:将各组分混合均匀,升温至60~70℃并加热搅拌,维持1~2小时后,过滤即出本产品。
本发明还提供一种涡轮机油组合物的用途。所述的涡轮机油组合物用于燃气轮机及大型燃气蒸汽联合循环机组的润滑。
本发明组合物用于涡轮机油中,可以有效改进涡轮机油的高温氧化性能。常见的是ASTM D2272-Rotary Pressure Vessel Oxidation(“RPVOT”)和和ASTM D 943-TurbineOil Stability Test(“TOST”)。另外ASTM D7873-Dry Tost试验,考察汽轮机油在苛刻的高温氧化条件下的氧化寿命和油泥生成趋势,Dry-Tost试验条件:360mL油样、120℃、铜丝和钢丝催化剂、空气流速50mL/min。
为了评价此组合物对于改进涡轮机油氧化安定性表现,开展如下评价测试:
润滑油氧化安定性的测试(ASTM D2272),加抑制矿物油氧化特性测定法(ASTMD943),加抑制剂的涡轮机油在120℃无水存在下的氧化安定性和油泥生成趋势(ASTMD7873)。
本发明的优点:能够有效改进涡轮机油的氧化性能,在120℃Dry-Tost测试中,剩余旋转氧弹25%氧化寿命大于1000小时,旋转氧弹大于1200分钟,TOST氧化寿命大于15000小时;极小的油泥生成趋势,在120℃的Dry-Tost测试中,剩余旋转氧弹25%时油泥生成小于30mg/kg,TOST试验1000小时候油泥生成小于100mg,同时具有优秀的防锈、分水等性能。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
具体实施方式
实施例:
将各组分混合均匀,升温至60~70℃并加热搅拌,维持1.5小时后,过滤即出本产品。组成见表1。

对比例:将各组分混合均匀,升温至60~70℃并加热搅拌,维持1.5小时后,过滤即出对比例产品,组成见表1。按照各个试验方法进行测试,测试结果比较见表2。

如表中实施例测试结果,【实施例1~3】旋转氧弹值均表现优异,说明该产品具有优异的抗氧化性能,在涡轮机油使用过程中能够有效延长使用寿命,同时【实施例1~3】的抗乳化性、防锈性能结果都表现良好,说明油品具有良好的防腐蚀性、抗乳化性,【实施例1~3】高温氧化性能得到有效改进,在120℃Dry-Tost测试中,剩余旋转氧弹25%氧化寿命大于1000小时,旋转氧弹大于1200分钟,TOST氧化寿命大于15000小时;极小的油泥生成趋势,在120℃的Dry-Tost测试中,剩余旋转氧弹25%时油泥生成小于30mg/kg,TOST试验1000小时候油泥生成小于100mg,同时具有优秀的防锈、分水等性能,与【对比例1~2】相比,该涡轮机油组合物具有更长的氧化时间,生成更低的油泥。
Claims (3)
1.一种涡轮机油组合物,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:抗氧剂0.3~0.9份、金属钝化剂0.05~0.2份、防锈剂0.05~0.1份、分散剂0.03~0.05份、破乳剂0.01~0.05份、抗泡剂0.003~0.005份,余量的基础油;其中,
所述抗氧剂为烷基化二苯胺和烷基苯基-α-萘胺和亚甲基双(二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯)的复配混合物;
所述金属钝化剂为吲哚类衍生物、苯并三氮唑类衍生物或噻二唑类衍生物中的至少一种;
所述防锈剂为烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡中的至少一种;
所述分散剂为单丁二酰亚胺或聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺中的至少一种;
所述破乳剂为胺与环氧化物缩合物、油溶性聚醚或聚氧丙烷型衍生物中的至少一种;
所述抗泡剂为非硅复合抗泡剂;
所述基础油为API II类或III类石蜡基基础油。
2.根据权利要求1所述涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂复配混合物中,烷基化二苯胺和烷基苯基-α-萘胺和亚甲基双(二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯)的重量比为(0.5~2):(1.5~3):(0.5~1.5)。
3.权利要求1~2任一所述的涡轮机油组合物用于燃气轮机及大型燃气蒸汽联合循环机组的润滑。
