Abstract

本发明涉及一种不锈钢冷轧薄板轧制油,其组分及质量百分含量为:基础油:57.6-81.7%;抗氧剂:0.1-0.4%;油性剂:13-28%;极压剂:4.2‑11%;防锈剂:1‑3%。本发明通过一系列实验确定所选基础油的抗氧化性能和酚型和胺型抗氧剂的复配以达到到最佳抗氧化效果。通过正交筛选出几种极压抗磨剂的组合及组成含量。选用高分子合成酯类油性剂以提高轧制油的润滑性能。

不锈钢冷轧薄板轧制油
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油领域,涉及不锈钢的轧制油,尤其是一种不锈钢冷轧薄板轧制油。
背景技术
不锈钢冷轧轧制是在一定条件下旋转轧辊给予带材压力,使带材产生塑性变形的一种加工方式,不锈钢冷轧薄板的轧制工艺条件比较苛刻,要求轧制油具有良好的冷却与润滑性、抗磨性、抗氧化安定性及退火清净性,减少被轧制金属与轧辊的外摩擦,从而降低轧辊磨损,降低轧制总压力和能量消耗,增加道次压下率,减少轧制道次,提高轧制速度。为满足冶金系统用油国产化的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种各项性能指标都能满足森吉米尔20辊轧机的技术要求的不锈钢冷轧薄板轧制油。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种不锈钢冷轧薄板轧制油,其组分及质量百分含量为:
基础油:57.6-81.7%
抗氧剂:0.1-0.4%
油性剂:13-28%
极压剂:4.2-11%
防锈剂:1-3%。
而且,所述的基础油为60N和70N混合物,其中60N占基础油的35-55%,70N占基础油的45-65%。
而且,所述的抗氧剂为由酚型抗氧剂及胺型抗氧剂组成,其中酚型抗氧剂占轧制油总质量的0.05-0.2%,胺型抗氧剂占轧制油总质量的0.05-0.2%。
而且,所述的酚型抗氧剂为硫醚基高分子量酚类抗氧剂,所述的胺型抗氧剂为丁基辛基二苯胺。
而且,所述的油性剂由多元醇酯及高分子聚合酯组成,其中多元醇酯占轧制油总质量的10-20%,高分子聚合酯占轧制油总质量的3-8%。
而且,所述的多元醇酯混合物为季戊四醇酯混合物,所述的高分子聚合酯为HALLSTAR公司Rezilube A 150。
而且,所述的极压剂由非活性的烷基多硫化物、浅色硫化脂肪酸酯、无灰的硫磷抗磨极压剂组成,其中,非活性的烷基多硫化物占轧制油总质量的2-5%、浅色硫化脂肪酸酯占轧制油总质量的2-5%、无灰的硫磷抗磨极压剂占轧制油总质量的0.2-1.0%。
而且,所述的非活性的烷基多硫化物为上海宏泽化工的Dailube SLN-111,浅色硫化脂肪酸酯为德国莱茵化学的RC 2317,无灰的硫磷抗磨极压剂为三苯基硫磷酸酯。
而且,所述的防锈剂由油溶性磺酸盐、有色金属缓蚀剂组成,其中油溶性磺酸盐占轧制油总质量的0.5-1.5%、有色金属缓蚀剂占轧制油总质量的0.5-1.5%。
而且,所述的油溶性磺酸盐为T705,有色金属缓蚀剂为T706。
本发明按照不锈钢轧制油要求和特性及油品调合原理,通过实验评价,筛选出不锈钢薄板轧制油所需基础油、抗氧剂、油性剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂、消烟雾剂等,在产品配方研制过程中,对选用的添加剂抗氧剂、油性剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂等进行合理的配伍,通过正交筛选和配方优化,研制出的不锈钢冷轧薄板轧制油具有优良的稳定性、抗氧化安定性、极压性、抗磨性、防锈性和消烟雾性,各项性能指标都能满足森吉米尔20辊轧机的技术要求。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明通过一系列实验确定所选基础油的抗氧化性能和酚型和胺型抗氧剂的复配以达到到最佳抗氧化效果。
2、本发明通过正交筛选出几种极压抗磨剂的组合及组成含量。
3、本发明选用高分子合成酯类油性剂以提高轧制油的润滑性能。

1.一种不锈钢冷轧薄板轧制油,其组分及质量百分含量为:
基础油:57.6-81.7%
抗氧剂:0.1-0.4%
油性剂:13-28%
极压剂:4.2-11%
防锈剂:1-3%;
所述的基础油为60N和70N混合物,其中60N占基础油的35-55%,70N占基础油的45-65%;
所述的抗氧剂为由酚型抗氧剂及胺型抗氧剂组成,其中酚型抗氧剂占轧制油总质量的0.05-0.2%,胺型抗氧剂占轧制油总质量的0.05-0.2%;
所述的油性剂由多元醇酯及高分子聚合酯组成,其中多元醇酯占轧制油总质量的10-20%,高分子聚合酯占轧制油总质量的3-8%;
所述的极压剂由非活性的烷基多硫化物、浅色硫化脂肪酸酯、无灰的硫磷抗磨极压剂组成,其中,非活性的烷基多硫化物占轧制油总质量的2-5%、浅色硫化脂肪酸酯占轧制油总质量的2-5%、无灰的硫磷抗磨极压剂占轧制油总质量的0.2-1.0%;
