本发明涉及农业饲料添加剂领域,更具体地说涉及一种提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂及制备方法和应用。
背景技术
调研养鸡市场发现,我国商品蛋鸡生长到50周龄左右,进入产蛋后期时,常常会出现产蛋率快速下滑,软蛋、薄蛋和沙皮蛋数量增多,导致鸡蛋破损严重,以及蛋壳颜色变浅等一系列问题,从而加快了蛋鸡淘汰频次,浪费了饲料能源,给广大养殖户带来了经济损失。从生理生化角度讲,影响蛋鸡产蛋率的主要生殖系统为卵巢,当卵巢机能受损、衰退、老化时,伴随着产蛋率的下降。输卵管机能影响蛋壳品质,出现破损蛋、白蛋、软蛋或沙皮蛋现象表示输卵管机能衰弱,其提供的营养成分不足以满足形成高质蛋的条件。目前,我国市场上提供的产蛋后期饲料大多数都是使用进入产蛋高峰期的饲料,在其基础上改变玉米,豆粕或石粉大原料的配方比例,用以投喂。因此,研发一款由复合微量元素、维生素、复合菌、酶制剂和中草药添加剂为一体的蛋鸡后期专用添加剂,以改善产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋率水平,提高蛋壳品质,延长蛋鸡生命周期,迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了种提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂及制备方法和应用。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现。
一种提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:复合菌2-6份,复合酶8-12份,复合微量元素螯合剂1-2.5份,复合维生素1.5-4份,复方中草药80-90份。
进一步,所述复合菌5份,所述复合酶10份,所述复合微量元素螯合剂2份,所述复合维生素3份,所述复方中草药85份。
进一步,所述的复合菌各组分的质量比为:地衣芽孢杆菌:酿酒酵母:植物乳杆菌=2:1:2。
进一步,所述的复合酶各组分的质量比为:低温α-淀粉酶:纤维素酶:木聚糖酶:β-葡聚糖酶:β-甘露聚糖酶:酸性蛋白酶=2:2:1:1.5:1.5:2。
进一步,所述复合微量元素螯合剂各组分的质量比为:赖氨酸螯合铁、蛋氨酸螯合锌、蛋氨酸螯合锰=1:1:1。
进一步,所述复合维生素各组分的质量比为:维生素A:维生素D3:维生素E:维生素B2:维生素C=2:1:1:2:2。
进一步,所述复方中草药各组分的重量份数为:党参10-15份、黄芪10-20份、茯苓10-15份、白术8-12份、麦芽8-12份、山楂8-12份、六神曲8-12份,菟丝子10-15份、蛇床子10-15份、淫羊藿10-15份、艾叶10-15份、松针粉10-15份。
一种提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备复合菌:将各组分按照地衣芽孢杆菌:酿酒酵母:植物乳杆菌=2:1:2的比例称量混合10分钟;
S2:制备复合酶:将各组分按照低温α-淀粉酶:纤维素酶:木聚糖酶:β-葡聚糖酶:β-甘露聚糖酶:酸性蛋白酶=2:2:1:1.5:1.5:2的比例称量后加入后混合10分钟;
S3:制备复合维生素:将各组分按照维生素A:维生素D3:维生素E:维生素B2:维生素C=2:1:1:2:2的比例称量混合10分钟;
S4:制备微量元素螯合剂:将各组分按照赖氨酸螯合铁:蛋氨酸螯合锌:蛋氨酸螯合锰=1:1:1的比例称量混合10分钟;
S5:对党参、黄芪、茯苓、白术、麦芽、山楂、六神曲、菟丝子、蛇床子、淫羊藿、艾叶、松针粉精选除杂,然后混合粉碎过40目筛;
S6:将所述S1-S5步骤中各自所得的混合物进行全部混合10分钟,得到成品。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明。
植物乳杆菌:植物乳杆菌是乳酸菌的一种,最适生长温度为30~35℃,厌氧或兼性厌氧,菌种为直或弯的杆状,单个、有时成对或成链状,最适pH 6.5左右,属于同型发酵乳酸菌。此菌与其他乳酸菌的区别在于此菌的活菌数比较高,能大量的产酸,使蛋禽肠道pH值稳定降低,而且其产出的酸性物质乳酸杆菌素能抑制肠道有害菌,维持肠道菌群平衡,提高机体免疫力,促进营养物质吸收。
枯草芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母:消耗肠道氧气,抑制有害菌生长,为有益菌创造厌氧环境;产生多种消化酶和代谢物,促进有益菌生长;产生抗菌肽,有效杀菌、抑菌。
低温α-淀粉酶:低温α-淀粉酶耐酸性能好,最适作用温度、最适作用pH和动物消化道相吻合,能抵御饲料制粒过程中的高温,贮存稳定,是一种较为理想的饲用淀粉酶。低温α-淀粉酶可以提高日增重,降低料肉比,改善动物生产性能。
纤维素酶:纤维素酶是一类复合酶系的总称,能将饲料中的纤维素降解成可消化吸收的还原糖,提高饲料的营养价值。也可将植物纤维分解为葡萄糖,消除饲料中非淀粉多糖的抗营养作用,并降低肠道内容物的黏度。中药材细胞壁的主要成分是纤维素,利用纤维素酶可以破坏植物药的细胞壁,促进植物药中有效成分的溶出,从而增强植物药的药效。
木聚糖酶:木聚糖酶可以破碎植物细胞壁,提高养分利用率。饲料中添加木聚糖酶可以把聚合度较高的木聚糖降解为聚合度较低的小分子片段,破坏细胞壁的结构,将细胞壁束缚的营养物质释放出来,和动物消化道内的消化酶充分接触,从而提高各种养分的消化率。同理,也可以增加中药材的利用率。木聚糖酶可以降低食糜粘度,提高表观代谢能,刺激内源消化酶分泌,提高内源消化酶活力,外源消化酶与内源消化酶作用效果具有叠加效应。木聚糖酶能够减少微生物菌群总量,调节肠道微生物菌群平衡。
β-甘露聚糖酶:β-甘露聚糖酶水解甘露多糖,获得的甘露寡糖具有很好的生物调节功能,如:促进肠道益生菌的生长、减轻便秘、促进营养物质吸收、提高饲料能量利用率、改善饲料转换率、降低饲料增重比以及提高动物生产性能等。β-甘露聚糖酶能有助于打破细胞壁的致密结构,释放出营养物质,与消化酶充分接触,从而提高养分的消化利用率。能特异性的将β-甘露聚糖降解为甘露糖等低聚糖,降低可溶性甘露聚糖的粘性、持水性,减少与水分子的相互作用,明显降低胃肠道食糜粘稠度,促进营养物质的消化利用,提高饲料的营养价值。
β-葡聚糖酶:β-葡聚糖是饲料中重要的抗营养因子。不能被单胃动物自身分泌的消化酶水解。水溶性β-葡聚糖遇水溶胀形成高粘度溶液,使胃肠道食糜粘度增加,阻碍营养物质的释放与扩散,降低消化酶活性,降低营养物质的消化与吸收。在饲料中添加β-葡聚糖酶,可以破解植物细胞壁,降低食糜粘度。提高消化酶活性,促进营养物质的消化与吸收,减少后肠有害微生物发酵,稳定饲料品质,提高饲料利用率,改善动物生产性能。
酸性蛋白酶:蛋白酶是蛋白质消化吸收的关键酶。在动物饲料中添加蛋白酶,可以提高动物对蛋白质的消化吸收,减低饲料中的抗营养因子,提高日增重,降低料肉比,降低营养性腹泻的发生率,提高饲料利用率,改善动物生产性能。
维生素可以缓解高温、惊吓等应激反应给蛋鸡带来的不良影响,避免和降低蛋壳的破损程度,其中维生素D3对促进钙、磷在蛋鸡肠道内的吸收和在肾小管中的重吸收,提高血液中钙和磷的水平有非常好的效果,能增强钙在蛋壳表面的沉积、提高蛋壳强度。
微量元素氨基酸螯合物是由氨基酸或短肽物质与微量元素螯合而成,能通过氨基酸和肽的转运系统完整地透过肠粘膜进入血液循环,改善金属离子在蛋鸡体内的吸收和利用。其中,微量元素锰在合成蛋壳结构所需要的蛋白质-黏多糖过程中具有重要作用,锰缺乏或过量都能造成蛋壳变薄,本发明中蛋氨酸螯合锰的含量可以有效的改善蛋壳品质。
黄芪:黄芪,又名绵芪。多年生草本,高50-100厘米。主根肥厚,木质,常分枝,灰白色。茎直立,上部多分枝,有细棱,被白色柔毛。多年生草本,高50-100厘米。产于内蒙古、山西、甘肃、黑龙江等地。黄芪的药用迄今已有2000多年的历史,其有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。但表实邪盛,气滞湿阻,食积停滞,痈疽初起或溃后热毒尚盛等实证,以及阴虚阳亢者,均须禁服。
党参:党参(学名:Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.)Nannf.)桔梗科党参属,多年生草本植物,有乳汁。产地中国北方海拔1560-3100米的山地林边及灌丛中。党参为中国常用的传统补益药,古代以山西上党地区出产的党参为上品,具有补中益气,健脾益肺之功效。党参有增强免疫力、扩张血管、降压、改善微循环、增强造血功能等作用。此外对化疗放疗引起的白细胞下降有提升作用。
白术:白术(学名:Atractylodes macrocepHala Koidz.):菊科苍术属多年生草本植物,高可达60厘米,结节状根状茎。茎直立,全部光滑无毛。叶互生,叶片羽状全裂,侧裂片倒披针形、椭圆形或长椭圆形,顶裂片比侧裂片大,全部叶质地薄,纸质,两面绿色,无毛,头状花序单生茎枝顶端,苞叶绿色,针刺状羽状全裂。总苞宽钟状,顶端紫红色。瘦果倒圆锥状,8-10月开花结果。该种亦有众多的商品化名称,如根据生药的根状茎形状,或鹤形术、金线术、或白术腿,按产地取名,如徽术,按根状茎出土季节取名,如冬术。以于术(浙江于潜)品质为佳。药用功能运脾药,性味苦温辛烈,有燥湿、化浊、止痛之效。
茯苓:俗称云苓、松苓、茯灵,为寄生在松树根上的菌类植物,外皮黑褐色,里面白色或粉红色。多寄生于马尾松或赤松的根部。产于云南、安徽、湖北、河南、四川等地。古人称茯苓为“四时神药”,因为它功效非常广泛,不分四季,将它与各种药物配伍,不管寒、温、风、湿诸疾,都能发挥其独特功效。
菟丝子:菟丝子(学名:Cuscuta chinensis)又名吐丝子、无娘藤、无根藤、萝丝子,为旋花科菟丝子属下的一个种,是一种生理构造特别的寄生植物,其组成的细胞中没有叶绿体,利用爬藤状构造攀附在其他植物,并且从接触寄主的部位伸出尖刺,戳入宿主直达韧皮部,吸取养分以维生,更进一步还会储存成淀粉粒于组织中。菟丝子甘、温,归肾、肝、脾经,具有滋补肝肾、固精缩尿、安胎、明目、止泻之功效,始载《神农本草经》,被列为上品。甘味一般具有滋补作用,甘辛微温,禀气中和,既可补阳,又可益阴,具有温而不燥,补而不滞的特点。固精安胎与性激素样作用。中医认为肾为先天之本,内寓元阴与元阳,是人体生殖发育的根源,脏腑机能活动的原动力。
蛇床子:蛇床子Cnidium monnieri(L.)Cuss.,别名野胡萝卜子,为伞形科植物蛇床的干燥成熟果实。夏、秋二季果实成熟时采收,除去杂质,晒干。性味:性温,味苦。功能主治:燥湿,祛风,杀虫,温肾壮阳。现代医学研究发现,"蛇床子"尚有类似性激素样作用,能提高机体的免疫力,促进人体骨髓造血功能,保护肾上腺皮质。因而具有延缓衰老,减轻化疗毒副反应,延年益寿之效。
淫羊藿:淫羊藿(学名:Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.)多年生草本植物,植株高20-60厘米,根状茎粗短,暗棕褐色,二回三出复叶基生和茎生,具长柄,小叶纸质或厚纸质,叶缘具刺齿,花白色或淡黄色,花期5-6月,果期6-8月。淫羊藿生于林下、沟边灌丛中或山坡阴湿处,海拔650-3500米。淫羊藿全草供药用。主治阳萎早泄,腰酸腿痛,四肢麻木,半身不遂,神经衰弱,健忘,耳鸣,目眩等症。
本发明中药添加剂中各组分协同配合在提高蛋鸡蛋壳品质的同时,能增加蛋鸡产蛋率,降低料蛋比。其中,艾叶和松针粉含有蛋白质、脂肪、多种必须氨基酸、矿物质、微量元素等,能促进蛋鸡生长,提高饲料利用率和产蛋率,加深蛋黄颜色;山楂和黄芪可促进机体蛋白质及其他物质代谢,增强蛋鸡食欲和消化能力,促进生长,增强鸡体的抗病能力,尤其黄芪中硒和胆碱含量较多;麦芽粉和神曲能提高饲料采食量,增进食欲,提高肠道酶活性,促进蛋鸡体内正常的新陈代谢,提高营养物质的利用率和生产性能。
实施例1
称取以下原料:复合菌6kg,复合酶12kg,复合微量元素螯合剂2.5kg,复合维生素4kg,复方中草药90kg。
具体制备步骤:1)将复合菌按质量比为:地衣芽孢杆菌:酿酒酵母:植物乳杆菌=2:1:2称量混合10分钟,备用;所述的枯草芽孢杆菌活菌数≥1500亿CFU/g,酿酒酵母活菌数≥200亿CFU/g,植物乳杆菌活菌数≥200亿CFU/g;
2)将复合酶按质量比为:低温α-淀粉酶:纤维素酶:木聚糖酶:β-葡聚糖酶:β-甘露聚糖酶:酸性蛋白酶=2:2:1:1.5:1.5:2,称量后加入后混合10分钟,备用;所述酶的酶活为:低温α-淀粉酶≥10万U/g,纤维素酶≥2万U/g,木聚糖酶≥10万U/g,β-葡聚糖酶≥10万U/g,β-甘露聚糖酶≥5万U/g,酸性蛋白酶≥10万U/g;
3)将复合维生素按质量比为:维生素A:维生素D3:维生素E:维生素B2:维生素C=2:1:1:2:2称量混合10分钟,备用;
4)将微量元素螯合剂按质量比为:赖氨酸螯合铁:蛋氨酸螯合锌:蛋氨酸螯合锰=1:1:1称量混合10分钟,备用;
5)对党参、黄芪、茯苓、白术、麦芽、山楂、六神曲、菟丝子、蛇床子、淫羊藿、艾叶、松针粉精选除杂,然后混合粉碎过40目筛;
6)将1)、2)、3)、4)、5)所得半成品混合10分钟后即为成品。
制备好的成品饲料添加剂直接添加于蛋鸡日粮中;其添加量为蛋鸡日粮总重量的0.5%。
实施例2
称取以下原料:复合菌2kg,复合酶8kg,复合微量元素螯合剂1kg,复合维生素1.5kg,复方中草药80kg。
具体制备步骤:1)将复合菌按质量比为:地衣芽孢杆菌:酿酒酵母:植物乳杆菌=2:1:2称量混合10分钟,备用;所述的枯草芽孢杆菌活菌数≥1500亿CFU/g,酿酒酵母活菌数≥200亿CFU/g,植物乳杆菌活菌数≥200亿CFU/g;
2)将复合酶按质量比为:低温α-淀粉酶:纤维素酶:木聚糖酶:β-葡聚糖酶:β-甘露聚糖酶:酸性蛋白酶=2:2:1:1.5:1.5:2,称量后加入后混合10分钟,备用;所述酶的酶活为:低温α-淀粉酶≥10万U/g,纤维素酶≥2万U/g,木聚糖酶≥10万U/g,β-葡聚糖酶≥10万U/g,β-甘露聚糖酶≥5万U/g,酸性蛋白酶≥10万U/g;
3)将复合维生素按质量比为:维生素A:维生素D3:维生素E:维生素B2:维生素C=2:1:1:2:2称量混合10分钟,备用;

实施例3
称取以下原料:复合菌4kg,复合酶10kg,复合微量元素螯合剂2kg,复合维生素2.5kg,复方中草药85kg。
具体制备步骤:1)将复合菌按质量比为:地衣芽孢杆菌:酿酒酵母:植物乳杆菌=2:1:2称量混合10分钟,备用;所述的枯草芽孢杆菌活菌数≥1500亿CFU/g,酿酒酵母活菌数≥200亿CFU/g,植物乳杆菌活菌数≥200亿CFU/g;
2)将复合酶按质量比为:低温α-淀粉酶:纤维素酶:木聚糖酶:β-葡聚糖酶:β-甘露聚糖酶:酸性蛋白酶=2:2:1:1.5:1.5:2,称量后加入后混合10分钟,备用;所述酶的酶活为:低温α-淀粉酶≥10万U/g,纤维素酶≥2万U/g,木聚糖酶≥10万U/g,β-葡聚糖酶≥10万U/g,β-甘露聚糖酶≥5万U/g,酸性蛋白酶≥10万U/g;
3)将复合维生素按质量比为:维生素A:维生素D3:维生素E:维生素B2:维生素C=2:1:1:2:2称量混合10分钟,备用;
4)将微量元素螯合剂按质量比为:赖氨酸螯合铁:蛋氨酸螯合锌:蛋氨酸螯合锰=1:1:1称量混合10分钟,备用;
5)对党参、黄芪、茯苓、白术、麦芽、山楂、六神曲、菟丝子、蛇床子、淫羊藿、艾叶、松针粉精选除杂,然后混合粉碎过40目筛;
6)将1)、2)、3)、4)、5)所得半成品混合10分钟后即为成品。
制备好的成品饲料添加剂直接添加于蛋鸡日粮中;其添加量为蛋鸡日粮总重量的0.4%。
饲喂效果实验。
试验准备:试验分组与设计:选择68周龄海兰灰商品代蛋鸡16000只,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组3个重复,每个重复4000只,试验组饲喂本发明配制的添加剂配成的全价日粮,对照组饲喂全价日粮。试验组和对照组选用的玉米、豆粕和石粉原料来源相同且同一批次。试验在芮城闫亚星鸡场进行,为期42天。自2018年6月10号到2018年7月20号。试验1、2、3组分别在全价日粮中添加0.5%、0.3%、0.4%本添加剂,试验时间30天。试验1、2、3组分别对应实施例1、实施例2、实施例3。
饲养管理:按照海兰灰商品代蛋鸡饲养管理手册要求饲养。
测定指标:以重复为单位,分别记录两组的日产蛋数、破损数、软蛋数,日采食量,日鸡只死亡数,计算平均采食量,平均蛋重,料蛋比,产蛋量,产蛋率和破损率等。
试验详细结果见下表1、表2:

试验结果:由表1、表2可知,试验组1、2、3分别与对照组相比,平均日采食量有所减少,分别减少了0.57克/天/只,0.55克/天/只,0.53克/天/只;平均蛋重分别增加了0.89克/枚,0.88克/枚,0.85克/枚;料蛋比分别下降了0.05%,0.06%,0.05%;平均日产蛋量分别增加了0.0012斤/只,0.0011斤/只,0.0012斤/只;产蛋率分别提高了0.80%,0.83%,0.78%;破损率分别下降了0.10%,0.09%,0.10%;软蛋率分别下降了0.08%,0.09%,0.08%。上述结果表明:试验组1-3添加剂产品均可以增加蛋鸡产蛋率,提高平均日产蛋量,减少料蛋比、破损率和软蛋率,同时通过观察,试验组1-3的蛋壳颜色、厚度均好于对照组。
以上对本发明的三个实施例进行了详细说明,但所述内容仅为本发明的较佳实施例,不能被认为用于限定本发明的实施范围。凡依本发明申请范围所作的均等变化与改进等,均应仍归属于本发明的专利涵盖范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:复合菌2-6份,复合酶8-12份,复合微量元素螯合剂1-2.5份,复合维生素1.5-4份,复方中草药80-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述复合菌5份,所述复合酶10份,所述复合微量元素螯合剂2份,所述复合维生素3份,所述复方中草药85份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述的复合菌各组分的质量比为:地衣芽孢杆菌:酿酒酵母:植物乳杆菌=2:1:2。
4.根据权利要求2所述的提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述的复合酶各组分的质量比为:低温α-淀粉酶:纤维素酶:木聚糖酶:β-葡聚糖酶:β-甘露聚糖酶:酸性蛋白酶=2:2:1:1.5:1.5:2。
5.根据权利要求2所述的提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述复合微量元素螯合剂各组分的质量比为:赖氨酸螯合铁、蛋氨酸螯合锌、蛋氨酸螯合锰=1:1:1。
6.根据权利要求2所述的提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述复合维生素各组分的质量比为:维生素A:维生素D3:维生素E:维生素B2:维生素C=2:1:1:2:2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述复方中草药各组分的重量份数为:党参10-15份、黄芪10-20份、茯苓10-15份、白术8-12份、麦芽8-12份、山楂8-12份、六神曲8-12份,菟丝子10-15份、蛇床子10-15份、淫羊藿10-15份、艾叶10-15份、松针粉10-15份。
8.制备如权利要求1-7任一所述的一种提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:制备复合菌:将各组分按照地衣芽孢杆菌:酿酒酵母:植物乳杆菌=2:1:2的比例称量混合10分钟;
S2:制备复合酶:将各组分按照低温α-淀粉酶:纤维素酶:木聚糖酶:β-葡聚糖酶:β-甘露聚糖酶:酸性蛋白酶=2:2:1:1.5:1.5:2的比例称量后加入后混合10分钟;
S3:制备复合维生素:将各组分按照维生素A:维生素D3:维生素E:维生素B2:维生素C=2:1:1:2:2的比例称量混合10分钟;
S4:制备微量元素螯合剂:将各组分按照赖氨酸螯合铁:蛋氨酸螯合锌:蛋氨酸螯合锰=1:1:1的比例称量混合10分钟;
S5:对党参、黄芪、茯苓、白术、麦芽、山楂、六神曲、菟丝子、蛇床子、淫羊藿、艾叶、松针粉精选除杂,然后混合粉碎过40目筛;
S6:将所述S1-S5步骤中各自所得的混合物进行全部混合10分钟,得到成品。
9.利用如权利要求1-7任一所述的一种提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂在蛋禽饲料中的应用。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种提高蛋禽后期产蛋率的饲料添加剂在蛋禽饲料中的应用,其特征在于:该料添加剂直接添加于蛋鸡日粮中,其添加量为蛋鸡日粮总重量的0.3-0.5%。
