背景技术
饲料添加剂是指在饲料生产加工、使用过程中添加的少量或微量物质,在饲料中用量很少但作用显著。饲料添加剂是现代饲料工业必然使用的原料,对强化基础饲料营养价值,提高动物生产性能,保证动物健康,节省饲料成本,改善畜产品品质等方面有明显的效果。
中国水产频道报道,根据Grand View研究公司的调查,全球动物饲料添加剂市场有望在2020年达到195.4亿美元。增长的动物蛋白需求,尤其是在亚太地区和拉丁美洲,预计将成为未来六年内添加剂需求增长的主要驱动力。
此外,该研究认为,在过去十年内家畜爆发的多种疾病(例如猪流感、口蹄疫)导致了对肉品质量和安全要求的上升,并进一步促进了添加剂的使用。原料和产品的成本方面,尤其是酶、酸化剂、微量元素等某些特色产品,在未来六年内将占据主要的市场份额。
饲料酸化剂:增长最快的产品赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸和苏氨酸等氨基酸作为主要的产品成分出现,2012年占据了市场总收入的31.2%。氨基酸对动物生长而言是必需的,尤其是猪和家禽的生长。工业赖氨酸相比天然替代品(大豆)而言也有其优势,并一直在推动全球市场。紧随氨基酸之后的是抗生素,在2012年占据了市场总收入的26.8% 。抗生素在美国和欧盟已经被禁止,其增长将主要来自不受管制的市场,尤其是亚洲和拉丁美洲。饲料添加剂有望成为市场中增长最快的产品,2014年到2020年间年复合增长率预计在6.4% 。
进一步的研究成果表明:家禽成为动物饲料添加剂增长的主要来源,2012年占总市场收入的38.2%。人们对于白肉的偏爱,尤其是印度和中国人民的偏好有望成为未来六年推动家禽饲料添加剂增长的主要驱动力。2014年到2020年禽饲料添加剂的年复合增长率预计为4.2%。紧随其后的是猪肉/生猪,占市场总收入的30%以上。
亚太区成为动物饲料添加剂的主要市场,2012年占据市场总收人的32.6%。作为最大的市场,亚太地区有望成为动物饲料添加剂增长最快的地区,2014年到2020年问年复合增长率预计为4.2%。国内需求不断增加,加上新兴的肉类贸易,中国和印度尤其有望在未来六年内推动动物饲料添加剂的增长。
2020年,欧洲动物饲料添加剂的需求预计将达到58亿970万美元,年复合增长率4%。德国是最大的市场,2012年区域添加剂需求接近10%。
中国是世界第一水产养殖大国,也是世界上唯一水产养殖产量超过捕捞产量的国家,养殖水产品产量占世界的70%,水产养殖在国民经济中占有相当重要的地位。近30年来随着鱼类配合饲料的推广和使用,鱼类养殖业得到了突飞猛进的发展,由此带动了饲料机械工业,饲料制造工业等一系列相关产业的迅速进步。然而,由于养殖鱼类品种繁多,加上国内水产动物营养研究起步较晚,导致目前国内仍有大部分养殖鱼类品种的营养学研究仍很不充分,同时由于一些劣质人工配合饲料的使用以及不正确的养殖和投喂方式的影响,养殖鱼类营养型肝胆综合症的爆发日趋频繁,由此导致养殖鱼类活力降低,摄食减少,生长缓慢,死亡率偏高,在正常养殖周期内达不到商品规格,进一步影响了养殖利润,此种状况严重阻碍了淡水鱼养殖业和饲料制造业的进一步发展。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,以甘蔗渣和果皮为主要原料,同时添加多种中草药,并辅以柠檬酸调节适口性,通过配伍协同作用,提高鱼机体抗应激能力和抵抗力,有效预防鱼在高密度饲养条件下肝胆综合症的发生,提高了鱼的成活率,增加了生产水平和经济效益。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其原料组成以重量份计为:甘蔗渣40-60、果皮10-20、三黄粉12-15、甘草12-15、青蒿素12-15、金锁匙10-12、蛇莓10-12、望江南10-12、溪黄草10-12、生地黄8-10、肥猪草8-10、青皮8-10、松针粉8-10、鬼针草6-8、桑杆粉8-10、新鲜滤泥10-20、复合菌0.1-0.3、田基黄2-5、柠檬酸0.3-0.5、水40-60。
甘蔗生长周期短,我国的甘蔗产量丰富,是一种高光效,含有丰富糖分和纤维成分的可再生资源。甘蔗渣是甘蔗经破碎和提取蔗汁后的甘蔗茎的纤维性残渣,是制糖工业的主要副产品,目前甘蔗渣主要有以下利用途径:一是直接燃烧产热发电,占蔗渣产生量的75左右;二是作纸浆造纸原料,占蔗渣产生量的20左右;饲料、肥料、生产人造板、生产绿色环保餐具等其它用途占5%左右。总的来看,目前甘蔗渣利用率并不高,造成了资源浪费甚至污染环境。甘蔗渣的组成以纤维素、半纤维素、木质素为主,含有少量的蛋白、淀粉和可溶性糖,并且价格低廉,可用于饲料添加剂的制备。
所述复合菌是乳酸菌、酿酒酵母、地衣芽孢杆菌和植物乳杆菌的复合菌,重量比为2:1:2:1;其培育过程需要进行高温驯化,高温驯化是将从中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心或市场上购买的乳酸菌、酿酒酵母、地衣芽孢杆菌和植物乳杆菌按重量比配置好,配置好的菌种按重量份数每份加入玉米粉16-20份、木薯渣10-14份、麦麸10-14份,秸秆粉20-26份,甘蔗尾梢粉5-10份、硫酸亚铁3-5份、加水到物料湿透用手抓不滴水即可,混合均匀发酵到50-60℃腐熟完全后,取得的发酵泥作为复合菌。
所述的甘蔗尾梢经过干燥至水分28%后切碎。将甘蔗尾梢干燥至水分28%,可以使其保持青绿和营养价值不变。据研究表明,甘蔗尾梢鲜样中,含水份71.9%,干物质总量28.1%,在百分之百的干物质中,含粗蛋白7.13%,粗脂肪3.56%,粗纤维32.45%,浮氮浸出物51.44%,矿物质5.42%,蔗梢通过发酵干菌发酵贮存制成的微贮饲料,由于半纤维素,木聚糖链和木质素聚合物的脂链鲜,提高了粗纤维的消化率。
所述三黄粉为大黄、黄芩、黄柏,它们的重量比为2:3:2。
所述果皮为苹果皮、香蕉皮、芒果皮、橘子皮、梨子皮、柠檬皮和柚子皮。苹果皮富含果胶和膳食纤维,能够促进肠道蠕动。其中还含有丰富的维生素C、花青素和其他多酚类物质,具有很强的抗氧化活性,能抵抗衰老。通过凯氏定氮法、索氏提取法和等离子体发射光谱法(ICP)对香蕉皮中的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总糖和无机元素等成份进行定量测定。结果表明4种不同的香蕉皮中均含有比较丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖以及K、Ca、Mg、S、Fe、Zn等十几种元素。芒果皮的主要成分有果胶、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素C等。橘子皮富含大量维生素 C、胡萝卜素、蛋白质等多种营养素。梨子皮中含有丰富的黄酮、有机酚酸类化合物,具有消炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、防治冠心病与中风等心脑血管疾病的药理活性。柠檬皮含挥发油、鞣质、草酸、钙、果胶等。柚子皮主要成分有柚皮甙、新橙皮甙等。柚子皮又名橘红,广橘红性温,味苦、辛,有理气化痰、健脾消食、散寒燥湿的作用。因此,上述果皮可作为鱼饲料添加剂。
所述松针粉是将新鲜松针叶切碎后用干燥机快速干燥,干燥后松针叶的含水率在l2%以下,将干燥的松针叶放入粉碎机中加工粉碎,即可获得松针粉;所述新鲜松针叶为马尾松、黄山松、黑松、赤松、落叶松、油松、樟子松、巴山松、华山松和铁甲松其中一种或者多种松树的新鲜针叶。也采用自然干燥法,将针叶均匀地摊放在通风处晾干,自然晾干时鲜松针叶的摊放厚度为7~8cm,过18-20天后,当鲜叶重量减轻50%左右,含水率在l2%以下时,将自然晾干的松针叶放入粉碎机中加工粉碎,即可获得松针粉,自然晾干切忌日晒,否则鲜松针叶中80%以上的胡萝卜素会遭破坏分解。
所述桑杆粉是从桑园收回来的桑枝杆经过切片、粉碎制成。桑枝富含桑树特有的天然生物碱、桑菇纤维素、桑菇多糖(蔗糖、果糖、水苏糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、棉子糖、木糖)、多酚与桑黄酮(桑素、桑色烯、环桑素、环桑色烯。木材含桑色素、柘树宁、桑酮、四羟基芪、二氢桑色素、二氢山柰酚)。桑枝与其它阔叶林比,农药残留更低。所以,加入桑杆粉,香味浓、口感好、营养丰富,可以增加鱼的食欲。
所述新鲜滤泥是用石灰和二氧化硫作为澄清剂的蔗汁澄清方法,得到的亚硫酸法滤泥,其存放时间不超过6个小时。在制糖生产过程中,由于混合汁所含的蛋白质、果胶质、有机酸等非糖分有机物质对煮糖结晶不利,因此,须对混合汁进行澄清处理。即向混合汁加入氢氧化钙、二氧化硫、磷酸等物质,使蛋白质、果胶质、有机酸等非糖分有机物沉淀下来,沉淀物通过压滤机或真空吸滤机或离心分离设备而得到的滤渣,称为滤泥,它是甘蔗制糖的大宗副产品之一。
滤泥含有甘蔗纤维、蔗糖、带有蔗蜡的凝结胶体、蛋白质、磷酸钙,还夹带随甘蔗带来的砂土,其中多数成分来自甘蔗,钙质物多数是在蔗汁澄清处理时加入的。就物理性质而言,滤泥是松软,略似海绵的物质,具有多孔性,颜色为淡黄、暗褐以至黑色。在干燥时可以立即吸收大量的水分。初出厂的滤泥含水分约50-70%,经过在大气中长期自然干燥后,水分含量可减少到15%。滤泥的单位体积的重量很小,每吨含65%水分的滤泥,其体积约占1.6m3。
目前国内生产白砂糖的甘蔗糖厂, 所采用的澄清处理方法, 基本可分为碳酸法和亚硫酸法两大类。用石灰和二氧化碳作为澄清剂来澄清蔗汁的方法,叫做碳酸法,其产生的滤泥称为碳酸法滤泥;而用石灰和二氧化硫作为澄清剂的蔗汁澄清方法, 则叫做亚硫酸法,其产生的滤泥称为亚硫酸法滤泥。亚硫酸法滤泥以有机物为主,内含丰富的碳水化合物、粗蛋白、粗脂肪等动物生长所必需的营养物质,用做鱼的添加剂,可与其他鱼饲料配合使用。
所述防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)甘蔗渣和果皮经皮带输送机送至立式烘干机进行烘干,烘干后甘蔗渣和果皮经提升机送至料仓储存,含水量为12%-16%;
(2)将甘草、金锁匙、蛇莓、望江南、溪黄草、生地黄、肥猪草、青皮、田基黄和鬼针草分别洗净,晒干后,用磨机磨成1mm-3mm 的粉状;
(3)将料仓运出来的甘蔗渣和果皮按重量份数加入水,并按重量份数加入甘草、金锁匙、蛇莓、望江南、溪黄草、生地黄、肥猪草、青皮、田基黄、鬼针草、新鲜滤泥和复合菌,混合均匀后放入发酵室内发酵,发酵室温度控制在50-70℃,发酵3-7天得到发酵物料;
(4)发酵物料经过干燥后,按重量份数加入三黄粉、青蒿素、松针粉、桑杆粉和柠檬酸,充分混合后包装,即得防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂。
本发明防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂的使用方法为:使用时按照添加剂和鱼饲料比为0.15-0.2:1进行搅拌混合后即可。
本发明选取的中药原料中,各药有效成份分析:
大黄(拉丁学名:Rheum palmatum L.)是多种蓼科大黄属的多年生植物的合称,也是中药材的名称。在中国地区的文献里,“大黄”指的往往是马蹄大黄。在中国,大黄主要作药用,但在欧洲及中东,他们的大黄往往指另外几个作食用的大黄属品种,茎红色,气清香,味苦而微涩,嚼之粘牙,有砂粒感。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖。除去细根,刮去外皮,切瓣或段,绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥·中药大黄具有攻积滞、清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒等功效。
黄芩(拉丁学名:Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi),别名山茶根、土金茶根,是唇形科黄芩属多年生草本植物;肉质根茎肥厚,叶坚纸质,披针形至线状披针形,总状花序在茎及枝上顶生,花冠紫、紫红至蓝色,花丝扁平,花柱细长,花盘环状,子房褐色,小坚果卵球形,花果期7~9月。黄芩生于向阳草坡地、休荒地上,海拔60~1300(1700~2000)米。产于黑龙江,辽宁,内蒙古,河北,河南,甘肃,陕西,山西,山东,四川等地,中国北方多数省区都可种植。俄罗斯东西伯利亚,蒙古,朝鲜,日本均有分布。模式标本采自俄罗斯。黄芩的根入药,味苦、性寒,有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。黄芩的临床抗菌性比黄连好,而且不产生抗药性。
黄柏,中药名。为芸香科植物黄皮树Phellodendron chinense Schneid.的干燥树皮。习称“川黄柏”。剥取树皮后,除去粗皮,晒干。性味:味苦,性寒。归经:肾、膀胱经。功能:有清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗疮的功效。主治:用于湿热泻痢,黄疸尿赤,带下阴痒,热淋涩痛,脚气痿蹙,骨蒸劳热,盗汗,遗精,疮疡肿毒,湿疹湿疮。盐黄柏滋阴降火。用于阴虚火旺,盗汗骨蒸。
金锁匙(拉丁学名:Cyclea hypoglauca(Schauer)Diels),别名金线风、凉粉藤、寄山龙、山豆根、青藤仔、蛤仔藤、百解藤、独脚乌柏,为防己科植物粉叶轮环藤的根或藤茎,性寒,味苦,归肺、大肠、肝经,具有清热解毒、祛风止痛、利水通淋的功效。主风热感冒 ;咳嗽;咽喉肿痛 ;白喉 ;风火牙痛 ;肠炎 ;痢疾 ;尿路感染及尿路结石 ;风湿疼痛 ;疮疡肿毒;毒蛇咬伤。
蛇莓(拉丁学名:Duchesnea indica (Andr.) Focke),别名:蛇泡草、龙吐珠、三爪风、鼻血果果、珠爪、蛇果、鸡冠果、野草莓、蛇藨、地莓、蚕莓、三点红、狮子尾、疗疮药、蛇蛋果、地锦、三匹风、蛇泡草、三皮风、三爪龙、老蛇泡、蛇蓉草、三脚虎、蛇皮藤、蛇八瓣、龙衔珠、小草莓、地杨梅、蛇不见、金蝉草、三叶藨、老蛇刺占、老蛇蔂、龙球草、蛇葡萄、蛇果藤、蛇枕头、蛇含草、蛇盘草、哈哈果、麻蛇果、九龙草、三匹草、蛇婆、蛇龟草、落地杨梅、红顶果、血疔草、野草莓。蔷薇科 ,多年生草本,全株有柔毛;匍匐茎长。小叶片倒卵形至菱状长圆形,长2-3.5(-5)厘米,宽1-3厘米;花单生于叶腋;直径1.5-2.5厘米;瘦果卵形,长约1.5毫米,光滑或具不明显突起,鲜时有光泽。花期6-8月,果期8-10月。多野生于山坡、草地上、路旁、沟边或田埂杂草中;全国各地都有分布。全草供药用,有清热解毒、活血散瘀、收敛止血作用,又能治毒蛇咬伤,敷治疔疮等;并用于杀灭蝇蛆。甲肝稳定治疗,黄疸型甲肝患者,每日取鲜草,加适量水,煮沸,当成凉茶喝。每日服用,直至痊愈,能够根治甲肝。
望江南(拉丁学名:Cassia occidentalis Linn)又名野扁豆、狗屎豆、羊角豆、黎茶。为豆科决明属植物。直立、少分枝的亚灌木或灌木,无毛,枝带草质,有棱;根黑色。托叶膜质,卵状披针形,早落。花数朵组成伞房状总状花序,花长约2厘米;花瓣黄色,荚果带状镰形,褐色种子间有薄隔膜。花期4-8月,果期6-10月。分布于中国东南部、南部及西南部各省区。原产美洲热带地区,现广布于全世界热带和亚热带地区。茎叶、荚果、种子均可入药。性味:甘、苦,平。有小毒。功能主治,种子:清肝明目,健胃润肠。用于高血压头痛,目赤肿痛,口腔糜烂,习惯性便秘,痢疾腹痛,慢性肠炎。
溪黄草(拉丁学名:Rabdosia serra (Maxim.) Hara)为多年生草本;根茎肥大,粗壮,有时呈疙瘩状,向下密生纤细的须根。茎直立,高达1.5(2)米,钝四棱形,具四浅槽,有细条纹,带紫色,基部木质,近无毛,向上密被倒向微柔毛;上部多分枝。溪黄草是民间草药,俗称土黄连等,具有清热利湿、退黄祛湿、凉血散瘀的功效,用于治疗急性黄疸型肝炎、急性胆囊炎、痢疾、肠炎、跌打瘀痛等病症。
生地黄(拉丁文名:Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaetn.) Libosch. ex Fisch. et Mey.),别名:地黄、生地、地髓、原生地、干生地、苄、芑、牛奶子、婆婆奶,玄参科、地黄属植物,地黄的块根,多年生直立草本。喜温和气候及阳光充足之地,怕积水,为清热凉血药。用于温热病热入营血,身热口干、舌绛或红等症状,有清热生津滋阴,养血的功效。中国各地均有生产。
肥猪草(拉丁植物动物矿物名:Bulbophyllum ambrosia (Hance) Schltr.[Eria ambrosia Hance;B.watsonianum Reichb.f.]),为兰科植物肥猪草的全草。全球热带及亚热带地区广布。性味:甘;淡;凉。归经:肝经。功能主治:清热。主肺热咳嗽;肝炎。
青皮,中药名。为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥幼果或未成熟果实的果皮。5~6月收集自落的幼果,晒干,习称“个青皮”;7~8月采收未成熟的果实,在果皮上纵剖成四瓣至基部,除尽瓤瓣,晒干,习称“四花青皮”。性味:苦、辛,温。归经:归肝、胆、胃经。功能主治:疏肝破气,消积化滞。用于胸胁胀痛,疝气,乳核,乳痈,食积腹痛。
田基黄(拉丁学名:Hypericum japonicum Thunb. exMurray),别名又称地耳草、斑鸠窝、雀舌草、蛇查口、合掌草、跌水草、七寸金、一条香、金锁匙、红孩儿、寸金草、田边菊、痧子草、光明草、莽壳草、小王不留行、细叶黄、观音莲、降龙草、七层塔、土防风、小元宝草、黄花仔、禾霞气、耳挖草、小田基黄、小还魂、小蚁药、小对叶草、八金刚草、蛇细草、对叶草等。为藤黄科植物地耳草的全草。全草长10-40cm。根须状,黄褐色。茎单一或基部分枝,光滑,具4棱,表面黄绿色或黄棕色;质脆,易折断断面中空。叶对生,无柄;完整叶片卵形或卵圆形,全缘,具细小透明腺点,基出脉3-5条。聚伞花序顶生,花小橙黄色。气无,味微苦。以色黄绿,带花者为佳。性味: 甘;苦;凉。归经】 肺;肝;胃经。功效:清热利湿;解毒;散瘀消肿。主治:主湿热黄疸;泄泻;痢疾;肠痈;痈疖肿毒;乳蛾;口疮;目赤肿痛;毒蛇咬伤;跌打损伤。
鬼针草(拉丁学名:Bidens pilosa L.),一年生草本,茎直立,钝四棱形。茎下部叶较小,很少为具小叶的羽状复叶,两侧小叶椭圆形或卵状椭圆形。头状花序直径8-9毫米。总苞基部被短柔毛,条状匙形,上部稍宽。无舌状花,盘花筒状,冠檐5齿裂。瘦果黑色,条形,略扁,具棱,上部具稀疏瘤状突起及刚毛,顶端芒刺3-4枚,具倒刺毛。产中国多省区。生于村旁、路边及荒地中。广布于亚洲和美洲的热带和亚热带地区。为中国民间常用草药,有清热解毒、散瘀活血的功效,主治上呼吸道感染、咽喉肿痛、急性阑尾炎、急性黄疸型肝炎、胃肠炎、风湿关节疼痛、疟疾,外用治疮疖、毒蛇咬伤、跌打肿痛。
松针粉具有以下优异的饲用价值 :第一,胡萝卜素含量丰富,各类松针粉中胡萝卜素含量一般在69-356mg/kg ;第二,含有多种维生素,松针粉中含有大量的维生素 C 和维生素E 等,其中维生素 C 的含量约为950-2203mg/kg,维生素 E 的含量一般在201-1266mg/kg;第三,含有大量的蛋白质,松针粉的蛋白质含量为 11.9%(质量分数),松针粉中不仅蛋白质含量较高,而且蛋白质中的氨基酸组成也较为全面,共含有17种氨基酸,其中包括动物所必需的 8 种氨基酸;第四,含有丰富的微量元素,松针粉中含有的微量元素多达 40 余种,分别为(mg/kg):铜56,锰215,铁329,锌38,硒3.6,钴0.58,钼0.87;松针粉中的脂类物质含量也较高,据粗略估算,松针粉中的粗脂肪含量约在3.8%-13.1%之间,其中粗脂肪中所含的脂肪酸具有不饱和性;第五,松针粉可以驱除畜禽体内的寄生虫,有促进生长的功效;此外,松针粉有养心安神的功效,能催肥长膘、提高饲料的利用率。
众所周知,为了人为地加快鱼类生长速度,必须提高饲料中蛋白质、脂肪的含量。但是,如果每天摄入的蛋白质、脂肪过多,超出了它机体的代谢能力,久而久之由多余的蛋白质转化合成的脂肪、糖类转化的脂肪和饲料中本身的脂肪一并沉积在肝脏、肠系膜和肌肉中,尤以肝脏最甚,形成脂肪肝,造成肝脏损伤和代谢障碍,进而形成肝胆综合症,如同我们人每天过量摄入高蛋白、高脂肪、高糖份的食物容易得脂肪肝、糖尿病、肥胖病等“富贵病”一样。人可以通过调整生活方式,控制饮食来预防此类疾病。鱼的整个生命活动都掌控在人的手中,人也可以通过降低饲料蛋白质、脂肪的含量,控制投饲量来预防鱼类的肝胆疾病。但是,这样一来,就失去了投喂颗粒饲料的意义,鱼的生长速度得不到提高。
由于患肝胆综合症鱼类的肝脏已经受损,肝脏恢复健康是一个缓慢的过程,保护肝脏,修复受损的肝细胞,中药是最佳选择。本发明防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂精选多味归肝胆经的中药,以金锁匙、蛇莓、望江南和溪黄草为主,生地黄、肥猪草、青皮和鬼针草为辅,松针粉和桑杆粉起调理作用。这些中药按一定比例组方,具有抗肝脏损伤,保胆护肝,使肝脏尽快恢复健康的作用,对于治疗鱼类肝胆疾病,效果显著。
本发明的有益效果:
1、我国的甘蔗产量丰富,甘蔗渣是甘蔗经破碎和提取蔗汁后的甘蔗茎的纤维性残渣,是制糖工业的主要副产品,目前甘蔗渣利用率并不高,造成了资源浪费甚至污染环境,本发明利用甘蔗渣生产饲料添加剂,废物利用,提高了养殖效益;
2、本发明防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂精选多味归肝胆经的中药,以金锁匙、蛇莓、望江南和溪黄草为主,生地黄、肥猪草、青皮和鬼针草为辅,松针粉和桑杆粉起调理作用。这些中药按一定比例组方,具有抗肝脏损伤,保胆护肝,使肝脏尽快恢复健康的作用,对于治疗鱼类肝胆疾病,效果显著;
3、本发明防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,使用甘蔗渣、果皮和新鲜滤泥组合发酵,添加到鱼饲料中,可减少有效蛋白质饲料的用量,可不用豆粕鱼粉,从而大大降低饲养总成本;
4、加入松针粉和桑杆粉,可以提高鱼肉的香味和改善粗纤维鱼肉的品质,增加鱼肉的细腻程度,从而口感更好,而且制成的饲料添加剂气味香浓、口感好、营养丰富,可以增加鱼的食欲;

实施例1:
一种防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其原料组成以重量份计为:甘蔗渣40、果皮10、三黄粉12、甘草12、青蒿素12、金锁匙10、蛇莓10、望江南10、溪黄草10、生地黄8、肥猪草8、青皮8、鬼针草6、松针粉8、桑杆粉8、新鲜滤泥10、复合菌0.1、田基黄2、柠檬酸0.3、水40。
所述复合菌是乳酸菌、酿酒酵母、地衣芽孢杆菌和植物乳杆菌的复合菌,重量比为2:1:2:1;其培育过程需要进行高温驯化,高温驯化是将从中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心或市场上购买的乳酸菌、酿酒酵母、地衣芽孢杆菌和植物乳杆菌按重量比配置好,配置好的菌种按重量份数每份加入玉米粉16-20份、木薯渣10-14份、麦麸10-14份,秸秆粉20-26份,甘蔗尾梢粉5-10份、硫酸亚铁3-5份、加水到物料湿透用手抓不滴水即可,混合均匀发酵到50-60℃腐熟完全后,取得的发酵泥作为复合菌。
所述果皮为苹果皮、香蕉皮、芒果皮、橘子皮、梨子皮、柠檬皮和柚子皮。
所述松针粉是将新鲜松针叶切碎后用干燥机快速干燥,干燥后松针叶的含水率在l2%以下,将干燥的松针叶放入粉碎机中加工粉碎,即可获得松针粉;所述新鲜松针叶为马尾松、黄山松、黑松、赤松、落叶松、油松、樟子松、巴山松、华山松和铁甲松其中一种或者多种松树的新鲜针叶。
所述桑杆粉是从桑园收回来的桑枝杆经过切片、粉碎制成。
所述新鲜滤泥是用石灰和二氧化硫作为澄清剂的蔗汁澄清方法,得到的亚硫酸法滤泥,其存放时间不超过6个小时。
所述防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)甘蔗渣和果皮经皮带输送机送至立式烘干机进行烘干,烘干后甘蔗渣和果皮经提升机送至料仓储存,含水量为12%;
(2)将甘草、金锁匙、蛇莓、望江南、溪黄草、生地黄、肥猪草、青皮、田基黄和鬼针草分别洗净,晒干后,用磨机磨成1mm-3mm 的粉状;
(3)将料仓运出来的甘蔗渣和果皮按重量份数加入水,并按重量份数加入甘草、金锁匙、蛇莓、望江南、溪黄草、生地黄、肥猪草、青皮、田基黄、鬼针草、新鲜滤泥和复合菌,混合均匀后放入发酵室内发酵,发酵室温度控制在50-70℃,发酵3-7天得到发酵物料;
(4)发酵物料经过干燥后,按重量份数加入三黄粉、青蒿素、松针粉、桑杆粉和柠檬酸,充分混合后包装,即得防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂。
使用时按照添加剂和鱼饲料重量比为0.15:1进行搅拌混合后即可。
实施例2:
一种防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其原料组成以重量份计为:甘蔗渣50、果皮15、三黄粉13.5、甘草13.5、青蒿素13.5、金锁匙11、蛇莓11、望江南11、溪黄草11、生地黄9、肥猪草9、青皮9、鬼针草7、松针粉9、桑杆粉9、新鲜滤泥15、复合菌0.2、田基黄3.5、柠檬酸0.4、水50。

(4)发酵物料经过干燥后,按重量份数加入三黄粉、青蒿素、松针粉、桑杆粉和柠檬酸,充分混合后包装,即得防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂。
使用时按照添加剂和鱼饲料重量比为0.17:1进行搅拌混合后即可。
实施例3:
一种防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其原料组成以重量份计为:甘蔗渣60、果皮20、三黄粉15、甘草15、青蒿素15、金锁匙12、蛇莓12、望江南12、溪黄草12、生地黄10、肥猪草10、青皮10、鬼针草8、松针粉10、桑杆粉10、新鲜滤泥20、复合菌0.3、田基黄5、柠檬酸0.5、水60。

(4)发酵物料经过干燥后,按重量份数加入三黄粉、青蒿素、松针粉、桑杆粉和柠檬酸,充分混合后包装,即得防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂。
使用时按照添加剂和鱼饲料重量比为0.2:1进行搅拌混合后即可。
试验例 :
取患有肝胆综合症的安康鱼800 条平均分成四组,分别为治疗组1、治疗组2、治疗组3和对照组。治疗组1-3分别对应实施例1-3制得的饲料添加剂进行治疗。治疗组采用将该实施例得到的饲料添加剂添加至到鱼饲料中,按照添加剂和鱼饲料重量比为0.15-0.2:1进行搅拌混合后即可,连续用药3天;对照组用市面上买的用于治疗鱼肝胆综合症的药物进行治疗。结果见表1:

试验结果 :试验组3 天病情得到控制,7天停止死鱼。对照组病情越发严重,每天死亡2-6条。解剖后发现试验组肝胆综合症明显缓解,对照组肝胆综合症严重,是造成死鱼的直接原因。从上述试验结果可以看出治疗组的饲料添加剂在技术效果方面达到了减负解毒、保肝利胆的功效。
Claims (8)
1.一种防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其原料组成以重量份计为:甘蔗渣40-60、果皮10-20、三黄粉12-15、甘草12-15、青蒿素12-15、金锁匙10-12、蛇莓10-12、望江南10-12、溪黄草10-12、生地黄8-10、肥猪草8-10、青皮8-10、鬼针草6-8、松针粉8-10、桑杆粉8-10、新鲜滤泥10-20、复合菌0.1-0.3、田基黄2-5、柠檬酸0.3-0.5、水40-60。
2.根据权利要求1所述防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述复合菌是乳酸菌、酿酒酵母、地衣芽孢杆菌和植物乳杆菌的复合菌,重量比为2:1:2:1;其培育过程需要进行高温驯化,高温驯化是将从中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心或市场上购买的乳酸菌、酿酒酵母、地衣芽孢杆菌和植物乳杆菌按重量比配置好,配置好的菌种按重量份数每份加入玉米粉16-20份、木薯渣10-14份、麦麸10-14份,秸秆粉20-26份,甘蔗尾梢粉5-10份、硫酸亚铁3-5份、加水到物料湿透用手抓不滴水即可,混合均匀发酵到50-60℃腐熟完全后,取得的发酵泥作为复合菌。
3.根据权利要求1所述防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述三黄粉为大黄、黄芩、黄柏,它们的重量比为2:3:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述果皮为苹果皮、香蕉皮、芒果皮、橘子皮、梨子皮、柠檬皮和柚子皮。
5.根据权利要求1所述防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述松针粉是将新鲜松针叶切碎后用干燥机快速干燥,干燥后松针叶的含水率在l2%以下,将干燥的松针叶放入粉碎机中加工粉碎,即可获得松针粉;所述新鲜松针叶为马尾松、黄山松、黑松、赤松、落叶松、油松、樟子松、巴山松、华山松和铁甲松其中一种或者多种松树的新鲜针叶。
6.根据权利要求1所述防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述桑杆粉是从桑园收回来的桑枝杆经过切片、粉碎制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述新鲜滤泥是用石灰和二氧化硫作为澄清剂的蔗汁澄清方法,得到的亚硫酸法滤泥,其存放时间不超过6个小时。
8.根据权利要求1所述防治鱼肝胆疾病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
