本发明涉及喷漆领域,具体为一种无吊架的钢材喷漆装置。
背景技术
随着冶金技术的不断发展,钢材的生产成本逐渐降低,钢材被各个领域进行大量的应用,为了防止钢材在长时间使用后发生锈蚀的情况,通常会在使用前进行喷漆操作,喷漆也能对钢材进行美化,增加钢材的观赏效果,现有的无吊架的钢材在进行喷漆的时候有一些问题;现有的喷漆通常采用人工操作,费时费力,效率较低,并且人工喷漆不够均匀,钢材较为光滑的时候油漆附着不够牢固,在喷漆后容易脱落,在喷漆时容易有气泡产生,造成油漆脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无吊架的钢材喷漆装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无吊架的钢材喷漆装置,包括箱体,所述箱体中间设有传送带,所述传送带右端两侧阵列有导向杆,所述导向杆和箱体之间滑动连接,所述导向杆尾端上侧设有旋转把手,所述导向杆的左侧设有支撑板,所述支撑板的下端设有多个喷漆盘,所述支撑板一侧设有储漆箱,所述储漆箱右侧设有液压泵,所述储漆箱上设有管道,所述管道经过液压泵和喷漆盘连接,所述支撑板的另一侧设有风机,所述箱体的侧壁上设有电机。
优选的,所述传送带由传送板组成,所述传送板上设有凸起,所述传送带两侧设有链条,所述传送板两端和链条固定连接,所述链条中间啮合连接有驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮通过转轴和电机固定连接。
优选的,所述导向杆分为两节,两节之间滑动连接,所述导向杆中间设有弹簧,所述导向杆从左向右逐渐靠近传送带中心线,所述导向杆前端设有导向轮,所述导向杆的尾端贯穿箱体。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:将钢材放置在传送带上,在经过导向杆时被导向,使得钢材沿着传送带的中心线进行移动,转动旋转把手,旋转把手带动直齿轮转动,直齿轮通过啮合传动带动移动杆进行移动,将导向杆的位置进行调整,适应不同尺寸的钢材,经过导向杆导向的钢材到达支撑板处,液压泵将储漆箱中储藏的油漆喷出,经过管道和控制箱到达喷漆盘对钢材进行喷漆,根据钢材的尺寸旋转轮轴控制喷漆盘喷漆的数量,减小浪费,其中一部分油漆经过喷漆管到达毛刷处,毛刷将一部分油漆涂覆在钢材的表面,增加油漆的附着性,使得喷漆盘在喷漆的时候油漆更容易附着在钢材表面,喷漆结束后挤压辊对钢材表面进行挤压,使得油漆涂覆平整均匀,同时将油漆中的气泡挤出,增加油漆和钢材的附着性,风机启动产生气流,气流在经过加热箱时,被加热箱中的电阻丝加热,到达通风口处对喷漆完成的钢材进行干燥,将油漆迅速变干。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种无吊架的钢材喷漆装置,包括箱体1,箱体1中间设有传送带2,传送带2右端两侧阵列有导向杆13,导向杆13和箱体1之间滑动连接,导向杆13尾端上侧设有旋转把手14,导向杆13的左侧设有支撑板20,支撑板20的下端设有多个喷漆盘21,支撑板20一侧设有储漆箱12,储漆箱12右侧设有液压泵11,液压泵11采用MARZOCCHI,储漆箱12上设有管道,管道经过液压泵11和喷漆盘21连接,支撑板20的另一侧设有风机9,风机9采用B4-72,箱体1的侧壁上设有电机6,电机6采用TSB13551A。
传送带2由传送板3组成,传送板3上设有凸起4,传送带2两侧设有链条5,传送板3两端和链条5固定连接,链条5中间啮合连接有驱动齿轮26,驱动齿轮26通过转轴和电机6固定连接,凸起4方便拿起钢材,通过电机6带动驱动齿轮26转动,驱动齿轮26转动时带动传送带2移动。
导向杆13分为两节,两节之间滑动连接,导向杆13中间设有弹簧23,导向杆13从左向右逐渐靠近传送带2中心线,导向杆13前端设有导向轮,导向杆13的尾端贯穿箱体1,导向杆13对传送带2上的钢材进行导向,使得钢材移动到传送带2的中心线处,方便喷漆盘21对钢材进行喷漆,弹簧23对导向杆13进行缓冲。
导向杆13尾端固定连接在一起,导向杆13尾端上固定连接有移动杆15,移动杆15的侧壁上设有轮齿,移动杆15的左侧设有直齿轮16,直齿轮16和轮齿啮合连接,直齿轮16和旋转把手14固定连接,根据需要喷漆的钢材尺寸调整导向杆13的位置,转动旋转把手14带动直齿轮16转动,直齿轮16通过啮合传动带动移动杆15进行移动,移动杆15带动导向杆13进行移动。
喷漆盘21的左侧设有毛刷24,喷漆盘21上端设有喷漆管25,喷漆管25延伸至毛刷24处,喷漆管25的前端倾斜对准毛刷24,喷漆盘21的右侧设有缓冲杆17,缓冲杆17分为两节,两节之间滑动连接,缓冲杆17中间设有弹簧23,缓冲杆17的前端铰接有挤压辊22,挤压辊22的右侧设有通风口7,通风口7的下端倾斜设置,毛刷24将一部分油漆涂覆在钢材的表面,增加油漆的附着性,挤压辊22对钢材表面进行挤压,使得油漆涂覆平整均匀,同时将油漆中的气泡挤出,增加油漆和钢材的附着性,通风口7倾斜设置避免通风口7吹出的热风对喷漆过程造成影响,弹簧23方便挤压辊22适应钢材的尺寸。
支撑板20的上端设有多个控制箱10,每个控制箱10都和喷漆盘21连接,控制箱10的左侧设有轮轴18,控制箱10的中间设有密封板19,密封板19和轮轴18固定连接,通过旋转轮轴控制密封板转动,密封板转动控制管道的打开和关闭,经过导向杆13导向的钢材到达喷漆盘21处,根据钢材的尺寸打开需要喷漆的喷漆盘21数量,避免浪费。
风机9和通风口7之间设有加热箱8,加热箱8的中间设有电阻丝27,电阻丝27和电源电性连接,加热箱8中的电阻丝27通电进行加热,风机9产生的气流经过电阻丝27加热到达通风口7处对油漆进行干燥。
工作原理:将钢材放置在传送带2上,在经过导向杆13时被导向,使得钢材沿着传送带2的中心线进行移动,转动旋转把手14,旋转把手14带动直齿轮16转动,直齿轮16通过啮合传动带动移动杆15进行移动,将导向杆13的位置进行调整,适应不同尺寸的钢材,经过导向杆13导向的钢材到达支撑板20处,液压泵11将储漆箱12中储藏的油漆喷出,经过管道和控制箱10到达喷漆盘21对钢材进行喷漆,根据钢材的尺寸旋转轮轴18控制喷漆盘21喷漆的数量,减小浪费,其中一部分油漆经过喷漆管25到达毛刷24处,毛刷24将一部分油漆涂覆在钢材的表面,增加油漆的附着性,使得喷漆盘21在喷漆的时候油漆更容易附着在钢材表面,喷漆结束后挤压辊22对钢材表面进行挤压,使得油漆涂覆平整均匀,同时将油漆中的气泡挤出,增加油漆和钢材的附着性,风机9启动产生气流,气流在经过加热箱8时,被加热箱8中的电阻丝27加热,到达通风口7处对喷漆完成的钢材进行干燥,将油漆迅速变干。
