Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of seedling raising and planting, and particularly relates to a planting method of purslane.
Background
Purslane, also known as longevity vegetable, five-element grass, is an annual herb widely distributed in China. Researches show that the purslane has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, cooling blood and stopping bleeding, contains a large amount of linoleic acid and linolenic acid, is essential fatty acid of a human body, and has the effects of reducing blood pressure, reducing blood fat, resisting thrombus, improving the immunity of the organism and the like. In addition, the purslane is also popular among eaters as a wild vegetable with special taste. Although purslane has a very wide application prospect, large-area planting of purslane is rarely achieved in China at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a planting method of purslane, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) construction of planting field
Selecting sandy soil with higher terrain, applying decomposed farmyard organic fertilizer 1200 kg/mu, urea 100 kg/mu and quicklime 100 kg/mu, deep ploughing for 30-35cm, sun-drying the soil, killing pests in the soil by high-temperature illumination, and finely raking;
(2) breeding
Selecting purslane seeds which have no insect damage, uniform growth and mature and full seeds, soaking in 75% alcohol solution for 10min at room temperature, taking out, airing, placing in 0.5% potassium permanganate solution for 15min, and then washing with clear water and airing. Uniformly spreading the seeds in a prepared nutrition bag, placing in a light incubator, controlling the temperature at 20-25 deg.C, covering with a black film, and keeping in darkness. When the sprouts grow out, the illumination is controlled to be 1500LX, and the illumination is carried out for 17 hours every day. The illumination incubator is a GZ-250-GI incubator produced by Shanghai Ruiming instruments, Guangzhou;
(3) planting
And (3) transplanting the new seedlings to the planting field in the step (1) when the new seedlings grow to 6-8cm, wherein the hole spacing is 1m multiplied by 1m, 3-4 seedlings are planted in each hole, and after the planting time is five pm, spraying clear water every other day from the third day after the planting, wherein the water amount is the amount for wetting the leaf surfaces. When the seedlings grow to 10-15cm, removing the seedlings with weak growth vigor in each hole, keeping the number of seedlings in each hole not more than 2, cutting off the terminal buds of each seedling by 1-2cm, keeping the soil free of grass, timely removing the flower buds and the edible parts, and reserving the base parts of stems to extract new buds.
The preparation of the nutrient medium in the step (2) comprises the following operation steps: mixing the soil planted with soybean and river bottom sludge, air drying until the water content is 50% -60%, adding radix astragali powder, rotten wood, plant ash and fresh pericarp, mixing, placing in a heat-conducting container, and water-bathing at 60 deg.C for 2-4 h. The nutrient medium comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of soybean-planted soil, 30-40 parts of river bottom sludge, 10-20 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 20-30 parts of sapropel, 20-30 parts of plant ash and 20-30 parts of fresh fruit peel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the culture medium added with the traditional Chinese medicine components avoids the interference of plant diseases and insect pests on the seedlings in the growth process and the use of plant hormones and pesticides, and has the advantages of simple process, high survival rate of the seedlings and easy popularization.
Detailed Description
The invention is illustrated by the following specific examples, all of which are experimentally selected in the Lujian county, Lujian province, in the town of Guo and river, Anhui province.
Example 1
(1) Construction of planting field
Selecting a sandy soil with higher terrain in Lujiang county Guo river town of Anhui province, applying decomposed farmyard organic fertilizer 1200 kg/mu, urea 100 kg/mu and quicklime 100 kg/mu, deeply ploughing for 30-35cm, drying the soil, killing pests in the soil by high-temperature illumination, and finely raking;
(2) breeding
Selecting purslane seeds which have no insect damage, uniform growth and mature and full seeds, soaking in 75% alcohol solution for 10min at room temperature, taking out, airing, placing in 0.5% potassium permanganate solution for 15min, and then washing with clear water and airing. Uniformly spreading the seeds in a prepared nutrition bag, placing in a light incubator, controlling the temperature at 20-25 deg.C, covering with a black film, and keeping in darkness. When the sprouts grow out, the illumination is controlled to be 1500LX, and the illumination is carried out for 17 hours every day. The illumination incubator is a GZ-250-GI incubator produced by Shanghai Ruiming instruments, Guangzhou;
the preparation method of the nutrient medium comprises the following steps: taking 50 parts by weight of soybean-planted soil and 30 parts by weight of river bottom sludge, uniformly mixing, airing until the water content is 60%, then adding 10 parts by weight of astragalus powder, 20 parts by weight of sapropel, 20 parts by weight of plant ash and 20 parts by weight of fresh fruit peel, fully and uniformly mixing, placing in a heat conduction container, and carrying out water bath at 60 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain the fertilizer
When the seedlings grow to 10-15cm, removing the seedlings with weak growth vigor in each hole, keeping the number of seedlings in each hole not more than 2, cutting off the terminal buds of each seedling by 1-2cm, keeping the soil free of grass, timely removing buds and edible parts, and reserving the base parts of stems to extract new buds.
Example 2
