技术领域
本发明涉及羽绒被面料加工技术领域,具体为一种防钻绒透气型羽绒被面料的制作方法。
背景技术
羽绒被由被芯和面料组成,羽绒被的填充物主要是羽绒,羽绒是一种动物性蛋白质纤维,比棉花保温性高,且羽绒球状纤维上密布千万个三角形的细小气孔,能随气温变化而收缩膨胀,产生调温功能,可吸收人体散发流动的热气,隔绝外界冷空气的入侵。由于羽绒具有保暖性好、弹性强、蓬松度高的优点,从而使得羽绒被具有轻薄且保暖性好的特点。但是,羽绒被性能之所以优于其他种类的保暖被,是性能优异的羽绒被面料与填充物相配合的结果。而羽绒被面料的防钻绒性能是指阻止羽绒或羽毛从纱线缝隙间钻漏的性能,羽绒被面料的防钻绒性能对于羽绒被的质量至关重要。
但是目前市面上所使用的羽绒被,为了提高羽绒被面料的防钻绒性,第一、可以采用在基布上覆膜或者涂层,通过薄膜或涂层来达到很好的防绒效果,但是这种方法会由于涂层造成面料透气性较差;第二、在羽绒被面料里层添加防绒布,缺点是由于防绒布会增加整体重量;第三、高密度高支经纬纱配置方式形成高支密防钻绒织物,但生产难度大,由于密度高,面料透气性能也不太好。
尽管保证羽绒被面料的防钻性至关重要,但是其透气不容忽视,若面料不透气,会让人产生不适感,羽绒被的质量将大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种防钻绒透气型羽绒被面料的制作方法,保证防钻绒的基础上透气性仍较好。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种防钻绒透气型羽绒被面料的制作方法,所述面料由经纱和纬纱织造而成,所述面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:

步骤1.经纱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:紧密纺棉纱→整经→浆纱→穿综筘;其中,整经的具体操作如下:经纱均采用40S棉纱,将总的多根经纱进行分批整经,均匀片纱的张力。整经总共使用的经纱根数为9220根,整经分批数为15,每批经纱数为576×15+580×1,整经的宽度为168厘米,整经的长度为5800厘米,整经的线速度为500m·min-1,整经的张力为5cN,压辊的压力为1.5cN,穿综筘中所使用伸缩筘的齿数为32。

在本实施例中,烧毛的等级为3级,退浆时的温度控制在60℃,丝光采用 150g/L的烧碱溶液处理织物,轧光的车速为15m/min,烫轧温度120℃,压力 10MPa,面料的缩率达到2%。面料通过在电脑自动平缝车上进行缝纫制成套件,采用150D高弹丝光线进行缝纫,机针选用9#防热尖头针,针距为3cm,12针,双针绗线的方法,防钻绒效果更好。

5.根据权利要求1所述的防钻绒透气型羽绒被面料的制作方法,其特征在于: 在步骤1中,所述浆纱采用双浸双压的方式,第一区压浆力为6 kN,第二区压浆力为15 kN,所述烘燥采用预烘烘筒和并合烘筒,所述预烘烘筒的温度为120℃,所述并合烘筒的温度为110℃,所述浆丝速度为40(m·min-1),所述经纱的退解张力为550 N,所述经纱的卷曲张力为2800 N。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防钻绒透气型羽绒被面料的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤3中,所述织造的经纱密度为140根/英寸,纬纱密度为110根/英寸,穿综方式为1、2综绞纱,3、4综纬二重边纱,5、6、7、8、9顺穿五枚缎纹,穿筘数为5穿,3150筘,纬重边纱4穿,25筘,总经根数16020根,机上筘幅285.6厘米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防钻绒透气型羽绒被面料的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤4中,所述丝光采用150-160g/L的烧碱溶液处理织物,所述轧光的具体操作如下:通过重压轧光、高温轧光进行整理,车速15-20m/min,烫轧温度110-150℃,压力5-10MPa;所述面料通过预缩使面料的缩率在0-3%之间。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的防钻绒透气型羽绒被面料的制作方法,其特征在于:所述面料通过在电脑自动平缝车上进行缝纫制成套件,采用150D高弹丝光线进行缝纫,机针选用9#防热尖头针,针距为3cm,12针的双针绗线的方法。
