一种胶原蛋白饮品的制备方法,其特征在于包括四个步骤,步骤A:各种原料分别称重;步骤B:各种原料混合;步骤C:装瓶高温杀菌;步骤D:包装出厂。
所述步骤A、B中,各种原料分别称重后,装入食品搅拌器内进行无菌条件下的搅拌,搅拌时间为10-20分钟,使各种原料充分混合均匀。
所述步骤C中,将混合均匀的半成品、用食品液体灌装设备进行灌装后,再高温杀菌。
本发明有益效果是:本发明采用胶原蛋白肽(含胶原三肽)、黑莓浓缩汁、低聚半乳糖、蓝莓浓缩汁、低聚异麦芽糖、弹性蛋白肽、γ-氨基丁酸、壳寡糖、酵母抽提物、燕窝粉、针叶樱桃浓缩粉、西兰花粉作为主料,采用纯化水作为辅料,经过简单的流程制得的液体成品,丰富了胶原蛋白制品的种类,不但方便了人们服用且有效吸收胶原蛋白,达到美容效果、促进睡眠的同时,还能给人们提供更多的营养成分,并达到防病治病、强身健体的功效,从而更利于人体身体的健康。基于上述,所以本发明具有好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
一种胶原蛋白饮品的配方,主料包括胶原蛋白肽(含胶原三肽)、黑莓浓缩汁、低聚半乳糖、蓝莓浓缩汁、低聚异麦芽糖、弹性蛋白肽、γ-氨基丁酸、壳寡糖、酵母抽提物、燕窝粉、针叶樱桃浓缩粉、西兰花粉,辅料为纯化水。
实施例1中,每百等分胶原蛋白饮品的配方中,主料胶原蛋白肽(含胶原三肽)为5%、黑莓浓缩汁为2.5%、低聚半乳糖为10%、蓝莓浓缩汁为2.5%、低聚异麦芽糖为2.25%、弹性蛋白肽为0.3%、γ-氨基丁酸为0.4%、壳寡糖为0.1%、酵母抽提物为0.1%、燕窝粉为0.1%、针叶樱桃浓缩粉为0.2%、西兰花粉为0.05%,上述配方中,不足一百等分加入纯化水配比为一百等分,纯化水用量是76.5%。
实施例2中,每百等分胶原蛋白饮品的配方中,胶原蛋白肽(含胶原三肽)为5.5%、黑莓浓缩汁为2.6%、低聚半乳糖为10.2%、蓝莓浓缩汁为2.6%、低聚异麦芽糖为2.3%、弹性蛋白肽为0.4%、γ-氨基丁酸为0.5%、壳寡糖为0.2%、酵母抽提物为0.2%、燕窝粉为0.2%、针叶樱桃浓缩粉为0.3%、西兰花粉为0.1%,上述配方中,不足一百等分加入纯化水配比为一百等分,纯化水用量是77%。
实施例3中,每百等分胶原蛋白饮品的配方中,胶原蛋白肽(含胶原三肽)为5.2%、黑莓浓缩汁为2.6%、低聚半乳糖为10.1%、蓝莓浓缩汁为2.5%、低聚异麦芽糖为2.26%、弹性蛋白肽为0.35%、γ-氨基丁酸为0.45%、壳寡糖为0.15%、酵母抽提物为0.15%、燕窝粉为0.15%、针叶樱桃浓缩粉为0.25%、西兰花粉为0.1%,上述配方中,不足一百等分加入纯化水配比为一百等分,纯化水用量分别是75.74%。
图1中所示,一种胶原蛋白饮品的制备方法,包括四个步骤,步骤A:胶原蛋白肽(含胶原三肽)、黑莓浓缩汁、低聚半乳糖、蓝莓浓缩汁、低聚异麦芽糖、弹性蛋白肽、γ-氨基丁酸、壳寡糖、酵母抽提物、燕窝粉、针叶樱桃浓缩粉、西兰花粉原料分别称重;步骤B:将胶原蛋白肽(含胶原三肽)、黑莓浓缩汁、低聚半乳糖、蓝莓浓缩汁、低聚异麦芽糖、弹性蛋白肽、γ-氨基丁酸、壳寡糖、酵母抽提物、燕窝粉、针叶樱桃浓缩粉、西兰花粉原料混合;步骤A、B中,各种原料分别称重后,装入食品搅拌器内进行无菌条件下的搅拌,搅拌时间为20分钟,使各种原料充分混合均匀。步骤C:装瓶高温杀菌;步骤C中,将混合均匀的半成品、用食品液体灌装设备进行灌装后,再高温杀菌。步骤D:包装出厂。
图1中所示,本发明采用的胶原蛋白肽(含胶原三肽)对皮肤有补水锁水、淡斑美白、抚平细纹等效果,能起到很好的美容功效;并能对人体器官及骨骼健康等起到好的作用。黑莓浓缩汁含有丰富的铁和维生素C等。低聚半乳糖是人体肠道中双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳酸杆菌等有益菌极好的营养源和有效的增殖因子,可以改善人体肠道的消化吸收功能等。蓝莓浓缩汁富含花青素、抗氧化剂、维生素、蛋白质等物质,可以起到保护视力、增强人体免疫力、促进血液循环、改善睡眠的功效等,还具有治疗多种疾病的功效。低聚异麦芽糖具有促进人体肠道双歧杆菌显著增殖的特性等,低聚异麦芽糖不会被人体的胃和小肠吸收,而是直接进入大肠,被双歧杆菌优先利用,助其大量繁殖,为双歧杆菌的增殖因子,肠内其它有害菌则不能利用,从而能抑制有害菌的生长,促使了人体肠道内的微生态向良性循环调整。弹性蛋白肽具有人体皮肤修护、增加保湿因子等护肤作用。γ-氨基丁酸具有镇静神经、抗焦虑、降低血压、降低血氨功效等,还具有提高脑活力、防止皮肤老化、消除体臭、改善脂质代谢、防止动脉硬化、高效减肥等功能。壳寡糖能调节肠道微生态、改善肠道组织形态,增强人体免疫功能等。酵母抽提物,能使其他各种原料中的氨基酸、肽、蛋白质、糖类在加工和储藏过程中产生美拉德反应,对成品的色泽、风味的形成与提高有着非常重要的作用。燕窝粉对人体有滋阴复壮的作用,有助于刺激细胞生长及繁殖作用,对人体组织生长、细胞再生,以及提高免疫功能均有促进作用,能增强人体对疾病的抵抗力,协助病后的人体恢复健康等。针叶樱桃浓缩粉具有促进皮肤胶原蛋白合成、保持肌肤弹性、淡化皱纹,抗氧化、阻断黑色素生成、祛除色斑,美白肌肤的功效,还具有增强免疫力、抗过敏、抗坏血病、抑制炎症,促进人体对钙、铁吸收的功能。西兰花粉具有抗癌、防癌、解毒肝脏、清化血管、杀菌等功效。
本发明采用胶原蛋白肽(含胶原三肽)、黑莓浓缩汁、低聚半乳糖、蓝莓浓缩汁、低聚异麦芽糖、弹性蛋白肽、γ-氨基丁酸、壳寡糖、酵母抽提物、燕窝粉、针叶樱桃浓缩粉、西兰花粉作为主料,采用纯化水作为辅料,经过简单的流程制得的液体成品,丰富了胶原蛋白制品的种类,不但方便了人们服用且有效吸收胶原蛋白,达到美容效果、促进睡眠的同时,还能给人们提供更多的营养成分,并达到防病治病、强身健体的功效,从而更利于人体身体的健康。

1.一种胶原蛋白饮品的配方,其特征在于主料包括胶原蛋白肽、黑莓浓缩汁、低聚半乳糖、蓝莓浓缩汁、低聚异麦芽糖、弹性蛋白肽、γ-氨基丁酸、壳寡糖、酵母抽提物、燕窝粉、针叶樱桃浓缩粉、西兰花粉,辅料为纯化水;所述每百等分胶原蛋白饮品的配方中,胶原蛋白肽为5%-5.5%、黑莓浓缩汁为2.5%-2.6%、低聚半乳糖为10%-10.2%、蓝莓浓缩汁为2.5%-2.6%、低聚异麦芽糖为2.25%-2.3%、弹性蛋白肽为0.3%-0.4%、γ-氨基丁酸为0.4%-0.5%、壳寡糖为0.1%-0.2%、酵母抽提物为0.1%-0.2%、燕窝粉为0.1%-0.2%、针叶樱桃浓缩粉为0.2%-0.3%、西兰花粉为0.05%-0.1%,上述配方中,不足一百等分加入纯化水配比为一百等分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶原蛋白饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括四个步骤,步骤A:各种原料分别称重;步骤B:各种原料混合;步骤C:装瓶高温杀菌;步骤D:包装出厂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种胶原蛋白饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤A、B中,各种原料分别称重后,装入食品搅拌器内进行无菌条件下的搅拌,搅拌时间为10-20分钟,使各种原料充分混合均匀。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种胶原蛋白饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤C中,将混合均匀的半成品、用食品液体灌装设备进行灌装后,再高温杀菌。
