本发明公开了一种胶原三肽口服液,包括以下质量百分比的成分:胶原三肽25%‑35%、维生素C 1%‑3%、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.5%‑1.5%、壳寡糖0.2%‑0.8%、γ‑氨基丁酸0.001%‑0.005%、浓缩果汁粉20%‑30%、调味剂5%‑8%、增稠剂0.1%‑0.3%、柠檬酸0.5%‑1%、柠檬酸钠0.2%‑0.3%,余量去离子水。本发明还公开了一种胶原三肽口服液的制备方法。本发明采用上述胶原三肽口服液及其制备方法,能够解决现有的胶原三肽饮品功能单一、稳定性和口感较差的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶原三肽技术领域,尤其是涉及一种胶原三肽口服液及其制备方法。
背景技术
胶原三肽是胶原蛋白的最小结构单位,能够被人体充分的吸收。胶原三肽中亲水性的天然保湿因子,具有稳定的三螺旋结构,能够强劲锁住水分,让皮肤时刻保持滋润、水嫩的状态。胶原三肽对皮肤的渗透性较胶原蛋白更强,可以透过角质层与皮肤上皮细胞结合,参与和改善皮肤细胞的代谢,使皮肤中的胶原蛋白活性加强,保持角质层水分及纤维结构的完整性,改善皮肤细胞生存环境和促进皮肤组织的新陈代谢,增强血液循环,达到滋润皮肤的目的。因此,胶原三肽常用于美容产品中。
现有专利CN113545484A公开了一种抗糖化美白的茶黄素组合物及其应用,其中包含弹性蛋白、胶原三肽和维生素C,通过弹性蛋白让肌肤有伸展和褶合的能力,胶原三肽具有保湿、滋养、亮肤、紧肤、防皱、修复的作用,维生素具有抗氧化、抗衰老、均衡肤色、祛痘和减少糖化反应的作用。该专利中主要是为了制备一种抗糖美白的饮品,但是没有公开饮品的制备方法,并且功能比较单一,饮品的稳定性也无法得到保证。胶原三肽在加热的过程中会产生特殊的味道,影响饮品的口感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种胶原三肽口服液,解决现有的胶原三肽饮品功能单一、稳定性和口感较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种胶原三肽口服液,包括以下质量百分比的成分:胶原三肽25%-35%、维生素C1%-3%、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.5%-1.5%、壳寡糖0.2%-0.8%、γ-氨基丁酸0.001%-0.005%、浓缩果汁粉20%-30%、调味剂5%-8%、增稠剂0.1%-0.3%、柠檬酸0.5%-1%、柠檬酸钠0.2%-0.3%,余量去离子水。
优选的,所述胶原三肽为鱼胶原蛋白,胶原三肽的分子量为250Da。
优选的,所述浓缩果汁粉为桑葚浓缩粉、红葡萄浓缩汁、余甘子果粉、针叶樱桃粉、红石榴浓缩粉、蓝莓浓缩汁中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述调味剂为银耳多糖、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖、赤藓糖醇中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述增稠剂为黄原胶和瓜尔胶的复配剂,黄原胶和瓜尔胶的重量比为1:1-3。
上述胶原三肽口服液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将胶原三肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白、浓缩果汁粉过100目筛;
S2、将筛分后的原料以及称量后的其他的原料加入去离子水中,进行搅拌溶解,得到混合液;
S3、将混合液用无菌过滤棉进行过滤,得到过滤溶液;
S4、将过滤溶液升温至100℃-120℃,保温10-20min,进行杀菌;
S5、将杀菌后的溶液灌装密封,置于阴凉处储存。
本发明所述的一种胶原三肽口服液及其制备方法的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明中加入了维生素C,维生素C能够减少糖化反应,还可以作为抗氧化剂延缓口服液的氧化,保持口服液口感的持久稳定。
2、壳聚糖的具有抑制细菌的作用,可以延长口服液的保质期。
3、γ-氨基丁酸促使人体吸收的蛋白肽高效运输到全身,维生素C和γ-氨基丁酸配合促进胶原蛋白的合成,提高口服液的抗皱效果。
4、本发明中加入的浓缩果汁粉和调味剂可以调整口服液的口感,减轻胶原三肽因受热产生的特殊气味影响口感。
具体实施方式
一种胶原三肽口服液,包括以下质量百分比的成分:胶原三肽25%-35%、维生素C1%-3%、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.5%-1.5%、壳寡糖0.2%-0.8%、γ-氨基丁酸0.001%-0.005%、浓缩果汁粉20%-30%、调味剂5%-8%、增稠剂0.1%-0.3%、柠檬酸0.5%-1%、柠檬酸钠0.2%-0.3%,余量去离子水。
胶原三肽为鱼胶原蛋白,胶原三肽的分子量为250Da。胶原三肽,是胶原蛋白的最小结构单元,由甘氨酸、脯氨酸、羟脯氨酸组成,分子量是胶原蛋白的1/1000,平均分子量为250-500Da,呈断线状结构,吸收率可达95%以上,比普通的胶原蛋白肽的吸收率高4-15倍。胶原三肽选自鱼胶原蛋白,胶原三肽的分子量为250Da,鱼胶原蛋白来源比动物胶原蛋白更加安全,减少人畜共患病的危险;并且鱼胶原蛋白的氨基酸组成吸收率较高。胶原三肽可以增加肌肤代谢能力,有效提升肌肤的弹性、锁水能力、修复能力、代谢能力,使肌肤饱满莹润。
维生素C作为抗氧化剂,除了能够减少糖化反应以外,还可以作为抗氧化剂延缓口服液的氧化,保持口服液口感的持久稳定。维生素C和γ-氨基丁酸配合促进胶原蛋白的合成。
鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽的蛋白结构与人体最为接近,具有LOC弹力网三维锁水系统会持续的释放大量的锁水基团,牢固锁住体内供应的水分,达到持续保湿的效果。鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽还能修复断裂老化的弹力纤维网重整肌肤组织结构、舒展皱纹,清除体内自由基、减缓皮肤衰老。
壳聚糖在弱酸溶剂中易于溶解,溶解后的溶液中含有氨基(NH2+),这些氨基通过结合负电子来抑制细菌。高分子壳聚糖像膳食纤维一样发挥作用,在肠内不被吸收。壳聚糖通过自身的氯离子和氨根离子之间的吸附作用,排泄氯离子;因此,壳聚糖降低血管紧缩素II,有助于防止高血压。壳聚糖的加入使得口服液具有抑菌和防止高血压的作用。
γ-氨基丁酸可以促进脑的活化性、健脑益智、促进睡眠,美容润肤,延缓脑衰老机能,能补充人体抑制性神经递质,抑制脂肪肝及肥胖症,活化肝功能。γ-氨基丁酸除了使人精神焕发,扩张血管,促使人体吸收的蛋白肽高效运输到全身,也可作为人体合成胶原蛋白的原料,提供人体合成胶原蛋白的能力。
浓缩果汁粉为桑葚浓缩粉、红葡萄浓缩汁、余甘子果粉、针叶樱桃粉、红石榴浓缩粉、蓝莓浓缩汁中的一种或几种。浓缩果汁粉中含有氨基酸、矿物质、白藜芦醇等,可以为人体补充多种营养,长期服用达到强身健体的效果。浓缩果汁粉还可以调整口服液的口感,使得口服液的口感更易于接受。
调味剂为银耳多糖、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖、赤藓糖醇中的一种或几种。胶原三肽在高温加热灭菌过程中会产生特殊的气味,调味剂和浓缩果汁的加入可以调整口服液的口感,使得口服液的口感更易于接受。
增稠剂为黄原胶和瓜尔胶的复配剂,黄原胶和瓜尔胶的重量比为1:1-3。

S1、将胶原三肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白、浓缩果汁粉过100目筛;
S2、将筛分后的原料以及称量后的其他的原料加入去离子水中,进行搅拌溶解,得到混合液;
S3、将混合液用无菌过滤棉进行过滤,得到过滤溶液;
S4、将过滤溶液升温至100℃,保温10min,进行杀菌;

一种胶原三肽口服液,包括以下质量百分比的成分:胶原三肽30%、维生素C 3%、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽1.0%、壳寡糖0.7%、γ-氨基丁酸0.004%、浓缩果汁粉20%、调味剂7%、增稠剂0.2%、柠檬酸0.8%、柠檬酸钠0.3%,余量去离子水。
上述胶原三肽口服液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将胶原三肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白、浓缩果汁粉过100目筛;
S2、将筛分后的原料以及称量后的其他的原料加入去离子水中,进行搅拌溶解,得到混合液;
S3、将混合液用无菌过滤棉进行过滤,得到过滤溶液;
S4、将过滤溶液升温至110℃,保温20min,进行杀菌;
S5、将杀菌后的溶液灌装密封,置于阴凉处储存。
实施例3
一种胶原三肽口服液,包括以下质量百分比的成分:胶原三肽35%、维生素C 2%、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.6%、壳寡糖0.5%、γ-氨基丁酸0.002%、浓缩果汁粉30%、调味剂5%、增稠剂0.1%、柠檬酸0.5%、柠檬酸钠0.3%,余量去离子水。
上述胶原三肽口服液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将胶原三肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白、浓缩果汁粉过100目筛;
S2、将筛分后的原料以及称量后的其他的原料加入去离子水中,进行搅拌溶解,得到混合液;
S3、将混合液用无菌过滤棉进行过滤,得到过滤溶液;
S4、将过滤溶液升温至110℃,保温10min,进行杀菌;
S5、将杀菌后的溶液灌装密封,置于阴凉处储存。
对比例
一种胶原三肽口服液,包括以下质量百分比的成分:胶原三肽30%、浓缩果汁粉20%、调味剂7%、增稠剂0.2%、柠檬酸0.8%、柠檬酸钠0.3%,余量去离子水。
上述胶原三肽口服液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将胶原三肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白、浓缩果汁粉过100目筛;
S2、将筛分后的原料以及称量后的其他的原料加入去离子水中,进行搅拌溶解,得到混合液;
S3、将混合液用无菌过滤棉进行过滤,得到过滤溶液;
S4、将过滤溶液升温至110℃,保温20min,进行杀菌;
S5、将杀菌后的溶液灌装密封,置于阴凉处储存。
将实施例1-3和对照组至于37-40℃和相对湿度为75%的环境下进行保存,测定储存第1、30、60、90天的感官指标,测定方法参照GB/T22729-2008,结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,90天内,实施例1-3的色泽和口感均没有明显变化。超过60天以后,实施例1和实施例3有少量沉淀;实施例2的口服液无沉淀,稳定性更好。
选取100名女性受试者,年龄30-40岁,随机分为四组,对照组、实验组一、实验组二、实验组三,分别服用对比例、实施例一、实施例二、实施例三对应的口服液,每日三次,每次10ml,连续服用30天后进行皮肤皱纹及水分测试。
测试方法:用干净棉球蘸蒸馏水将被测皮肤擦洗干净,擦干10分钟后用皮肤测试仪测定皮肤水分和皱纹。测试结果如表2所示。

从表2可以看出,实施例1-3的口服液对改善皮肤的水分和皱纹具有较好的效果。
因此,本发明采用上述胶原三肽口服液及其制备方法,能够解决现有的胶原三肽饮品功能单一、稳定性和口感较差的问题。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进行限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

1.一种胶原三肽口服液,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的成分:胶原三肽25%-35%、维生素C1%-3%、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.5%-1.5%、壳寡糖0.2%-0.8%、γ-氨基丁酸0.001%-0.005%、浓缩果汁粉20%-30%、调味剂5%-8%、增稠剂0.1%-0.3%、柠檬酸0.5%-1%、柠檬酸钠0.2%-0.3%,余量去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶原三肽口服液,其特征在于:所述胶原三肽为鱼胶原蛋白,胶原三肽的分子量为250Da。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶原三肽口服液,其特征在于:所述浓缩果汁粉为桑葚浓缩粉、红葡萄浓缩汁、余甘子果粉、针叶樱桃粉、红石榴浓缩粉、蓝莓浓缩汁中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶原三肽口服液,其特征在于:所述调味剂为银耳多糖、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖、赤藓糖醇中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶原三肽口服液,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为黄原胶和瓜尔胶的复配剂,黄原胶和瓜尔胶的重量比为1:1-3。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种胶原三肽口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将胶原三肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白、浓缩果汁粉过100目筛;
S2、将筛分后的原料以及称量后的其他的原料加入去离子水中,进行搅拌溶解,得到混合液;
S3、将混合液用无菌过滤棉进行过滤,得到过滤溶液;
S4、将过滤溶液升温至100℃-120℃,保温10-20min,进行杀菌;
S5、将杀菌后的溶液灌装密封,置于阴凉处储存。
