本发明涉及一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,包括以下原材料:透明质酸钠1.3‑1.5%、鱼肝油1‑1.2%、烟酰胺0.05‑0.06%、沙棘浓缩汁3‑5%、银耳提取物2‑3%、辅酶Q10 0.03‑0.04%、胶原蛋白肽1‑2%、柠檬浓缩汁0.8‑1%、胡萝卜浓缩汁1‑2%、山梨酸钾0.02‑0.04%、水84‑87%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)调配:将透明质酸钠、鱼肝油、烟酰胺、沙棘浓缩汁辅酶Q10、胶原蛋白肽、柠檬浓缩汁、银耳提取物、胡萝卜素浓缩汁、山梨酸钾按照比例加入35‑45℃水中混合并搅拌均匀;(2)过滤、均质:混合后的液体冷却至室温后,经过滤处理后得到澄清液体。本发明将透明质酸钠添加到口服液中,增加皮肤的弹性,减少皱纹,此外还添加了多种天然提取成分,使本发明具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等多种保健功能。

本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体是指一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法。
背景技术
玻尿酸,又名透明质酸、玻璃酸,是一种以葡萄糖醛酸和N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖胺为双糖单位交替连接而成的线性大分子酸性黏多糖,广泛分布于人体和动物体内。玻尿酸一般是白色的无定型固体,无色无味,有强吸湿性,极易溶于水,不溶于有机溶剂。玻尿酸在空间上形成200nm的刚性螺旋柱形,柱的内侧由于羟基产生强烈亲水性;同时,由于羟基的连续定向排列,在玻尿酸分子链上形成高度憎水区。所以即使在浓度很低时,玻尿酸也可形成三维蜂窝网状结构。玻尿酸吸水能力非常强,水溶液的渗透压和黏弹性较好,亲和吸附的水分约为本身质量的1000倍,所以它是公认的天然保湿因子。由于玻尿酸是人体中的天然组分,且不同工艺制得的玻尿酸无种属差异,因此口服玻尿酸有很高的安全性。2021年1月7日,国家卫生健康委发布正式公告,批准透明质酸钠为新食品原料,可应用于普通食品添加。透明质酸经过口服消化后,可以增加体内透明质酸的前体,使皮肤和其他组织中的透明质酸的合成量增加,从而使皮肤的保水性能增加,富有弹性,减少皱纹。口服透明质酸可以由真皮至表皮增加内源性透明质酸的含量,使细胞活化,再全身发挥作用。此外,口服透明质酸保健品还可以延缓其它组织或器官因透明质酸减少而导致的衰老和功能减退。目前,市面上玻尿酸类产品主要以化妆产品为主,我国关于玻尿酸保健食品的研究相对较少。

本发明的目的是提供一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,将透明质酸钠添加到口服液中,增加皮肤的弹性,减少皱纹,此外还添加了多种天然提取成分,使本发明具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等多种保健功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,包括以下原材料:透明质酸钠1.3-1.5%、鱼肝油1-1.2%、烟酰胺0.05-0.06%、沙棘浓缩汁3-5%、银耳提取物2-3%、辅酶Q10 0.03-0.04%、胶原蛋白肽1-2%、柠檬浓缩汁0.8-1%、胡萝卜浓缩汁1-2%、山梨酸钾0.02-0.04%、水84-87%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)调配:将透明质酸钠、鱼肝油、烟酰胺、沙棘浓缩汁辅酶Q10、胶原蛋白肽、柠檬浓缩汁、银耳提取物、胡萝卜素浓缩汁、山梨酸钾按照比例加入35-45℃水中混合并搅拌均匀;
(2)过滤、均质:混合后的液体冷却至室温后,经过滤处理后得到澄清液体,澄清液体再进行均质处理得到组分混合均匀的液体;
(3)杀菌:过滤、均质后的液体进行杀菌处理;
(4)灌装封口:杀菌后的液体直接无菌灌装后进行封口;
(5)检验:抽取杀菌后的口服液进行检验;
(6)包装:将杀菌后的瓶装口服液装入外包装后得玻尿酸口服液成品。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中过滤环节使用板框压滤机或微孔过滤器进行过滤。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中均质环节使用高压均质机进行均质。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)杀菌环节采用高压脉冲电场杀菌,场强为20-40KV/cm,脉冲数为300-500,脉冲频率为200-400Hz。

采用以上制备方法后,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明玻尿酸口服液中添加玻尿酸,玻尿酸经口服消化吸收后,体内的玻尿酸合成的前提增加,使体内玻尿酸含量提高并集中定位于皮肤组织,进而增强皮肤的保水能力,软化皮肤角质层,起到改善肌肤弹性和减少皱纹的功效,与外用玻尿酸相比,口服具有整体美容保健的功效;沙棘浓缩汁中含有的丰富维生素c具有抗氧化性,还保护透明质酸钠的结构不被破坏;鱼肝油中含有大量视黄醇,视黄醇具有促进生长,维护皮肤、角膜等正常机能的作用;原料均为天然提取来源,含有多种生物保健功能,对人体无毒副作用,安全性高;增加均质步骤,各组分分散更加均匀;本发明采用高压脉冲电场杀菌技术,是一种非热杀菌方法,相较于传统的杀菌技术,杀菌过程中无需加热,温度上升较小,不会对产品中的各种活性成分产生影响,处理时间仅需几秒,节省生产时间,杀菌效果明显,延长了产品的贮藏期,耗能低,不会污染环境;采用深色玻璃瓶包装,避免了光照等对玻尿酸口服液内成分的生物活性的影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例一
一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,包括以下原材料:透明质酸钠1.3%、鱼肝油1.2%、烟酰胺0.06%、沙棘浓缩汁5%、银耳提取物2%、辅酶Q10 0.03%、胶原蛋白肽2%、柠檬浓缩汁0.8%、胡萝卜浓缩汁2%、山梨酸钾0.04%、水85.57%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)调配:将透明质酸钠1.3%、鱼肝油1.2%、烟酰胺0.06%、沙棘浓缩汁5%、银耳提取物2%、辅酶Q10 0.03%、胶原蛋白肽2%、柠檬浓缩汁0.8%、胡萝卜浓缩汁2%、山梨酸钾0.04%按照比例加入35℃水中混合并搅拌均匀;
(2)过滤、均质:混合后的液体冷却至室温后,经板框压滤机过滤处理后得到澄清液体,澄清液体再用高压均质机均质处理得到组分混合均匀的液体;
(3)杀菌:过滤、均质后的液体采用高压脉冲电场进行杀菌处理,场强为20KV/cm,脉冲数为300,脉冲频率为400Hz;
(4)灌装封口:杀菌后的液体直接无菌灌装进深色玻璃瓶内并进行封口,每瓶装量为50ml;
(5)检验:抽取杀菌后的口服液检验其外观、气味、每瓶装量、是否漏液、微生物指标;
(6)包装:将杀菌后的检验合格瓶装口服液装入外包装后得玻尿酸口服液成品。
实施例二
一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,包括以下原材料:透明质酸钠1.5%、鱼肝油1.2%、烟酰胺0.06%、沙棘浓缩汁4%、银耳提取物3%、辅酶Q10 0.04%、胶原蛋白肽2%、柠檬浓缩汁1%、胡萝卜浓缩汁2%、山梨酸钾0.04%、水85.16%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)调配:将透明质酸钠1.5%、鱼肝油1.2%、烟酰胺0.06%、沙棘浓缩汁4%、银耳提取物3%、辅酶Q10 0.04%、胶原蛋白肽2%、柠檬浓缩汁1%、胡萝卜浓缩汁2%、山梨酸钾0.04%按照比例加入45℃水中混合并搅拌均匀;
(2)过滤、均质:混合后的液体冷却至室温后,经微孔过滤器过滤处理后得到澄清液体,澄清液体再用高压均质机进行均质处理得到组分混合均匀的液体;
(3)杀菌:过滤、均质后的液体采用高压脉冲电场杀菌,进行杀菌处理,场强为40KV/cm,脉冲数为300,脉冲频率为400Hz;
(4)灌装封口:杀菌后的液体直接无菌灌装进深色玻璃瓶内并进行封口,每瓶装量为50ml;
(5)检验:抽取杀菌后的口服液检验其外观、气味、每瓶装量、是否漏液、微生物指标;
(6)包装:将杀菌后的检验合格瓶装口服液装入外包装后得玻尿酸口服液成品。
实施例三
一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,包括以下原材料:透明质酸钠1.4%、鱼肝油1.1%、烟酰胺0.06%、棘浓缩汁5%、银耳提取物3%、辅酶Q10 0.04%、胶原蛋白肽2%、柠檬浓缩汁1%、胡萝卜浓缩汁2%、山梨酸钾0.03%、水84.37%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)调配:将透明质酸钠1.4%、鱼肝油1.1%、烟酰胺0.06%、棘浓缩汁5%、银耳提取物3%、辅酶Q10 0.04%、胶原蛋白肽2%、柠檬浓缩汁1%、胡萝卜浓缩汁2%、山梨酸钾0.03%按照比例加入40℃水中混合并搅拌均匀;
(2)过滤、均质:混合后的液体冷却至室温后,经微孔过滤器过滤处理后得到澄清液体,澄清液体再用高压均质机进行均质处理得到组分混合均匀的液体;
(3)杀菌:过滤、均质后的液体采用高压脉冲电场杀菌进行杀菌处理,场强为30KV/cm,脉冲数为400,脉冲频率为300Hz;
(4)灌装封口:杀菌后的液体直接无菌灌装进深色玻璃瓶内并进行封口,每瓶装量为50ml;
(5)检验:抽取杀菌后的口服液检验其外观、气味、每瓶装量、是否漏液、微生物指标;
(6)包装:将杀菌后的检验合格瓶装口服液装入外包装后得玻尿酸口服液成品。

Claims (6)
1.一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下原材料:透明质酸钠1.3-1.5%、鱼肝油1-1.2%、烟酰胺0.05-0.06%、沙棘浓缩汁3-5%、银耳提取物2-3%、辅酶Q10 0.03-0.04%、胶原蛋白肽1-2%、柠檬浓缩汁0.8-1%、胡萝卜浓缩汁1-2%、山梨酸钾0.02-0.04%、水84-87%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)调配:将透明质酸钠、鱼肝油、烟酰胺、沙棘浓缩汁辅酶Q10、胶原蛋白肽、柠檬浓缩汁、银耳提取物、胡萝卜素浓缩汁、山梨酸钾按照比例加入35-45℃水中混合并搅拌均匀;
(2)过滤、均质:混合后的液体冷却至室温后,经过滤处理后得到澄清液体,澄清液体再进行均质处理得到组分混合均匀的液体;
(3)杀菌:过滤、均质后的液体进行杀菌处理;
(4)灌装封口:杀菌后的液体直接无菌灌装后进行封口;
(5)检验:抽取杀菌后的口服液进行检验;
(6)包装:将杀菌后的瓶装口服液装入外包装后得玻尿酸口服液成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中过滤环节使用板框压滤机或微孔过滤器进行过滤。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中均质环节使用高压均质机进行均质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)杀菌环节采用高压脉冲电场杀菌,场强为20-40KV/cm,脉冲数为300-500,脉冲频率为200-400Hz。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中灌装的容器为深色玻璃瓶,灌装的剂量为50ml。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻尿酸口服液制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)检验的指标有外观、气味、每瓶装量、是否漏液、微生物指标。
