Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于二型糖尿病患者平稳血糖的食品配方,由以下原料组成粥、汤、饼子。粥、汤原料为:紫麦2号麦麸、黄豆粉、黑豆粉、紫枣粉、花生粉、核桃粉、鸡蛋清粉、海虾粉、紫洋葱粉、甘蓝粉、菜花粉、香菇粉、牛奶粉、南瓜粉、小米面、黄豆面。将以上原料分为三餐,日常餐用。具有保护胰岛活性,保持体内氧化与抗氧化平衡,克服体内代谢紊乱,从根本上保持血糖平稳等特点,克服了西医的治标、中医的难接受的弱点,具有适应强、易坚持、根稳糖、防病发等特点。

技术领域
本发明所涉及的是调理饮食结构、平衡摄入营养的食品领域,特别涉及一种用于二型糖尿病患者平稳血糖的食品配方。
背景技术、
目前,对二型糖尿病的治疗,采取的措施有西医、中医,以西医治疗为主,使血糖数量得以表面控制,没能从根本上保护组织细胞对葡萄糖的吸收及胰岛β细胞对葡萄糖的敏感性;中医治本,但由于药效慢、成本高,不适宜体内日常代谢,出现病情反复发作,时间长了之后,导致糖尿病并发症(眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经、病足等)的发作。中、西医措施都难以落实到人体的日常代谢,不能从根本上长期稳定血糖,难以保护患者的身体健康。据不完全统计,中国二型糖尿病发病率飞速提高,占全国总人口的15%以上,并且患者认为:“糖尿病不是病,是死不了的癌症”,并对该病的治疗措施产生了猜疑、厚望!
发明内容
本发明一种用于二型糖尿病患者平稳血糖食品配方,以解决上述背景技术提出的问题。
为实现上述目的本发明提供如下技术方案有二:第一、根据铬对人体的功能,满足胰岛β细胞活性所需营养三价铬的摄入,保护组织细胞对葡萄糖的吸收及胰岛β细胞对葡萄糖的敏感性,维持正常血清胆固醇水平,促进脂肪消耗,促进血红蛋白合成及造血, 增加免疫球蛋白;第二、满足十大抗氧化剂营养摄入,维持体内氧化与抗氧化的相对平衡, 避免胰岛素抵抗增多、胰岛素分泌减少、分泌高峰延迟、血糖波动加剧等。十大抗氧化 剂主要功能见如下表一、表二:

本方案用于二型糖尿病患者平稳血糖的食品配方,由以下份数的原料组成:粥、汤:特育紫麦2号麦麸15-25份、黄豆粉3-7份、黑豆粉4-6份、紫枣粉30-50份、花生粉7-13份、核桃粉12-18份、鸡蛋清粉13-17份、海虾粉11-17份、紫洋葱粉6-10份、甘蓝粉2- 8份、菜花粉1-3份、香菇粉1-5份、牛奶粉30-54份、南瓜粉2-8份;面食:小米面80- 120份、黄豆面90-110份。本发明的优选配方是:粥汤:特育紫麦2号麦麸20份、黄豆粉 5份、黑豆粉5份、紫枣粉40份、花生粉10份、核桃粉15份、鸡蛋清粉15份、海虾粉14 份、紫洋葱粉8份、甘蓝粉5份、菜花粉2份、香菇粉3份、牛奶粉42份、南瓜粉5份;面食:小米面100份、黄豆面100份。
本配方的食用方法:将以上原料分为粥、汤、面如下:
粥、汤为:早、中、晚三餐饮用。三餐分配方案为:早粥:特育紫麦2号麦麸、黄豆粉、黑豆粉、紫枣粉、花生粉、核桃粉、鸡蛋清粉,将这些原料用豆浆机加750ml水,熬制成浆饮用;中汤:海虾粉、紫洋葱粉、甘蓝粉、菜花粉、香菇粉(如同炒菜,中间加水 300-500ml,温饮)、牛奶粉(加适量温水冲饮);晚粥:南瓜粉(与最少量米、面一同熬粥饮用)。面为:小米、黄豆面粉蒸做成饼子,作为早、中晚面食。
本发明原料配方的核心作用有二:第一、保护组织细胞对葡萄糖的吸收及胰岛β细胞对葡萄糖的敏感性,维持正常血清胆固醇水平,促进脂肪消耗,促进血红蛋白合成及造血,增加免疫球蛋白;第二、维持体内氧化与抗氧化的相对平衡,避免胰岛素抵抗增多、胰岛素分泌减少、分泌高峰延迟、血糖波动加剧等。
各原料的主要功能如下:
特育紫麦2号麦麸:性味:味甘,性凉。无毒。归经:归大肠经。除热,止渴,敛汗,消肿。主治虚汗,盗汗,泄痢,糖尿病,口腔炎,热疮,折伤,风湿痹痛,脚气。在平稳血糖方面,用其来主要发挥两种作用:一是满足胰岛活性所需的三价铬:保护组织细胞对葡萄糖的吸收及胰岛β细胞对葡萄糖的敏感性,维持正常血清胆固醇水平,促进脂肪消耗,促进血红蛋白合成及造血,增加免疫球蛋白;二是在体内正常代谢,维持氧化与抗氧化平衡方面,主要满足维生素e如下功能:1、防止肌肉萎缩、脑软化症及溶血性贫血的发生。2、延缓细胞衰老。3、有助于保持血小板的″光滑″,使其不易形成血栓。4、维持红细胞功能,提供内脏和肌肉所需氧气的量,降低老年人血液中胰岛素浓度。5、协助消除黄褐斑、減少皱纹出现。6、改善血液循环。7、提高生殖力、治疗不孕症及消除早产。
黄豆粉:[性能]味甘,性平。能健脾利湿,益血补虚,解毒。大豆富含异黄酮,可断绝癌细胞营养供应,含人体必需的8种氨基酸,多种维生素及多种微量元素,可降低血中胆固醇,预防高血压、冠心病、动肪硬化等。黄豆内含亚油酸,能促进儿童神经发育。含丰富的蛋白质,其中含人体必需的多种氨基酸,尤以赖氨酸含量最高;含大量脂肪,其中主要为不饱和脂肪酸(亚油酸、油酸、亚麻酸等);并含磷酯、钙、磷、铁、钾、钠、胡萝卜素,维生素B1、B2、B12,烟酸、叶酸、胆碱、大豆黄酮甙、皂甙等成分。
黑豆粉:性味归经:味甘,性微寒,性平、入脾、肾经。功用:补肾益阴,健脾利湿,除热解毒。主治李时珍在《本草纲目》中有记载:“常食黑豆,可百病不生。”用于肾虚阴亏;服药中毒或饮酒过多等。成分含丰富的蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸、磷酯、钙、磷、铁、钾、钠、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B12、烟酸、叶酸、棉子糖、水苏糖、胆碱、大豆黄酮、皂苷等。

与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:从病根入手,采取调理饮食结构,确保体内营养平衡摄入,保护体内正常代谢,效果如下:
(1)根稳。从根本上保护胰岛功能,保护体内组织细胞对葡萄糖的吸收及胰岛β细胞对葡萄糖的敏感性,克服病源,保持血糖稳定,恢复、保持二型糖尿病患者的身体健康。
(2)保健。维持体内正常代谢、氧化与抗氧化的平衡,克服氧化应激对胰岛β细胞的损伤及其所造成的胰岛素分泌水平降低、分泌高峰延迟、血糖波动加剧的现象。
(3)适应性强。从正常饮食的角度进行实施,患者易于接受并能长期维持,能够从根本上稳定血糖。克服西医的治标不治本和中医治本成本高、难接受、难坚持,难以长期保持血糖平稳的现实。

山东省平原县恩城镇村,衷某,女,母亲患有糖尿病,务农,劳动量严重超标。
一、随意饮食的表现:日常随意饮食为:每日食用普通小麦标准面粉400克蒸做 的馒头;早餐玉米粉(20克左右)粥;晚餐40克左右大米稀饭;蔬菜:白菜、芹菜、韭 菜、土豆为主,每日食用其中一种,数量为300克左右,菜中有时加上一个鸡蛋(50克左 右), 摄入铬、十大抗氧化剂数量、类别见表如下:

2012年6月6日,54岁,出现多食、多饮、烦渴,自测空腹血糖10.8mmol/l,超标了(空 腹血糖正常范围为3.8-6.28mmol/l。
二、食用本发明食品配方平稳血糖期效果:服用药物同时进行调膳:食用了:“一种用于二型糖尿病患者平稳血糖的食品配方”,由以下份数的原料组成:粥、汤:特育紫麦2号麦麸15-25份、黄豆粉3-7份、黑豆粉4-6份、紫枣粉30-50份、花生粉7-13份、核桃粉 12-18份、鸡蛋清粉13-17份、海虾粉11-17份、紫洋葱粉6-10份、甘蓝粉2-8份、菜花粉1-3份、香菇粉1-5份、牛奶粉30-54份、南瓜粉2-8份;面食:小米面80-120份、黄豆面90-110份。食用期限达3个月,自测空腹血糖5.68mmol/l。
三、坚持食用本发明食品配方平稳血糖的功效:一直保持本专利食品配方的食用,不再服用药物,空腹血糖保持在3.8mmol/l.-6.2mmol/l.正常范围内。

山东省平原县恩城镇元官屯村郑某,女,无劳动能力,夫妻二人相互照顾,较难自理。2006年3月10日,70岁,始患糖尿病、小脑萎缩。
一、采用目前医疗措施,平稳血糖效果表现:2006年3月10日-2012年11月10 日,平稳血糖医疗措施、效果表现如下:
(一)医疗措施和随意饮食:1、服用药物6种(硝苯地平、曲克芦丁、阿司匹林、 辛伐他丁、二甲双胍、格列本脲),同时还注射胰岛素4个单位,每日2次;2、饮食上随 自己意愿:每日300克普通小麦面粉制作的馒头,早粥玉米20克、晚饭大米40克;蔬菜: 随意数量不足80克/日,忌甜食,摄入铬、十大抗氧化剂数量、类别见表如下:

(一)、实施本发明的平稳血糖食品配方,依据如下:
食用了本发明“一种用于二型糖尿病患者平稳血糖的食品配方”,优选配方是: 粥汤:紫麦2号麦麸20份、黄豆粉5份、黑豆粉5份、紫枣粉40份、花生粉10份、核 桃粉15份、鸡蛋清粉15份、海虾粉14份、紫洋葱粉8份、甘蓝粉5份、菜花粉2份、 香菇粉3份、牛奶粉42份、南瓜粉5份;面食:小米面100份、黄豆面100份,摄入铬、 十大抗氧化剂数量、类别见表如下;

(二)、实施时间:2012年11月13日-2013年2月3日,共80日。
(三)、实施效果:2013年2月3日,《山东省平原第一人民医院》检查空腹血糖值降到6.4mmol/L.
三、坚持食用本发明食品配方平稳血糖的功效:2013年2月3日,空腹血糖降到6.4mmol/L之后,坚持食品配方的食用,2013年3月之后,去消了胰岛素的注射和阿司匹林、辛伐他丁药物的服用,2014年3月之后,间歇性服用格列本脲。直至2018年6月,四年多的时间,空腹血糖一直保持在5.7mmol/L左右。

1.一种用于二型糖尿病患者平稳血糖的食品配方,其特征在于:第一、满足胰岛β细胞活性所需营养三价铬的摄入,保护组织细胞对葡萄糖的吸收及胰岛β细胞对葡萄糖的敏感性,维持正常血清胆固醇水平,促进脂肪消耗,促进血红蛋白合成及造血,增加免疫球蛋白;第二、满足十大抗氧化剂营养摄入,维持体内氧化与抗氧化的相对平衡,避免胰岛素抵抗增多、胰岛素分泌减少、分泌高峰延迟、血糖波动加剧等症状发生。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于二型糖尿病患者平稳血糖的食品配方,其特征在于,由以下份数的原料组成:粥、汤:特育紫麦2号麦麸15-25份、黄豆粉3-7份、黑豆粉4-6份、紫枣粉30-50份、花生粉7-13份、核桃粉12-18份、鸡蛋清粉13-17份、海虾粉11-17份、紫洋葱粉6-10份、甘蓝粉2-8份、菜花粉1-3份、香菇粉1-5份、牛奶粉30-54份、南瓜粉2-8份;面食:小米80-120份、黄豆粉90-110份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于二型糖尿病患者平稳血糖的食品配方,其特征在于,本发明的优选配方是:粥汤:特育紫麦2号麦麸20份、黄豆粉5份、黑豆粉5份、紫枣粉40份、花生粉10份、核桃粉15份、鸡蛋清粉15份、海虾粉14份、紫洋葱粉8份、甘蓝粉5份、菜花粉2份、香菇粉3份、牛奶粉42份、南瓜粉5份;面食:小米100份、黄豆粉100份。
