Abstract
本发明公开了一种回收橡胶颗粒的多层熔融炉,包括熔炉本体,熔炉本体底设高温加热板,熔炉本体自下而上设细孔筛网、中孔筛网及大孔筛网,筛网夹层设中温加热棒;高温加热板与细孔筛网之间设溢流挤出管,溢流挤出管正下方设冷却槽;熔炉本体顶设加料斗和加压管,加压管连接泵机及氮气罐。本发明将过滤预热与熔融相结合,将橡胶原料颗粒按照粒径大小,依次进行预热和加热熔融,较大的粒径提供较多次数的中温预热,提高大颗粒胶粒的熔融效率,避免大颗粒胶粒还未熔融就被挤出熔炉本体外。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶颗粒回收技术领域,尤其涉及一种回收橡胶颗粒的多层熔融炉。
背景技术
橡胶原料回收是考验一个橡胶生产车间的重要技术指标,故此一般的橡胶加工厂、橡胶助剂(如氧化锌、硫化剂、溶胀剂等)生产车间,甚至是轮胎厂都预备一条废旧橡胶回收生产线,这也是现代绿色环保生产标准的新要求。
现有橡胶回收工艺主要为:分类、去除非橡胶成分—洗涤、去除污泥沙土—粉碎、成为胶粉—熔融成型。其中熔融过程中,由于胶粉粒径不一,加热熔融的时间及温度也不尽相同,给熔融炉的加热造成一定操作困难。如过热,则容易焦化;如温度较低,则达不到熔融产物的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种回收橡胶颗粒的多层熔融炉。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种回收橡胶颗粒的多层熔融炉,包括熔炉本体,熔炉本体的底部铺设有高温加热板,熔炉本体的内壁等距对称自下而上依次设置有细孔筛网、中孔筛网及大孔筛网,细孔筛网、中孔筛网和大孔筛网均为双层网状结构,细孔筛网、中孔筛网和大孔筛网的夹层中分别设有中温加热棒;
高温加热板与细孔筛网之间设有溢流挤出管,溢流挤出管一端伸出熔炉本体外且开口朝下,溢流挤出管底端出口的正下方设置有冷却槽;
熔炉本体的顶部设置有加料斗和加压管,加压管连接有泵机,泵机通过气管连接有氮气罐。
优选地,高温加热板的加热温度为180-230℃。
优选地,中温加热棒的加热温度为150-180℃。
优选地,冷却槽具体是空冷型不锈钢槽。
优选地,细孔筛网、中孔筛网及大孔筛网的筛孔孔径比为1:2:4。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明将橡胶原料颗粒按照粒径大小,依次进行预热和加热,细小粒径的胶粒优先滤下到达高温加热板上进行加热熔融;较大粒径的胶粒滤到细孔筛网上进行一次预热,再滚落到高温加热板上加热熔融;更大粒径的胶粒滤到中孔筛网,进行二次预热,再滚落到高温加热板上加热熔融;最大粒径的胶粒滤到大孔筛网,进行三次预热,再滚落到高温加热板上加热熔融。
从而根据粒径大小,较大的粒径提供较多次数的中温预热,提高大颗粒胶粒的熔融效率,避免大颗粒胶粒还未熔融就被挤出熔炉本体外。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1,一种回收橡胶颗粒的多层熔融炉,包括熔炉本体1,熔炉本体1的底部铺设有高温加热板2,熔炉本体1的内壁等距对称自下而上依次设置有细孔筛网3、中孔筛网4及大孔筛网5,细孔筛网3、中孔筛网4和大孔筛网5均为双层网状结构,细孔筛网3、中孔筛网4和大孔筛网5的夹层中分别设有中温加热棒6;高温加热板2与细孔筛网3之间设有溢流挤出管7,溢流挤出管7一端伸出熔炉本体1外且开口朝下,溢流挤出管7底端出口的正下方设置有冷却槽8;熔炉本体1的顶部设置有加料斗9和加压管10,加压管10连接有泵机11,泵机11通过气管12连接有氮气罐13。
参照图1,高温加热板2的加热温度为200℃,保证常用橡胶熔融完全。
参照图1,中温加热棒6的加热温度为160℃,为橡胶进行预热。
参照图1,冷却槽8具体是空冷型不锈钢槽。
参照图1,细孔筛网3、中孔筛网4及大孔筛网5的筛孔孔径比为1:2:4,针对不同粒径的胶粒,较大颗粒的胶粒无法过滤,只能从筛网之间的空隙滚落下去,增加加热时间。
本发明的工作过程:本发明将橡胶原料颗粒按照粒径大小,依次进行预热和加热,细小粒径的胶粒优先滤下到达高温加热板2上进行加热熔融;较大粒径的胶粒滤到细孔筛网3上进行一次预热,再滚落到高温加热板2上加热熔融;更大粒径的胶粒滤到中孔筛网4,进行二次预热,再滚落到高温加热板2上加热熔融;最大粒径的胶粒滤到大孔筛网5,进行三次预热,再滚落到高温加热板2上加热熔融。
从而根据粒径大小,较大的粒径提供较多次数的中温预热,提高大颗粒胶粒的熔融效率,避免大颗粒胶粒还未熔融就被挤出熔炉本体1外。

1.一种回收橡胶颗粒的多层熔融炉,包括熔炉本体(1),其特征在于,所述熔炉本体(1)的底部铺设有高温加热板(2),所述熔炉本体(1)的内壁等距对称自下而上依次设置有细孔筛网(3)、中孔筛网(4)及大孔筛网(5),所述细孔筛网(3)、中孔筛网(4)和大孔筛网(5)均为双层网状结构,所述细孔筛网(3)、中孔筛网(4)和大孔筛网(5)的夹层中分别设有中温加热棒(6);
所述高温加热板(2)与细孔筛网(3)之间设有溢流挤出管(7),所述溢流挤出管(7)一端伸出熔炉本体(1)外且开口朝下,所述溢流挤出管(7)底端出口的正下方设置有冷却槽(8);
所述熔炉本体(1)的顶部设置有加料斗(9)和加压管(10),所述加压管(10)连接有泵机(11),所述泵机(11)通过气管(12)连接有氮气罐(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种回收橡胶颗粒的多层熔融炉,其特征在于,所述高温加热板(2)的加热温度为180-230℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种回收橡胶颗粒的多层熔融炉,其特征在于,所述中温加热棒(6)的加热温度为150-180℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种回收橡胶颗粒的多层熔融炉,其特征在于,所述冷却槽(8)具体是空冷型不锈钢槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种回收橡胶颗粒的多层熔融炉,其特征在于,所述细孔筛网(3)、中孔筛网(4)及大孔筛网(5)的筛孔孔径比为1:2:4。
