技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷机,包括用于输送页张的第一传送带和接在其后的第二传送带以及位于这二者之间的用于页张的引导元件。
背景技术
DE 10 2005 055 364 A1中描述了一种印刷机,其中,设有具有吸附带的传送模块。在相邻的传送模块之间布置有由两个辊所构成的引导装置。在此给出的是:当页张的前棱边到达这两个辊之间的缝隙时,该页张在第一吸附带上方竖起(übersteht)。不稳定的(譬如纸制的)页张无法这样地竖起。只有稳定的(譬如纸板制成的)页张可以做到。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提出一种适用于不稳定(labile)页张的印刷机。
该任务通过一种印刷机得以解决,该印刷机包括用于输送页张的第一传送带和连接在其后的第二传送带以及位于这二者之间的用于页张的引导元件,其特征在于,设有喷吹装置,用于在从第一传送带到引导元件上的过渡区域中提升各页张的前棱边。
根据本发明的印刷机的优势在于,通过喷吹装置可靠地避免了前棱边与引导元件发生碰撞。
由此,根据本发明的印刷机不仅适用于稳定的页张,也适用于不稳定的页张。
存在不同的可行性改进方案。
喷吹装置能够(在页张的输送方向上看)布置在引导元件之前。
喷吹装置可布置在第一传送带的回转轨道以内。
第一传送带可具有穿孔,并且喷吹装置可透过穿孔朝向各页张喷吹。
可设有阀,用于将喷吹装置以页张的输送节拍(Transporttakt)激活。
所述阀可以是旋转阀。旋转阀可以由伺服马达驱动。在第一传送带和第二传送带具有恒定速度的情况下,所述旋转阀能够以不均匀的

具体实施方式
在图4中示出了数字印刷机,其中,页张1借助作为页张输送设备的带式传送器2输送经过用于喷墨的印刷头3。
在图1a至3b中示出,带式传送器2包括第一传送带4和在输送方向T上跟随该第一传送带4的第二传送带5。这两个传送带4,5是吸附带或真空带,并且具有穿孔6,吸附箱7透过穿孔6将页张1气动式地保持在传送带4(或5)上。各吸附箱7具有吸附空气接口,并且借助所述吸附空气接口附接至由箭头象征性表示的吸附空气产生器S。每个传送带4,5具有宽度A,所述宽度A至少相当于页张1的可处理的最大规格的宽度。在此,这两个传送带4,5的宽度A可彼此相同或不同。每个传送带4,5通过至少两个滚子8,9运行,这些滚子8,9中的一个是驱动滚子而另一个是转向滚子。附图中仅示出了第一传送带4在输送方向T上在前的滚子8和第二传送带5的后滚子9;这些传送带4,5的两个另外的滚子并未一同示出。
这两个传送带4,5的上输送回形段位于同一平面中(也即是共面的),下返回回形段同样可以共面(图4中的示例)或彼此在竖直方向上错位,也即平面平行(图1a)。在第一传送带4的前滚子8与第二传送带5的后滚子9之间存在楔形的中间空间10,所述中间空间10由页张1用的引导元件11跨接(überbrückt)。引导元件11可以是引导片或引导板(图1a),或者是具有盖板作为引导板的空气箱(图4)。在这两种变型方案中,引导元件11具有平坦引导面,该平坦引导面与这些传送带4,5的对页张1进行承载的外表面实现平面平行。引导元件11的后棱边12位于第一传送带4的输送回形段的外表面上方。在输送方向T上看,引导元件11的后棱边12至少处于前滚子8的旋转轴线R的高度处的位置,或者甚至在该旋转轴线R的高度处的位置之前(如图所示)。
喷吹装置13布置在第一传送带4的回转轨道内部并且在吸附箱7与前滚子8之间。喷吹装置13在页张1的整个宽度上延伸,并且可构造成喷吹管或喷吹条。喷吹装置13以其伸出的喷吹缝口或者取而代之以其喷吹开口16的排列朝着第一传送带4的输送回形段的内表面指向,并且能够以所述喷吹缝口或喷吹开口16靠置在该内表面上。喷吹装置13具有喷吹方向,所述喷吹方向相对于输送方向T以优选锐角α倾斜,其中,喷吹方向的一分量沿着输送方向T指向。
喷吹装置13经由阀14连接至喷吹空气产生器B。阀14这样地控制或构造,使得该阀14以页张1的传送节拍以周期方式引起所述喷吹装置13释放喷吹空气。阀14可以是磁阀或其它切换阀,然而优选是旋转阀(如图所示)。喷吹装置13透过穿孔6朝向页张1的前边缘15喷吹,从而使得该页张1的前棱边15被短暂地提升到引导元件11的后棱边12上方的竖直高度(Niveau),如图2a所示。在此,只有页张1的前边缘15通过喷吹空气释放从第一传送带4提升,而页张1的后区段保持扁平地位于第一传送带4上。通过提升页张前边缘,使得避免了在输送方向T上运行的页张1的前棱边15与引导元件11的后棱边12发生碰撞,并且确保了页张1在无弯折或者诸如此类的情况下无损地推移到引导元件11上,如图3a所示。
引导元件11具有在输送方向T上待测得的长度L,该长度L小于页张1的每种可处理规格(也即包括最小规格)的长度。由此确保了引导元件11上滑行的页张1在任何时间点都由至少一个传送带4(或5)可靠地保持并且不会失控地运动。长度L这样地测得,以使得在引导元件11上滑行的页张1在该页张1从第一传送带4转交至第二传送带5的时间点与两个传送带4,5同时接触,并且在此由这些传送带4,5吸附。页张1在引导元件11上的滑行要么能够在页张1与引导元件11实现直接本体接触的情况下进行,要么能够(如果引导元件11具有用于承载页张1的喷吹空气喷嘴的话)在喷吹空气垫(Blasluftposter)上悬浮地进行。

1.一种印刷机,该印刷机包括用于输送页张(1)的第一传送带(4)和接在该第一传送带之后的第二传送带(5)以及包括位于所述第一传送带与所述第二传送带之间的用于页张(1)的引导元件(11),

在所述页张(1)的输送方向(T)上观察,所述喷吹装置(13)布置在所述引导元件(11)之前。

所述喷吹装置(13)布置在所述第一传送带(4)的回转轨道内部。
