Description
本发明涉及一种电气接插件,该接插件有套准柱伸出接插件的接合面外将接合面与另一个接合电气接插件套准。
根据美国专利4,842,543,一种公知的电气接插件具有:一个绝缘外壳,有一个接合面,供与另一个接合接插件接合之用;许多电气接点,在外壳中朝接合面方向延伸;和若干柱子,伸出接合面外。柱子起障碍的作用,保护各接点免受损伤。柱子在接合面与另一个接合电气接插件连接之前使接合面套准该接合电气接插件。柱子对接插件中的电气端子起不带接地线的障碍物的作用。
按照美国专利4,904,194,各接地插脚从电气接插件伸出,接地插脚装有弹簧,使接地插脚斜向一边,压在另一个接合电气接插件的插口边上。这些接地插脚使接插件与接合电气接插件之间接地,而不对接插件中的电气端子形成接地。
本发明的接插件适宜将诸如计算机的磁盘机之类的设备连接到对接工作台。整个磁盘机插入工作台的对接孔中,这就需要磁盘机上的接插件套准对接孔中的接合电气接插件。接插件上的套准柱伸出磁盘机上接插件的接合面外。套准柱在接合面与接合电气接插件连接之前将接合面套准接合电气接插件。
磁盘机接入对接孔时就与对接工作台中带电的电路相连接。当磁盘机上的接插件与带电的电路相连接时,可能会因静电放电而产生电弧。按照本发明的特点,接插件套准柱上的电气接地接点会将飞弧截住,保护带电的电路使其不致产生静电放电。
接地接点伸出接插件的接合面外,沿伸出磁盘机上接插件的接合面外的绝缘套准柱延伸。在接插件的接合面与对接工作台上接合电气接插件相连接之前,套准柱上的接地接点与接合电气接插件接合。这样,接地接点在信号接点与接合电气接插件接合之前与接合电气接插件接合。可以说,本发明的信号接点连同较长的接地接点一起与接合电气接插件形成至少两级顺次连接。换句话说,接地接点首先与接合电气接插件接合,然后信号接点再与接合电气接插件接合。
因此,按照本发明的另一个特点,接插件有若干信号接点和接地接点,接地接点比信号接点长,伸出接插件的接合面外,在接合面与接合电气接插件相连接之前与另一个接合电气接插件形成接地连接。
本发明的目的是提供这样一种电气接插件,电气接插件的接地接点在其它电气接点与另一个接合电气接插件相连接之前会将静电电荷放电到机壳的地电位。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种带套准柱、套准柱中装有接地接点的电气接插件,套准柱和接地接点都伸出接插件的接合面外。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种一组配套的电气接插件,其中第一电气接插件配备有数个套准柱,套准柱中装有接地接点,套准柱和接地接点都伸出接插件的接合面外;另一个接合电气接插件配备有数个承接柱子的沟道,沟道中的接地接点与沿柱子配置的接地接点相接合。
本发明的再一个目的是提供这样一种电气接插件,该电气接插件有若干电气接点比其余的电气接点更向前伸出,从而可以依次与另一个接合电气接插件的带电电路接点相连接。
一组配套的电气接插件,由第一和第二接合电气接插件组成,两个接插件中都装有可接合的电气接点,供两个接插件接合在一起时电气连接之用,此外可接合的电气接插件上还装有接地接点,供接插件接合在一起时电气连接之用,可接合的接插件上还配备有套准构件,接地接点沿套准构件延伸,在接插件接合在一起时彼此电气接合。
现在参看附图举例说明本发明的一些实施例。附图中:
图1是包括一个电气接插件和一个接合电气接插件的一组配套的电气接插件的透视图,沿第一电气接插件的导向插脚延伸有若干接地接点,沿接合电气接插件的沟道也有若干接地接点;
图2是电气接插件的顶视图,接插件有套准柱,沿套准柱延伸有若干接地接点;
图3是图1所示接插件另一个实施例的正视图;
图4是与图1所示的接插件的接地接点形成一个整体的载流条金属坯件的顶视图;
图5是图3所示坯件制成的接地接点的侧视图。
参看图1,一组配套的电气接插件1由电气接插件2和另一个接合电气接插件3所组成,各接插件2、3都有一个绝缘外壳4和许多电气接点7,绝缘外壳4有一个后表面5和一个接合面6,电气接点7在承接接点的空腔中并通过该空腔延伸,该空腔则通过外壳从后表面5向接合面6延伸。
各电气接插件2、3的电气接点7的后端9上还有许多电气端子8从后表面5伸出,供与电路板(图中未示出)连接用,各接插件2、3还具有许多电气接地接点10处在外壳4的接地接点承接腔11中,并通过该腔延伸。
电气接插件2还有两个绝缘柱12,沿柱12延伸有导电的接地接点10。接地接点10比电气接点7长,且通过外壳4并通过后表面5延伸。接点7长,且通过外壳4并通过后表面5延伸。接地接点10上的电气端子13从外壳4的后表面5凸出,供连接电路板(图中未示出)之用。柱12和接地接点10向外伸出接合面6,以形成接地接点的接地连接。外壳4上有一个护罩14包绕着接合面6上的接点7。接插件2的柱12和接地接点10向外伸出护罩14外。接地接点10向外伸出接合面6外,以便在柱12与接合电气接插件3接合时与接合电气接插件3接合。
参看图1。接合电气接插件3有一个接地接点承接腔11,形成承接柱12的插口。腔11在接合电气接插件3上取沟道的形式。接地接点10处在沟道中并沿沟道配置,且面对着沟道的相对的敞开侧面。沟道的敞开端彼此间隔一段距离与柱12的各尖端17之间的间距相对应。柱12沿沟道被接收下来时,沟道中的接地接点10承接沿柱12配置的接地接点10,并与这些接点接合。柱12凸出来,以便将接插件2的接合面6在其与接合电气接插件3彼此间隔一段距离时套准到接合电气接插件3。柱12和沟道限定着相应的接插件2和接合接插件3的两端18,以便例如将接插件2、3的宽度减小到端18至端18的最小尺寸。接合接插件3的这些特点可应用到一个图中未示出用以与图2所示的接插件2接合连接的接合接插件上。
参看图1。要将各接插件2、3端18对端18地套准,可沿柱12看去,找出能将柱12套准、确保柱12插入沟道敞开端16的目标。接合接插件3通常是在机壳(图中未示出)是隐蔽着,从外头看不到,需要将柱12通过机壳的开口放入机壳中。柱12可以在接合接插件3隐蔽着看不到时使接插件2和3套准。因此柱12给接插件2和3的盲目接合带来了方便。各柱12向着前尖端17逐渐变细,各柱12从接插件2的端部18沿其长度方向逐渐变细。柱12上的扁平表面19与接插件2的扁平端合并,沿柱12的长度方向向尖端17倾斜。倾斜的扁平表面19与柱12的尖端17处的球形圆端表面汇合。柱12面向内的表面20是圆的,且与扁平表面19汇合。柱12面向内的表面20彼此面对面。接地承接腔11是圆表面20上的一个与外壳4的其中一个接地接点承接腔连通的封闭端沟道。接地接点10在沟道内沿着尖端17处的圆表面延伸。柱12局部围绕着接地接点10在沟道内的部分。
参看图4和图5。接地接点10是从金属毛坯冲压成形的,与载流条15形成一个整体。各接地接点10与载流条15分开。在沿柱12配置的接地接点10沿接合接插件3的沟道安置时,接地接点10上向外弯曲的接触表面21伸出沟道外,与接合电气接插件3的接地接点10接合,以便与接合接插件3沟道中的接地接点10相连接。
绝缘漏斗形体22处在接合接插件3各接地触点承接腔11的敞开端。各腔11中的接地接点10从敞开端凹进去。由于两个接插件2、3的接地接点都是朝后配置的,所以当柱12沿接合接插件3的腔11插入时,腔11的敞开端在接插件2、3的接地接点10接合之前会被柱12覆盖住。因此,当接插件2、3在接合连接过程中其接地接点10彼此趋近时可能产生电弧的情况下,接地接点和腔11就会安全地被覆盖起来。
将接插件2的接合面6与接合电气接插件3相连接之前,套准柱12上的接地接点10与接合电气接插件3的接地接点10接合。这样,接地接点10在电气接点7与接合电气接插件3接合之前与接合电气接插件3接合。接合接插件3的接地接点10接机壳地电位。当接插件2、3的接地接点10接合时,接插件2与机壳地电位的连接在接插件2的接点7与接合接插件3的接点7接合之前形成。可以说,本发明其后的接点7连同先前进行的较长接地接点10的连接,形成了与接合电气接插件的至少两级顺次电气连接。电荷放电到机壳地电位时,接点7受到保护,使其免受静电电荷的侵袭。此外,当接合接插件3的接点7是带电电路(图中未示出)的一部分时,各接插件2、3中的接点7可以相连接。
本发明的特点在于,接插件2的多个电气接点7在各接插件2、3的接地接点10接合之后依次与接合电气接插件3的电气接点7接合。换句话说,接插件2的接地接点10先与接合电气接插件3的接地接点10接合,然后接插件2的接点7再与接合电气接插件3的接点7接合。这个特点使静电荷通过接合的接地接点10放电,从而将电气接点7在接插件2与接合电气接插件3相连接和断开的过程中与这些电荷隔离开。当接插件2或3的接点7是带电电路(图中未示出)的一部分时,接插件2、3的接点7能彼此相连接和断开。
图1所示的接插件2可修改成使其具有所要求的特点,即接插件2、3电气接点7的接合连接顺次进行。接插件2中经选择的电气接点7往前安置,且安置成使其在图1的接插件2从接合面6看去时比其余的电气接点7更靠近接合面6。随着接插件2、3为接合连接而彼此相向移动时,前接点7会在接插件2的其余接点7与接合接插件3的其余接点7接合之前与另一个接合接插件3相应的接点7接合。这个特点在接插件2、3为接合连接而彼此被相向推动时提供另一级顺次的电气连接。
参看图2所示的接插件2。护罩6划分成彼此间隔一段距离的若干部分,护罩6的各部分包绕着不同种类的接点7。这些不同种类的接点7,相同的接点7向前安置,且安置成比其余的接点7更靠近接合面6。护罩14的至少一个经选择部分中的接点7系选择成使其安置得比护罩6其余部分中的其余接点7更向前一些。这个特点在接插件2、3为接合连接而彼此被相向推动时提供另一级顺次的电气连接。
本发明的其它实施例、特点和优点都包括在所附权利要求书的精神实质和范围内。
Claims (4)
1、一组配套的电气接插件,包括第一和第二可接合的电气接插件(2,3)所述电气接插件(2,3)中都装有可接合的电气接点(7),供所述两电气件接插件接合在一起时电气连接之用,还装有接地接点(10)供两电气接插件接合在一起时电气连接之用,其特征在于,所述可接合的接插件(2,3)都配备有套准构件(11,12),且所述接地接点(10)沿所述套准构件延伸,且所述接插件接合在一起时彼此电气接合。
2、如权利要求1所述的一组配套的电气接插件,其特征在于,所述套准构件(11,12)包括在可接合的接插件(2)或(3)上的套准腔(11),和在另一个可接合的接插件(3)或(2)上的套准柱(12)。
3、如权利要求2所述的一组配套的电气接插件,其特征在于,所述接地接点(10)沿套准柱(12)的内表面延伸。
4、如权利要求2所述的一组配套的电气接插件,其特征在于,所述接地接点(10)沿所述套准腔(11)延伸。
