背景技术
随着社会的发展和进步,众多的电器设备开始大量的涌入人们的生活和工作当中,渐趋发展的计算机普及程度已经和我们的日常生活密不可分,且早已成为人类工作、生活中的信息传递工具之一,现有的计算机往更轻、更薄、更方便实用的方向发展,且对其使用时间要求更长;目前普遍使用的与液晶显示器相连接的插头,即插即拔,虽然保证了连接器的传输,长期使用中,易产生松脱,接触不良等现象,使通讯时的信号流失,进而影响通讯的质量。
技术问题
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电脑连接器插头,其连接稳定。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:提供一种电脑连接器插头,包括胶芯、外壳上盖、外壳下盖,所述外壳上盖及外壳下盖安装在胶芯的上下表面上;所述插头还包括弹片,所述弹片安装在胶芯的端部,所述胶芯的端部设有一个平台,平台上设有一固定孔;所述弹片包括按压尾端、弹簧及勾端,所述弹簧的一端固定在按压尾端的内侧,另一端为自由端,所述弹片上设有供螺丝穿过的圆孔,弹片置于平台上,弹簧的自由端抵靠在胶芯上,所述圆孔与平台上的固定孔对应,所述勾端与胶芯之间形成供母头插入的弹片避位槽,所述胶芯上有线材,所述线材采用无 PIN 式贴线线材,用外壳下盖压在线材上。
优选地,所述弹片为两个,分别设在胶芯的两端端部。

优选地,所述外壳下盖上设有挡片,所述挡片在外壳下盖安装在胶芯上时对应位于弹片的勾端处。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
请参图 1 至图 3 ,本实用新型电脑连接器插头,包括胶芯 1 、外壳上盖 2 、外壳下盖 3 、两个弹片 4 ,所述外壳上盖 2 及外壳下盖 3 安装在胶芯 1 的上下表面上,两个弹片 4 分别安装在胶芯 1 的左右两侧端部。
所述胶芯 1 呈长方体结构,其两端的端部 10 分别向外延伸形成一平台 12 ,平台 12 上设有一固定孔 14 。端部 10 上还设有胶部 16 ,所述胶部 16 便于插拔。
所述弹片 4 包括按压尾端 40 、弹簧 42 及勾端 44 ,所述弹簧 42 的一端固定在按压尾端 40 的内侧,另一端为自由端 420 。所述弹片 4 上设有圆孔 46 ,所述圆孔 46 靠近勾端 44 。将弹片 4 置于胶芯 1 的平台 12 上,弹簧 42 的自由端 420 抵靠在胶部 16 的内侧,将螺丝穿过弹片 4 上的圆孔 46 及平台 12 上的固定孔 14 ,由些将弹片 4 的一端固定在胶芯 1 上。所述勾端 44 与胶芯 1 之间形成一个弹片避位槽 48 。
连接器插头与母头对插后,母头卡在胶芯 1 两边的弹片避位槽 48 内,不能拔出,使得二者连接稳定。按压尾端 40 ,挤压弹簧 42 的自由端 420 ,弹片避位槽 48 变大,进而使得母头与插头脱离。
所述外壳下盖 3 两端上分别设有挡片 30 ,所述外壳下盖 3 安装在胶芯 1 上时,挡片 30 正好位于弹片 4 的勾端 44 处,进一步防止母头与插头脱离,使得连接更为稳定。
所述胶芯 1 上设有线材(图中未示出),所述线材采用无 PIN (针)式贴线,无需冲 PIN ,省去了 PIN 冲压电镀组装等工序,将线材对插端经过治具剪切,贴在胶芯 1 上,外壳下盖 3 压紧在线材上,省去了焊线工序,方便实用,提高工作效率,降低成本。
胶芯 1 采用高温塑胶材料制作,具有很好的强度及韧性,使得插头具有耐高温和低温的特点,耐高温时间长,耐久性良好,使用寿命长等优点,更加强了其使用的可靠度。
上述连接器插头通过在胶芯 1 的两端设有弹片避位槽 48 ,可防止母头与插头脱离,连接更为稳定。所述连接器插头的线材采用无 PIN (针)式贴线,省去焊线工序,方便实用,提高工作效率,降低成本。所述外壳下盖 3 两端上设有挡片 30 ,进一步防止母头与插头脱离,使得连接更为稳定。

  1. 一种电脑连接器插头,包括胶芯、外壳上盖、外壳下盖,所述外壳上盖及外壳下盖安装在胶芯的上下表面上;特征在于:所述插头还包括弹片,所述弹片安装在胶芯的端部,所述胶芯的端部设有一个平台,平台上设有一固定孔;所述弹片包括按压尾端、弹簧及勾端,所述弹簧的一端固定在按压尾端的内侧,另一端为自由端,所述弹片上设有供螺丝穿过的圆孔,弹片置于平台上,弹簧的自由端抵靠在胶芯上,所述圆孔与平台上的固定孔对应,所述勾端与胶芯之间形成供母头插入的弹片避位槽,所述胶芯上有线材,所述线材采用无 PIN 式贴线线材,用外壳下盖压在线材上。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电脑连接器插头,其特征在于:所述弹片为两个,分别设在胶芯的两端端部。
  3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电脑连接器插头,其特征在于:所述胶芯的端部上设有便于插拔的胶部。
  4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电脑连接器插头,其特征在于:所述外壳下盖上设有挡片,所述挡片在外壳下盖安装在胶芯上时对应位于弹片的勾端处。
