本实用新型涉及可插拔模块领域,具体涉及一种可插拔模块连接器公座。
背景技术
随着电子技术的快速发展,各电子设备之间实现数据传输无不依靠可插拔模块与可插拔模块信号转接卡之间的连接。一般可插拔模块上设有公座,可插拔模块信号转接卡上设有与公座相对接的母座,公座与母座组成可插拔模块连接器进而完成数据的传输。
公座和母座上一般都会设有接地引脚、电源引脚、数据引脚等,这些引脚的长度一致,那么公座和母座插拔的过程中,就有可能由于结构公差或是制造误差而发生对接偏移,公座上的电源引脚和母座上的电源引脚在先接触,导致芯片内部没有接地回路,从而烧坏芯片。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能防止因对接偏移而导致芯片烧坏的可插拔模块连接器公座。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种可插拔模块连接器公座,其特征在于,包括电源引脚和连接卡头,所述连接卡头突出于所述电源引脚的接插端所在平面,所述连接卡头上设有接地引脚,且所述接地引脚的接插端突出于所述电源引脚的接插端所在平面。
上述的可插拔模块连接器公座中,所述连接卡头设有两个,分别设于所述公座的左端和右端。
上述的可插拔模块连接器公座中,所述接地引脚为导电片。
上述的可插拔模块连接器公座中,所述连接卡头呈柱体状。
上述的可插拔模块连接器公座中,所述连接卡头的顶端设有倒 角。
上述的可插拔模块连接器公座中,所述连接卡头为绝缘材料。
实施本实用新型的可插拔模块连接器公座,相对于现有技术具有如下的优点:
本实用新型通过设置凸出于电源引脚的连接卡头,并在连接卡头上设置接地引脚,使接地引脚的接插端突出于电源引脚的接插端所在平面,这样,将该公座接插在母座上时,就会先形成一个接地回路,然后再形成电源回路,将该公座从母座中拔出时,电源回路就会先断开,接地回路而后断开,也就是说,公座在整个对接和移出的过程中都会有接地回路的保护,即使存在结构公差或制造误差而使对接偏移,都能对芯片起到很好的保护作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
如图1至图2所示,本实用新型的优选实施例,一种可插拔模块连接器公座,其包括电源引脚1和连接卡头2,连接卡头2突出于电源引脚1的接插端所在平面,连接卡头2上设有接地引脚3,且接地引脚3的接插端突出于电源引脚1的接插端所在平面。将该公座接插在母座上时,就会先形成一个接地回路,然后再形成电源回路,将该公座从母座中拔出时,电源回路会先断开,接地回路而后断开,也就是,公座在整个对接和移出的过程中都会有接地回路的保护,即使存在结构公差或制造误差而使对接偏移,都能对芯片起到很好的保护作 用。
本实施例的连接卡头2设有两个,分别设于公座的左端和右端。连接卡头2可以起到对准定位的作用,可以方便将该公座准确无误插入母座并形成接地回路,可靠地保护芯片,而且这样的设计还可以使设置在连接卡头2上的接地引脚3具有较大布置空间,减小电源引脚1的制造误差对接地引脚3造成偏移干涉,引脚布置合理、可靠。
本实施例的接地引脚3为导电片,将该公座接插在母座上时,该公座的接地引脚与母座的接地引脚交错相接,这样就能保证公座从母座上拔出时接地回路在电源回路之后断开。
本实施例的连接卡头2呈柱体状,连接卡头2的顶端设有倒角,以方便该公座能顺利接插到母座上。
本实施例的连接卡头2优选为绝缘材料。
以上仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种可插拔模块连接器公座,其特征在于,包括电源引脚和连接卡头,所述连接卡头突出于所述电源引脚的接插端所在平面,所述连接卡头上设有接地引脚,且所述接地引脚的接插端突出于所述电源引脚的接插端所在平面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可插拔模块连接器公座,其特征在于,所述连接卡头设有两个,分别设于所述可插拔模块连接器公座的左端和右端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可插拔模块连接器公座,其特征在于,所述接地引脚为导电片。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可插拔模块连接器公座,其特征在于,所述连接卡头呈柱体状。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可插拔模块连接器公座,其特征在于,所述连接卡头的顶端设有倒角。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的可插拔模块连接器公座,其特征在于,所述连接卡头为绝缘材料。
