本实用新型涉及可插拔模块领域,具体涉及一种可插拔模块连接器及其公座。
背景技术
随着电子技术的快速发展,各电子设备之间实现数据传输无不依靠可插拔模块与可插拔模块信号转接卡之间的连接。一般可插拔模块上设有公座,可插拔模块信号转接卡上设有与公座相对接的母座,公座与母座组成可插拔模块连接器进而完成数据的传输。
公座和母座上一般都会设有接地引脚和信号引脚,这些引脚的长度一致,那么公座和母座在插拔的过程中,就有可能由于结构公差或是制造误差而发生对接偏移,公座上的信号引脚和母座上的信号引脚在先接触,导致芯片内部没有接地回路,从而烧坏芯片。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能防止因对接偏移而导致芯片烧坏的可插拔模块连接器。另外,还提供一种可插拔模块连接器公座。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种可插拔模块连接器,其包括公座和与所述公座相对接的母座,所述公座上设有第一接地引脚和第一信号引脚,所述母座上设有第二接地引脚以及第二信号引脚,所述第一接地引脚和所述第二接地引脚的长度之和大于所述第一信号引脚和所述第二信号引脚的长度之和,所述公座和所述母座对接时,所述第一接地引脚与所述第二接地引脚在先对接,所述第一信号引脚与所述第二信号引脚在后对接。
上述的可插拔模块连接器中,所述第一接地引脚设有两个,分别设于所述公座的左端和右端;所述第二接地引脚设有两个,分别设于 所述母座的左端和右端。
上述的可插拔模块连接器中,所述公座的左端和右端各设有定位柱,所述母座的左端和右端各设有与所述定位柱相配合的插孔。
上述的可插拔模块连接器中,所述第一接地引脚设于所述定位柱上,所述第二接地引脚设于所述插孔内。
上述的可插拔模块连接器中,所述第一接地引脚为弹性导体。
上述的可插拔模块连接器中,所述第二接地引脚为弹性导体。
上述的可插拔模块连接器中,所述定位柱的顶端设有倒角。
本实用新型还提供一种可插拔模块连接器公座,其包括第一接地引脚和第一信号引脚,所述第一接地引脚的长度大于所述第一信号引脚的长度,所述第一接地引脚先于所述第一信号引脚进行通断。
实施本实用新型的可插拔模块连接器及其公座,相对于现有技术具有如下的优点:
本实用新型的可插拔模块连接器通过设定第一接地引脚和第二接地引脚的长度之和大于第一信号引脚和第二信号引脚的长度之和,公座与母座对接时,第一接地引脚与第二接地引脚在先对接,第一信号引脚与第二信号引脚在后对接,反之,公座从母座中移出时,第一信号引脚与第二信号引脚在先分离,第一接地引脚与第二接地引脚在后分离,也就是,公座与母座的整个对接和移出过程都会有接地回路的保护,即使存在结构公差或制造误差而使对接偏移,都能对芯片起到很好的保护作用。
另外,本实用新型的可插拔模块连接器公座的第一接地引脚的长度大于第一信号引脚的长度,这样在将该公座接插在母座上时,就会先形成一个接地回路,然后再形成信号回路,将该公座从母座中拔出时,信号回路会先断开,接地回路而后断开,从而有效的防止芯片烧坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
如图1至图5所示,本实用新型的优选实施例,一种可插拔模块连接器,其包括公座1和与公座1相对接的母座2,公座1设置在可插拔模块100上,母座2设置在可插拔模块信号转接卡200上,公座1上设有第一接地引脚3和第一信号引脚4,母座2上设有第二接地引脚5以及第二信号引脚6,第一接地引脚3和第二接地引脚5的长度之和大于第一信号引脚4和第二信号引脚6的长度之和,公座1和母座2对接时,第一接地引脚3与第二接地引脚5在先对接,第一信号引脚4与第二信号引脚6在后对接,公座1从母座2中移出时,第一信号引脚4与第二信号引脚6在先分离,第一接地引脚3与第二接地引脚5在后分离,因而公座1与母座2的整个对接和移出过程都会有接地回路的保护,即使存在结构公差或制造误差而使对接偏移,都能对芯片起到很好的保护作用。
本实施例的第一接地引脚3设有两个,分别设于公座1的左端和右端;第二接地引脚5设有两个,分别设于母座2的左端和右端。这样的设计可使接地引脚具有较大布置空间,减小信号引脚的制造误差 对接地引脚造成偏移干涉,引脚布置合理、可靠。
本实施例的公座1的左端和右端各设有定位柱7,母座2的左端和右端各设有与定位柱7相配合的插孔8。在将公座1插入母座2时,定位柱7具有对准定位作用,方便公座1准确无误插入母座2。
本实施例的第一接地引脚3设于定位柱7上,第二接地引脚5设于插孔8内,这样在定位柱7定位的同时可以直接完成接地引脚的对接,形成接地回路,可靠地保护芯片。
本实施例的第一接地引脚3为弹性导体,第二接地引脚5为弹性导体,可以使接地引脚对接更紧密。
本实施例的定位柱7的顶端设有倒角,方便定位柱7插入插孔8。
此外,本实用新型还提供一种可插拔模块连接器公座(参见图2),其包括第一接地引脚3和第一信号引脚4,第一接地引脚3的长度大于第一信号引脚4的长度,第一接地引脚3先于第一信号引脚4进行通断。将该公座接插在母座上时,就会先形成一个接地回路,然后再形成信号回路,将该公座从母座中拔出时,信号回路会先断开,接地回路而后断开,于是公座在整个对接和移出的过程中都会有接地回路的保护,从而能有效的防止芯片烧坏。
以上仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种可插拔模块连接器,其特征在于,包括公座和与所述公座相对接的母座,所述公座上设有第一接地引脚和第一信号引脚,所述母座上设有第二接地引脚以及第二信号引脚,所述第一接地引脚和所述第二接地引脚的长度之和大于所述第一信号引脚和所述第二信号引脚的长度之和,所述公座和所述母座对接时,所述第一接地引脚与所述第二接地引脚在先对接,所述第一信号引脚与所述第二信号引脚在后对接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可插拔模块连接器,其特征在于,所述第一接地引脚设有两个,分别设于所述公座的左端和右端;所述第二接地引脚设有两个,分别设于所述母座的左端和右端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可插拔模块连接器,其特征在于,所述公座的左端和右端各设有定位柱,所述母座的左端和右端各设有与所述定位柱相配合的插孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可插拔模块连接器,其特征在于,所述第一接地引脚设于所述定位柱上,所述第二接地引脚设于所述插孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的可插拔模块连接器,其特征在于,所述第一接地引脚为弹性导体。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的可插拔模块连接器,其特征在于,所述第二接地引脚为弹性导体。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的可插拔模块连接器,其特征在于,所述定位柱的顶端设有倒角。
  8. 一种可插拔模块连接器公座,其特征在于,包括第一接地引脚和第一信号引脚,所述第一接地引脚的长度大于所述第一信号引脚的长度,所述第一接地引脚先于所述第一信号引脚进行通断。
