Abstract

전기 커넥터 어셈블리(1)는 제1전기 커넥터(2)와 타측의 취합용 전기 커넥터(3)로 구성되고 제1전기 커넥터(2)는 전기 커넥터(2)의 취합면(6)에까지 연장되어 있는 전기 접점들(7), 정렬 포스트들(12) 및 정렬 포스트들(12)을 따라 형성되는 제1그라운드 접점(10)을 포함하고, 상기 정렬 포스트(12) 및 제1그라운드 접점(10)에 취합면(6)보다 더 돌기하며, 타측의 취합용 전기 커넥터(3)는 포스트 수용공동부(11)와 이 공동부(10)안에서 포스트(12)를 따라 제1그라운드 접점(10)과 결합하는 제2그라운드 접점이 마련되어 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 전기 커넥터 및 그에 상대하는 취합용 전기커넥터로 이루어져있고 각 커넥터에는 제1전기 커넥터의 가이드핀을 따라 연장되는 그라운드 접점 및 취합용 전기 커넥터의 채널을 따라 연장되는 그라운드 접접을 갖춘 전기코넥터 어셈블리의 사시도,
제2도는 정렬 포스트 및 이 포스트를 따라 연장되는 그라운드 접점들을 갖춘 전기 커넥터의 상면도,
제3도는 제1도에 도시한 커넥터의 다른 실시예의 전면도,
제4도는 제1도에 도시한 커넥터의 그라운드 접점들과 일체인 캐리어 스트립의 금속 블랭크 형상의 상면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 취합가능한 제1및 제2전기 커넥터(2,3)로 구성되고 이들 커넥터에 고정되어 양 커넥터가 서로 취합되었을때 전기 접속되도록 하는 취합 가능한 전기 접점들(7)및 서로 취합가능한 전기 커넥터들(2,3)상에 형성되어 커넥터들이 서로 취합되었을때 전기 접속되도록 하는 그라운드 접점들(10)을 가지는 것에 있어서, 정렬부재(11,12)가 상기 취합가능한 커넥터(2,3)상에 제공되고, 그라운드 접점들(10)이 상기 정렬부재를 따라 연장되어서 커넥터들이 서로 취합되었을때 서로 전기적으로 결합하게 되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 어셈블리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정렬부재들(11,12)이 상기 커넥터들(2,3)의 어느 한 커넥터상에 있는 정렬 공동부(11)및 타측 커넥터 상에 있는 정렬 포스트(12)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 어셈블리.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 그라운드 접점(10)이 정렬 포스트(12)의 내부면을 따라 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 어셈블리.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 그라운드 접점(10)이 정렬 공동부(11)를 따라 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 어셈블리.
