Abstract
本发明涉及一种营养方便的山药糊食品,是一种将各组分原料经过熟化处理、加开水即可食用的冲调式粉末状方便食品,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药500‑600份、黑豆100‑150份、粳米100‑120份、黑芝麻50‑100份、枸杞子20‑50份、佛手10‑35份、葛根10‑30份和冰糖3‑30份。本发明提供的营养方便的山药糊食品,以山药为基础,加入了葛根、佛手、枸杞子、黑豆、红小豆、黑芝麻等一些药食同源的食品,既能作为食品饱腹食用、又有保健作用,营养丰富,具有一定的保健功能;配比科学,营养均衡;不添加色素糖分、不油炸,较好地保留了各组分的原有营养,有利于人体吸收,并改善了口感;而且食用方便,值得广泛推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种营养方便的山药糊食品。
背景技术
山药肉质细嫩,细腻滑爽,别具风味,含有极丰富的营养保健物质,是优秀的保健食物。《神农本草经》谓之“主健中补虚、除寒热邪气、补中益气力、长肌肉、久服耳目聪明”;《日华子本草》说其“助五脏、活筋骨、长志安神、主治泄精健忘”;《本草纲目》认为山药能“益肾气、健脾胃、止泻痢、化瘫涎、润毛皮”。近些年来的研究表明,山药具有诱导产生干扰素,增强人体免疫功能的作用。其所含胆碱和卵磷脂有助于提高人的记忆力,常食之可健身强体、延缓衰老,是人们所喜爱的保健佳品。但目前市场现有的山药作为食物蔬菜,通常制成拔丝山药、枣泥山药等,大多数制作程序复杂、不方便,而且在烹饪的过程中会造成营养损失;因此随着人们生活水平的提高,对食品的要求也越来越高,不仅要有营养,还要方便快速食用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种营养方便的山药糊食品,以山药为基础,加入了葛根、佛手、枸杞子、黑豆、红小豆、黑芝麻等一些药食同源的食品,既能作为食品饱腹食用、又有保健作用,营养丰富,具有一定的保健功能,而且食用方便,值得广泛推广。
为此,采用的技术方案为一种营养方便的山药糊食品,是一种将各组分原料经过熟化处理、加开水即可食用的冲调式粉末状方便食品,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药500-600份、黑豆100-150份、粳米100-120份、黑芝麻50-100份、枸杞子20-50份、佛手10-35份、葛根10-30份和冰糖3-30份。
优选的,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药550份、黑豆120份、粳米100份、黑芝麻100份、枸杞子35份、佛手35份、葛根30份和冰糖3份。

优选的,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药550份、红小豆130份、粳米100份、黑芝麻100份、枸杞子35份、佛手35份、金丝小枣30份和冰糖20份。
本发明提供的营养方便的山药糊食品,具有如下优点:
一、营养丰富,具有一定的保健功能。
本发明提供的营养方便的山药糊食品,以山药为基础,加入了葛根、粳米、佛手、枸杞子、黑豆、红小豆、黑芝麻等一些药食同源的食品,既能作为食品饱腹食用、又有保健作用,各组分的主要保健作用如下:
1、枸杞子:本品甘平质润,归肝、肾经。入肾能生精益髓而强筋骨,入肝助精血上奉而明目益神,功善补阴壮水,滋水涵木,为滋补强壮之要药。《神农本草经》:“主五内邪气,热中消渴,周痹,久服坚筋骨。”《本草经疏》:“润而滋补,兼能退热,而专于补肾、润肺、生津、益气,为肝肾真阴不足,劳乏内热补益之要药,服食家为益精明目之上品。”现代药理研究:本品能显著促进和调节免疫功能,有促进造血功能,抗衰老、抗氧化、抗疲劳,并有保肝、调脂、控糖、抗肿瘤等作用。
2、佛手:本品辛、苦、酸、温,归肝、脾、肺、胃经。具有清香之气,能醒脾开胃、疏肝理气,为治呕良药,故凡肝胃气滞之脘腹胀痛、消化不良、嗳气呕吐等症均可应用。《滇南本草》:“补肝暖胃,止呕吐,消胃寒痰,治胃气疼痛,和中行气。”《本草便读》:“功专理气快膈,惟肝脾气滞者宜。”现代药理研究:其纯提取物能明显抑制肠管而有显著解痉作用,并能增加冠脉流量,保护心肌缺血,有一定抗心律失常和降压作用。此外还有抗炎、抗病毒、祛痰平喘作用。
3、粳米:本品含有丰富的蛋白质,所含人体必需的氨基酸也比较全面,还含有脂肪、钙磷、铁及B族维生素等多种营养成分;而且具有养阴生津、除烦止渴、健脾胃、补中气、固肠止泻的功效。此外由于粳米营养丰富,又容易消化,便于吸收,能起到调和作用,有助于人体最大程度地吸收产品中其它组分所含的各种营养成分。
4、黑芝麻:本品味甘,性平,具有“补肝肾,滋五脏,益精血,润肠燥”等功效,被视为滋补圣品。《本草纲目》称:“服黑芝麻百日能除一切痼疾。一年身面光泽不饥,二年白发返黑,三年齿落更出”,并且黑芝麻含的维生素E占居植物性食品之首,而维生素E能促进细胞分裂,推迟细胞衰老,常用之,可抵消或中和细胞内衰老物质“游离基”的积累,起到抗衰老和延年益寿的作用。
二、配比科学,营养均衡。
三、不添加色素糖分、不油炸,较好地保留了各组分的原有营养,有利于人体吸收,并改善了口感。
四、食用方便;本发明提供的营养方便的山药糊食品,为粉末状组成的混合物,所有打粉的物料在打粉前都经过烘焙成熟料;因此,配置好的成品可以用开水冲泡2~3分钟即可食用,特别适合现代上班族食用。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的营养方便的山药糊食品的技术特征作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种营养方便的山药糊食品,是一种将各组分原料经过熟化处理、加开水即可食用的冲调式粉末状方便食品,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药500-600份、黑豆100-150份、粳米100-120份、黑芝麻50-100份、枸杞子20-50份、佛手10-35份、葛根10-30份和冰糖3-30份。
本实施例的一种优选方式,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药550份、黑豆120份、粳米100份、黑芝麻100份、枸杞子35份、佛手35份、葛根30份和冰糖3份。
本实施例中的关键组分主要保健作用如下:
1、黑豆蛋白质含量36%,易于消化,对满足人体对蛋白质的需要具有重要意义;脂肪含量16%,主要含不饱和脂肪酸,吸收率高达95%,除满足人体对脂肪的需要外,还有降低血液中胆固醇的作用;黑豆含有丰富的维生素、蛋黄素、黑色素及卵磷脂等物质,其中B族维生素和维生素E含量很高,具有营养保健作用,黑豆中还含有丰富的微量元素,对保持机体功能完整、延缓机体衰老、降低血液粘度、满足大脑对微量物质需求都是必不可少的。
2、葛根:本品甘、辛,性凉,归脾、胃经。其气质轻扬,具升发清阳之性,长于散阳明肌肉之邪以解肌退热,鼓舞胃中清气上行以输布津液,可升清止泻,生津止渴。《神农本草经》:“消渴,身大热,呕吐,诸痹,起阴气,解诸毒。”《用药法象》:“其气轻浮,鼓舞胃气上行,生津液,又解肌热,治脾胃虚弱泄泻圣药也。”现代药理研究:有显著解热作用,可调节心脏功能,抗动脉粥样硬化、抗心肌缺血、抗心律失常、血小板聚集,并能保肝、控制血压等。
因此,实施例1中提供的山药糊,这些食物经过人体消化吸收后,可以迅速地使血液酸度降低,中和平衡达到弱碱性,从而消除疲劳,易恢复体力。适合于运动员、高强度体力劳作的工作人员,以及体力消耗后的各类人群,同时也适用于体弱人群,增强营养,提高免疫力。
实施例2
一种营养方便的山药糊食品,是一种将各组分原料经过熟化处理、加开水即可食用的冲调式粉末状方便食品,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药500-600份、红小豆100-150份、粳米100-120份、黑芝麻50-100份、枸杞子20-50份、佛手10-35份、金丝小枣10-30份和冰糖3-30份。
本实施例的一种优选方式,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药550份、红小豆130份、粳米100份、黑芝麻100份、枸杞子35份、佛手35份、金丝小枣30份和冰糖20份。
本实施例中关键组分的主要保健作用如下:
1、金丝小枣:性温味甘,其含维生素含量非常高,有“天然维生素丸”的美誉,具有滋阴补阳,补血,能提高人体免疫力之功效。
2、赤小豆含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、粗纤维、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、皂苷等营养成分。其营养功效如下:
性平,味甘、酸,能利湿消肿(水肿,脚气,黄疸,泻痢,便血,痈肿)、清热退黄、解毒排脓。利尿作用,对心脏病和肾病、水肿患者均有益。富含叶酸,产妇、乳母吃红小豆有催乳的功效。具有良好的润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。
因此,实施例2中提供的山药糊,根据中国中医养生“男养肾精、女养气血”的理论,选用药食同源的植物及五谷杂粮,进行科学搭配研制成的营养方便食品,富含多种植物蛋白质、氨基酸、多种维生素及纤维素,对女人滋补气血、排毒瘦身、美容养颜有独特的保健作用,是一种调理女人健康的营养方便食品,适合女人保健且可以长期食用。
本发明提供的山药糊可采用以下制备方法制作:
(1)对所有的原料分别经精选、去除杂质及霉烂颗粒,再洗净、烘干、炒熟;
(2)炒熟后的原料分别经过常用的研磨机磨成粉末状;
(3)将粉末状原料按所需配比混合后装袋、装箱,也可以据用户需要现场配制。
上述各步骤所用的设备和容器必须洗净、消毒。
本发明提供的山药糊可以用开水、热牛奶、热豆浆冲制成糊状食用。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

1.一种营养方便的山药糊食品,是一种将各组分原料经过熟化处理、加开水即可食用的冲调式粉末状方便食品,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药500-600份、黑豆100-150份、粳米100-120份、黑芝麻50-100份、枸杞子20-50份、佛手10-35份、葛根10-30份和冰糖3-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养方便的山药糊食品,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药550份、黑豆120份、粳米100份、黑芝麻100份、枸杞子35份、佛手35份、葛根30份和冰糖3份。
3.一种营养方便的山药糊食品,是一种将各组分原料经过熟化处理、加开水即可食用的冲调式粉末状方便食品,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药500-600份、红小豆100-150份、粳米100-120份、黑芝麻50-100份、枸杞子20-50份、佛手10-35份、金丝小枣10-30份和冰糖3-30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的营养方便的山药糊食品,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:山药550份、红小豆130份、粳米100份、黑芝麻100份、枸杞子35份、佛手35份、金丝小枣30份和冰糖20份。
